“BLACK LIBERATION THEOLOGY: AN INTERPRETATION”

The KEEPING IT REAL THINK TANK asked me to write more in detailed about my views on Black Liberation Theology, it seem to have aroused a lot of Americans during this 2008 presidential election. This writer had written an article on March 31, 2008 titled. “JEREMIAH WRIGHT AND THE AMERICAN DILEMMA: HE IS NOT AMERICA’S PROBLEM" The media became somewhat obsessed with Reverend Jeremiah Wright after discovering his controversial ministry, teachings and his twenty (20) year association with Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic Party presumptive presidential nominee. This over exposure of Reverend Wright just did not happen in a vacuum, but this was systematically orchestrated by some shrewd and conniving manipulators. The media is controlled by one source and they have the ability to mold and shape public opinion—disinformation and propaganda are two of their covert ploys. These mediums are designed to control the thinking of the people. The media was attempting to draw a political wedge between Senator Obama and Jeremiah Wright in order derail Senator Obama's political momentum and besmirch his character and bring into question his judgment, credibility and integrity based on association with a so-called leftwing militant clergy in Reverend Jeremiah Wright. This writer believes that even the Dean of Black preachers Dr. Gardner C. Taylor would only nod his approval of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, a true Christian revolutionary.

In truth, if black folk were honest, there was nothing Reverend Wright said that is not preached in the historical black church tradition both past and present or in black seminaries across America. This writer has visited Shaw University Divinity (Raleigh, North Carolina), one the Historical Black Colleges and University (HBCU) many times and has had intellectual dialoged and interactions with divinity professors at this black seminary; moreover, the black experience in the curriculum is directly correlated to the Christian theological creed. This is an essential component to Black Liberation Theology as a school of thought. Yes, sometimes there is an intellectual infusion of black theology and politics coming together to give meaning and to make sense in a world that is full of earthly contradictions. Reverend Jeremiah Wright should have been applauded for his honesty and forthrightness in evaluating and assessing United States Foreign Policy and expressing a critical analysis of 9/11. America as a nation and President George Bush were wrong to attack Iraq and Afghanistan, two innocent nations and people just to steal OIL and OPIUM, which has cost the United States taxpayers over three (3) trillion dollars.

Reverend Jeremiah Wright has been speaking TRUTH TO POWER for over forty (40) years and those that were familiar with his social Gospel ministry knew of his good reputation as a defender of the “have nots.” Reverend Wright has always given decisive and critical analysis of the social, political, and economic systems of America, as well as, in particular how these dynamics have affected African Americans. Reverend Wright's theology was socially and spiritually relevant, it wasn't just the ordinary Christian philosophy based on the pie in the sky doctrine that you can not attain until after you die. But his theological position and work amongst black people were extraordinary, it was no different than the ministry of Jesus the Christ—the liberator of the least of these.

Some do not want to admit or to fearful to admit that for the most part black Christianity and white Christianity are two distinct and different theologies, yet they both share the Holy Bible and the “Christian religious” experience as their fundamental basis. But the historical experiences of both people black and white, in particular in the United States and the Western Hemisphere are strategically overlooked by some theologians and social scientist when evaluating Christianity in order to perpetuate the similarities and the homogeneousness in order to justify Christianity’s humanness, it has not always been that humane towards black people neither has Arab-specific Islam. The oppressor and the oppressed do not view or share the world from the same lens and they both have two opposite worldviews. Black Liberation Theology evolved out of a social and political disparity of injustice and racism. The Black Christian church has always been confronted with social contradictions that exist in the United States, which some ministers, denominations, and theologies have dealt with these dilemmas from a conservative perspective and/or have chosen to confront the contradictions in a more radical and non compromising manner. Black Liberation Theology was a response and reaction to white denial. (Reference: C. Eric Lincoln and Lawrence H. Mamiya: “The Black Church in the African American Experience”).

This writer started studying the likes of Reverend Albert Cleage (Jaramogi Abebe AgyEman) over twenty-five (25) years ago who authored two monumental books relative to Black Liberation Theology titled, "Black Christian Nationalism: New Directions for the Black Church” and “The Black Messiah." Cleage (1911-1980) was the founder of the Shrine of the Black Madonna in Detroit, Michigan, and also founder of Pan African Orthodox Christian Church, a Black Nationalist Christian organization that placed emphasis on black values, black principles, mores, and folkways and reinterpreted the Bible to reflect an African Worldview, as opposed to the Eurocentric interpretation given to us by our former slave masters children. Minister Malcolm X in his 1964 speech titled, "The Ballet or the Bullet" mentioned Albert Cleage as a significant Christian personality in the liberation struggle of African Americans. Congressman Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., in the early 1960s coined the phrase "Black Power" and defined himself as the “baddest Nigger” on Capital Hill. Many have attributed the slogan "Black Power' to Kwame Ture (Stokley Carmichael) former chairman of the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee and honorary member of the Black Panther Party who was given the honorary titled of minister of information, but Congressman Powell was the first to echo black power. Black Liberation theology began to make its greatest leap as a systematic theology during turbulent 1960s. Many black clergy were faced with the question of, how do we make Christianity relevant in the context of the social and political upheaval in the United States?

The United States was in unjust war in Vietnam in the 1960s and 1970s, racial tension was tearing the nation apart and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., was preaching non-violent social change and using the tactic of Civil Disobedience to agitate the status quo. King on August 28, 1963 led the March on Washington in which over two hundred fifty thousand demonstrators were galvanized to dramatize appalling political, social and economic conditions in America. Dr. King was a preacher by profession and a well trained theologian who had earned a Ph.D in religion from Boston University. He used the Bible as his text to criticize United States Foreign Policy and the Bible gave him enough ammunition to condemn domestic oppression, injustice and paralleled black’s struggle to those suffers written of in the Bible. Dr. King was not necessarily a proponent of Black Liberation Theology, but his social theology and activism shared a deep similarity and compatibility to the philosophical tents of Black Liberation Theology, which spoke to the oppressed. This is a layperson's analysis of the developments of Black theology. The writer will admit that this research, by no means, is an exhaustive analysis of Black theology. On the other hand, this article does articulate the perspectives determined by the Black theological process. This analysis looks at how Black theology deals with the major institutions, such as God, Jesus Christ, the Bible and the black church. The analysis, presented in this article relies largely on the scholarship of experts on the subject: theologians, religious scholars, sociologists, and philosophers. From the start, it would be necessary to provide, for the reader, a distinction of two major concepts: theology and religion.

According to the “Dictionary of Philosophy and Religion,” theology comes from the Greek word "theos" (God) and "logos" (discourse or reason). Simply stated as, man's knowledge of God and His relation to the world. Hence, Black theology as interpreted by Joseph A. Johnson, author of the book, “The Black Preacher”, he explains: “Black—because of our enslaved fore-parents appropriated the Christian Gospel articulated its relevance to our freedom struggle with incisive accents that black women and men have sounded since. Theology - because our peoples' perception of human life and history begin with God, who works in the person of Jesus Christ for liberation from every bondage.” l

Black theology has both a systematic approach and a practical approach. The two forms of methodology will be articulated in more detail. Religion, on the other hand, refers "to an institution with a recognized body of communicants who gather together regularly for worship, and accept a set of doctrines offering some means of relating the individual to what is taken to be the ultimate nature of reality."2 The sociologists, C. Eric Lincoln offers a more functional explanation of religion, he suggests, "it is an effort to do for man what must be done to save him from the consequences of his dependency, his powerlessness."3

Tradition­ally, religion has provided the prime cohesiveness for the black community. It is in religion, where our fragmented communities are most institutionalized. When the African was brought to America as chattel, during the infamous slave trade, they represented a variety of sociological backgrounds. The European's "stolen" cargo was made up of people that spoke different languages and practiced different customs. Although the African's previous lifestyles were respectfully different, each would later share the same humiliations and limitations. As a result of stripping the captives of their identities, during this awful period of America's history, the African religious experiences had been shattered. The transplanted Africans were thought not to be "civilized" for religious training. It was common thought by the colonist that Africans were "too brutish, too ignorant, too unlike the English"4 to receive any religious instructions. As the black presents continued to grow, there became a need to offer a "religious" explanation for the existence of black men and women.

C. Eric Lincoln explains the slave's indoctrination to the Christian persuasion:. . . in 1700s the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts, the missionary arm of the church of England, found itself with several dozen missionaries in this country without anything for them to do. . . the SPG missionaries argued that Christianity would reduce their (the slaves) proneness for lying and stealing and laziness and would in fact make them as faithful unto their masters as unto Christ himself.5

As the cry for "Black Power" became popular during the turbulent sixties, there grew an even greater since of urgency for a Black theology. It was on June 13, 1969, when the first statement on an academic Black theology was issued from Atlanta, Georgia by a group of religious scholars and theologians. Roy D. Morrison writes in the article, "Theology and Ethics,” . . . “in the seventh decade of the twentieth century, black thinkers moved into that arena known as theology." 6 Consequently, marking an academic start to erasing the myths and misconceptions in western religious instructions. The scholarship and research of the black theologian serves as the primary conductor of the systematic approach to Black theology. James H. Cone, one of the leading scholars of the subject, bluntly states, "The goal of black theology is the destruction of everything white, so that blacks can be liberated from alien gods." 7 A primary concept is that African-Americans and Africans throughout the Diaspora must refuse to let whites define what is appropriate for black religious philosophy. The notion of a colorless God does not benefit the promotion of Black theology. It is the conceptualization of a Black God that is key. Important because, “ . . the blackness of God means that God has made the oppressed condition Gods own condition." 8

Furthermore, Black theology symbolizes Jesus Christ as the black messiah, reminding black people in a most consistent manner that God through Christ takes upon himself the liberation of the suffering and humiliated. Olivia Pearl Stokes, author of the article, "Black Theology: A Challenge to Religious Education, “contends: Blackness is a symbol of the being, the humanity of black people in the context of the experience African and Afro - American, blackness has meant inferiority and oppression. Insofar as Jesus Christ was subjugated and humiliated without cause to save the world, he is recognized by black theology as the oppressed man of God who took upon himself the undeserved suffering of all oppressed people. . He is the black messiah who was raised from the dead to liberate the oppressed by the power of the God who delivered Israel from the hand of Pharaoh and revealed himself as a strong deliver and liberator from every oppression of human existence.9

Consequently, the black experience of oppression and exploitation serves as the background for perceiving the God of the Bible as the God of liberation. When analyzing Christianity as it is interpreted by its followers of the Diaspora, one must take a more objective look at the primary source of reference, the Bible. Black theology's hermeneutical (study of the interpretation of the Bible) position, according to Cone's Perspective is: “The Bible is the witness to God's self-disclosure in Jesus Christ. Thus the black experience requires that Scripture be a source of Black Theology. For it was scripture that enabled slaves to affirm a view of God that differed radically from that of the slave masters. The slave masters' intention was to present a ‘Jesus’ who would make the slave obedient and docile. . .Many blacks rejected that view of Jesus, not only because it contradicted their African heritage, but because it contradicted the witness of scripture.” 10

Considering the wickedness of the individuals who have tampered with Scripture, objectiveness must be applied when reading the Bible. The South African theologian, Itumeleng J. Mosala, emphasizes, "the insistence on the Bible as the 'word of God' must be seen for what it is: an ideological maneuver whereby ruling class interests in the Bible as in our society today are converted into faith that transcends social, political, racial, sexual, and economic divisions. In this way the Bible becomes an historical inter-classiest document." 11

To help serve the African of the Diaspora from becoming more persuaded by myths and exaggerations promoted by the Bible, Mosala recommends that, "a new exegetical starting point is established by black theologians ". . . anything else is a tinkering with what in fact must be destroyed." 12 The black church is undoubtedly the primary location, where the manifestation of black theology can develop. The church has been successful at a number of accomplishments, serving predominantly as the last existing fixture in our communities. Benjamin Mays, the longtime President of Morehouse College in Atlanta, tells about the stability of the black church during the period before 1933: The church was the first community or public organization that the Negro actually owned and completely controlled. And it is possibly true to this day that the Negro church is the most thoroughly owned and controlled public institution of the race .13

The black church is the domain of the pastoral minister. It is here, where the practical approach of Black theology is exercised. The practical approach is more compelling, more concrete, than the systematic approach. This methodology relies largely on the charismatic orator. It is the reverend's cadence and style of delivery that is oftentimes more lasting than the content of the sermon. Gayraud S. Wilmore, Dean and Professor of Afro-American Religious Studies at the New York Theological Seminary, challenges the black preacher, suggesting, "they need to be constantly reminded that the 'old religion' among our people had a powerful, though sometimes covert, social action and cultural renewal component that was utilized by our predecessors in lyceums, literary societies, benevolent clubs and abolitionist groups with the congregation..” 14

Black theology does have its skeptics and varying degrees of skepticism. Its principles are mostly challenged by fellow theologians and religious scholars. William Jones, a Unitarian minister, argues from the prospective of theodicy and black humanism. He questions, "if there is a God, why do people suffer (undeservedly)?"15 He continues his scrutiny, "since black theologians base their claims that God is the liberator of all the oppressed in the Exodus story, what proof, what historical example is there in the black experience to warrant these claims? For such claims to be justified, blacks should be able to point to events in black history which reflect the liberation acts of all the oppressed in the Exodus story, what proof, what historical example is there in the black experience to warrant these claims? Black people have no right to make claims on other people's histories' and base their hopes on them as if they were their own history, Since there is no historical event, to which, they can point to that shows that the biblical God is on their side as their liberator."16

In addition, to Jones' doubts, are more constructive analyzes, offered by fellow black theologians Cecil W. Cone and Albert Cleage. Cecil W. Cone, author of “The Identity Crisis in Black Theology” (1975), strongly contends that Black theology should build more solidly on the black religious experience and tradition, emphasis placed in this area would decrease the identity crisis in theology. Albert Cleage, author of “The Black Messiah” (1968), supports the installing of an even more dominate effort at promoting black nationalistic interpretation of biblical religion and the black church. However, a more easily detected shortcoming, is the ineffectiveness black theologians’ encounter when attempting to convey their scholarly analysis to the masses of Africans of the Diaspora. The unfortunate reality is that, theologians only seem to talk to theologians. Perhaps, because of its abstract nature, the lofty rhetoric, or the short time that it has been a practiced science, may attribute to its minimum attractiveness at this time.

The validity of black theology is not the most important element. Rather, the reality and relevance of its purpose is its most important feature. Mari Evans, writing as a young poet, captures the essence of a liberated religious posture in the poem, “Speak the Truth to the People”, she writes: the world; 5) to develop panoramic images of our experiences in the black churches. The black church is also faced with changing roles. In order to remain a viable factor, each black church must create its own community outreach agenda. without a sense of mission, the black church will become useless temples of hope, if it does not evolve within the context of an ever changing political, social and economic world—change is not stagnant it is constant. The black church must adopt new platforms which to continue to address the needs of their challenging congregation.

In an article written by Hollie I. West, "Down from the Clouds,” recent innovative ideas were discovered. "In Detroit the Joy of Jesus ministry has no congregation, cleans yards, restores houses, tutors youngsters, sends kids to camp and combat crimes The six-denomination Congress of National Black Churches, based in Washington, is working to establish economic development and anti-drug programs for individual churches in the District of Columbia, San Diego, New York City, Memphis, Atlanta, and Chicago.” 18 Innovative programs will strengthen the black church, thus creating a more stabled forum for Black theology to evolve.

Fundamentally speaking, Black theology seems simple to promote to the "lost" African of the Diaspora, but a more in depth analysis indicates otherwise. There has to be a restructuring of ideology implemented by each of the "lost" peoples of Africa. Not until individuals seek to expand their own knowledge of their existence will Black theology become a more dominant persuasion. It will be incumbent upon the black church and members to utilize its greatest potential. Black theology must take seriously the suffering and cruel treatment that its people are victims of.

However, Black Liberation Theology will always remain viable, as long as racism and injustice exist and the black church will continue to have the job, duty and responsibility to answer with a critical and decisive voice, unless it renders its-self useless and obsolete. Black Liberation Theology is not a racist doctrine or teachings of hate, but it affirms how black people see God and the prophets and interpret religion from their own theological definitions. This writer enjoys the Ministry of Dr. Pastor Frank Reid III of Bethel AME Church in Baltimore because Dr. Reid’s sermons are practical and relative to his black congregation worldview, it represents messages of a collective conscience and a collective experience rooted in the black tradition. This writer loves good ole southern black preaching; although I am far from being religious, but my spirituality helps me embrace all truth regardless of the paths and labels we apply to the Creators existence. This writer must admit he detest mega preachers and ministers such as T.D. Jakes, Creflo Dollar, Eddie Long, Fred Price, etc., and many more like them; these religious gangsters, pimps and crooks are robbing their congregations blind and many of them are to ignorant to know what is going on. These prosperity base ministries are only designed to financially empower these ego driven ministers to the detriment of a suffering black masses. They live bourgeoisie and lavish lifestyles selling the greatest con game ever invented—religion.

"CONSPIRACY THEORY VERSUS THE BIG LIE THEORY AND THE SEARCH FOR TRUTH"

The very nature of mentioning the word conspiracy ordinarily evoke two different reactions; one being of denial, disbelief and rejection; moreover, often there is a fervent position to protect the popular view because there exist in the human psyche a deep seated belief and trust that our governments (or other entities of authority) will not do what the conspiracy theorist are maintaining. However, secondly, there is a much smaller minority of people who study certain past historical trends and are more than willing to explore the possibilities of an alternative view by delving into questions that are not expected to be entertained by an indoctrinated and ignorant masses. Graham Hancock on his website stated: "Each day scientists learn more and more about our species and its past, often turning up new evidence that challenges the accepted views and received wisdom of long-established orthodoxy. But because we live in an 'Information Universe' it is no longer the professional academic alone who is privy to such disconcerting news. Since the advent of the worldwide web the old intellectual monopolies have been broken. Now we all have the opportunity, if we choose to take it, to challenge habitual assumptions and to play a part in piecing together the puzzle of who we are and of our forgotten past".

John Michael Greer in his book titled, “The Element Encyclopedia of Secret Societies” stated, “Behind the ordinary history of the world, the facts and dates that most of us learn in school and forget immediately thereafter, lies a second, hidden history of secret societies, lost civilizations, sinister conspiracies and mysterious events. This shadow side of history has become a pervasive theme in the popular culture of recent years, drawing widespread and far from unreasonable sense that the official version of reality presented in schools and public media is a political construction meant to favor some at the expense of others. In an age of politicians who manipulate facts for their own benefit, scientists who invent data to advance their careers, and scholars who let prejudices all too obviously shape their judgment, only the foolish- or those with agendas of their own-accept the claims of authority blindly.”

The utilization of deductive reasoning is implored by the conspiracy theoretician, which to assess and evaluate the allege 'facts' and often drawing what is deemed as "unconventional" conclusions. The thought is being guided by intuition and a moral compass, which is geared towards finding the truth. No different than like a good private investigator that has put in the research time and has gathered enough evidence to make a reasonable inference about a subject. The findings more than often will likely be a deviation from and contrary to the popular version of the truth relative to an event that may have taking place in history. There are some who confuses anything “secret” as being conspiratorial and draw a false assumption that it represents cloak-and-dagger which might be the furthest thing from the truth. People can have secrets and not necessarily be planning anything sinister. However, one of the fundamental components and elements of the conspirators is there ability to conceal secrecy and manipulate past, present and future reality by veiling, cryptic, mystifying and creating a covert clandestine system which to or not to disseminate information.

These secret motivated groups or individuals can appear in society as some formal organizational entities or as some loose social order, which both mindsets share agendas of creating a pretext for the truth in order to maintain influence and prerogative over those who have been duped. The only obvious difference, is one may be formal and other informal in their internal and external workings but the ultimate objective is the same. There is one central theme that drives the conspirators, which is cloaking the truth by any means necessary and never revealing some of the diabolical schemes to the uninformed masses. In this world, perception means everything and reality means absolutely nothing. We have been conditioned to take things at face value and are frowned upon for raising the essential questions of how, where, when, who, why and most of what if? The conspiracy theorist for raising these questions will be quickly labeled insane, irrational, kooky and often dismissed as a lunatic that is psychologically deranged. These false characterizations are done to further lure an unassuming public to sleep and the active and/or latent conspirators are allowed to further hide without any real public scrutiny or ideological challenge. Many do not believe that there are some invisible forces (historical and present) shielded behind many barriers of deceptions that have had a hidden hand in defining history and altering history with a motive of forever distancing themselves from the reality of the masses, yet influencing and dictating their enslavement.

The authors Gary Allen and Larry Abraham in their book titled, "None Dare Call it Conspiracy" stated: "Those who believe that major world events results from planning are laugh at for believing in the 'conspiracy theory of history.' Of course, no one in this modern day and age really believes in the conspiracy theory of history--except those who have taken the time to study the subject. When you think about it, there are really only two theories of history. Either thing happen by accident neither planned nor caused by anybody, or they happen because they are planned and somebody causes them to happen. In reality, it is the 'accidental theory of history' preached in the unhallowed Halls of Ivy which should be ridiculed."

For example, was September 11, 2001 truly accidental and/or incidental history, which involved nineteen (19) allege terrorist—hijackers or was this historical event well planned out and under the covert guise of some powerful conspirators possessing unseen motives, which to produce a certain cause and effect. This writer never believed that the three thousand (3,000) fatalities were the intended targets they were mere victims of the casualties of War nor was striking the World Trader Center aimed at disrupting the business of the financial capitol of the world—New York City and its flow of money. They have the ability to create smoking mirrors.

