There is but one sole Truth, master of the Universe…de Lubicz
“After the actual closing of the temples, the guardians of the very ancient science founded on knowledge (a few echoes of which were caught by the Greeks), the individual research known as Gnosticism began. Gnosis, or knowledge, intrigues. In Egypt, as in Attica, the Temple was its domain. Now it is no longer forbidden to seek the keys. The quest for gnosis is a duty for those who love wisdom. Later, Gnosticism became a type of doctrine opposed to the Church; it was no longer only the love of truth, a dangerous enough quest that all to easily — through mankind’s inherent pride and fundamental vanity…leads to atheism.
In order to content oneself—and that says it all—with the simple and clear revelation of the Christic Passion – which tells us everything – it is necessary to have already had an intuition of its esotericism; the Osirian passion sublimated in Horus.”
R. A. Schwaller de Lubicz
Today, all we have is the God of a Liberalized form. One that worships the image of beauty and desire. It is fed to us via the new media and its priests are the self-oriented dark shepherds who practice a selfish love of the other like being. They seek to distort the knowledge of Christos… the clear means of being here in Time/Space…the redeemer of mentality and soulular being. Christos is the pathway back home. Once this knowledge of why we are here was found in the architecture of the Temple now hidden in the Archaeology of Ancient Egypt. It is also distorted by controls held by the Liberalized media as Egyptology. This was its last depository from the ages prior to the great catastrophe.

Well...
I would assume the majority of people who frequent this site either "know" or are on their way to "knowing"...as for the rest...they have made their choice.
The good and bad things of gnosticism
I suppose I kind of consider myself an agnostic gnostic of sorts, in the sense that I, like the majority of the TDG members, realize the importance of seeking knowledge as way of glimpse the truth.
But on the other hand, I suppose I understand one of the reasons the church of Rome condemned the gnostic practices, apart from the obvious fear of losing control over doctrine and all that; and it's the fact that they thought of the gnostics as people who were only preocuppied with attaining salvation/enlightment for themselves only. Kind of like the hermit that goes to the desert to live inside a cave to avoid al earthly temptations, that's —IMO— totally in opposition with Christ's teachings of going out to the world and love your brothers.
Gnosticism does seem to lack that social quality that's so important about christianism, and with that I'm not implying that it is present in catholicism or the other established churchs! If that were truly the case, the world's history would have taken a much different path I believe.
So, I think what I'm trying to say is this: It's great to seek enlightment, but we shouldn't forget about the rest of the world.
What do you think?
