When was the last we heard a political individual so adroitly and so eloquently ...leave us wondering just what the hell is he talking about...For a standing Representative to get this clean and honest ..ya figure that he's about to get indicted ..or he's planning on paying a visit to that infamous men's rest room in Minnesota and he's looking for a pay it forward sin/debt card just to play it safe,,,Nope this is a confession from a man that has had a confrontation with his soul, I believe...I do not know when Danforth made this statement...but it's especially timely now with what's at stake...By the way..Anyone remember the media jumping on this "politician speaks truth..And He feels ...guilty?".Story.With all the business as usual blarney that the folks up on the hill babble incessantly...You would think that some reporter would maybe inquire as to the source of this dudes anguish...And while there maybe get some clarification on precisely what was causing such honesty to come forth...wouldn't you?

Well I think it's safe to say what these two quotes are referring to is the most fraudulent con job ever perpetrated on a nation...It's the Ghost of 1913 being played out as we speak..It is called the signing into law The Federal Reserve Act...The economic crash of '29 and the great depression were caused by the money vultures and foreign swindlers of the Federal Reserve withholding currency from circulation and raising interest rates after an inflationary easy money policy in the early 1920's..The Feds fear of excessive speculation led it into a far to excessive deflationary policy of the late 1920's...Like destroying the village to save it..?
So the legacy of the Fed has been to cause the awful cycle of inflation and deflation of it's fiat currency...It has caused one total collapse of Wall Street ..causing the Great Depression..I don't know about you but those are reasons enough to tell this mistake to hit the trail..Well if you don't trust what I am saying than it proves you're more savvy than ya look (joke) and you need to check everything my addled brain conjures up..
How many of us knew that JFK was so convinced that the Federal Reserve was corrupt and surely going to bankrupt our Nation if something was not done to stop them...That in June of 1963 he wrote Presidential Order # 11110 that would have seen the distribution of our own "silver Certificates" backed by silver in our vaults..which would have made the foreign banking cartel that owned us than and now to be abolished!..That order was sitting on JFK's desk awaitnhg his return from a quick trip to Texas,,That bill has never been repealed folks .Now let me ask all of you out there that still care to know the truth regarding JFK's murder.How is it that a story seemingly so important to the overall lie told to us regarding that event ...takes 40 plus yars to be reported. In the mean time we have been to and fro the grassy knoll till I could scream..And why hasn't our congress gotten off their asses and perhaps just make show that you are still capable of investigating your presidents murder...I am not accusing the Fed of being the only suspect..But by God in heaven I will tell you that any investigator worth his salt would want to ask a few questions of the board members of the FED...But the one inescapable fact that is as glaring as it is wrong..The Fed answers to no one-period!
By the way..What is this thing I keep hearing about .."National Debt"..OK Smarty asses...you tell me this ..Who do we owe this debt to?..Well why don't you?..See how like sheep we have become folks..Someone tells us we are like quad zillion dollars in debt and we don't even want to know to whom and for what...?

Every canadate running for the US government must have a 40 million dollar election campaign just to survive. How do they raise this money? A great country like the United States is being ruined by a few people to maintain their old family fortunes. What a terrible situation. They have no statesmen, or stateswomen, in waiting. There are no JFK's, Ronald Regeans, or Rosavalt. Even in Canada, there are no Pierre Trudeaus, or Mackenie Kings, in waiting. We are being run by lawyers, career politicians, or nepotism. We deserve the politicians. I saw Michael Moore's Sicko. At that moment, I realized the EU has free universal healthcare, the UK has the same, us in Canada have it, but the US does not. In todays US politics, they discus the healthcare issue, but then get lost in religious talk, war talk, and lose focus. Don't talk about it, pick the healthcare system from your allies and legislate it. Hey one person in Canada got the ball rolling--Tommie Douglas. Why can't the US do the same thing. A great country like the United States, the great United States, is being ruined by a handful of people of immense financial power. When will the Americans wake up. Maybe we deserve the leaders we elect. Remember the final pages of Brave New World? In it the hero of the book approaches the man behind the desk and bodes the question: "When did it become this way? When did things get this bad?" The man behind the desk looks long and hard and replied: "We did have democracy back at one time, but then Atom bombs blew up here and there, even had the regular anthrax attack and guess what...we lost democracy. That's the reason we became the way we were." I don't know the exact wording, but the message is clear. When will the Americans wake up and appraciate the finer things like free universal healthcare? Maybe we deserve bird flue, or even a nuclear war, to wake us up and react to affect a positve change. Hell the world is over populated as it is.

Well I really appreciate what you have to say,,you say a lot about what is on peoples minds right now..but you know what,,We have never had an opportunity quite like this..We have a true American Patriot in Ron Paul that is not one of these tired and sorry old usual suspects..We can vote a man into office that will accomplish great things ..WHy> Because he is a man of principals..an expert on Constitutional law ..and is willing to risk it all by dismantling the illegal Federal Reserve and the thugs at the IRS also...You hwaed any other candidate with the guts to run these bastards out of town..This is the right guy!

I have no doubt you earnestly believe what you have written. Paul appears to be the most fervent "constitutionalist" to have gotten this far in the process in a long time. His principles, plus his willingness to "risk it all" as you say, are his worst liability. Paul's position is diametrically opposed to the customary way things get done according to 99.9999% of Republicans and Democrats. There are far too many vested interests that will go to extremes to prevent his election. If, by some miracle the GOP nominated him, I fear he would never live to take office. Obama, I fear, may suffer at the hands of behind-the-scenes powers also. But keep working for your admirable goal.

Yes Paul, I agree that there does not seem to be anyone in the current set of candidates who will have a big effect, compared to the people you mention.
But also, $40 million is really not a lot of money. $100 million is not a lot of money.
I really think that the americans will wake up. They go to sleep periodically, and ignore their problems, that is true. But they always wake up.
So in my view of history - it seems that only the americans wake up occasionally, and then things change for the better. Perhaps India does it this time, but they depend heavily on the USA.
On the other hand, if the americans are not such important leaders, why does everyone complain, and not just do their own thing?
I can tell you about the great universal health care system in Canada. It would not work without the commercial health care in the USA, and other parts of the world. Like India. You can't get some critical health care in Canada, you will die on the waiting list. So the people who have enough money go someplace else.
But I agree, a shock to the system is often helpful.

I am a disabled American (Vietnam Vet)..seek no thank you's...no hurrahs necessary..I have a form of Universal Heath Care with the Veterans Admin. and I could tell you story's that would make you sick about how the Vet's are really treated here in America..and the care does not work..! Like you I sit and wonder what it will take to awaken the public to the truth..I stand to lose what little I have in order to get the truth out...again .I do not seek and do not want the "thnak you's " for anything I have done or that I am doing ..We all need to get the truth out before it's to late

It is good to have hope. Ron Paul's rhetoric is powerful and intriguing but he has baggage that will not permit his election. Old ties to Klan ideology and personalities are a huge obstacle...just wait, his opponents will use the information.