In a work titled, "Rape of the Constitution: Death of Freedom" authored by Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonn stated, "You ask and ask again, 'What can I do?' Herein we tell you that which you can do. The time for letting 'someone else do of your work is finished--you will stand forth and participate in the journey of God or you will be passed by. Your Constitutional rights as written by the Founding Fathers are being replaced by the New Constitution which is already in operation without your realization of the same. You have a right and obligation to know that which is in store for you at the hands of the conspirators for the New World Order, and further obligation as a citizen, to act. You have been people of the lie far to long, my friends and it has all but cost you every vestige of freedom. . . Do nothing, and you had better increase your prayer time, for it is serious indeed. The projected prophecies are at your door and it is time you recognize your enemy!"

This writer heard Dr. Abdul Alim Muhammad, former minister of Mosque number 4 Washington, DC once deliver a speech at North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina and he stated that the United States Government systematically uses the "Big Lie" theory, which is an established strategy and tactic used by them to systematically turn lies into facts (if there is any such thing) which is then perceived and eventually accepted as being the truth; in particular using scholars, think tanks, intellectuals, scientist, media (Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberger group, Trilateral Commission, Carlyle Group), etc., as the vehicles to carry out this deception to a predestined end.

Academicians bring further validity to the Big Lie theory by showing forth doctored empirical data and allegedly taking hypotheses through the rigor and stringent methodical test instruments required for the designation of scholarly research, which to determine, if it meets the standards of scientific proof. The objective is to lead some prominent and respected scholar to intellectualize the Big Lie by quoting, documenting and imploring citations in well respected scholarly academic journals and books. This is one method they use to turn the lie in the "truth" and people readily forget that initially there were no basis to the lie and then more and more credible researchers cite the lie and just like that they have transformed a lie into an acceptable documented 'truth.'

In a small pamphlet published by the National Alliance titled, "Who Rules America? The authors stated, "Because there are differences in degree, however, most Americans fail to realize that they are being manipulated. Even the citizens who complains about 'managed news' falls into the trap of thinking that because he is presented with an apparent spectrum of opinion he can escape the thought controllers influence by believing the editor or commentator of his choice. It's a 'heads I win, tails you lose' situation. Every point on the permissible spectrum of public opinion is acceptable to the media masters--an no impermissible fact or viewpoint is allowed any exposure at all, if they can prevent it. The control of the opinion molding media is monolithic. All controlled media--television, radio, newspapers, magazines, books, motion pictures--speak with a single voice each reinforcing the other. Despite the appearance of variety, there is no real dissent, no alternative sources of facts or ideas accessible to the great mass of people which might allow them to form opinions at odds with those of the media masters."

Yet through the art of persuasion (subliminal seduction), it is easily adopted as our new standard of truth in which we are prepared to fight and defend, its allege integrity and validity. Moreover, there is a false and misconstrued belief that there exist a moral, ethical and love for the positive development of humanity that is shared amongst the classes, and the powerful and the powerless are on equal footage. Those that perpetuate conspiracies do it out of maintaining dominance and control and with an interest to subjugate and never allow anyone who is not invited in their paradigm and power schemes to create any thought that could perhaps alter the balance of power. They will go to great lengths to discredit, assassinate, imprison, bankrupt, cause sickness, publicly ridicule, etc., and use all sought of dirty tricks to get their diabolic agenda across.

Funk and Wagnalls in their standard Dictionary defined Conspiracy in this manner: "An agreement between two or more persons to do an evil act in concert; secret combination of men for evil purpose." The objective of the conspirator is to hide the truth about something be it a historical event, or person that might be in a position to expose or reveal something that might uncover a deception and expose some deep seated secrecy that might enlighten those of us who have been made ignorant for the purpose of maintaining power and manipulating our personal, as well as the social, political, and economic reality for their benefit.

Truth has the ability to alter the balance of power by eliminating and/or isolating and uprooting past agreed truths that were formulated as false control mechanisms to shield evidence that might-be pointing to the contrary. It almost becomes sinister and borders on being treasonous to offer or suggest a point of view, opposite of the one being advocated by the status quo. The status quo has the masses of the global population conditioned that oftentimes they do not even have to defend their contentions. Moreover, those who are being deceived by the conspirators will often run to the defense of the conspirator and serve in opposition to anyone attempting to expose their chicanery.

Dr. John Coleman is his revealing book titled, "Conspirators' Hierarchy: The Story of The Committee of 300" stated, "My hope is . . . better, clearer, and wider understanding of the conspiratorial forces ranged against this nation will come about. That hope is being realized as more and more young people are beginning to as questions and seek information about what is REALLY going on. It is difficult for people to comprehend that these conspirators are real and they have the power I and many others have attributed to them. Many have written to ask how it is that our government does nothing about the terrible threat to civilization. The problem is that our government is PART of the problem, part of the conspiracy and nowhere and at no time has this become more clear evident than during the Bush Presidency. Of course President Bush knows precisely what the Committee 300 is doing to us. HE WORKS FOR THEM. Others have written to say, "We thought we were fighting the government." Of course we are, but behind government stands a force so powerful and all-encompassing that intelligence agencies are even afraid to mention the name 'Olympians.' "

This writer became aware and accepted the fact that there were conspiratorial forces working in our midst and it was no more evident than after the assassination of Minister Malcolm X on February 21. 1965 and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on April 4, 1968; these two single historical incidents led me to believe that after years of research and investigation that their deaths were not mere accidental history neither were the trigger-men or assassins acting as mere self-righteous zealots working and looking to absolve the United States of two radical and antagonistic voices. These two black Civil Rights leaders were targets of a United States Government Conspiracy and after discovering the government's hand in these assassinations. It led me to re-access how I would view this whole notion of conspiracy theory school thought in the present and the future. The former F.B.I Director J. Edgar Hoover and the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a governmental agency in the 1960s and 1970s were part of a conspiracy to silence militant black activist and in King's case not so militant voices during the turbulent Civil Rights struggles.

The United States Government led the public to believe that James Earl Ray acted as the lone shooter in King's assassination and now years later more and more facts are being revealed that perhaps there were Top Level Governmental officials involved in Dr. King's murder. Minister Malcolm was a militant and radical spokesman for the Nation of Islam and it has been revealed that the three Muslim assassins of Minister Malcolm X were US Government agents. The Hit on Minister Malcolm X was ordered by Top Level individuals in the US Government and they even sent agent provocateurs to infiltrate Elijah Muhammad's movement and disrupt his effectiveness as a black protest leader. It was this history that confirmed and affirmed for me that conspiracy theories are more than worthy to be taking serious and given credence as a legitimate school thought and discipline, and should be offered on the university level like any other curriculum of study, as opposed to being met with suspicion and skepticism.

Some believe that the Rothschild’s, Rockefellers, Morgans, etc., function as an invisible government with powers and sovereignty unmatched by independent nations of the earth and this super-Elite have pulled the purse strings on all major world events and they answer to no one, but themselves. Moreover, some even correlate these Dynastic Families to the covert agenda that is written about in the "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" in which there exist a diabolical conspiracy to rule over every facet of humanity's lives—be it political, social, and economic, but there are others that view the "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" as a mere hoax and fraud made up and possess no credibility which leads to a world wide Zionist Jewish Conspiracy. The Conspiracy Theorist do not mind entertaining sensitive topics like this and weighing the evidence and allowing the evidence to be the determining factor and not being swayed by so-called 'mainstream' or 'traditional history'.

This leads to the United States banking and monetary system which some believe has been co-opted by these Dynastic Families and this evidence points to an even larger conspiracy or is it just perhaps coincidental that one (1) percent of the population (or more like 300 families) control over ninety-five (95) percent of the world's wealth and resources. These topics in my opinion are worthy topics of discussion, but traditional schools of thought will not critique and analyze the International Banks and the power of the Central Banks who rules and govern the world with an Iron Fist. The conspiracy theorist has the uncanny ability of taking us out of our comfort zone and getting us to think, which is something to few of us do, because it is so easy to have others that think for us. If we ever wake up from our slumber we will be shocked to know how dumbfound we have been.

John Lawrence Reynolds in his book titled, "Secret Societies: Inside the World's Most Notorious Organizations" stated: "It's fine entertainment for those who suspect that their lives are manipulated by unseen powers. They seek evidence like seedlings craving light, even when the source of light is somewhat less illuminating than the sun. According to conspiracy buffs, every decision regarding your economic well-being, your position in society, the condition of your health, and the institution that governs your life rests in the hands of enigmatic men--they are almost always men--whose identity is either concealed from view or hidden behind a mask of benign public service. Nothing you think or do is yours alone to decide."

"Politics, Race and How It Has Shaped the 2008 Election"

The United States of America has come a long way, as it relates to race relations within this nation, but viewing the recent presidential campaigns; in particular between Senator Barack Obama and Senator Hillary Clinton, two democratic candidates, the variables of politics and race have been exacerbated. It is only timely and proper that we weigh-in on how these variables are playing out in the 2008 election. The Clinton campaign and even the Clintons (Bill and Hillary) themselves were probably shocked after the Iowa Caucus that a political novice and inexperienced Illinois Senator named Barack Obama had upended and defeated the established and political well oil machine of Senator Hillary Clinton.

Senator Obama went into Iowa according to the experts that monitors political polls, at least thirty (30) percentage points behind, the veteran Clinton after all; she had a very popular former president as a husband in William ‘Bill’ Jefferson Clinton. President Bill Clinton just sixteen (16) years ago had energized the Democratic Party in the same manner as Senator Barack is doing in 2008.

Clinton brought young people and minorities into his cabinet, in unprecedented numbers and he was deemed the "the first black president". Blacks in 1992 and 1996 had voted for President Clinton at a ninety-five percent clip and they seemed to connect to him like they were connected to President John F. Kennedy some thirty years prior. Clinton was charismatic, he was musically inclined and like the great Jazz and Blues musicians of the Bayou played a mean saxophone.

He had aligned himself with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People of Colored People (NAACP) President Kwesi Mfume and the National Urban League and other traditional Civil Rights organizations; he even hired long time Civil Rights activist Vernon Jordan as a top advisor and close political confidante. Black leadership and the Congressional Black Congress had an open door to President Bill Clinton's White House, which was a relief from the hostility of President Ronald Reagan and George Herbert Walker Bush’s White House.

The Clintons attended most high level civic engagements put on by black leadership. It was a political marriage made in heaven. I believe President Clinton became one of the first sitting United States President to visit Sub-Sahara Africa in an official diplomatic capacity. Although many black Americans and Africans got caught-up in the moment and did not fully understand that the continent of Africa was perhaps being viewed as the new strategic key in determining and altering the balance of power relative to decreasing the United States dependency on foreign Arab States for Middle Eastern Oil.

Just a little over a century ago King Leopold of Belgium led the charge in 1884 & 1885 at the Berlin Conference to partitioned Africa and carved Africa up into little tiny nation States at the disposal of the European Powers—Great Britain, France, Spain , Germany , Portugal , Belgian, etc. The Dutch East Indian Company, King Leopold, Cecil Rhodes, Oppenheimers, etc. They partitioned Africa based on the availability of exploitable natural resources, which became of great monetary interest and to the vital and strategic interest of the European Powers. They were not concerned of the short term or the long term affect these artificial barriers would have on the people, land, culture, etc., nor were they concerned about the short and long term political, economic and social predictions of their imperialistic actions on Africa. This writer said that, to say this—President Bill Clinton's visits to Sub-Sahara Africa was out of recognition that Africa still has a wealth of untold Oil reserves and exploitable natural resources. The United States dependency on Middle Eastern Oil is becoming steadily and increasingly volatile based on United States Foreign Policy in which the Western Governments have created a hostile environment between Islam and itself, it does not look good for Western interest.

The US invasion and occupation of Iraq is a condemned act by most Sunni and Shia Muslims throughout the Islamic world; the United States unconditional support of the Zionist State of Israel and possess an unwillingness to exercise balance and fairness toward the Arab Palestinians; this too is a sensitive area in international Middle Eastern politics that could potentially affect the politics of OPEC and Middle Eastern Oil distribution.

Islam is deemed unpredictable and for sure the Muslim populace do not always follow the political directions of its state leaders. For example, remember it was found that out of the nineteen (19) allege ‘terrorist’ on September 11, 2001, sixteen (16) of the allege hijackers and 'terrorist' were from Saudi Arabia. The Saud monarch from Abdul Aziz Bin Abdul Rahman Bin Faisal AI-Saud, King Khallid, King Fahd, King Abdullah, etc., they all have had a friendly, diplomatic and capitalist relationship with the United States up until 2008.

But sixteen (16) of the allege 9/11 so-called 'terrorist’ were Wahhabi Muslims. Often what is untold and the West does not understand about Islam and Islamic societies, is that often the Imams, Sheiks, Emirs, Ayatollahs, etc., possess more influence and power over the people than the secular state leaders. The United States must find other energy sources, which to alter their overwhelmingly dependency on Arab Oil. 9/11 if you believe the Western propaganda, as far as the attack of the World Trade Center was led by one of the United States staunch ally’s, the Saudis.

President Clinton and recently President George Bush visits to Africa, these trips should not be viewed as Goodwill Ambassador trips which to establish cultural exchanges between Africa's Foreign Minister of culture and exchanges and US Minister sitting down to discuss tourism and artifacts. No, these recent presidential trips to the second largest continent in the world were based on strategic and vital US interest, which the United States Department of State and the Central Intelligence Agency need to get deeper into Africa as a matter of National Security because China is already in Darfur, Sudan cozying up to those thugs and Islamic dictators in Sudan and exploiting Sudan’s Oil. A few years ago they found Oil in Equatorial, West Africa and as political tensions increase in the Arab world—Africa is a viable option, ripe once again for foreign exploitation. The truth be told Africa is no match for the Seven Oil Sisters.

This writer does not know how we digressed from writing about "Politics, Race and How It Has Shaped the 2008 Election" but knowledge is connected and interrelated. No one has been more critical of Senator Barack Obama than as this author. I have dedicated two articles to analyzing and critiquing the man, mission and his politics; the first articles was written on December 2, 2007 titled, "Barack Obama: Who Does he Represent? Oprah Don't Understand" and the second article was written January 28, 2008 titled, " Barack Obama the Candidate of Change: The Party with the Same Old Game".

This writer initially was very cynical and pessimistic when it came to viewing Senator Obama as a viable candidate for the United States presidency. Thus, he was up against some legitimate low level political operatives that had served the Hidden Hand quite effectively. For example, Rudolph Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City who was a key player in helping the Hidden Hand re-alter United States history, in particular and world history in general, by aiding and abetting in the 9/11 hoax, while Larry Silverstein and the Cabal claimed trillions of dollars from this hit. Now! That do not factor in the international bankers and their profit incentives from 9/11 fiasco. Mayor Giuliani as this writer has stated in previous articles should have won an Oscar for his role as lead actor and his Police Commissioner Bernard B. Kerik should have receive one for best supporting actor.

This writer truly believed that Giuliani services were invaluable because the 9/11 hoax was one of the greatest acts of deception ever played on humanity. They sold the script to us hook, line and sinker and most of us were gullible to buy it. Giuliani was so good he used New York’s finest and surrounding departments to clean-up a crime scene in record time. To alleviate any suspicion or physical evidence that the two twin towers were bombed by dynamite or some high powered explosives that caused an implosion.

Mayor Giuliani was a low-level co-conspirator in this criminal act that perhaps had a concert of players on many different layers and levels. The Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberger and Trilateral Commission who consist of international bankers--with deep Dynastic Families ties are the ones who decide all US presidents; it is not the electoral process (voting), nor the Electoral College, nor superdelegates that makes this determination, but a small group of powerful Elitist who functions with complete autonomy and with the utmost sovereignty.

Moreover, since Mayor Giuliani had done such a masterful job to shield the Hidden Hand, destroy the United States Constitution and implement the United States Patriot Act, which compromised all Americans civil liberties. This writer had him a sure write-in for being the next United States president, and did not necessarily think Senator Obama was on their short list, he was inexperienced and hasn't been one of the 'good ole boys' but he was Ivy League trained, an attorney and an ambitious politician. Thus, usable qualities, but the most sought-after quality is loyalty and a willingness to serve the interest of the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberger and Trilateral Commission. This writer does not believe that Senator Barack Obama's rise to power and him potentially become the forty-fourth United States president is mere coincidental and happenstance, but his ascension has to be viewed within the dynamics of the power Elite. Some people have gotten caught up in the moment that June 3, 2008 was historical and history making within United States for Senator Obama who became the first African American to receive the US presidential nominee for either party. Did he make history or was this so-called historical event being guided, directed, prescribed, and ordered by the Hidden Hand? The day after winning the nomination and given that beautiful speech in Saint Paul, Minnesota, he and Hillary Clinton the very next day spoke at an American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) held forum ensuring the Jews that he was friend of Israel. But this writer would like to play a little devil’s advocate; how would it had been perceived, if Senator Obama would have met with an Arab based civic or political action group or better yet a Palestinian American group to talk about Arab foreign policy and United States diplomacy?

Senator Obama's core political base is African Americans and he has not met with or had a closed session with the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) and has not publicly recognize how important and vital his African American base has been to his campaign. How would it be perceived if blacks submitted and proposed a black agenda to Senator Obama? This is not to suggest that if it were not for multi-racial coalitions and alliance he would not be sitting on top as the presumptive Democratic Party Nominee. But it is clear, he like all other high profile politicians have to acquiesce to POWER.

President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Clinton after the South Carolina Primaries tried to inject race into the campaign by comparing Senator Obama’s South Carolina primary victory to the Reverend Jesse Jackson’s South Carolina victory in 1984 and 1988. The Clintons had penciled the African American vote in based on President Bill Clinton's popularity amongst African Americans, as a loyal bloc of voters who would readily throw their support to Senator Clinton unconditionally. The South Carolina primaries had shocked the Clintons and we witness President Clinton turn another color—white.

This is the same President Clinton that supported federal and state judicial sentencing guidelines and the three strikes you’re out penal legislation that placed more black men in United States Prisons and received longer and stiffer prison sentencing under a Democratic administration. He also supported the prison industrial complex and was a friendly ally to the overall criminal justice system. However, this same Clinton parting federal fugitive and 'metal man’ tycoon Mark Rich who had committed some big money fraud and high level white collar crimes in the United States, but absconded to Europe from the US Justice system for over a decade and a half until Clinton relieved him of his debt to society.

It was Clinton's administration that blamed the failed US welfare system on poor and oppressed people and passed legislation dismantling a system that in part aided poor women with dependent children. It was President Clinton that spearheaded the passing of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) that led to US based companies leaving the United States for Mexico, which many US workers lost jobs.

President Clinton thought since he would have lunch almost every day at the famous Sylvia's soul food Restaurant in Harlem, New York and moved his private company into Harlem that this would lure blacks to sleep and perhaps they would forget his reactionary policies. It was not out of the ordinary to see President Clinton in a black Christian worship service, clapping and enjoying black spirituals; he appeared comfortable in black social settings. President Clinton even called on Reverend Jesse Jackson during the Monica Lewinsky ordeal and Reverend Jackson prayed for the president and acted as a spiritual advisor.

Senator Clinton even took one of the famous African Proverb sayings, "It takes a Village to Raise a Child" and titled her book. The Clintons covertly pushed the radical and controversial Reverend Jeremiah Wright (this writer must admit he agreed with the majority of what Reverend had stated or what the media reported what he stated) issue out front. The Clintons did not tell the public that Reverend Jeremiah Wright had been an official guest of the Clinton White House. They knew that, if they could connect Senator Obama to his pastor’s so-called inflammatory words, it would appeal to the subliminal psyche and subconscious psyche of a society that still has historical unresolved race issues that lay just beneath the surface. (Reference: Marble Manning: “How White America underdeveloped Black America”).

Ralph Ellison stated, “Since the beginning of the nation, white Americans have suffered from a deep inner uncertainty as to who they really are. One of the ways that has been used to simplify the answer has been to seize upon the presences of black Americas and use them as a marker, a symbol of limits, and a metaphor for the ‘outsider.’ Many whites could look at the social position of blacks and feel color formed an easy and reliable gauge for determining to what extent one was or was not American. Perhaps that is why one of the first epithets that many Europeans immigrants learned when they got off the boat was the term ‘nigger’—it made them feel instantly American. But this is tricky magic. Despite his racial difference and social status, something indisputable American about Negroes not only raised doubts about the white man’s value system but aroused the troubling suspicion that whatever the true American is, he is also somehow black. (Reference: Ralph Ellison, “What America Would be Like Without Blacks).

Thus, any right-minded human knows that Senator Obama should not be held accountable for others deeds and actions including those of Reverend Wright, Minister Louis Farrakhan or Father Michael Pfleger. But the manipulators of media spin and those who systematically mold and shape public opinion knew exactly what they were doing; they were playing to the raw feelings (fears) and emotions of the dominant white electorate in particular.

They knew that Senator Obama was winning many of these primaries because he had attracted and mobilized a sizable numbers of the Caucasian electorate. Senator Barack was eventually forced to address the topic of race on May 18, 2008 in Philadelphia and one would have thought this subject would have been political suicide for Senator Obama. He perhaps initially saw himself running a racially neutral campaign and although Reverend Jesse Jackson coined the phrase "Rainbow Coalition" it has been proving much more applicable toward Senator Obama's campaign. (Reference: Cornel West: “Race Matters”).

