Rennes-le-Chateau and related mysteries continue to garner mainstream attention in the wake of Dan Brown’s mega-seller The DaVinci Code. Bloomberg (of all sources…shows what a cash cow this has become) is carrying a long article on vandalism being committed at the enigmatic French village by fans of Brown’s thriller. Good to see a friend of TDG, Marcus Williamson, getting a mention in the article.
Also, the New York Times is reporting that the title of Dan Brown’s next book will be The Solomon Key, and will apparently once again feature the character Robert Langdon – but this time the subject matter will be Freemasonry and the symbolic architecture of Washington DC. David Ovason must be rubbing his hands together in glee (see The Secret Architecture of Our Nation’s Capital: The Masons and the Building of Washington, D.C. at Amazon US and UK).
