The Skeptical Investigations website has been updated with four new articles:
- “Medical Journals are an Extension of the Marketing Arm of Pharmaceutical Companies” by Dr Richard Smith, former editor of the British Medical Journal.
- “German health experts ‘paid by tobacco firms’“, a serious disclosure by Der Spiegel.
- “Media Watch: How Not to do an Experiment“, a follow-up to ‘The Girl with X-Ray Eyes’ by Guy Lyon Playfair.
- “The Ghost of Ratcliff Wharf“, in which Colin Wilson draws a distinction between psychic suggestibility and genuinely paranormal phenomena.
Fascinating articles each of them, well worth checking out. Plenty of other content on site as well if you haven’t visited before – a good resource.