Claud Anderson his book titled, “PowerNomics: The National Plan to Empower Black America” stated, “Black leadership and their respective organizations are trapped. They have painted themselves into a corner of civil rights and integration. They have been “the hewer of wood and the drawer of water’ for every aggrieved group for so long that they can not change roles. Black leadership is being forced to represent all aggrieved groups, even if it is detrimental to their own interests. Though others practice the politics of gender, ethnicity, culture, class and language, Black leadership is prohibited from practicing the politics of race.” (Reference: Claud Anderson; “PowerNomics: The National Plan to Empower Black America” pg 219)

Reverend Jackson ran two successful presidential campaigns, but never could transcend being labeled the "black candidate". But Senator Obama is standing on the shoulders of the foundation and work Reverend Jackson put in twenty-four years ago. Jackson's 1984 campaign was derailed by Zionist Jews in the same manner that the Clintons injected race in this 2008 political campaign with the intentions of derailing Senator's Obama presidential run. But in general, the electoral was a little more astute in 2008 and the trick wasn't as affective as it was twenty four years ago against Reverend Jackson.

The Clintons may have had reasons to be dismayed and little perturbed over how a sizable amount of blacks had politically alienating them and chose to support Senator Obama over Senator Clinton. But this 2008 elections should serve as a valuable electoral lessons and in one respect; it served notice that the black vote can no longer be taking for granted. The Clintons started appealing to lower class whites; in particular those blue collar and less educated whites in rural America and even labeled Senator Obama as an Elitist. This writer could not figure out what the Clintons had in common with rednecks from West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, etc., other than the generic classification of race and identification of race--white skin color.

Many of these poor and lower class whites perhaps found commonality in identifying with the political aspirations of Senator Clinton, a white upper class bourgeoisie politician who in truth probably had nothing in common with them other than exploiting race for the benefits of political gain. But these mountaineers probably shared a little more with Senator Obama’s experiences and background, but their values, beliefs, mores, folkway, etc., were probably shaped by a culture of race and to them nothing else mattered.

Claud Anderson in “PowerNomics” stated, “Since human rely on culture for survival, culture is an essential empowerment tool. . .Culture usually refers to the norms or systems of behavior and shared values that are passed on from one generation to another. Essentially, culture is a script that is never neutral in its purposes. It either empowers or de-empowers a group. What it does to a group depends in large measure upon the position the group holds in the societal pecking order of acceptability and whether they are in an in-group or an out-group. Culture’s most important function is to promote cohesiveness and trust that bind members together through values such as group loyalty, pride and respect. It is through culture that members of a group know who and what they are, and how to behave.” (Reference: Claud Anderson; “PowerNomics” pg 35).

Senator Hillary Clinton wanted Florida and Michigan counted and they were counted and will be seated in some fashion at the Democratic convention. Barack Obama has clinched the Democratic nomination for president of the United States. The total number of delegates needed to secure the nomination was 2,118. Right now, Barack has the support of at least 2,179 delegates. “The Fat Lady Has Sung.” But Senator Clinton has refused to succumb to defeat and keep on throwing out that she has over eighteen million voters, as to covertly suggest that she might declare herself as an Independent presidential candidate and run against McCain and Obama or take her delegates to the Democratic Convention floor. However, it plays out the Clintons have been distasteful, arrogant, racist and soar losers. This writer does not think it would be a good idea for Senator Obama to consider Senator Clinton as a potential vice president candidate because her and President Clinton lacks loyalty and can not be trusted. But politics makes for strange bed fellows.

“THE NATION OF ISLAM: A CONCISE HISTORY; A TRUE ACCOUNT"

The Nation of Islam has always been an interesting organization to cover as a topic of discussion, as far as, its history, politics, theology, etc., and ordinarily it has always had its apologist and detractors debating either the correctness of the Nation of Islam’s theology or its historical relevance as an organization. http://fahimknightsworld.blogspot.com/ I am constantly asked about whether or not there exist any affiliation between myself, the Think Tank and the Nation of Islam and this writer often does not know how people will come to associate my KEEPING IT REAL THINK Tank with the Nation of Islam; the Nation of Islam is a religious based organization and we are not. Our primary mission is research; thus, looking at issues that affect African and African Americans, I must admit we do share that common thread but most of our research is multifaceted in intellectual scope , if it had to be categorized, it would fall perhaps in the category of "conspiracy theory" (although we do not accept nor recognize that term). We have more of an on-line Caucasian audience that follows our blogs than African Americans, but our philosophical base will not change.

The Nation of Islam was founded by Master W.F. Fard Muhammad on July 4, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan. He was born in the Holy City of Mecca, Saudi Arabia on February 26, 1877 and it has been recorded that Master Fard Muhammad was in and out of America, for some twenty (20) years prior to making his presences known to the Lost-Found black man and black woman of America whom he called the ‘Lost Tribe of Shabazz’. He said, “My name is W. F. Muhammad, I came to North America by myself" to reclaim and redeem black people whom he referred to as his 'uncle' he stated, "My uncle (referring to the African American) was brought over here by the Trader 379 years ago; my uncle can not talk his own language”; “he doesn’t know he is my uncle" Master Fard Muhammad claimed to have been from the Quraish tribe of Mecca, the same ethnic group that Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him) belonged. He arrived in Detroit, Michigan and took on many aliases such as W.D Fard, Wallace Douglas, Mr. Ford, etc., which to protect his identity, but he began to teach door-to-door in one of the worst ghettos in America at that time in Detroit known as Paradise Valley. Moreover, many African Americans had migrated from the Deep South—Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, etc., to big urban metropolis like Detroit (Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, Newark, Baltimore) escaping racism, Jim Crow laws and were in search of economic, political and social relief and mobility. Many of these blacks were steeped in the Christian tradition; in particular the Pentecostal Church tradition---where salvation involved fire and brimstone sermons, Holy Ghost experiences, shouting, healing, speaking in tongues, anointing, etc., were common religious practices in the Christian Southern tradition. This was the Christian tradition we lived and the Bible was literally interpreted and there was no compromise when it came to God (the father), Jesus (the Son) and Holy Ghost. They often attended Church services seven (7) days a week and many blacks took these social and cultural norms with them to the north. Thus, we witness the southern rural backwoods church transition evolved into the storefront churches in the new urban cities. (Reference: C. This background is important to understanding the black religious experience in America and how other social and religious institutions formulated. The sociologist C. Eric Lincoln perhaps in 1961 wrote one of the most definitive books on the Nation of Islam and Black Muslim movement; titled, "The Black Muslims in America". Lincoln had acquired a Ph.D in theology from Boston University and was given some access by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad to carryout his scholarly investigation by being allowed to attend Mosque (Temple) meetings in the Boston area, to talk with Muslim believers, and had reasonable access to the Nation of Islam leadership. Minister Malcolm X, the National Representative of Elijah Muhammad who had spent considerable time in the Boston area organizing Temple Number 12 and it was Malcolm X who recommended and named Louis X (Farrakhan) as the Minister over the Boston Temple and he also gave interviews to C. Eric Lincoln.

I had the opportunity to sit under Larry 4X Prescott who now goes by the name of Minister Abdul Akbar Muhammad and he is one of the prolific Nation of Islam historians who gave a series of lectures in New York City at Muhammad’s Mosque Number 7 in the 1980s, titled, "A Concise History of Nation of Islam". This writer considers him an authority on the Nation of Islam's history. This writer was sought of disappointed that he never published the book on the history of the Nation of Islam as he promised. Minister Abdul Akbar Muhammad was recruited by Minister Malcolm X in the late 1950s and/or early 1960s and worked and served in the ministry class under Minister Malcolm X. He is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the Nation of Islam history—he readily has names, dates, and events in his memory bank and can recall Nation of Islam history of forty-five years just like it was yesterday. There are many international Muslims and Nation of Islam critics who are spewing misinformation and false propaganda against the Black Muslim Movement; reading books written by Zionist Jews, black pundits, and from inaccurate Internet Blog sites and gathering false information about the Nation of Islam but speaking with authoritative voices. Minister Akbar Muhammad is a long time friend and loyalist of Minister Farrakhan. The true history of Nation of Islam has yet to be written and only a Nation of Islam insider can truly do this subject justice. Dr. C. Eric Lincoln lived and worked in Durham, North Carolina at Duke University as a professor emeritus and I had the opportunity to visit his home and the university and talked with him extensively about the Nation of Islam movement before his death. He coined the phrase "Black Muslim" and although many Nation of Islam members historically speaking took issue with his book and his historical contentions. It still remains as the first scholarly dissertation ever written on the Nation of Islam. I know both Minister Louis Farrakhan and Imam Warith Mohammed considered Dr. Lincoln as a friend of Islam. Master Fard Muhammad used the Holy Bible and the Holy Qur'an and some of Nation of Islam detractors have characterized Master Fard Muhammad as perhaps being from Pakistan because he introduced the Muhammad Ali translation of the Holy Qur'an and in America the Yusuf Ali translation of the Holy Qur'an was widely accepted amongst American Muslims. The Ahmadiyya Movement followers of Gullam Ahmed were the first Eastern group of Muslims who befriended blacks and made an attempt to introduce Islam to African Americans. Master Fard Muhammad based on American standards of race categorization looked white and Caucasian, but Elijah Muhammad taught that he was a half original man (Asiatic black man). Thus, he had a white mother and a black father. (Reference: Yvonne Yazbeck Haddad and Jane Idleman Smith; “Mission to America: Five Islamic Sectarian Communities in North America”).

In a society where race mattered more in the 1930s than perhaps in 2008, he came like a thief in the night; looking like the dominant white society but had an interest in elevating the African American race from their depressed and downtrodden—social, political and economic condition. He went door to door as a silk salesman teaching black people that before Chattel Slavery (1555-1865) they had a splendid and glorious history under the banner of Islam in the East and were from lineage of royal kings and royal queens. He taught them the importance of adhering to Islamic dietary laws and began to constantly win the confidence of some black people in Paradise Valley. (Reference: Nasir Makr Hakim: “The True History of Master Fard Muhammad’).

This writer heard Minister Abdul Akbar Muhammad state that prior to Master Fard Muhammad's mysterious disappearance he had converted over eight thousand blacks to the Islamic religion. Some historians maintained that in 1930 or 1931 he met Elijah Poole who was born on October 7, 1897 in Sandersville, Georgia (1897-1975). Poole and his growing family had migrated to Detroit from Macon, Georgia or Sandersville, Georgia. Poole was poor, destitute and unemployed. Poole met Master Fard Muhammad at a public meeting and immediately embraced Master Fard Muhammad teachings and even recognized him as the Savior. (Reference: Abdul Akbar Muhammad: :Audio tapes “A Brief History of the Nation of Islam).

Poole became very close with Master Fard Muhammad who taught Poole for three and one-half years day and night. Master Fard Muhammad initially renamed Elijah Poole, Elijah Kareem and told the believer here is Kareem. Master Fard Muhammad also gave his complete full name, which was Wali Fard Muhammad—Wali translated from the Arabic language means friend, Fard--means obligatory and Muhammad--means one worthy of praise and praise much. Moreover, in 1934 W.F. Muhammad turned the Nation of Islam's ministry and organization over to Elijah Kareem and Elijah said he accompanied W.F. Muhammad to the Airport where he boarded a flight to Mecca, which to be never seen again and has been cause for a lot of historical speculation over the years. Elijah Kareem eventually changed his surname to Muhammad after his teacher W.F. Muhammad. Elijah Muhammad experienced serious threats and opposition from internal rival leaders within this fragile organization right after W.F. Muhammad disappeared and these threats eventually forced Muhammad to move out of Detroit and he went from city to city quietly propagating Islam. The writer personally met two of the old pioneers in Washington, DC backed in the early 1980s named Benjamin Muhammad and his wife Clara Muhammad; they housed Elijah Muhammad back in the late 1930s and early 1940s. This unique couple were probably in their late 80s and 90s when I met them and that has been over twenty-five years ago. Elijah Muhammad was convicted in 1942 of military draft evasion for refusing to being inducted in the U.S. Arm Forces and fighting in World War 11; although, he was a Conscientious Objector based on being Muslim and believing in the religion of Islam and he was forty-four years of age. He served about five (5) years in a Federal Prison in Milan, Michigan. His wife Clara Muhammad kept the organization alive during his untimely incarceration. (Reference: Clifton E. Marsh: “From Black Muslims to Muslims: The Transition from Separation to Islam 1930-1980).

This writer in about 1993, wrote and published a book on Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam titled, "In Defense of the Defender: The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad" Thus, I spent many hours surveying and reading the now vast body of literature on the Nation of Islam and as a social scientist evaluating and assessing the gamut of scholarship on the Nation of Islam---from the apologist and pundits perspective. Thus, what this writer found interesting was how the Nation of Islam historically sustained itself against United States Government opposition and form mainstream Islam. For example, there were earlier groups like the Moorish Science Temple of America, which was founded by Noble Drew Ali in 1913 in the City of Newark, New Jersey. Ali was the first Black Muslim leader to introduce Islam to black America in a formalized organizational manner. They barely survived after US Government attacks. (Reference: William H. Banks, Jr.; “The Black Muslims”)

Ali was born in 1886 in Cherokee, North Carolina and worked on the railroad line where he traveled throughout America. This writer and the historians are unclear whether or not he met Muslims from the East while traveling and did someone introduce him to the Oriental Mystic Sciences. But some historians maintained that Ali traveled to Egypt and Morocco and was initiated into the Egyptian Mystery Schools and was so-called commissioned by the High Imams of Egypt and Morocco to come back to North America and teach the blacks ex-slaves in America, Islam. (Reference: C. Eric Lincoln: “The Black Muslims in America; third edition).

But there is an equal and plausible contention, that Ali may have received his Islamic worldview from the Masonic school of thought—the Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles of the Mystic Shrine (the African American Shrine Organization) was founded in 1893 and the belief is that Drew Ali was actually initiated in the 32nd Degree and 33rd degree of Freemasonry, as well as initiated in the Mystic Shrine and this is where he received some of his knowledge relative to Islam. The Moorish Science Temple philosophy does have some similarities to the Speculative side of Shrine Masonry. Ali authored a book titled, “The Circle Seven: Holy Koran” there is little doubt that this book was inspired by Masonic Speculative philosophy and at the same time Ali was accused of plagiarizing the “Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ”. written by Levi H. Dowling. (Reference: Peter Lamborn Wilson: Sacred Essays on the Margins of Islam).

Noble Drew Ali's slave name was Timothy Drew, but he eventually adopted Abdul Sharrieff Ali as his Islamic attribute---holy name. The title Noble is a titled that Shrine Masonry uses to refer to brothers that have been initiated into the Mystic Shrine. Ali is of interest for a number of reasons; he so-called received an official governmental character from President Woodrow Wilson, recognizing the Moorish Science Temple of America as s sovereign Islamic group and recognized that black Americans had a duly legalized nationality called Moorish Americans. This nationality or racial/ethnic recognition according to Ali afforded blacks certain legal and constitutional rights and even recognition within United Nations based on blacks’ linage being tied to the Moors of Africa. (Reference: Robert L. Uzzel, "The Moorish Science Temple: A Religion Influenced by Prince Hall Masonry”).

The Moors of North Africa had a splendid and glorious history, where Tarik Ibn Zaid in the 8th Century took civilization to Europe who were experiencing the Dark Ages. Some argue that W.F. Muhammad and Elijah Muhammad borrowed a lot of its teachings and theology from Ali and the Moorish Science Temple. Ali was murdered in 1929 and his organization, yet still around, but has not risen to the status of its former glory. (Reference: John G. Jackson and Willis N. Huggins; “A Guide to Studies in African History).

Also, there was Marcus Mosiah Garvey, a Jamaican immigrant who came to America in 1914 and who studied Islam and Pan Africanism under an Egyptian scholar who lived in London named Duce Muhammad Ali and eventually founded the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA). Garvey was inspired by Booker T. Washington, the founder of Tuskegee Institute who preached self-reliance and the importance of blacks embracing vocational and technical training over a classical liberal arts education (Reference: Fahim Knight: Article; "W.E.B DUBOIS AND BOOKER T. WASHINGTON: THE GREAT DEBATE" ).

Garvey at the peak and height of the UNIA movement, it was recorded that he led the largest mass movement of blacks—five million, in the history of black America. Garvey did not teach Islam, but he taught Pan-Africanism and Black Nationalism. He popularized the Back-to-Africa movement; although there were others such as Paul Cufee, Martin Delaney, George Padmore, Henry Highland Garnett, Bishop McNeil Turner, etc., that had advocated this type of African nationalism some years before Marcus Garvey.(Reference: Edmund David Cronon, "The Black Moses: The Story of Marcus Garvey and the Negro Improvement Association").

Some historians make claim that Elijah Muhammad was a member in both the UNIA and the Moorish Science Temple of America. This writer has not fully substantiated such claims. However, there is no doubt that Nation of Islam borrowed some of the Nationalism concepts from these two fore-organizations. Garvey taught "Africa for the Africans at home and abroad" and called for African unity under the banner of “One God, One Aim, and One Destiny”. Garvey purchased ships with the intent of engaging in trade and commerce with Africa. He also was in discussion with the Liberian Government for acquiring land for which to relocate black Americans. (Reference: Amy Jacques-Garvey; “Philosophy and opinions of Marcus Garvey”).

The Federal Bureau of Investigation worked to sabotage Garvey and his UNIA movement. It was a young federal agent named J. Edgar Hoover in the 1920s who worked to prosecute Garvey of mail fraud. Elijah Muhammad taught a religious nationalism that also called for worldwide black unity under the banner of Islam. He also advocated that blacks pursue political, economic and social independence from the dominant white society. He advocated self-reliance above all else and preached thriftiness and the importance of doing-for-self. Muhammad's bootstrapped philosophy resonated with a lot of poor and oppressed blacks in the 1950s and 1960s. Thus, it was not until Minister Malcolm X began to preach and it was his efforts that led to attracting middle class and educated blacks to the Nation of Islam. Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes spearhead a documentary titled, "The Hate, that Hate Produced" and it was this program aired in the early 1960s that brought the Nation of Islam to the national attention of white America. The Nation of Islam experienced its biggest growth periods between the years of 1965-1975, post Minister Malcolm X era. The Nation of Islam under Elijah Muhammad built a 70 million dollar empire by 1975. The Nation of Islam was engaged in millions of dollars international fish trade arrangement with the nation of Peru. Muhammad owned a bank, had a printing press that published the "Muhammad Speaks' newspaper, owned a clothing manufacturing, restaurants and eateries, purchased various real-estate ventures, etc. (Reference: Clifton E. Marsh: “From Black Muslims to Muslims: The Transition from Separation to Islam 1930-1980).

The Nation of Islam's theology from its inception has always been controversial, Muhammad taught religious nationalism and was critical of the white society for the past injustices perpetrated against the black race. It was this black-white dynamic, in particular the racial injustice that was created by Chattel Slavery (1555-1619) that stood as the driving force behind the Nation of Islam's theological worldview. The Nation of Islam's theology was rooted in the black experience and it was designed to address the political reality of a western society that were the purveyors of violence and injustices through out the world. (Reference: Nasir Makar Hakim; “The True History of Elijah Muhammad: Messenger of Allah”).

Mainstream Islam as practiced in the East and the Islamic world condemned the Nation of Islam's teachings as being heretic and un-Islamic and very much unorthodoxy. But most of the international Islamic leaders: Hafez al Assad, Yassir Arafat, Muammar Qadaffi, and later Muhammad Anwar Sadat all kept a diplomatic and cozy relationship with the Nation of Islam’s patriarch, Elijah Muhammad.

This writer also had the opportunity to sit and gave his assistance to a history professor at North Carolina A&T State University named Claude Clegg and presently on the faculty at Indiana University at Bloomington. Dr. Clegg approached me during the research phase of writing his book and needed assisting in reaching out to former followers of Nation of Islam members who were part of the organization before 1976. Clegg went on to author a book titled, "An Original Man: Life and Times of Elijah Muhammad" published in 1997, it actually became the first scholarly research biography done on Muhammad. Clegg explained to me that he made attempts to reach out to the Nation of Islam hierarchy, but to no avail, and was rebuffed by top level officials under Minister Louis Farrakhan. Clegg cited me in his book but was very critical of my work. However, the Caucasian Swedish sociologist and theologian Matthias Gardell who was serving as a visiting professor at Duke University (Durham, NC) and authored the scholarly study titled, "In The Name of Elijah Muhammad: Louis Farrakhan" were given access to the Nation of Islam. (Reference: Claude Clegg; "An Original Man: Life and Times of Elijah Muhammad").

