This morning’s edition of The Australian newspaper has a small piece suggesting that the authors of Holy Blood, Holy Grail (Amazon US and UK) are preparing to sue Dan Brown over copyright infringements in his best-selling book The DaVinci Code (Amazon US and UK). Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh and Henry Lincoln are said to be upset about alleged breach of copyright of ideas and research originally published in their 1982 best-seller. We’ll keep you posted if we hear more (call me cynical, but it sounds like a nice bit of publicity work).
