In his latest “Dig Days” column for the Al-Ahram newspaper, Dr Zahi Hawass has slammed the recent theory put forward by French researchers that there may be a secret hamber beneath the Queen’s Chamber in the Great Pyramid. Interestingly, a large part of the piece regards respected Egyptologist Nicolas Grimal’s attack on Hawass. Looks like more is to come as well, with the essay ending ‘to be continued’. Thanks Rico.