Muhammad taught that his teachings could be summed up in six words, "except your own and be yourself." He authored his most definitive treatise in 1965 titled; "Message to the Blackman in America" this book explains the Nation of Islam's theology in great detail. Muhammad taught separation and was opposed to Dr. Martin Luther King's call for integration and Civil Rights. He called integration a hypocritical trick; thus, he proclaimed the black man and woman of America to be the seed of Abraham and chosen of God according to the Bible in the book of Genesis and for that contention, the Zionist Jews back in the early 1960s labeled the Nation of Islam as an anti-Semitic organization. Muhammad said blacks were that people who were in bondage for 400 years who were kidnapped and taking to a strange land--America. (Reference: Elijah Muhammad; “Message to the Black of America”)

J. Edgar Hoover and FBI in the 1960 and 1970s under Cointelpro, a counter-intelligence program sent agent provocateurs and infiltrated to the Nation of Islam in order disrupt and neutralize the leadership. FBI director Hoover was obsessed with the "rise of a black Messiah" that could unify and electrify the masses of black people. Hoover also, spied, wiretapped, and eavesdropped on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a non-militant integrationist leader who supported mainstream ideas, but nevertheless he was scrutinized and was constantly under FBI surveillance just like Elijah Muhammad. Through the 1966 Freedom of Information Act some of the FBI Files were released to the public, which Hoover had accumulated massive surveillance documentation on all black leaders and organization from the most conservative to the most radical. Elijah Muhammad died in 1975 and at the Nation of Islam's national Savior's Day Convention, it was publicly announced that Elijah Muhammad's next to the youngest son, Wallace Deen Muhammad would be succeeding his father as the new leader of the Nation of Islam. This decision was publicly endorsed by the Muhammad Royal Family and Nation of Islam ministerial hierarchy.

The younger Muhammad had always had a difficult relationship with his father and his teachings; he was punished numerous times for insubordination and was even ex-communicated a few times for organizational disobedience. Wallace Muhammad after six months of being the leader began to make drastic theological changes and organizational changes--he began to slowly move this once proud Black Nationalist organization toward Sunni Orthodox Islam, it went through various name changes, as well as ideological changes.(Alex Haley: “The Autobiography of Malcolm X”)

This writer has had the opportunity on numerous occasions to attend public speeches delivered by Imam Warith Mohammed (formerly Wallace Deen Muhammad). He appears to be very passionate about his Islamic mission, but he is for the most part, apolitical and his message often lacks relevance to the social, political, and economic crisis that faces African Americans and his message does not resonate beyond his loyal organizational base. He appears to be an Islamic spiritualist that has lost sight of black reality in order to pursue the needs of humanity.

Imam Mohammed is nearing seventy-five years of age and his Muslim American organization after thirty-five years is still fragile and lacks leadership direction. Imam Mohammed teaches Qur'an and if nothing else has brought a better understanding of Qur'an, Sunna, Hadiths, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Islamic religion as it is taught in the East. In 1977 splinter groups and sects began to take issue with Imam Mohammed dismantling the Nation of Islam and his mischaracterization of his father Elijah Muhammad’s teachings. Minister Silis Muhammad leader of the Lost-Found Nation of Islam in the West declared what he called a "spiritual war" against Imam Mohammed, which he explains in his book Titled, "The Wake of the Nation of Islam". Minister Silis Muhammad actually separated himself from Imam Mohammed prior to Minister Louis Farrakhan who in September of 1978 made a public break from Imam Mohammed's teachings and organization. Both Minister Silis Muhammad and Minister Louis Farrakhan reclaimed Elijah Muhammad's program, theology and mission, which to rebuild the Nation of Islam in Elijah's name. However, they both had their own interpretations of Elijah Muhammad's teachings and mission. Minister Silis Muhammad mission took him to Atlanta and Houston and Minister Louis Farrakhan's mission took him to Chicago where he eventually reclaimed a lot of the old real estate and property that were once owned by Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam. Minister Farrakhan purchased most of the properties from Imam Mohammed's bankrupt organization; such as the old cathedral style edifice (once Temple Number 2 owned by Elijah Muhammad), which was refurbished now stands as Farrakhan’s Flagship Mosque on Stony Island Avenue and was renamed Mosque Maryam. Minster Farrakhan perhaps came to national prominence during Reverend Jesse Jackson’s 1984 presidential election and served as the voice that attracted the militant-radical left into supporting Jackson’s campaign for president of the United States of America. Farrakhan was well respected by the black community; he was charismatic and perhaps one of the greatest orators in the history of black America. He stomped for Reverend Jackson and the Rainbow Coalition and Operation PUSH and won Jackson credibility and new allies from the radical left. Jackson had won a few southern political primaries and for a political novice, he was doing quite well against some well financed and formidable opponents. (Reference: A. Jackson was rallying in New York City and during a private off the camera conversation, he referred to New York as “Hymietown” (a racial slur referencing Jews and the inordinate amount of power and influence they wield over New York). Milton Coleman, a black news reporter for the Washington Post heard Jackson make what was perceived as an anti-Semitic remark; although, it was supposedly said off the record and in a private conversation, but the opportunistic Coleman reported and made public Jackson’s remarks. The Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith (ADL), the Jewish Defense League, Jewish Defense Organization, etc., and a host of other radical Jewish organizations began to attack Reverend Jackson labeling him, a Jew hater and anti-Semitic and would show-up at all his political rallies with signs that read “Ruin Jesse, Ruin”. Jackson and his family began to receive death threats against his life. Minister Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam started providing around the clock security for Jackson and although he was a presidential candidate the United States Secret Service initially refused to provide Jackson with a security detail team. Farrakhan warned the Jews and white America that blacks will not stand silent by and watch Reverend Jackson become assassinated. Speaking from his Final Call Administration building Farrakhan was talking about the Third Reich and reference Adolph Hitler as being “wickedly great”. He further stated that the Nation of Israel has not had any peace in forty years and she will never have any peace, because there can be no peace structured on injustice, thievery and lying and using God’s holy and righteous name to shield your dirty religion. Farrakhan also said Milton Coleman one day when we come to power a traitor like you we will soon punish you with death. This is my recollection of 1984 and the chain of events. Minister Farrakhan’s popularity amongst black America soared in 1985 he spoke to over thirty-five thousand blacks at Madison Square Garden New York City amidst heavy Zionist Jewish opposition led by Mayor Edward Koch. But blacks came out in wholesale numbers to hear what Farrakhan had the say and he became the preeminent black leader in America. Farrakhan had many brushes with the Jews perhaps none more painful than the controversy created by his former National Spokesman Khallid Abdul Muhammad at Kean College in Union, New Jersey. This writer had also known Minister Dr. Khallid Muhammad for some while and he has always represented that militant and radical version of the Nation of Islam’s theology, but it was acceptable. Dr. Muhammad referenced himself as being “Farrakhan’s Flamethrower” and indeed he was just that. However, in 1994 he was delivering a speech titled, “The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews”, in which the Nation of Islam Historical Research Department had written a book of the same title. "The biggest historical controversy rest on Jewish commercial involvement in the Slave Trade. This book claims that the Jews were the main beneficiaries of the Slave economy, but the established historical record finds only about two percent Jewish involve­ment." Don't misunderstand guy, our position, that was two percent too many. "Still probably all Jewish Slave Traders combined didn't buy and sell as many slaves as did the firm of Franklin and Unsel, the largest Negro traders in the South. Furthermore, The Secret Relationship has explicitly drawn on the rhetoric of White Supremacist, who hatred for Jews, is matched only by their contempt for Blacks. The stereotypes of both minorities have a haunting similarity”.

“The truth is that all of the European Powers were involved in the Slave Trade and it was supported by nearly all White Americans, including Protestants, Catholics, labor and business, North and South. Dr Khallid Muhammad reads, “Throughout the history of the practice, (Jews and the African Slave Trade), Jews have been involved in the purchase and sale of human beings. This fact is confirmed by their (Jewish) own scholars and historians. Whose scholars and historians? In his book, A History Of The Jews, Solomon Grayzel, a Jew, states that "Jews were among the most important Slave dealers". What did he say? They were among the most important, what? In European Society. Lady Katie Magnus writes that in the Middle Ages, "the principal purchas­ers of Slaves were found among the Jews.

“They seem to be always and everywhere at hand to buy and to have the means equally ready to pay." Henry L. Feingold and they are always looking for gold, stated that "Jews who were frequently found at the heart of commerce, could not have failed to contribute a proportionate share to the Slave Trade directly or indirectly. Solomon Grayzel, A History Of The Jews: From Babylonian Exile To The End Of World War II, Philadelphia Jewish Publication Society of America Page 312. Lady Katie Magnus outlines of Jewish history, and it goes on to tell you, the different Jewish publishing houses that published it, but it also tells you that it could be founded in the "Jewish Encyclopedia" New York and London, and it goes on to tell you which edition,? It was this speech that eventually severed Farrakhan’s and Dr. Muhammad’s relationship. Minister Farrakhan rebuked his National spokesman and suspended him for not representing the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad in the best manner. Yet, he said he stood by the truths Dr. Muhammad spoke. Minister Farrakhan and Dr. Muhammad’s relation became strained after the Kean College incident. Dr. Muhammad joined and became one of the leaders and spokesman for the New Black Panther Party and took many dissatisfied Nation of Islam members with him. This writer had an opportunity to sit and talk with Dr. Khallid Muhammad numerous times at the Blacknificent Book store and Culture Center in Raleigh, North Carolina headed by Dr. Kamou Kambon. Dr. Khallid had strong convictions and was unapologetic for his allege anti-Semitic remarks.

Minster Farrakhan in 1995 called and led perhaps one on the largest protest and demonstrations in American history called the MILLION MAN MARCH at the capital Washington, DC where over two million black men came to demonstrate unity and to accept Atonement, Reconciliation and Responsibility. Farrakhan also won new allies from around Africa and the Islamic World. The Nation of Islam still remains as a viable presences in the black community, but as Minister Farrakhan stares his own mortality in the face and the Nation of Islam has to be thinking about a viable successor to Minister Farrakhan whose perhaps seventy-five years of age. "The Fall of America: Our Government Has Been Hijacked"

The United States of America has been in a decline for over forty years and like all past powerful and great Empires and Republics, the handwriting is on the wall. The sad thing about this reality and predicament is that most Americans do not have a clue that this government, our government is in trouble. The Fall of America is inevitable the breakdown of the family structure is proof positive that values and morality that under girds this institution has been eroded. Those who robbed the American people and the world of its most precious commodity gold and silver and set-up the Federal Reserve System in 1913 and handed our monetary system over to a small criminal inspired Cartel and rogue led private bankers, known as the Central Banks, which have help to lead us down the road of abyss and of no return. It has become every man for himself and God for us all. One of the bloggers named QRSWAVE on the http://www.wakeupfromyourslumber.com/nod... website always closes their comments with this quotation, ‘MONEY’ HAS NO VALUE-PEOPLE DO.” (Reference: Eustace Mullins; “The Secrets of the Federal Reserve”).

Elijah Muhammad, the former leader of the Nation of Islam, who authored a book in 1973 of the same titled, "The Fall of America" in a chapter titled, "Decline of the Dollar" stated, "The strong-hold of the American Government is falling a pieces. She has lost her prestige among the nations of the earth. One of the greatest powers of America was her dollar. The loss of such power will bring any nation to weakness, for this is the medium of exchange between nations. The English pound and the American dollar have been the power and beckoning light of these two great powers. But when the world went off the gold and silver standard, the financial doom of England and America was sealed. The pound has lost 50 percent of its value. America's dollar has lost everything now as a power backing for her currency, which was once backed by gold for every $5 note and up. Al currency was backed by silver, from $1 note up. But today, the currency of America is not backed by any sound value—silver or gold. The note today is something that the government declares they will give the value in return, but does not name what that value is. But they definitely are not backing their currency with silver or gold. This is the number-one fall, and it is clear that the loss of the power of the American dollar means the loss of the financial power of America." Remember these words were written by Muhammad, over thirty-five years ago perhaps even before the European Economic Community and Euro were instituted. This article is not about economics per-se, but is more about exposing some of the circumstances and the clique who have committed these criminal acts of High Treason; moreover, and revealing that our government (monetary system) and people have been hijacked—politically, economically and socially by some powerful entities that is for the most part, faceless and nameless, they choose not to reveal their identities and have chosen to work behind front men such as presidents, kings, queens, ambassadors, business tycoons, politicians, religious leaders, academicians, media, etc. (Reference: Gary Allen and Larry Abraham: “None Dare Call it Conspiracy”).

The devaluation of the United States dollar and the present day economic recession were not created in a vacuum, but these social and economic phenomena’s are well crafted and driven by the Unseen Hand. America sold its soul to the devil in 1913 (which is also the date for the establishment for the Internal Revenue Service and the Anti-Defamation League may-be this date is mere coincidental or may-be not), when the US Government turned over our monetary system to a bunch of private bankers that operates behind the Federal Reserve System and gave twelve Central Banks (coincidental according to the Bible wasn't there Twelve (12) Tribes of Israel). This is a list of Banking Institutions (Central Banks) that rules the entire planet: 1. Rothschild Bank of London, Rothschild Bank of Berlin, 2. Chase Manhattan Bank of New York (Rockefeller)Chase National bank of New York (Rockefeller). 3. First National Bank of New York. 5. Hanover National Bank of New York. 6. Goldman Sachs of New York. 7. Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York. 8. Lehman Brothers of New York. 9. Warburg Bank of Hamburg Warburg Bank of Amsterdam. 10. Lazard Brothers of Paris. 11. Israel Moses Seif Banks of Italy. 12. JP Morgan. The identities of who truly owns these Central Banks, is one of the world's best kept secrets. The United States Treasury Department and the United States Congress have no oversight or due diligence when it comes to the Federal Reserve, it functions with complete sovereignty and autonomy and even outside the executive branch of government, in fact the United States president and all the world presidents answers to this Unseen Hand.

The Federal Reserve (also has a twin sister in Great Britain—the Bank of England) has unlimited powers to print, manufacture and disperse world currency—to the benefit or detriment of nations ability to purchase the Central Banks commodity, which is buying and selling money. The setting of interest rates and terms is completely left to their discretion. Do you think William J. McDonough and Ben Bernanke blinked an eye when they came to the financial rescue of Morgan-Sachs Investment bank (Bear Stearns), a so-called private investment firm? This chessboard move should have been due cause for an outright revolt, the Federal Reserve Bank bails out a private investment banking firm. How much of this was taxpayers’ money?, not that it mattered because we have no say so in the Federal Reserve decision making process. Did the United States Congress (the so-called elected voices of the people) or President George Bush have prior knowledge of this unprecedented chessboard move. What is the true relationship between Morgan-Sachs and the Central Bankers? Reference: William Greider; “Secrets of the Temple: How the Federal Reserve Runs the Country”).

This writer has been trying to read Alan Greenspan’s book titled, "Alan Greenspan: The Age of Turbulence" since it was first published in 2007, because this writer was curious about what he had to say about his experience sitting at the helm of the Federal Reserve. Greenspan served as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board from 1987 to 2006; moreover, this writer was shocked that after serving an eighteen year tenure over the Federal Reserve and writing a five hundred page treatise that he would have at least dedicated a chapter or two, to discussing and explaining the Central Banks and how they function. Greenspan barely touched on the subject. This writer wonders, why?

This Unseen Hand and this powerful Money Cartel do not have to adhere to any private or governmental transparency. They make the rules and laws of all nations. This writer also was having a conversation with some Ivy League school MBA graduates and they too, were naive about the role of the Central Banks; this write doesn’t believe that this topic is even covered as part of most business schools curriculums and it is very difficult for me to understand how post-graduate students can acquire and earned a Ph.D and/or MBA in business, economics, finance, etc., and have the slightest knowledge relative to the role of the Central Banks in our economy and the world governmental structure.

However, this is not to suggest that Greenspan is naive to the role and functions of the Central Banks relative to their power and control over every society. Perhaps Greenspan's silence is due in part, to an oath that he swore to uphold as a member of the Order, which reads something like this "I do hereby and hereon, solemnly and sincerely promise and swear, that I will keep and conceal, and never reveal, any of the secrets art or arts, part or parts, point or points, of the hidden mysteries of ancient Freemasonry. . . .Furthermore, I do promise and swear, that I will not write, indite, print, paint, stamp, stain, hew, cut, carve, mark or engrave the same upon anything, movable or immovable, whereby or whereon the least word, syllable, letter or character may become legible or intelligible to myself or another, whereby the secrets of Freemasonry may be obtained through my unworthiness." This is the type of binding oath that Greenspan may be under, which he swore to protect the inner workings and the identities of the Unseen Hand—Dynastic Blood lineage Families and forever conceal the identities of the Central Bankers. This writer heard Presidential Republican nominees, Senator John McCain make what appeared on the surface to be an ignorant statement about his lack of knowledge and understanding of the United States economy. But it really does not matter, if he does or doesn't because Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke and William J. McDonough (the present President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York), Paul Volcker, etc., are the ones that run and dictate the United States economy. These money magicians have the power to create money out of thin air.

Dr. Malachi Z. York in his book titled, "This is the Number of the Beast: Leviathan: 666", Stated, "Before the American Revolution, certain banking houses have controlled world finance. Private bankers set the value of legal tender, the value of gold and interest rates. This is still true to day. Before the American Revolution, this was done by the Rothschilds. During the past 250 years, other private bankers such as the Rockefellers have combined with the Rothschilds to form a world-wide financial system that sets money value and regulates trade and industry of every nation in the world. They have the power to make or break a nation at will. That is why British and American Banks are found in Russia, China, the Arab world and anywhere else they've established their business to rob a country of its natural resources and money. Alan Greenspan did give us a little mumble-jumble in his book “Alan Greenspan: The Age of Turbulence" he stated, "Central Banks have found ways to circumvent the gold standard rules. And after the Great Depression of the 1930s, the gold standard was effectively abandoned virtually worldwide. I have always harbored nostalgia for the gold standard's inherent price stability--a stable currency was its primary goal. But I've long since acquiesced in the fact that the gold standard does not readily accommodate the widely accepted current view of appropriate functions of government--in particular the need for government to provide a social safety net" (Reference: "Alan Greenspan: The Age of Turbulence" pg. 480-481). Mr. Greenspan is not oblivious to fact that these Robber Barons robbed Fort Knox’s Kentucky along time ago and made the United States Monetary Reserve (Gold and Silver) apart of their personal treasures.

There is not a decision made in the world that is not under the dictates and controlled by this Unseen Hand who has hijacked the money and governments of the planet. They are bent on wrecking the United States and it is comical to see and hear the presidential candidates McCain, Obama, and Clinton talking about restoring America back to its former glory, by whose permission? Former President Bill Clinton, a Council on Foreign Relations and a Bilderberger agent was one of the low-level operatives who worked to establish the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) sending Fortune 500 companies southward to Mexico, and taking millions of US jobs with them. Bush and the former Mexican President Vicente Fox continued to cut deals after Clinton and now his wife, Senator Hillary Clinton with a hypocritical posture has styled herself as a friend of labor (she now speaks for rednecks and blue collar workers, give me a break) and the conman man “slick Willie” continues to play the race card.

Moreover, has labeled Senator Barack Obama as an "Elitist" (please give me another break, it is difficult for me to perceive a black American ex-slave as an Elitist); yet she and "slick Willie" have a net worth in the hundreds of millions of dollars and can get more from Henry Kissinger and the Rockefellers, if need be. Will the real "Elitist" please stand-up? But those of us who truly understand neither the Clintons nor Obama fit the definition of an "Elitist". The power behind the Central Banks is the real ELITIST. Did you know for many years the names of the Central Banks themselves were even a secret? When ever in doubt just follow the Rothschilds Family Money Trust and even though through out world history in some cases the names have been changed to shield and protect the guilty but the game remained the same—stealing money. The subprime lending fiasco in 2007 that so-called rocked the banking and finance industry and trickled down to us peasants in the realm of home foreclosures was a prime example of somebody CALLING THE DEBT IN. They have the ability to send the Unites States and for that matter the whole world into panic mode.

Jesus in the Bible in the book of John eight (8) chapter 31-44 verse stated,” Then said Jesus to those Jews who believed on him, if you continue in my word, then you are my disciples indeed. They answered him, we be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth a sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. I know ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my words hath no place in you. I speak that which ye have seen with your father. They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. Ye do the deeds of your father. He was a murder from the beginning , and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When speaketh of a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."

Jesus is saying some heavy stuff, this isn't Minister Louis Farrakhan talking or some hate-filled anti-Semite. Thus, this is Jesus of your Bible doing this talking. Someone has hijacked the monetary system. There is over a nine trillion dollar United States deficit and counting. Why don't the Federal Reserve come out and explain to the American people in layman's terms, who do we owe this massive debt to? This is choking the economic life out of the government and the suffering masses. The US currency has "In God, We Trust" and many ignorant religious people believe that this statement is referring to the Supreme Being, creator of the heavens and earth, as well as viewing the Nations founding fathers as being morally centered. They have know I idea that the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Warburgs, Morgans, et., and all those who met on Jekyll Island of the coast of Georgia considered themselves gods over humanity.

The symbolism on the money, the dollar bill is letting you know that the ALL SEE EYE OF OSIRIS styled in Ancient Egypt and the unfinished pyramid is giving you clear signs that King David, the Father of King Solomon who the Freemasons relish according to Masonic allegory had an unfinished Temple; although this lesson is marveled over in the Blue Lodge Masonry (the first three degrees—Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft and Master Mason), the full realization of the unfinished Temple and the DEATH OF MASTER BUILDER HIRAM ABIFF and RECEIVING THE SO-CALLED “REAL WORD” HAPPENS IN YORK RITE AND ROYAL ARCH DEGREE MASONRY. The Central Banks have the “real word” and they not are willing to share (the secret to power—money and finance with Freemasonry or anyone else who is not a blood linage and DYNASTIC FAMILY MEMBER). Their bloodline descendents have become our masters and we are their slaves. It should read "In The Central Banks and their Invisible Rulers do We Trust". Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) during this 2008 presidential election campaign was talking about the Federal Reserve System, but very few were listening or heard him because the mass mediums both electronic and print had us fixated on the other low level operatives---Romney, Giuliani, Huckabee, McCain, Clinton, Obama, etc. They just drowned Dr. Paul out and since the same people who runs the Federal Reserve and the Central Banks owns corporate media; they determine and shape public opinion.

