Egypt Today magazine currently has an article concerning a controversy surrounding the transport of the mummified body of Pharaoh Tutankhamen for scientific testing and preservation studies. TDG readers won’t be all that surprised to see Dr Zahi Hawass in the thick of things. There is quite a history surrounding the issue of further analysis of Tutankhamen’s body, so it will be interesting to see how this turns out.
