What ever happened to Bob Lazar?

Remember the guy that came out a number of years ago with a lot of info on Area 51? Does anyone know what became of him? He runs http://unitednuclear.com/ selling scientific supplies and instruments.

The FAQ section starts with this: "Please keep in mind that ordering from United Nuclear Scientific Supplies is not like shopping at K-Mart. Although we do offer retail sales, we are primarily a Government & Military contractor.
ALL Military & Government orders take unconditional priority over civilian orders.
This means that if we have a large influx of Military orders, your order may be delayed until they are complete."

That leads me to believe this is just a legitimate front for a black op.

The About Us page states: "In 2009, United Nuclear Scientific moved to Laingsburg, Michigan."

Has anyone from Michigan run into him?

Edit: According to Wikipedia: "The population was 1,283 at the United States 2010 census."

With a population that small I'm sure most people would know if Lazar was around.

I have several of the giant 3 inch neodymium magnets that United used to sell. I use them to corral ormes in water since ormes are repelled by magnetic fields. These are rather scary magnets to be handling. I once scrambled our earlier CRT TV screen for a few days just by walking past it a few feet away while carrying one of those beasts. The 3 x 3 inch ones are 890 lb pull which is sort of like carrying a hand grenade when in the vicinity of ferrous objects. You have to be very mindful of anything ferrous lest it come slamming into the magnet with your fingers in the way.
I had no idea Lazar was running that company. Who'd a thought it?

Wired Magazine ran a story about how kids in the States today are not allowed to mess around with dangerous chemicals, like the kids of previous generations who eventually went on to a career in Science and won Nobel prizes and the like.

It mentioned United Nuclear as being one of the few business that would sell rare chemicals and scientific equipment to amateurs, and it even had a one-page photo of Bob with his wife, and their property on the background. Probably the only public photo of him after he was ostracized from the UFO circus.

I remember I made a question to the comment section of Wired, asking why didn't the guy who wrote the story bother to mention Lazar's notorious past. The question was never published, but I did receive a personal e-mail from the journalist himself, replying that he didn't mention Lazar's involvement with Area 51 because it wasn't relevant to the story.

It's not the depth of the rabbit hole that bugs me...
It's all the rabbit SH*T you stumble over on your way down!!!

Absolutely fascinating! Just yet another reason to suggest the government is extremely interested in us BELIEVING in the ETH.

Why would the military defense industry deal with a "known" and proclaimed charlatan unless said charlatan has been employed by them from day one? I have always claimed that both Lazar and his buddy MR. Lear are government motivated rumor mill propagators.

All one has to do is KNOW how seriously the United States takes it's own military r&d to know that the whole "Area 51" BS was 100% show and tell.

If Bob would have honestly been doing what he claimed to be doing several decades back, he'd probably still be swinging today in the same tree they hung his ass in roughly 25 years ago.

Does ANYONE doubt for one second, that where those "witnesses" were standing as we all watched those Lazar/Lear videos back in the early 90s, had they actually been witnessing anything other than a benign, governmental motivated misdirection ploy, those "witnesses" would have been SHOT dead. We DO NOT mess around in this sense. No government does.

Why is it that they seem to need us to believe in, and thereby become distracted by, the ETH? I realize that this segues into all kinds of hypothetical Blue Beam and Alien Rapture territory, but why? What's the real reason here apart from conspiracies that seem to go nowhere?

C'mon, why are you getting so worked up over some tired old government ploy that was busted long ago? There are many more interesting incidents to look at and ponder.

Not all "conspiracies go nowhere." I am getting tired of all these opinionated curmudgeons who have not really kept up with the body of knowledge that has developed with the advent of cheap digital cameras and the sharingness of the internet and even television. I suspect that is a purposeful ignorance designed to protect their calcified opinions and fragile egos from exposure.