The Central Banks are the ones that forced George Bush and the United States Government to go war with the defenseless nation of Iraq in 2003. War is always good for business and if it was not for the Afghanistan and the Iraq War, America would not just be facing an economic recession in 2008, it would be facing a serious economic depression perhaps far worst than the 1929 Great Depression. This is why Bush continues to take a hard line position and will not give a timetable for withdrawal of US Troops because only the Central Banks and the Unseen Hand—Cartel can give him the ultimate approval to leave Iraq. These Money Changers now have their eyes set on Iran and believe it or not, war with Iran is inevitable. This writer can appreciate Senator Obama willingness to exercise talk diplomacy with Iran but he is a bit naïve, if he thinks being “elected’ president gives him any power and authority over these type decisions then he doesn’t understand the dynamics of power. If the Central Banks create the condition for a military strike against Iran then the United States Commander-In-Chief must follow orders.

Lastly, I was watching CNN and Scott McClellan former White House Press Secretary giving his criticisms of President Bush; he has authored a book titled, “What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception.” McClellan is now revealing hidden truths about the Bush administration relative to the Iraqi war, which he maintained was motivated by propaganda. A sign of the Fall of America is near when we start seeing them turning on each other, take my word for it the time is near.

Muhammad stated, “According to radio and television, and according to individual conversation—and according to conversations heard between government officials concerning their problem of trying to find a way to peace for their people—and way to find stoppage of the fall of their money market and unemployment—and stoppage to the revolutions between the dissatisfied and the dissatisfied—and to find a way to be able to eat—and to keep the hungry eating from his own labor—pacification is offered but it does not satisfy.” (Reference: Elijah Muhammad; “Fall of America” pg. 255).

The American people, in particular and the world in general, have no real idea that everything around them isn't what it appears. There has always been and old saying that states, “perception means everything and reality means absolutely nothing.” Interpret to mean you have to just look good and not necessarily be of any substance. President George Bush just has to look and sound good, but in reality, all of his decisions and all of our decisions are under the dictates of some powerful hidden entitles. President George Bush appears to be one of the most powerful men in the world and yet he is under the dictates of the real and invisible decision makers. He was elevated in 2000 to the highest office in world because of a willingness to serve and carryout their well calculated agenda. Does he work for the House of Rothschild, the Carlyle Group, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Russell Group, and Bilderberger Group? Dr. John Coleman in his book titled, “Conspirators Hierarchy: The Story of the Committee of the 300” stated, “It is the Committee of 300 which has established control networks and mechanisms far more binding than anything ever seen in this world. Chains and ropes are not needed to restrain us. Our fears of what is to come does that job far more efficiently than any physical means of restraint. We have been brainwashed to give up our Constitutional right to bear arms; to give up our Constitution itself; to allow the United Nations to exercise control over our foreign policies and the IMF to take control of our fiscal and monetary policies; to permit the President to break United States law with impunity and to invade a foreign country and kidnap its head of state. How many people truly believe and know that there is an Elite Cabal of Emperors who function with autonym and world sovereignty, and are above the laws of all nations? This writer recently watched President Bush meet with King Abdullah, the Royal King of Saudi Arabia and they were so-called discussing Saudi Arabia’s possibilities of increasing Oil Production drilling (at least that is what they conveyed on camera) and what OPEC can do to so-called ease the Oil tension in the West. This writer said to himself, Wow! How many people believe that OPEC can make that decision and fail to understand that OPEC is just a Front Organization for the Cabal and the Hidden Emperors? The mass mediums sent their talking heads and spin doctors out to convince the American people, in particular and world people in general, that the Oil crisis is a matter of supply and demand. The last time this writer checked, the price of crude Oil, it had risen to over $130.00 USD per Barrel. Some of the ignorant would like to blame the Arabs—Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, etc., for the Oil crisis and have no idea that someone more powerful and more sinister is guiding this so-called crisis. Some of would even prefer blaming Hugo Chavez the charismatic and idealist President of Venezuela for the United States Oil crises.

Andy Stern in his book titled, “Oil: From Rockefellers to Iraq and Beyond’ stated, “The freewheeling gold rush years in the US soon gave way to the all-devouring empire created by John D. Rockefeller, whose fortune was built on sharp business practices, corruption of government at the highest levels, and created of one of the most successful and enduring cartels the world has ever seen. Then as now in the US, government and Big Oil were closely interlinked. Rockefeller had agents all over the world, forming a semi-official a semi-official diplomatic structure that negotiated trade deals directly with national governments. Today, the links are even closer, with former oil executives occupying many of the top positions in the current US administration, and taking policy positions highly favourable to the industry in which they made their fortunes. As the thirst for oil, and the vast profits it offered, enticed companies beyond their national borders, British, French and US oil have sought to exploit oil resources overseas, and have not hesitated to corrupt or subvert governments, be they in Africa, Asia or Latin America, in order to gain control of these valuable assets.” (Reference: Andy Stern: “Oil: From Rockefellers to Iraq and Beyond’).

Thus, they had never heard of the Elite Dynastic Families, this inner secret Cabal that is so rich and powerful that they are hidden under many layers of deceptions. They have the ability to create international crisis—wars, economic recessions, political tension (instigating and supporting rivals on both sides), etc., for their benefits. The people have been reduced to mere pawns. This writer was having a discussion with some of the KEEPING IT REAL think tank members and the question came up, about Warren Buffet and Bill Gates, in particular, but here is the top 20 billionaires of the world listed by Forbes—Carlos Slim Helu, Lakshmi Mittal, Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Ingvar Kamprad, KP Singh, Oleg Deripaska, Karl Albrecht, Li Ka-shing, Sheldon Adelson, Bernard Arnault, Lawrence Ellison, Roman Abramovich, Theo Albrecht, Liliane Bettencourt, Alexei Mordashov, Prince Alwaleed, Mikhail Fridman, etc., being two of the most wealthiest and powerful men in the world. This writer started laughing because even some of them did not understand that these public billionaires were nothing but front men and gophers; they have no power even with all the billions of dollars, they have accrued. Gates and Buffet, as well as all the others listed on the public billionaire list are agents for the secret Cabal.

The Oil crisis has nothing to do with supply and demand, but is being driven by greed and motivated by the lust of power. They have the ability dismiss and invite whom they please. Do you remember prior the 9/11 (September 11, 2001) hoax, the Nation of Libya and the Arab Jamahiriya was considered a "Rogue Nation" and part of what Bush called the “Axis of Evil”. Muammar al- Qaddafi in 1969 after overthrowing King Idris, became the champion of a Pan-Arabism, and Pan-Islamism causes, but more importantly he supported liberation struggles around the world. For example, in Sub-Sahara Africa, Central and South America (I can recall him embracing Daniel Ortega back in the 1980s, Fidel Castro of Cuba, Maurice Bishop of Grenada, Thomas Sankara of Burkina Faso and supported African liberation struggles in various parts of Sub-Sahara Africa from West Africa too Cape Town . He also supported the Irish Republican Army (IRA) in Ireland, the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) against Zionist occupation of Palestinian’s land and territories; Qaddafi even back in the 1980s gave Minister Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam, a five (5) million dollar interest free loan and was cozy with the Nation of Islam’s patriarch, Elijah Muhammad. Qaddafi was considered by America and Israeli propaganda machines as public enemy number one. (Reference: Noam Chomsky: “Hegemony or Survival: America’s Quest for Global Dominance.”)

But after 9/11 hoax and the United States invasion of Iraq; thus, Qaddafi had seemed to soften his anti-American and anti-West political rhetoric and even submitted to an international compromise over the 1988 Lockerbie, Scotland incident, where as 270 people were killed in what was deemed as a terrorist act, which Libyan nationals were accused. Qaddafi began to gradually shake off the label of being an exponent in exporting terrorism around the world and even furthered soften his rhetoric against the West. He disbanded his aspirations of acquiring Nuclear Weapons capability as a North African Nation in order to set a military balance in the Middle East between the Muslims (Arabs) and the Israeli (Jews). The United States and the United Nations even lifted the trade embargoes and economic sanctions against Libya that were imposed almost three decades ago as a measure of reward for Qaddafi demonstrating good behavior. The seven OIL SISTERS—Exxon, Mobil, British Petroleum, Royal Dutch Shell, Standard Oil, Texaco, Gulf (As of 2005, the surviving companies are ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, and BP, now members of the "supermajors" group). and their hidden profiteers are the ones that determine the Oil Market and they have had their eyes have on Tripoli for over three decades. This writer grew to admire Muammar al- Qaddafi and was very much disappointed in his flip-flop positions and now has to question whether or no he was an agent provocateur for the Cabal all the while.

They do not give a damn about some Islamic Sheik in Saudi Arabia or some crooked rogue government in Nigeria or even the sovereignty of these nations means absolutely nothing to them. These Oil producing Nations and leaders have mortgage their people and nations, over to the Secret Cabal. Did Muammar Qaddafi, the self-proclaimed revolutionary who once had a vision to unite the nation of Libya and Egypt and advocated a United Federated States of Africa; he also chaired the Organization of African Unity (OAU), but carried out some reactionary politics in Chad and Niger; was he a pawn of the Cabal all the while? I must reference Allen and Larry Abraham's book titled, "None Dare Call it Conspiracy." They talked about how the Cabal applies pressure from the top and pressure from the bottom, which to create the political, economic and social conditions to ascertain the results they desire. Perhaps they have invited Qaddafi and the Nation of Libya to the table, which to partake in the economic crumbs.

However, Libya and Cuba had to find out the hard way and a difficult lesson because they had brought into NATO (representative of the United States and the West and WARSAW PACT nations representative of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Bloc Nations), but in 1989 only to discover that there were no real antagonistic contradictions between Socialism and Capitalism; Mikhail Gorbachev and President Ronald Regan were both low level operatives that was only carrying out their assignments. Soviet Union wasn't dismantled nor did it collapse.

It was reorganized and strategically set-up for the betterment of the international bankers—to access the Siberian Oil fields and using companies like LUKOIL—to grease the palms of the international bankers that sit on top of Moscow. The Cabal—the International Bankers who inspired and instigated 1917 Bolshevik Revolution and gave life to the concept of a Socialist Revolution; did it for their own political and economic interest. Moreover, by 1989, they had, had enough of Leninism, Marxism, Stalinism and this naive concept that the major means of production and distribution were owned and controlled by the State and that Communism benefited the masses of its people. William Cooper who authored one of the best treatise in helping us decode these conspiracies and exposed the agenda of the Cabal stated in his monumental book titled, “Behold A Pale Horse,” stated, “Many of them, however, disagree on exactly who will rule this New World Order, and that is what causes them to sometimes pull in opposite directions while nevertheless proceeding toward the same goal. The Vatican, for instance, wants the Pope to head the world coalition. Some want Lord Maitreya to head the New World Order. Lord Maitreya is the front runner, I believe, since witnesses say he was present on the ship at Malta with Bush and Gorbachev, and the ten regional heads of the New World Order. ‘Approximately 200 dignitaries from around the world attended a major conference initiated by Maitreya in London on April 21 and 22, 1990. The Oil crisis is an artificial crisis—The United States and the West consumes over 70 percent of this vital commodity (the West is truly an Oil Junkie) and the international bankers and the market wizards will continue to feed them, as much as they desire to consume, at an escalated and inflated financial rate. Bush who is a masterful conman has even suggested that the Oil Crisis should be blamed in part, on the American people, because the conservation advocates and the naturalist, have put up such political opposition to Oil drilling in Alaska and not allowing Bush Government to possible destroying the sanctity of this virgin wilderness, but most of us know that Halliburton and energy tycoon, Vice President Dick Chaney is licking his chops along with Bush because the Cabal will handsomely reward them if Alaska, the last Oil Reserves in the United States is open up for drilling, as well as, for economic and mineral exploitation.

The international bankers and the Cabal always manage to get what they want. The rising fuel cost on the consumer level, is designed to create that pressure from the top and pressure from the bottom in order to foster a condition where as the masses of the people will be propelled to believe and accept that giving Bush the authority to drill for Oil in Alaska will somehow alleviate the immediate Oil crisis in the United States. No, it will only further enrich the Cabal and the international bankers to the detriment of the suffering masses.

The United States in 1991 colonized Kuwait (although up until 1947 Kuwait was a part of Iraq, but British instigation led to Kuwait succeeding from Iraq and from that perspective Saddam Hussein was absolutely correct) and March 20, 2003 Bush and the United States Government began their efforts to colonize Iraq, the second largest Oil Reserve in the world and when these reactionaries forces went into Iraq, the international cost for a barrel of Iraqi Crude Oil was $ 29.00 USD per barrel and it now stands at $130.00 USD per barrel just five years later. The bloodsuckers of the poor keep human resistance at a minimum by selling the masses and nations, unbearable debt, which consumes them and dim resistance. The Cabal set-up the European Common Market and Euro currency, which to destabilize Western European Nation's sovereignty and to compromise nationalism, all for their benefit. The one currency concept had been in the making for a very long time; just as The United States, Canada, and Mexico and perhaps all points south, will eventually convert their money over to a new money currency called Amero. This will only further empower the Rothschild’s, Rockefellers, Oppenheimers, Morgans in their enslavement over humanity.

In the “Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion” Protocol number 24 stated, “I pass now to the method of confirming Dynastic Roots King David to the last strata of the earth. This confirmation will first and foremost be included in that in which to this day has rested the force of conservatism by our Learned Elders of the conduct of all the affairs of the world, in directing of the education of thought of all of humanity. Certain members of the seed of David will prepare the kings and their heirs, selecting not by right of heritage but by eminent capacities, inducting them into the most secret mysteries of the political, into schemes of government, but providing always that none may come to knowledge of the secrets. The object of this mode of action is that all may know that government cannot be entrusted to those who have not been inducted into the secret places of its arts.” (Reference: “Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion”).

Did you know that in 1967 a one world government system was organized in Geneva, Switzerland by a United Nations meeting? and on that date, they decided to dissolve the United Nations to make room for a One World Government. The One World Government will seize all possessions, savings and personal bank deposits. Every man, woman and child will receive a certain amount of money and a number from the One World Government system. The One World Government currency is already printed and ready to be put in circulation. Every dollar will be traded. You will in the near future receive one dollar for every ten dollars; the banker will handle what money you get, eventually we will not be handling any money. At that same United Nations meeting they stated that you would receive a number from the One World Government. In March of 1974, it was stated by the European economic market that they needed a leader. They initially suggested Henry Kissinger as leader of the New World Order.

Carroll Quigley in his monumental book titled, “Tragedy and Hope”, stated, “I know the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960s, to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies. . .but in general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known.”

The majority of the American people and the people of the world do not understand that there is no such thing as democracy—one man, one vote, this is only an illusion designed to give the impression and to pacify the ignorant masses into believing that they matter in the political systems of the world and it is just to the contrary. The Cabal will never leave picking their high power servants and operatives up to a ballot box and at the political discretion of an electoral process. Voting is only a matter of going through the motions and placating the ignorant masses, but the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and Bilderberger they are the real POWER BROKERS, it is their job to selected the next United States president and your vote, popular vote count, delegates, superdelegates, etc., do not factor into their decision; thus, regardless of the outcomes that will take place at the Democrat and Republican National Conventions. Many of you will not believe that the next United States president has already been selected and decided upon and he is prepared to serve; although the general election is slated for November 2008 and you have yet to cast your ballots. It does not matter whether the presidential candidate is John McCain, Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton; they have not ascended up the political latter on their own recognizance. They are fully aware who they owe their allegiance and it is not to the American people. Some will try to dismiss my research as mere conspiracy theories and fail to grasp that fact that these are dangerous times which we live. The next United

States president has already been given a play book, script and agenda, which is not up for negotiation or deviation; for execution only. United States domestic and Foreign Policy agenda is already set for next eight (8) years and for that matter, the political agenda for the entire world has also been set. Senator McCain has made it crystal clear that if he had to, he would commit United States troops to Iraq for next 100 years; either this is a backwards decision or is McCain given us a hint of what to expect from U.S. Foreign policy the next eight years—this sounds like business as usual, and as an extension of George Bush's cowboy and wild, wild west reactionary Foreign Policy agenda.

William Cooper, “Behold A Pale Horse” goes on to state, “It is important that you know that the members of the Order take and oath that absolves them from any allegiance to a any nation or king or government or constitution, and that includes the negating of any subsequent oath of allegiance which they may be required to take. They swear allegiance only to the Order and its goal of a New World Order. George Bush is not a loyal citizen of the United States but instead is loyal only to the destruction of the United States and to the formation of the New World Order. According to the oath Bush took when he was initiated into the Skull & Bones, his oath of office as President of the United States of America means nothing.”

The Hidden Emperors have their sights on Oil and every nation and their people are considered expendable in lieu of profits, greed and accumulation of wealth. How much money is enough? The United States war machines continue to murder thousands upon thousands of innocent Iraqi citizens in name of Oil diplomacy. They have raked up these immoral and unethical tragedies in Iraq, as the price of doing business. These are criminal acts, but who can make war with the beast other than God himself. The Hidden Emperors have Muslims fighting and debating over artificial labels and concepts—Sunni versus Shia instigating and creating sectarian tension and violence and then removing their filthy hand as though they are innocent.

But their motive is stealing Oil and they are trying to set the stage to attack and invade Iran by demonizing President Mahmoud Ahmadjindine, which to justify going into Iran an stealing more oil. The next United States President will have his marching orders and do not be surprised if U.S. Foreign policy does not lead them right into Tehran, but what can not be overlooked, is that the Israelis (Zionist Jews) influence that is driving the United States into deep international isolation, specifically in the so-called Middle East. You can not have a one-sided debate and conversation relative to the Palestinians (Arabs) and the Israelis (Jews) over the question of land rights and sovereignty. Both sides must-be held equally accountable, if you are serious about one day achieving a peaceful resolution and compromise in Palestine. Bush and the United States Government is quick to condemn and repudiate Hamas and Hezbollah for so-called using Lebanon as a terrorist haven and yet did not criticize Israelis unprovoked attacked against Lebanon in 2006. The world continues to be duped and misled by an evil Cabal who has wrapped its tentacles around the whole of humanity and controls every facet of our lives; they use their most powerful tool—the media, both electronic and print, to lure us to sleep and most of all make their thoughts our thoughts. They work out of various fronts such as the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberger, etc., but is by no stretch of the imagination limited to these three powerful organizations. They intertwine with Freemasonry (I mean high degree Masonry and I am not referring to those who are initiated in 33rd degree; there is a Dynastic Freemasonic brotherhood—that evolves around blood lineage and wealth, which this Order is not open to rank and file Freemasons). The Cabal is the one pulling the purse strings on the Oil crisis and they are motivated by greed and power. President Bush is a loyal pawn and is only following the orders given to him by this INVISIBLE CABAL. John McCain, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton all have swore loyalty to continue the AGENDA.

“EGYPT (KEMET):THE DNA SCIENCE, HISTORY AND RACISM REVEALED”

There are two website named HALL OF MAAT; WEIGHING THE EVIDENCE OF ALTERNATIVE HISTORY and the GRAHAM HANCOCK website, both seemed to have dedicated part of their discussion forums to the intellectual and scientific research of Kemet (Egypt) and while blogging on the TDG (The Daily Grail) site this writer discovered on the sidebar of the site there was an icon referencing these two above said Internet forums. Thus, this was in late December 2007, I had just web/blog published an article titled, “Christmas—Jesus the Sun God: Lies, Deception and the Truth,” which this controversial subject and topic, had its pundits and apologist debating the article on various Internet websites. One of the above listed forums allowed me to submit the article, but the article was immediately removed—I contacted the webmaster who informed me that it was a matter of a technical glitch and he assured me that article would be reposted. Thus, if my memory serves me correctly, the webmaster was celebrating his birthday in December and was at a social outing, commemorating this occasion with his family and friends, when this writer emailed him. He emailed me back and stated after the outing he would investigate this matter and repost the article. I do not know if the article was ever re-posted. (Reference: Fahim A. Cheik Anta Diop in his book titled, “The African Origin of Civilization: Myth or Reality” stated, “Ancient Egypt was a Negro civilization. The history of Black Africa will remain suspended in air and can not be written correctly until African historians dare to connect it with the history of Egypt. In particular, the study of languages, institutions, and so forth, can not be treated properly; in a word, it will be impossible to build African humanities, a body African human sciences, so long as the relationship does not appear legitimate. The African historian who evades the problem of Egypt is neither modest nor objective, nor unruffled; he is ignorant, cowardly, and neurotic. Imagine, if you can, the uncomfortable position of a western historian who was to write the history of Europe without referring to Greco-Latin Antiquity and try that off as a scientific approach.” (Reference: Cheik Anta Diop; “The African Origin of Civilization: Myth or Reality”).

