1st Official Trailer of Ridley Scott’s “Exodus: Gods and Kings”

20th Century Fox has released the 1st official trailer of Ridley Scott’s Exodus: Gods and Kings, featuring Christian “Where Is It!” Bale as Moses, and Joel Edgerton as Ramesses.

By the looks of it, it seems 2014 shall be remembered as the year Biblical patriarchs stopped being so damned passive, raised their weapons & took a stand! —probably the reason why one chooses the Batman as the leader of Israel…

    Bale has always looked to picture perfect to be an interesting actor, and then came American Hustle in which he was wonderful. That’s the standard to which I now hold him. It does not look like this new film meets the standard. Not his fault though – the money must have been significant.

      I certainly don’t question the histrionic talents of the leading actors. Edgerton is also outstanding, and seeing Sigourney Weaver as the queen mother will be grand 🙂

      Now what I’m perceiving here in the trailer is that Scott will portray Moses as a more ‘combative’ character. He won’t just content himself with shouting to the pharaoh “let my people go!”; no, he seems all to willing to grab a sword instead of his ole magic staff 😉
