Hi,

I guess its back to the stoneage again for some, or is it ? Last weekend i read an interview with Ben Livingston, now 77, he has a master's degree in cloud physics from the Naval Weapons Center and Navy Post Graduate School in California, a degree he later used in the battlefields.

It is a start for a conspiracy theory, but too linear. We need more convolutions. Perhaps the solar energy lobby is behind this, driving up the price of oil until they (solar) become competitive? Coal is too established, they have their good share already. Nuclear perhaps, but again that would be too simple.

Could Katrina have been a weapon? I have no idea, I just am interested in your opinion. This is fascinating.