But what struck me about the Hall of Maat and Graham Hancock sites were that they had a body of scholars, scientist, social scientist, laypersons, etc., dedicated to investigating the history, culture and genealogy of ancient Egypt (Kemet). These scholars and researchers seemed to have one common thread relative to ancient Egypt (Kemet), which was disproving that this North East African nation was African (black) in genotypical’ and ‘phenotypical’ terms. There appears to be an academic-led movement, amongst some Caucasian scholars in the United States and Europe, to use a new wave of technology and science which to reevaluate and re-access the genealogy of those who inhabited ancient Egypt (Kemet) by using the availability of DNA testing. This will allow a field of pure science to be the guiding force of re-determining past historical evidence which was once guided mainly by social science that allowed history as a discipline to interact in an interdependency manner with anthropology, archaeology, paleontology, sociology, etc., to validate past events. But according to this new wave of historical research methodology, scholars and scientist argue that it will allow for so-called more reliable objective research findings and provide us with definitive and substantiated evidence in order to tell us more about the original inhabitants of Ancient Egypt (Kemet), which was the original name of Egypt prior to the Greeks, Arabs, British, Assyrians, Turks, and the European invaders occupying and colonizing this North African nation. Wikipedia online research source had this to say about DNA testing concerning Egypt (Kemet), it stated, “Blood typing and DNA sampling on ancient Egyptian mummies is scant; however, blood typing of dynastic mummies found ABO frequencies to be most similar to modern Egyptians and some also to Northern Haratin (Mauritania and Western Sahara—Black Moors) populations. ABO blood group distribution shows that the Egyptians form a sister group to North African populations, including Berbers, Nubians and Canary Islanders. DNA extraction (namely from the 12th dynasty) indicates multiple lines of descent, including sub-Saharan Africa, while the other lineages were not identified, but may be African in origin as well (according to Keita, 1996)”

Some of the most glorious and dynamic history evolved out of Egypt and many alien people and cultures have worked diligently to claim this nation, that has enlighten humanity in the realm of civilization falsely as their own. The historians have attributed the disciplines of architecture, physics, engineering, mathematics, medicine, religion, art, music, science, etc., all originated in ancient Egypt (Kemet) and no doubt this truth is indisputable. This writer, believes that most scholars will not be resistant to any new form of science that will lead us to a higher historical confirmation and evidentiary of scholarly proof in undertaking the ancient people who lived in Egypt, Africa. This writer desires to believe that both scholars and laypersons alike, perhaps could appreciate and somewhat be receptive to this ground breaking efforts of DNA research being applied to re-examining history and Egyptology. However, this writer after thoroughly reviewing Graham Hancock and Hall of Maat websites and the writings of the scholars who submitted articles for posting; He was not left convinced that it was the truth that these scholarly pioneers were pursuing. This writer can not help, but to question the motive and integrity of these social scientist who are pushing this effort of pure science (DNA testing) as the ultimate determining factor, which to be used to reevaluate ancient Egypt (Kemet) in order to provide us with more definitive and factual information about the race and ethnicity of the pyramid builders. But is there an unspoken, covert and clandestine agenda other than being able to access and use present day technology to enhance the definitiveness of perceived past historical facts. This writer agrees that scientist, social scientist and scholars should be able to use all the available technology at their disposable in order to bring us closer to the genetic truth of the original Egyptians (Kemites). However, perhaps those who are pursing this new historical and scientific investigation type scholarship, which to definitively determine the race and ethnicity of the ancient people who lived in Egypt (Kemet) is bit in genuine and is looking to demystify the notion that these people were of a Negroid strain. This writer believes that the Afrocentric movement in a America had made serious inroads in the areas of promoting historical pluralism and multiculturalism and as a intellectual school of thought and it was they that had to be challenged by those who desired to maintain the status quo. This concept allowed African American scholars and black academicians such as Molefi Asante, John G. Jackson, Cheik Anta Diop, Chancellor Williams, IvanVan Sertima, Amos Wilson, Asa Hilliard, Kobi K. K. Kambon, John Henrik Clarke, Leonard Jefferies, Yosef Ben Jochannon, Frances Cress Welsing, Ishakamus Barashango, Naim Akbar, etc., to redefine history and view Africa as a subject rather than an object, as well as questioning the Eurocentric worldview. (Reference: Ameen Yasir Mohammed “Afrocentricity, Minus Al-Islam, Cheats: Exposing The Conspiracy to Rob African Americans of their Most Precious Heritage”).

Runoko Rashidi stated, “In the intense and unrelenting struggle to establish scientifically the African foundations of Egyptian civilization, the late Senegalese scholar Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop remains a most fierce and ardent champion. Dr. Diop (1923-1986) was without a doubt the world's leading Egyptologist and held the position of Director of the Radiocarbon Laboratory at the Fundamental Institute of Black Africa in Dakar, Senegal. In stating the importance of the work, Diop noted emphatically and early on that, the history of Black Africa will remain suspended in air and cannot be written correctly until African historians dare to connect it with the history of Egypt."

Rashidi goes on to state, “The solid range of methodologies employed by Dr. Diop in the course of his extensive Afro-Egyptian labors included: examinations of the epidermis of the mummies of Egyptian kings for verification of their melanin content; precise osteological measurements and meticulous studies in the various relevant areas of anatomy and physical anthropology; careful examinations and comparisons of modern Upper Egyptian and West African blood-types; detailed Afro-Egyptian linguistic studies and the corroboration of distinct Afro-Egyptian cultural traits; documents of racial designations employed by the early Africans themselves; Biblical testimonies and references that address the ancient Egyptian's ethnicity, race and culture; and the writings of early Greek and Roman travelers and scholars describing the physical characteristics of the ancient Egyptians.”

The advocators of DNA testing and the question of racial determination really have some serious house cleaning to do relative to racial identification and classification standards that were previously established in the United States (more prevalent during the Jim Crow Era 1896-1954)—The 1/8 rule was a standard racial assessment that the white status quo used to determine who would be classified as being black and white, was based on the variable of a person having 1/8 percent of African blood flowing through their veins (this was enough evidence to consider a person black). This writer does not think the 1/8 RULE has ever been appealed and rescinded by the United States Government and the scholars who used it to create HIS—STORY. This flawed classification of race designation be it defacto/dejure practice has never been officially recognized as being wrong and immoral; moreover, THE 1/8 RULE CLASSIFICATION MUST BE DEEMED RACIST and faulty and most of all unscientific. Thus, these racist past and present, owe an apology to all of those that were adversely affected and denied Freedom, Justice and Equality because of the 1/8 Rule and this writer is old enough too have heard about this. We shall perhaps never know the total implications and the affect of this unjust racial classification system, had socially, politically and economically on people living in the United States, in particular and the world in general. This writer in reality, could end this topic of ancient Egypt (Kemet) by simple stating that there is little doubt that the original Egyptians (just based on physical appearance) had greater than 1/8 percentage Nubian African-black blood flowing thru their veins—end of discussion and this is not to discount the fact that there were other racial-ethnic miscegenation evidence pointing to a mix race—ancient Egyptian population. This intellectual movement is quite bothersome to this writer, because it appears to be another sophisticated stratagem to once again relegate blacks to an inferior role and reposition Africa, in particular sub-Sahara Africa as the dark continent (gave nothing to civilization). No different than how past historians help set the stage for Africa to be raped and robbed by alien peoples and it justified slavery and the Transatlantic slave trade because of this “Dark Continent” myth; Yet, are these scholars hiding behind the newest and latest DNA historical technology, but their primary motivation is racism and the secondary motive is it more of a white supremacy smokescreen hidden under the guise of improving on ancient Egypt’s ethno-racial scholarship by heighten the evidentiary proof relative to getting closer to the truth, as it pertains to race, ethnicity and genealogy of the ancient Egyptians. The Egyptians were intellectual genius possessing the ability to erect the greatest structures ever built by man—the pyramids. These temples may have housed the dead or were the Egyptians teaching us something much more profound about immortality of the soul. These wonders of the world have baffled both social scientist and pure scientist alike for centuries. (Reference: John G. The geopolitical and ethno-racial identification and classification of ancient Egypt (Kemet) was thought to be originally inhabited by Nubian blacks. Thus, these new CSI type historians and scientist desire to use DNA testing to determine proof positive the racial identification of the ancient Egyptians. Popular thought and racial classification/identification had systematically categorized the human race in four distinct racial groupings—Negroid, Caucasoid, Mongoloid and, Australoid (this racial classification might-be somewhat outdated, but it set the racial classification standard) in which skeletal physicality were the definitive variable for racial indexing. For example, cranium structure, hair texture, jawbone structure—lips , nose, etc., were used to determine, which peoples, lands, and cultures would be designated and placed in the said four racial groupings.(Reference: Ivanvan Sertima; “The African Presence In Early Asia”).

Wikipedia the on-line free encyclopedia stated, “Studies performed to determine the population characteristics of ancient Egyptians have used various methods including examining craniometric pattern and variation of skeletal remains. A 2007 study which examined craniometric variation among ancient Egyptians of the predynastic and early dynastic periods found high levels of diversity but concluded that the formation of the Egyptian state was predominantly indigenous in development, with some, but limited migration from elsewhere. A craniofacial study by C. Loring Brace et al. concluded that; "The Predynastic of Upper Egypt and the Late Dynastic of Lower Egypt are more closely related to each other than to any other population" and that they show ties with North African, Somalian, European, Nubian and, more remotely, Indian populations, but not with Sub-Saharan Africans or populations from other continents. Anthropologist Shomarka Keita and geneticist Rick Kittles have criticized this study because of what they describe as "a socially constructed typological paradigm" in which Sub-Saharan Africans are treated as a monolithic, and biological African groups such as Nubians, Somalians and Egyptians are viewed essentially as non-African for having a craniometic pattern more similar to that of non-African populations.”

But from this unscientific, but agreed racial identification, a system of anthropology, archeology, and sociology were formed and began to validate the history, culture and civilization of past peoples and nations. What has always alarmed me, as a social scientist were certain geographical regions in Africa, in particular North East Africa (Egypt, Palestine, Ethiopia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Somalia) were classified as Caucasoid; although many of these people were very dark skinned (black). But this racial and ethnic contradiction was strategically established by Great Britain, United States, France, Germany, Spain, etc., who desired to create a Eurocentric racial-ethno worldview, which to show forth superior racial kinship with a people and culture that has stood head and shoulders above other societies in the realm of civilization. Perhaps China is the only other society with an equal historical civilization in longevity and cultural advancement compliable to Egypt (Kemet). (Reference: Drusilla Dunjee Houston;” The Wonderful Ethiopians of the Ancient Cushite Empire”).

This writer has personally met North Africans and East Africans that were dark skinned and by United States racial taxonomy they would be considered on the surface black and African. Nevertheless, by western racial-ethnic classifications—they would be deemed white. The Arabs and the people that occupy Egypt (Kemet) today are not the biological or even ethno-kindred to the original inhabitants that lived and occupied ancient Egypt (Kemet) 10,000 years ago, they are a Johnnie-come-lately race. For example, the former Egyptian President Muhammad Anwar Sadat by United States racial standards would have been considered black. The present Saudi Kingdom Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud would be considered black, both of them are from North East Africa. This writer does not accept the geo-political lines drawn which separates the so-called "Middle East" from the African continent; divided by the man made Suez Canal which serves as an artificial line of demarcation. Perhaps these scientists have no ulterior motives for pushing DNA analysis testing as the latest measuring instrument in the field of Egyptology; this writer doubt this contention because it has the words politically inspired written all over this movement. Or is it just another racist attempt to culturally denigrate blacks in the scheme of civilization and to once again propel themselves to superior status? Ancient Egypt (Kemet) has to be touted the EIGHTH WONDER OF THE WORLD and there is an intellectual war of ideas going on and I am quite sure there are a slew of scholars who are apologist and pundits in this DNA debate relative to Egypt (Kemet). These reactionary Egyptologist and DNA proponents have carried Professor Mary Lefkowitz, the author of “Not Out of Africa” argument to another level. Lefkowitz argued that Afrocentric scholars had exaggerated the black historical role in Egypt (Kemet) and created undocumented myths coupled by shoddy research methods and documentation. Lefkowitz attacked George G. M. James who perhaps wrote the Afrocentric intellectual treatise in 1954, titled, “Stolen Legacy”. Lefkowitz stated, “Perhaps the most influential Afrocentrist text is Stolen Legacy, a work that has been in wide circulation since its publication in 1954. Its author, George G. M. James, writes that the ‘term Greek philosophy, to begin with is a misnomer, for there is no such philosophy in existence’. He argues that the Greeks ‘did not possess the native ability essential to the development of philosophy.’ Rather, he states that “the Greeks were not the authors of Greek philosophy, but Black people of North Africa, The Egyptians. . . It is not hard to understand why James wishes to give credit for the Greek achievement to the Egyptians, even if there is little or no historical foundation for these claims. Like the other nationalistic myths, the story of a ‘Stolen Legacy’ both offers an explanation for past suffering and provides a source of ethnic pride.”(Reference: Mary Lefkowitz; “Not Out of Africa: How Afrocentrism Became an Excuse to Teach Myth as History.”

Quite obvious this writer disagrees with Professor Lefkowitz because her assessment and other scholars like her, desire to play up the so-called Semitic lineage and through faulty deductive reason they would like to even argue that the Ancient Egyptians were white and these traditional, Revisionist and reformist historical schools of thought have united behind DNA testing, as representing the last resort to rob ancient Egypt (Kemet) of an African origin, but the preliminary DNA testing wasn’t as conclusive as they expected, which resulted from the unavailability of physical evidence that has faded away with time. The DNA testing has verified overwhelmingly Nubian blood present in the Egyptian corpse and mummies and DNA testing has yet to disqualify the non-presences of African blood in the ethno-racial lineage of the Ancient Egyptians. This writer even read articles written by credible Masonic writers and historians such as Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas that had posted articles on the Hall of Maat and Graham Hancock sites, but intellectual racism, is in one sense, more dangerous because it sets the mental premise and gives meaning, rationale, validation, justification and serve as the foundation for the underlying principle that racism needs to rationalize its existence.

Lastly, from the http://www.wakeupfromyourslumber.com/nod..., I received some valuable lessons and instructions from a blogger who goes by the name of Kats and this is what he left me with relative to my post titled, “Christmas—Jesus the Sun God: Lies, Deception and the Truth.”

“I have always believed that our understanding of the 'past' and 'future' plays the role of two wings of a bird (us), and only in good balance can we then fly where we want to go. So all efforts to elucidate and not compromise with the facts is valuable. Where it gets a bit uncomfortable is when we start getting ideological and tend to paint some facts with brighter colors and some in darker. It is important that more researchers like yourself write about the likelihood of incorrectness of Jesus bd to maybe encourage finding new innovative ways to dig for a true bd.”

“The need for knowing or yet better replacing it is its incorrectness and not because it is a 'pagan celebration'. If the latter is the reason, we can be sure the corrections won't end with bd. This is where we arrive at a juncture where what we think civilization is becomes crucial. All religions, spiritual belief systems, philosophies, theologies, theosophies, etc. are languages of mind, just like languages of mouth, and languages of heart (music) and are precious heritage of our civilization.”

“We have had enough of rough minded powerful leaders who ram thru nations and cultures and destroyed their language of mind, mouth, and heart which took them millenniums of hard work to create, and left them like cats with chopped off whiskers who can't tell which side is up which down. A truly irreparable damage to our civilization. We might have been a bit numbed up by western historians who put heavy emphasis on tool making in ranking civilizations. To me, millions of people around the world died during thousands of years in the process of figuring out which mushrooms are edible and nutritious without side effects, which plant roots have medicinal effects, which deep sea vegetations are good for us, is civilization.”

“That's why I think, did Egypt feed the world with civilization or China, is a question that can only take you to a wrong answer. We can appreciate and respect their contribution, but not the claiming ownership. No body owns civilization. Your description that what premises Dr. John Jackson might have been operating under makes sense, only if he doesn't fall into the same trap.”

I do not know if I have fell into that trap that Kats were referring to, but this writer knew that Graham Hamcock and the Hall of Maat forums were mixing truth with falsehood and in some cases was outright lying about the history and culture of ancient Egypt (Kemet) in order to covertly push their intellectual racist agenda. Some of these scholars even held doctorate degrees in various disciplines, but this writer could no longer sit quietly by while they pillage and plunder over African history. Someone will argue that Knight seem obsessed with the question of race and fail to recognize and acknowledge my core base, which is African, African American and all people of goodwill. This is my response to setting the historical record straight and to letting Graham Hamcock and the Hall of Maat forums know that THERE ARE EYES ON THEM.

“MINISTER MALCOLM X: LIKE IT, OR NOT (1925-1965)"

This article is a tribute to the late Minister Malcolm X who on May 19, 2008 will be celebrating his 83rd birthday. This writer has little doubt that Minister Malcolm X if a live today would be a voice on behalf of the oppressed, poor, and disenfranchised and would be a dissenting voice against United States Foreign Policy. This writer knows that Minister Malcolm X would be in opposition to the U.S./Iraq War where over a million innocent Iraqi citizens have lost their lives due to greed and the STEALING OF OIL BY PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH. I do not think Minister Malcolm X would be celebrating the 60th Nationhood birthday (May 18, 2008) of Israel without full recognition of the oppressed Palestinian People and would be in support of their sovereignty and Arabs rights to the land of Palestine. I do not think Minister Malcolm X could support Senator John McCain who said he supported United States troops being in Iraqi for the next one hundred years. I do think Minister Malcolm X would be in support of the United States Patriot Act, which had relegated to the United States Constitution to a worthless piece of paper, which ultimately has compromised the civil liberties of United States Citizens. Minister Malcolm X would denounce the imperialistic practices and policies of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank relative to developing nations.

Minister Malcolm X was assassinated on February 21, 1965, at the tender age of thirty-nine (39) and he was perhaps one of the most controversial and misunderstood black leaders of the Twentieth Century. He was very critical of the United States Government domestic and Foreign Policy, as well as, early on he was equally critical of the traditional African American Civil Rights Leadership—Martin Luther King, A. Phillip Randolph, Roy Wilkins, Whitney Young, Bayard Rustin, Roy Ennis etc., as being too accommodating and to placating toward the United States Government and the white society. Malcolm represented the antithesis to the non-violent and civil disobedient movement--Civil Rights leadership who he called “sellouts” and “uncle toms”.

Malcolm X stated: "Just as the slave master of that day used Tom, the house Negro, to keep the field Negroes in check, the same old slave master today has Negroes who are nothing but modern Uncle Toms, 20th century Uncle Toms, to keep you and me in check, keep us under control, keep us passive and peaceful and nonviolent. That's Tom making you nonviolent. It's like when you go to the dentist, and the man's going to take your tooth. You're going to fight him when he starts pulling. So he squirts some stuff in your jaw called Novocain, to make you think they're not doing anything to you. So you sit there and 'cause you've got all of that Novocain in your jaw, you suffer peacefully. Blood running all down your jaw and you don't know what's happening. 'Cause someone has taught you to suffer – peacefully". (Reference: Malcolm X Speech titled, “Message To The Grass Roots—Detroit; November 10, 1963).

Malcolm X felt that he represented the poor, oppressed, and the downtrodden unlike the established black leadership—that appeared to be bourgeoisie and a bit too cozy toward the status quo. His worldview perhaps was shaped by a society that had defined and condemned him (black people) to an inferior status. Malcolm X talked about during his eight grade school year that he expressed to his teacher that he wanted to be a lawyer and he conveyed those aspirations to his Caucasian teacher, but he was discouraged and told that blacks were better suited for vocational trades and service oriented work, as opposed professions such as law. Malcolm X also witnesses his father Reverend Earl Little being tied to a railroad track by white men—Ku Klux Klan and his body being severed because he dared to defend his family from white racist intimidation in Omaha, Nebraska. He also witnesses his mother, a native West Indian from the small island of Grenada forced to raise seven children by herself and during the years of the Great Depression. (Reference: Rodnell P. Collins: Seventh Child: A Family Memoir of Malcolm X).

His mother eventually had a nervous breakdown and was committed to an insane asylum, which led to Malcolm X and his siblings being divided amongst different family members. He was born just twenty (29) years after the infamous Supreme Court Decision of Plessy Versus Ferguson of 1896, a landmark decision, which the high court legalized racism and segregation in the United States. Thus, Malcolm X was not created in a vacuum, but his later views would be shaped by different social and political variables, which he experienced in his early life—racism. Many people have tried to characterize and dismissed Minister Malcolm X teachings to mere “hate teachings’ and conveniently overlook the fact that he was reacting to systemic racism in America. Jim Crow Laws were discriminatory in intent and nature, it created a government that essential became what one of my professors, the late Dr. Earlie Thorpe referred to as a “pigementocracy”, in which he defines as a government where as rewards and privileges were granted based on skin color. Minister Malcolm X was not the one that created a system of injustice, but he later would confront it head on and used harsh critical analysis to dismantle racial stereotypes that were applied to blacks in order to create a racial atmosphere of divisiveness—white superiority and black inferiority. Malcolm X went through different psychological and political changes in his life—changes that can be summed up by his names—Malcolm Little, Detroit Red, Satan, Malcolm X, EL-Hajj Malik Shabazz and Brother Omawale; thus, each of these names represented life predicaments and mental and political transitions. Malcolm X would later relinquish his surname Little because he learned that these names were imposed on blacks by their former slave masters. (Reference: Alex Haley: The Autobiography of Malcolm X).

