Well Tox, you hit the nail on the head.Dentists are still offering amalgam fillings, the ones with the mercury.
Governments are hell-bent on getting fluoride into the water system.
Aspartame is now in more foods than you could even imagine.
I suppose it's too late now to do anything about it as people have seemingly accepted it for so long.
The only way is to not eat frozen and processed food.

Aspartame has been a pet bugbear of mine for a while now. Shadows is right that this GMO artificial sweetener has found its way into just about everything. Here in the UK it's even added to crisps (USA read "potato chips"). But what for? They're sticking it in stuff that doesn't even require further sweetening. Along with "Acesulflame K" all diet soft drinks have it, restricting diabetics to water, as they have to avoid even organic juice due to high sugar levels.
So for those who can ... go organic! And for those who can't eat too much sugar, it looks like there's just water ... but avoid Coca-Cola's "Dasani" water, recently recalled then banned in the UK for its high level of uneccessary additives. The UK's Water Authority had complained that Coke took tonnes of our perfectly acceptable tap water, and basically polluted it with chemicals before selling it on as "purified water"!

Hi Girls,
Whilst i'm glad for your continued support in these matters- the sad thing is, what about the rest of the TDG readers ?- let alone the completely ignorant, dear i say cowed larger world -
Well we've got to start somewhere, personally i find the complacency beyond belief, and i'm beginning to think that there's more going on than money hungry execs. Crimes like these can only be perpetuated with the support of the media and for sure the politicians, though latter will cry outrage only when the media start to do so.
So what can we do- for starters inform your friends and family- confront your docter and dentist- let them produce proof its safe..they'll have a hard time googling for that, in the proces they might be persueded to change corners and try to re-educate their patients and question their peers on what they're really doing- remember they all took an oath..
ps for those that feel offended by the stupid adjective, scroll down to the bottom of the article and read the dictionairy, guess what ... stupid is exactly the right word.

One of the requirments for drugs to be approved by the FDA is that in certain ratios it becomes lethal. This is one reason why most vitamins never get approval by the FDA, and cannot legitimatly claim that they will cure certain disease's and ailments.