Elijah Muhammad (1897-1975) who led the Nation of Islam for forty-four (44) years gave Minister Malcolm X a new perspective, as far as viewing the social, political, economic realities facing him, in particular and blacks in general. Muhammad taught that blacks original names were systematically taken from them during Chattel Slavery (1555-1865), as well as their original religion which was Islam and they were given Christianity, the slave master’s religion in order to control their minds and keep them docile and subservient. Muhammad initially would give all his followers the surname “X” stating that in mathematic language “X” in the alphabet stood for the unknown variables and by blacks being kidnapped from Africa and robbed of their culture and heritage had lost their true identity. This message resonated with many blacks in the United States including Minister Malcolm X.(Reference: Karl Evanzz: The Messenger: The Rise and Fall of Elijah Muhammad).

Malcolm X became a serious student of world history studying the great historians such as James Henry Breasted authored, “The Conquest of Civilization,” Hendrik Willem van Loon authored, “The Story of Man Kind,” H.G. Wells who authored the book titled, “Outline History” and Will Durant monumental works titled, “The Story of Civilization” in which these European historians in a lot of ways verified Elijah Muhammad’s worldview. But he was perhaps most influenced by the works of the Historian Joel Augustus Rogers who had a knack of finding and revealing little known black history facts. He authored “The World’s Great Men of Color” (two volumes), “Sex and Race” (three volumes), “Africa’s Gift to America to America,” “100 Hundred Amazing Facts about the Negro,” in which Minister Malcolm X armed himself with a body of intellectual knowledge that would later be used in his ability to debate scholars, theologians, historians, politicians, etc., and he never lost a debate.

Minister Malcolm X only completed the eight grade of schooling, but he would later be given forums to speak and debate scholars at Harvard and Yale University. He really did not need much because slavery was in reprehensible and stood as a Christian and human contradiction, which was justified by racism. He attacked those social and political points that were in defensive and made most debaters appear weak and intellectual vulnerable. Muhammad taught that his teachings could be summed up in six words “Accept your own and be yourself” it would be this type of religious nationalism that early on comforted Minister Malcolm X and insulated him from a troubled past and gave him a sense of purpose.

Minister Malcolm stated, “Look at the American Revolution in 1776. That revolution was for what? For land. Why did they want land? Independence. How was it carried out? Bloodshed. Number one, it was based on land, the basis of independence. And the only way they could get it was bloodshed. The French Revolution -- what was it based on? The land-less against the landlord. What was it for? Land. How did they get it? Bloodshed. Was no love lost; was no compromise; was no negotiation. I'm telling you, you don't know what a revolution is. 'Cause when you find out what it is, you'll get back in the alley; you'll get out of the way. The Russian Revolution -- what was it based on? Land. The land-less against the landlord. How did they bring it about? Bloodshed. You haven't got a revolution that doesn't involve bloodshed. And you're afraid to bleed. I said, you're afraid to bleed”. Minister X was given the street name Detroit Red, which was a stage of life that he was involved in criminal behavior and street hustling in Detroit and later in Boston where he learned to survive in the ghettos of Roxbury section of Boston, Massachusetts. These experiences also would later prepare him for his ministry, in particular on how to the sell the message and program of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad to African Americans throughout America. Malcolm X had an appeal to the poor and downtrodden because essential he spoke their language—street language, in which the early Nation of Islam’s recruits were the black proletariat, he had the uncanny ability to relate to them and visa versa. The author Archie Epps in his book titled, “Malcolm X and the American Revolution: The Speeches of Malcolm X”. Minister Malcolm stated, “So I stand here tonight speaking as a victim of what you call democracy. And you can understand what I’m saying if you realize it’s being said through the mouth of a victim; the mouth of one of the oppressed, not through the mouth and eyes of the oppressor. But if you think we’re sitting in the same chair or standing on the same platform, then you won’t understand what I’m talking about. You’d expect me to stand up here and say what you what you would say if you were standing up here. And I ‘d have to be out of my mind. Whenever one is viewing this political system through the eyes of a victim, he sees something different. But today these twenty-two million black people who are victims of American democracy, whether you realize it or not, are viewing your democracy with new eyes. Yesterday our people used to look upon American system as an American dream. But the black people today are beginning to realize that it is an American nightmare.” (Reference: Archie Epps: Malcolm X and the American Revolution: The Speeches of Malcolm X).

Malcolm X was eventually arrested and convicted of burglary and a number of other crimes; he was sentenced to ten (10) years of imprisonment. This is where his life would change and he began to reassess and reevaluate his personal predicament from the confinement walls of a Michigan State Prison. Muhammad taught that the black man was made blind, deaf and dumb to the knowledge of self—striped of his names, culture and God. Minister Malcolm X perhaps had to be brought down to his lowest point in order to be elevated to his highest point—standing as one of the premier black spokesman of the latter part of the 20th Century. Malcolm X’s youngest brother Reginald X had joined the Nation of Islam Temple number 1 in Detroit and it was he, who initially began to recruit Minister Malcolm to the black Muslim movement.

He was given the nickname in prison of Satan because he had renounced God and Jesus and questioned organized religion. His brother Reginald X Little constantly wrote him letters explaining Mr. Muhammad’s theology and teachings, this was around 1948. Malcolm X himself eventually wrote the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Muhammad wrote him back, as well as sending him money. Malcolm X so-called found the black man’s original religion, which was Islam (which translate to mean submission and peace) of his forefathers, the so-called religion of the Asiatic black man. Minister Malcolm X’s life was immediately transformed upon declaring to be a Muslim. Minister Malcolm X while in prison read and memorized the entire dictionary and used his time qualitatively to develop his intellectual knowledge base. Malcolm X found Muhammad and the Nation of Islam’s teachings intriguing because it gave him the knowledge of self—Muhammad taught a liberation theology that encompassed black symbols and images as opposed to American style Christianity that had Europeanized God, the prophets, the angels, etc., as being white. Muhammad’s teachings rescued Africa from the European designation of the title “Dark Continent” and taught how human civilization and learning evolved from Africa. This Islamic nationalism turned an ex-convict into one the most fierce debaters in African-American history. (Reference: Edward W. Blyden: Christianity, Islam and the Negro Race).

Malcolm X exited prison in 1952 as a Muslim and believer in the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s program and mission. He initially joined Temple Number 1 Detroit, Michigan; this was ironic because Elijah Muhammad and Wali Fard Muhammad both stumped in Detroit. The Nation of Islam founder Wali Fard Muhammad in 1930 went into the ghettos and slums of Paradise Valley in Detroit going door to door teaching blacks about their lost history and telling them they were from royal linage; introduced them to the Holy Qur’an and instructed them on the proper Islamic dietary laws, etc. Moreover on July 4, 1930 Wali Fard Muhammad met Elijah Poole (Muhammad) and taught him day and night for three and one half years until his mysterious disappearance in 1933. The elder Muhammad loved Minister Malcolm X like a son and the love was reciprocal. (Reference: Mattias Gardell: In the Name of Elijah Muhammad: Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam).

Minister Malcolm was ambitious and worked to internalized what Elijah Muhammad called the “Life Giving Teachings” and moved up the ranks in the Nation of Islam quite swiftly. He believed all black people needed to hear Mr. Muhammad’s teachings and program and became one of the best students of Muhammad’s teachings; moreover, taking the Nation of Islam evangelic message of black redemption and salvation the breathe and length of America. Minister Malcolm X helped the Honorable Elijah Muhammad established Temples (Mosque) throughout America. Minister Malcolm X was a fiery and charismatic preacher that had tremendous natural intellectual wit, but was often liken to a frustrated Baptist minister—who taught fire and brimstone sermons. Minister Malcolm X stated, “The only person who can organize the man in the street is the one who is unacceptable to the white community. They don’t trust the other kind. They don’t know who controls his actions. . .The greatest mistake of the movement has been trying to organize a sleeping people around specifics goals. You have to wake the people up. . .to their humanity, to their own worth, and to their heritage. The biggest difference between the parallel oppression of the Jew and the Negro is that the Jew never lost his pride in being a Jew. He never ceased to be a man. He knew he had made significant contribution to the world, and his sense of his own value gave him the courage to fight back. It enabled him to act and think independently, unlike our people and our leaders.” (Michael Eric Dyson: Making Malcolm: The Myth and Meaning of Malcolm X).

It was Minister Malcolm X in 1959 that founded the Nation of Islam’s national newspaper titled, “Muhammad Speaks” and it was his proselytizing that won the Nation of Islam new recruits and allies throughout America. Minister Malcolm X organized and setup most of the early temples and even had the ability to attract college trained—middle class blacks, in which prior to his joining this segment of the black population did not find Muhammad’s teachings attractive and appealing. Minister Malcolm X changed that perception with his intellect and being a gifted orator. Minister Malcolm X in 1955 even recruited a talented Calypso Singer (staged named Gene the Charmer) named Louis Eugene Walcott (Farrakhan) and served as a mentor to young Louis X (Farrakhan) in the early days. Minister Malcolm X was eventually pointed to head Temple Number 7 New York City, as well as the National Representative of the entire Nation of Islam and was starting to receive high visibility from the people and the media. Minister Malcolm X was very close to Mr. Muhammad’s next to the youngest son, Wallace D. Muhammad who had a history of being excommunicated, organizational disobedience and theological in subornation toward the precepts of his father’s theology. There were some belief that Mr. Muhammad’s children and inner circle were becoming increasingly envy and jealous of Minister Malcolm X success and insiders believe that a plot was hatched to move Minister Malcolm X out of the way. The Federal Bureau of Investigation had already begun sending spies and agent provocateurs to the Nation of Islam and it has been proving that some of the Nation of Islam’s national leadership was on the United States Government payroll. J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the FBI had the Nation of Islam and its leadership under constant surveillance along with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and the Civil Rights leadership. Hoover had a counter-intelligence operation named Cointelpro.(Reference: Karl Evanzz: The Judas Factor: The Plot to Kill Malcolm X)

Wikipedia on line research resources says this about Cointelpro; “COINTELPRO (an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program) was a series of covert and illegal projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation aimed at investigating and disrupting dissident political organizations within the United States. The FBI used covert operations from its inception; however the formal COINTELPRO operations took place between 1956 and 1971 The FBI motivation at the time was "protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order." Targets included groups suspected of being subversive, such as communist and socialist organizations; people suspected of building a "coalition of militant black nationalist groups" ranging from the Black Panther Party and Republic of New Africa, to "those in the non-violent civil rights movement," such as Martin Luther King, Jr. and others associated with the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Congress on Racial Equality (CORE), and other civil rights groups.”

There were rumors and allegations that Honorable Elijah Muhammad had impregnated a number of his young secretaries and it was Muhammad’s son, Wallace D. Muhammad that exposed these allegations to Minister Malcolm X and this news devastated Minister Malcolm X because he believed that Mr. Muhammad was a divine Messenger from God in capable of committing sin, but even to date one must asked the question of, what was the younger Muhammad’s intent for revealing his father’s domestic life to Minister Malcolm X? and/or was there something sinister on the part of Wallace D. Muhammad in revealing his father’s domestic information to Minister Malcolm X? (Reference: Claude Clegg: An Original Man The Life and Times of Elijah Muhammad).

Minister Malcolm X initially confided in Louis X (Farrakhan) who was the minister over Temple Number 11 Boston, Massachusetts and told Minister Louis X (Farrakhan) what Wallace D. Muhammad had told him relative to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad so-called sexual improprieties. Minister Malcolm X trusted Minister Louis X (Farrakhan) and the first question Minister Louis X (Farrakhan) asked Minster Malcolm X was had he told the Honorable Elijah Muhammad what he had discovered? Minister Louis X (Farrakhan) has said publicly that his ultimate loyalty was to Muhammad and told his mentor Minister Malcolm X that he would give Minister Malcolm X a chance to write Muhammad, but essentially he would be formulating a letter to Mr. Muhammad exposing what Minister Malcolm X had revealed to him.

Minister Malcolm X, Louis X (Farrakhan) and the entire Nation of Islam viewed the Honorable Elijah Muhammad as a divine Messenger and Minister Malcolm X knew and understood theologically that all the biblical prophets of old had domestic trials and he really could have perhaps given a plausible explanation shrouded in religious idioms to justify and explain what appeared to be sexual innuendos. Some view this aspect of the Nation of Islam’s history as acts of betrayal and hypocrisy. This painful history still haunts Minister Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam. President John F. Kenny was assassinated on November 22, 1963 and Mr. Muhammad gave strict orders to his ministers and followers not to make any public comments in reference to the murder of President Kennedy. Minister Malcolm X was given a speech titled, “God’s Judgment on White America” and during the question and answer period Minister Malcolm X was asked about the assassination of President Kennedy, which he made the infamous statement of a case of the “chickens coming home roost” equating this to the death of President Kennedy. Mr. Muhammad indefinitely suspended and silenced his most visible minister for in subornation and this was the internal political impetus that led to Minister Malcolm X eventually being ousted permanently from the Nation of Islam. Minister Malcolm X would later believe that Nation of Islam’s hierarchy was in a conspiracy to separate him from his leader and teacher, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Minister Malcolm X on March 8, 1964, officially resigned from the Nation of Islam believing that his excommunication and suspension was permanent. Minister Malcolm X’s split with the Nation of Islam was perhaps out of more of a political disagreement rather than a theological disagreement as many have attempted to argue. Minister Malcolm X found two distinct organizations, the Muslim Mosque Incorporated and the Organization of Afro-American Unity (OAAU), the former sacred and the latter secular. Thus, as much as, Minister Malcolm X made a public conversion to Sunni Orthodox Islam. He was deeply tied to Pan-Africanist /Nationalist Movements with his Organization of Afro-American Unity (OAAU), which he modeled after the Organization of African Unity (OAU) that was very much engaged in the fight for African liberation in 1960's against European imperialism and colonialism. Let’s do the math Malcolm X officially joined the Nation of Islam in about 1951/1952 (although his Islamic conversion began in 1946) after being released from a Michigan State prison and he spent about twelve (12) years representing Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam as their top level minister. This writer does not think he had enough time to formulate a solid conversion to Sunni Orthodox Islam as many have maintained. He was assassinated on February 21, 1965. ( Reference: Clifton E. Marsh: From Black Muslim To Muslim).

Minister Malcolm X after his departure from the Nation of Islam; traveled to various countries in Africa as an official diplomatic guest, sharing in some of the African states newfound sovereignty and independence ceremonies. He also toured the Middle East meeting with Arab Islamic leaders and last, but not least he made Hajj to Mecca and changed his name to EL-Hajj Malik Shabazz and so-called renounced the teachings of Nation of Islam moreover, he was only out the Nation of Islam eleven (11) months before he was murdered. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad made Hajj in 1959 to Mecca, Saudi Arabia and received a royal welcome from the Saudi Arabian Hajj committee. Minister Malcolm X was the one that set-up the Hajj trip for his teacher, Elijah Muhammad; interpreted to meaning Minister Malcolm X saw and witness Muslims in Egypt and other Islamic countries of all races and ethnic groups as early as 1959 (reference: Alex Haley and Malcolm X: The Autobiography of Malcolm X). Elijah Muhammad’s theology did not preclude him from making the greatest observance in Islam; Muhammad like all the thousands of others pilgrims who made the holy Pilgrimage to Mecca—circumambulated the Kaaba touched and kissed the black stone, which was place there by Prophet Abraham and his son Ishmael. In addition, to Elijah Muhammad making Hajj, two of his sons, Herbert Muhammad presently known as Jabir Muhammad and his son Imam Warith Deen Mohammed (Leader of the Muslim American Mission) all made Hajj in 1959 adhering to the FIFTH PILLAR OF ISLAM. He went their as a Muslim and left there as a Muslim and continued to teach the Nation of Islam’s theological doctrine; moreover essentially Elijah Muhammad never submitted to Arabs (Sunni Islam) doctrine.(Reference: Nasir Makr Hakim: The History of Elijah Muhammad, Messenger of Allah).

Lastly, Minister Malcolm X challenged the United States Government, white America and black America with speaking raw truth and used his voice to antagonize the status quo and advocated FREEDOM, JUSTICE AND EQUALITY for the least of these. Minister Malcolm X was a prophet—he was not consumed with materialism, status and appeasing the powers that-be because his critique and evaluation of the social, political and economic systems was harsh and unsympathetic. Minister Malcolm X understood that ninety-eight (98) percent of the world’s wealth is controlled by a measly one (1) percent of the population and he called for equal redistribution of the world’s wealth. This alone made him an enemy to the Power Elite, in which the corporate media maligned and demonized him as a militant hate teacher and radical in order to dismiss the truths he spoke. This writer does not buy for once that Minister Malcolm X was assassinated by members of the Nation of Islam; although there were Black Muslim triggermen. Nevertheless, the United States Government can not escape ultimate culpability in being in complicit with the assassins. Long Live the Spirit of Minister Malcolm X.

“HISTORY, HIP-HOP, THE BLACK ATHLETE: OLD SCHOOL VERSUS NEW SCHOOL”

This article has been in the making since the Grand Jury indictment of Michael Vick, the former quarterback of the Atlanta Falcons and his ultimate conviction for being involved in an illegal interstate dog fighting conspiracy. This writer desired to weigh-in on the Vick’s issue when the controversy first ensued back in July 2007, but could never quite figure out which approach or direction would be appropriate in evaluating and assessing the entire Vick scenario. Thus, was Vick’s conviction a matter of racism and/or was his offense that aloof from the law and his conviction was a matter of justice and nothing else. Mike Vick was one of the premier football players and quarterbacks in the National Football League having a net worth perhaps over 200 million dollars, but his high profile athletic career came to an abrupt end upon receiving an active Federal Prison Sentence for illegal dog fighting and obstruction of justice. Vick and I do have something in common, we share an attorney. I consider one of Vick’s lead attorneys a friend, Attorney James D. “Butch” Williams who practices law in Durham, NC and at some point, I know he and I will perhaps have an in depth discussion relative to Vick.

But on January 27, 2008, this writer received a quite interesting email from a comrade and friend named Kenny the moderator of KENNY’S SIDESHOW http://kennysideshow.blogspot.com/2008/0... ; Kenny is doing big time work on his site and this writer am encouraging my KEEPING IT REAL think tank audience to visit Kenny’s site and share in his informative and provocative blog postings. Kenny who is Caucasian posed these set of questions to me relative to African-Americans and at the time this writer had no response to Kenny’s set of questions. This article is only a partial response to Kenny’s questions and is far from being a complete response. Kenny stated, “Here's another suggestion for an article. I often stumble in my words on this subject and need more definitive dialog.”

Kenny goes on to state, “I think the elite forces that try to control our world had and still have an agenda to repress the African American community regarding the creation of the welfare state. Round them up in public housing (concentration camps), give them a little money, destroy the family structure through the planned infiltration of drugs (CIA involved?) abortions, sterilizations etc. , put a liquor/beer store on the corner but no decent food store, put as many as possible in prison, destroy self esteem, create a subculture through music and movies that promotes all of this and even export it to the white community to speed up the decline throughout the entire culture, use agent provocateurs (paid by the FBI, etc. ) to perpetuate the black-white conflict. One could go on and on. I hope you understand what I'm getting at. There's a deeper history to this than what our kids are taught in school and what the media says and it needs to be told in detail.”

Michael Vick, the former Virginia Tech standout and the former Atlanta Falcons standout of the National Football League. He is the beneficiary of those African American quarterbacks that had gone before him such as: James Harris, Warren Moon, Doug Williams, Joe Gilliam, Vince Evans, Rodney Peete, Marlin Briscoe, Charlie “Choo Choo” Brackins, Andre Ware, John Walton, Willie Thrower, George Taliaferro, etc., thus, most of these black signal callers were ridiculed and malign by the white mass mediums and by racist fans. The Quarterback position was designated for white players and historically black quarterbacks supposedly did not have the intellectual quality or the leadership skills to guide a football team. These racist views dominated professional football perhaps until James Harris, a pocket passer that was drafted out of Grambling State University, a historical black college in 1969 by the Buffalo Bills and later would make his mark with the Los Angles Rams from 1973-1976.

Harris performances with the Rams proved that black quarterbacks had the intellectual I.Q. to lead and manage a team. The National Football League teams that did draft black quarterbacks were quick to transform them into tailbacks, wide receivers or defensive backs, as opposed to allowing them to play and compete for the coveted quarterback position, which oftentimes was giving to a less intelligent and less athletic white player. National Football League like all professional sports was shaped by racism and discrimination (why do not behind the lines ESPN do an investigative story on racism and black quarterback from an historical perspective?).

This writer sought of grew-up watching and admiring Joe “Jefferson Street” Gilliam a flashy black quarterback out of Tennessee State University (TSU) and I think at that time TSU was playing in the African American-- South Western Athletic Conference (SWAC). Gilliam was drafted in 1972 by the Pittsburgh Steelers and I was in my teens, but I can vividly recall his flair and his on field charisma (he wore white cleats, white towel, risk bands, etc.) and I use to try to imitate his athletic skills and personality. Thus, looking back on my admiration for “Jefferson Street” perhaps my adoration for him stemmed from the fact that I was black and had I experienced the death of Civil Rights Leader Martin Luther King, Jr., and the 1968 rebellions in the city of Newark, New Jersey and I can recalled the United States National Guards patrolling, as well as, witnessing the social, political and economic infrastructure collapse in Newark. The death of Martin Luther King, Jr., left a void and we were looking for another positive black image to fulfill this sense of emptiness created by King’s assassination.

Thus, in the early 1970’s it was refreshing for me to see and identify with a black quarterback image like “Jefferson Street” Gilliam and for a brief while in 1972 he became the starting quarterback of the Pittsburgh Steelers due the NFL players strike and Terry Bradshaw being injured. Also my high school back then was named South Side School, but when I attended black people had fought to rename it Malcolm X Shabazz High School, it was coincidental and ironic that my high schools colors were black and gold, the same as the Pittsburgh Steelers. My childhood hero “Jefferson Street” would eventually succumb to drugs and alcohol and prior to his death in 2000 had many brushes with the law. He never recuperated from being benched after leading the Steelers to a 4-1-1 record and that same year Terry Bradshaw led the Steelers to a Super Bowl victory. This writer thinks Jefferson believed he had earned the right to lead the Steelers and that the politics of race had entered into him being benched.

This writer also during the early to mid 70’s was following the career of a great athletic alumnus of my high school named Willie Morris who was a wide receiver and was recruited by the University of Pittsburgh Panthers and played with Tony Dorsett during that National Champion season. This writer’s political perspective was not well defined during this time period although; he had heard the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, at Muhammad’s Temple of Islam number 25 in Newark, New Jersey. This writer has always admired Jim Brown the NFL football Hall of Fame running back who has always stood out as being much more than an athlete, he was intelligent, defiant, strong willed, opinionated and yes tremendously talented as a running back with Cleveland Browns. I was too young to have followed Jim Brown’s football career on the field, but his political disposition resonated with me. I have always viewed him as a no nonsense black man that stood on high principles.

Then of course, there was the west coast sociologist Harry Edwards a black intellectual and academician that challenged white supremacy on all levels. This writer read about the 1968 Olympic Games held in Mexico City, where Tommy Smith and John Carlos stood at the medal ceremony and raised their fist covered by a black glove in support and solidarity of the Black Power Movement of the 1960’s as a symbol of protest. I also read about at this same Olympic Games gold medalist boxer George Foremen (former heavy weight champion of the world) grab the American flag to demonstrate his patriotism.

This writer read about in 1969, how Curt Flood challenged Major League Baseball free agency and reserve clause and took his case to the United States Supreme Court (although he lost in this decision) which today’s baseball players and all professional athletes are the beneficiaries and recipients of Flood’s activism as it pertains to players right to free agency. This writer also grew up watching and loving Muhammad Ali, a boxer by profession and a social activist by conviction. He went into the boxing ring as Cassius Clay out of Louisville, Kentucky and in the early 1960’s was introduced to the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad where he evolved into Muhammad Ali and the Islamic religion forever altered Ali’s life. He became a social icon and 1967 took a revolutionary stance against U.S aggression and the fighting in the Vietnam War and because of his conscientious objector stance he was ridiculed and condemn by a large segment of white America as being unpatriotic and un-American. (Reference: Edna and Art Rust, Jr.: Art Rust Illustrated History of the Black Athlete).

Athletes have always been viewed by the white elite as tools of entertainment and not as independent thinkers capable of making off the playing field decisions contrary to their dictates. Muhammad Ali was articulate and politically inspired who used his high profile athletic image as a former gold medalist and heavy weight champion of the world to challenge the United States Foreign Policy in Southeast Asia during the 1960’s. Ali was truly a different type of athlete. Ali was convicted in 1967 of refusing draft induction into the United States Arm Forces and sentenced to five years imprisonment, but the United Supreme Court eventually overturned this conviction. Ali’s dissent and defiance became somewhat of a symbol of what the black athlete could be, if they were armed with the proper information and knowledge.

Perhaps the culture and the social, economic and political environment dictates human behavior to a greater extent and influence the circumference and diameter of our thinking. The Hip Hop Culture has been a culture inspired by an art form---mainly Rap Music and the question always arise, does the art formulate independently of the dominant culture or does art becomes a voice of expression relative to conciliatory or contradictory interpretation. Frantz Fanon authored of two monumental books titled, “Black Skin, White Mask” and “The Wretched of the Earth” he stated that essentially each generation has the choice to honor and continue our history and struggle or betray it. Some years ago I was in a debate with Jamil Abdullah AL-Amin (formerly H. Rapp Brown), the former Black Panther Party member and Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee, chairman. Al-Amin said to me brother “Culture is necessary, but it is not sufficient” it took me over twenty years to truly understand what AL-Amin meant; that was perhaps in 1989. Damien Ty Jackson in his book titled, “The Hip Hop Tree: Seeds, Essays and Thoughts” stated, “No forms of culture expression unfold in a vacuum. Instead, they are informed and shape by a combination of interacting social forces that surround and precede them. Clearly, this is the case with Hip-Hop whose seeds were sown long ago in a faraway land most African-Americans still acknowledge as ‘home’. As with blues, jazz, gospel and R&B, the influences of our African origins are still with us in the form of beats, rhythms, chants, dance, oral traditions, and other musical innovations and tendencies.” (Reference: Damien Ty Jackson: The Hip Hop Tree: Seeds, Essays and Thoughts).

The study of history develops the springs and motives of human actions. History serves as much more than the studying of dates and events, but as a bridging of one generational experience to another, which is physically and psychological passed on historically and in a peoples DNA. History instills inspiration, motivation, and self-esteem into a people; moreover, it connects a people to their contributions made toward civilization and human advancement. This is the discipline that builds the will of a people and encourages them to go forward. African people living in America had a brilliant and glorious history before and after Chattel Slavery (1555-1865). (Reference: John G. Jackson: The Study of African Civilization).

Those that control institutions recognize that they must forever hide the true past of African people in order to keep them sleep to the knowledge of self. History is like a trumpet, when it is sound, the asleep must rise. African Americans were put to sleep during the period of Chattel Slavery; denied the right to read and write which to pursue an intellectual exchange of ideas and denied the God given right to acquire the knowledge of self. The slave masters deprived African people of the opportunity to develop a true value system—folkway, mores, cultural system, etc. The study of our history is one way to correct this deplorable mental state of amnesia that African Americans are presently experiencing. We not only lost our historical memory but was disposed of our intellectual faculties, to even find our home which is Africa. We are silently crying out for Zion---this lost home that has been forsaking by 30—million black people in America and hundreds of millions located throughout the diaspora. The Holy Bible in Psalms 137 gives us the true meaning of a people being disconnected from their homeland and there are none more fitting this scripture than the black man and woman of America, it stated: “By the rivers in Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion. How shall we sing the Lord’s song in a strange land? If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy. Remember, O Lord, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem; who said, Rase it, rase it even to the foundation thereof. O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall be that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.”

A crime took place, which was one of the greatest criminal acts ever committed against a people and it does not matter how the descendents of the perpetrators (Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, United States, Belgium, Germany, France, etc.) seeks to disguise their denial, we the descendents are the living testimony and the victims of this heinous criminal act. We were robbed of the knowledge of self and to continue to identify with the perpetrators history and culture is insanity. This is evident by the surnames (slave master’s names we continue to carry) McCrae, Smith, Johnson, Jones, Brown, Baldwin, Richards, etc., are not indigenous African names, but they belong to another man’s culture. How can we, African Americans claim to be free and have never divorced themselves from the slave master’s names? (Reference: Hugh Thomas: The Slave Trade: The Story of the Atlantic Slave Trade; 1440-1870).

It is not the norm to find a Korean or Chinese wearing the names "Greg Fatback", "Larry Hamhock", "Darius Shorten bread", etc., because these alien names do not reflect their East Asian culture and heritage. History asked the six basic questions of who, what, where, when, how and why; moreover we have traditionally responded to the above questions with Eurocentric answers. Non-traditional scholars such as Dr. Josef Ben A. A. Johannon, Drusilla Dunjee Houston, Cheik Anta Diop, John G. Jackson, Asa Hilliard, George G. M. James, etc., have worked to redefine history, by rescuing African history from misconceptions, half-truths and outright lies.

History builds patriotism and nationalism by instilling pride and self-worth in a people that is reflected of past accomplishments which should be past down culturally, in which to always remind a people of their obligation to make every generation aware of their glorious past and use it to inspire the born and unborn generations to aspire to create new history. We as African Americans should work to retain the best national and international attorneys in the world and plead our slavery case within the international courts. The African Holocaust involved numerous criminal acts ranging from kidnap, rape, murder, assault, conspiracy. (Reference: John Henrik Clarke: Christopher Columbus and the African Holocaust).

LL Cool J in his book titled, “I Make My Own Rules” stated, “. . . Being African American in the United States, which is a strange paradox. We’re of African descent but don’t learn enough about what African is. And, because of certain racist sectors, we’re not always 100 percent accepted as Americans. Our people have been forced-fed an American culture and taught to hate themselves. But inside them African culture is brewing, because it’s never been fully realized. . . . Other groups in America—the Italians, the Jews, the Asians, the Irish—know where they came from and what their culture is about. And it makes it easier for them to embrace America on their own terms. It’s not an either/or situation. Too many black people are struggling to fit an African key into an American lock. I just doesn’t fit sometimes. We’ve got to learn to embrace our culture before we can be confident—and accepted—as Americans and make that key fit. Not all African history is great—Africans participated in the slave trade. But a lot of it is great. And we have to be real about that too.” (Reference: LL Cool J: I Make My Own Rules).

This present day generation had to rely on Pop Culture images from the Hip-Hop Culture as their leaders who were more commercialized and manufactured—products of studio images and who were for the most part actors and many of them lacked the social conviction that my Old School generation came to admire in their leaders. These new voices appeared to be more of the problem than the solution. However this writer can recall the Hip-Hop group Public Enemy (PE), in which some of its members were inspired by the Nation of Islam's leaders Minister Louis Farrakhan and Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad and it was reflected in their lyrics, a social militancy, possessing a combination of Black Islamic nationalism and Black Power themes, consistent with the ideology of the Black Panther Party model type-----stage image (with the paramilitary uniforms reflective of both the Fruit of Islam and the Black Panther Party of Self-Defense) of the 1960s and 1970s that were worn by its charismatic leaders Huey P. Newton, Bobby Seale and, Eldridge Cleaver.

Public Enemy was actually a throwback type group that had borrowed the social rhythms of the Last Poets and the likes of Gill Scott Heron. Public Enemy had captivated young African -Americans imagination with meaningful lyrics possessing messages of personal and community empowerment. They introduced Minister Malcolm X (1925-1965) to a generation of Hip-Hoppers who knew, little too nothing about the slain martyr Civil Rights leader that taught a militant and radical political message that perhaps resonated with these young Hip-Hopper’s fathers and mothers two to three decades ago. PE was using their large stage to educate young African-Americans beyond the message and lyrics of selling dope, killing, sex and raunchy language that denigrated women and glamorized criminal behavior.

These young poets were actually wearing two hats—Entertainers and Social Activist simultaneously. They were more of the latter than the former—they were in harmony with the social, political and economic plight of the African-American community. Michael Eric Dyson in his book titled, “Between God and Gangsta Rap” Stated, “Public Enemy is hands down, the most influential and important group in the history of hip-hop. By roughly stitching together contrapuntal noise and prophetic rabble-rousing, the avant-garde group quickly became rap’s conscience. The contrast personalities of PE’s duo—straight-man and heavy-duty lyricist Chuck D and trickster sidekick Flavor Flav—play off of one another to great effect. PE’s work. Into toto has confronted, and times embodied, most of the conflicts faced by young blacks over the last decade. Racist white media and sellout bourgeoisie. Black-Jewish relations and the woes of interracial relations. The narrowness of black radio and the betrayal of blacks by dope dealers.” (Reference: Michael Eric Dyson: Between God and Gangsta Rap).

Lerone Bennett once stated, "He who controls images, controls minds, he who control minds has no fear bodies." PE was positively altering minds and used their music as a moral, ethical, political, and spiritual tool, etc., that focused on liberation; not senseless violence and glamorized “gansterism;” where middle class Hip-Hop artists are rapping and singing about living in public housing and being involved in drive-by shootings and rapping about gang affiliation and gangbanging. But a deeper look into some of these "wanna-be" Hip-Hop artists backgrounds, you will find that many of them were raised in suburban upscale communities, attended private schools, raised in two parents homes and lived an incubated bourgeoisie life style.

Russell Simmons, better known as the CEO of Hip-Hop (Def Jam Records, Phat Farm, and Def Comedy Jam), is perhaps one of the most brilliant minds that helped to bring Rap and Hip-Hop to the era of transcending the mom and pop enterprise; moreover, to a billion dollar entertainment industry. Thus, in his book titled, “Do You: 12 Laws to Access The Power in You to Achieve Happiness and Success stated, “That’s how Hip-Hop started—poor kids with nothing, rhyming about having everything. But over the years it’s evolved to the point where that artistic attitude has transformed into a very successful business model. No one can argue that Hip-Hop hasn’t created a new way of doing business in the country. It’s proven that a bunch of kids who didn’t go to business school, who don’t have MBAs, and who don’t speak ‘proper’ English can still make a lot of money. Despite their apparent lack of sophistication and training, they can still create thriving businesses, companies that leave the rest of corporate America playing catch-up.” (Reference: Russell Simmons: Do You: 12 Laws to Access The Power in You to Achieve Happiness and Success).

Some would argue that these young music entrepreneurs are only capitalizing off the market trend----they are saying and singing what sells----sadly our culture has digressed to sex and violence, which has become extremely marketable and profitable in the United States and around the world. Moreover, those that control the music industry, the POWERS THAT-BE had decided that there wouldn’t be a long standing platform for the social lyrics like the type PE sang and advocated because to much of a positive agenda was negatively impacting big business—drug culture, tobacco sells, alcohol, etc. The dealers of death in the black community could not allow this type message to take root amongst the poor and oppressed because it was bad for legal and illegal business.

PE and one of its lead artist Professor Griff who was probably a registered Muslim in the Nation of Islam and if not, was definitely a committed sympathizer to the politico-theological teachings of its controversial leader Minister Louis Farrakhan. Professor Griff probably was the information guru of PE, the real mindset behind the on stage intellect and social presences. Minister Farrakhan in 1985 spoke to over 35, 000 black people at Madison Square in New York City amidst heavy opposition from the Zionist Jews and Mayor Edward Koch. Thus, after the Jesse Jackson 1984 run for the office of president of the United States, which Jackson was forced to repudiate Farrakhan for making allege anti-Semitic remarks, in the same manner presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama is being forced to repudiate his minister, Jeremiah Wright for making allege anti-American remarks. History is cyclical. Minister Farrakhan in the mid-1980s became the preeminent black leader and voice of black America and furthered solidified that rank with his garnishing over 1.5 million black men to Washington D.C at the Million Man March. Chuck D in his book titled, “Fight the Power: Rap, Race and Reality stated, “By that time we had already done, ‘Bring the Noise’, and ‘Don’t Believe the Hype.’ My initial goal of working with the SW1, especially those heavily oriented in the Nation{of Islam}, was to use my lyrics to help clean up the bullshit hype that had come out about Minister Louis Farrakhan that started after the New York Post article. I felt through popular music and entertainment I could help bring his name into a positive light and have white kids singing a song with Farrakhan’s name in it, and we could change the whole complexion of how he was being looked at. Minister Farrakhan was gaining so much momentum in 1984 that when the Post came out with that bullshit story about ‘Farrakhan Says Hitler Was a Great Man’—when, as suggested buried in the text of the article, he actually described how Hitler’s greatness was used for wicked purpose—their wicked reporting turned the whole Nation movement back. When ‘Bring the Noise’ came out and said, ‘Farrakhan’s a prophet I think you ought to listen to,’ and ‘Don’t Believe the Hype’, said, ‘A follower of Farrakhan, don’t tell that you understand, until you hear the man,’ we actually had white listeners wanting to get into the mind-set of Minister Farrakhan and look at his words for themselves and discover that he wasn’t what they heard he was.” (Reference: Chuck D: Fight the Power: Rap, Race and Reality).

The Anti Defamation League (ADL) and the Jewish Defense League (JDL) had labeled the Nation of Islam and Minister Farrakhan as being anti-Semitic. Moreover, Public Enemy was viewed by the Jews (not all Jews, but those of the Zionist persuasion) as representing the voice and public image of the Nation of Islam whom they had falsely labeled as being anti-Semitic. They worked to separate PE from the Nation of Islam by using some words Professor Griff had spoken, which they played sound bites accusing the embattled Rap artist of anti-Semitism. PE never recovered to their former glory after the anti-Semitism allegations and eventually Chuck-D was forced to repudiate his friend and comrade Professor Griff. This writer must admit on the subject of Rap music and hip-hop I am way over my head, but I knew PE was special and we probably have not had a hip-hop group with the kind of social lyrical implications since PE. It is difficult today to see former PE star Flavor Flav “buffoning” and clowning and being reactionary to what he represented in the 1980s. Black men between the ages of 16-25 are being murdered (black on black homicides) at an alarming rate. The music continues to glamorize guns and drugs. Where are the positive images? Marcus Garvey, Fannie Lou Hamer, Noble Drew Ali, Elijah Muhammad, Bishop Mc Neil Turner, Martin Luther King, Jr. Queen Mother Moore, Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali, Huey P. Newton, Harriet Tubman, WEB Dubois, Booker T. Washington, Martin Delaney, Kwame Ture, etc. (Reference: William P. Benjamin: African Americans in the Criminal Justice System).

No positive images creates disillusionment and this is why a black high profile celebrity athlete like a Mike Vick that had just signed over 130 million dollar contract with the Atlanta Falcons and by way of some poor decisions suffered the same fate of most black men that have gotten entangled in the criminal justice and judicial system—prison; perhaps Vick believed the hype being sang and the thug life ethos that is over dramatized in the Rap Music and the Hip-Hop Culture. The blame can not be totally placed on these young African-Americans, if the truth be told, we failed them, and they were our responsibility to be intellectually nurtured and guided on the right path. The National Urban League gives an annual report each year of the state of black America and Tavis Smiley host The State of the Black Union with all his corporate funding holds a symposium every year where he galvanized some of the best and brilliant black intellectuals in America—to do what? Talk about the problem. The problem has been well defined since 1865, but we are short on solutions.

Black youth are left to choose between a concept of East Coast Rap (personified in the late Biggie Smalls—The Notorious B.I.G) and West Coast (personified by the late Tupac Shakur) as ideological metaphors for internal destruction. While the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Tavis Smiley continues to have huge conferences in big convention hotels and black America continues to suffer. Know wonder our Hip-Hop artists have to reinvent images because of our negligence to do so. Mariam Jones, a five time gold medalist winner and Michael Vick an NFL All Star Quarterback are both in custody under the United States Bureau of Prisons. They both were let down by a society that failed them and this is not to overlook personal responsibility. (Reference: Michael Eric Dyson: Holler If You Hear Me: Searching for Tupac Shakur).

Maybe is mere nostalgic on my part, but, I truly missed PE----the revolutionary lyrics and those images of defiance----the message was clear and meaningful. This writer knows and understands that art can not be defined by the lens and vision of one person and/or a group of persons; it has no definition boundaries, art means different things to different people. I first heard the Sugar Hill Gang and Grand Master Flash, Afrika Bambaataa, Kurtis Blow, Run DMC in the late 1970s early 80s. I can vividly recall people calling WBLS radio station in New York City requesting that they play Sugar Hill Gang single “Rapper’s Delight” over and over again. The legendary Frankie Crocker was behind the mic, doing his thing. This "new" music was refreshing and the beat and rhythm did something for the soul.

Jay-Z is a Hip-Hop mogul that has made huge sums of money and is revered as a Hip-Hop icon, but he (Snoop Dogg, P. Diddy, 50 Cent, Reverend Run, etc.) is far from being the social presences of KRS-ONE and PE, but that is not to say the likes of Most Def, Common, Talib Kweli, etc, hasn’t embraced that social and political calling. There was something happening internally in the late 1980s and early 1990s when these young artists were sampling Minister Malcolm X and Huey P. Newton speeches, this type of political education heighten the social awareness and it took Hip-Hop to another level, a level we have yet to duplicate. There have been other artists such as Wu Tang Clan, OutKast, Nas, Erykah Badu, etc., that may have come under the influence of the teachings of the Original Five Percent Nation----called the Gods and Earth's.

This group evolved from the Nation of Islam, which its founder in 1964 Clarence 13 X Smith was member of Temple Number 7 in New York City under Minister Malcolm X. The Gods and Earth's teaching has resonated amongst some Hip-Hop artists-----they pull from the "Supreme Mathematics" Lessons and “Student Enrollment” lessons that were taught by the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad. They understand divine numerology, Islam, mystic philosophy, high science-----they teach on the 120 degrees multiplied times 3, you then have the 360 degrees; thus, complete knowledge is liken to a circle. Many Hip-Hop artists have embraced the Five Percent Philosophy and for those who know what they are listen to can easily detect its message coded in Rap lyrics. (Reference: Malachi Z. Hip-Hop and Rap have truly transcended cultures, race, ethnicity, nationality, etc., it is a universal language spoken across the globe. Moreover, after the Don Imus debacle; where he verbally insulted, the predominantly African-Americans Rutgers University women's basketball team by referring to them as "nappy headed whores”. Thereafter, a debate pursued about the language the Hip-Hop artists themselves were using that was equally degrading to African-American women. I believe the NAACP went on a silly crusade to bury the "N" word and has not offered any real solutions to black suffering and misery. Russell Simmons of the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network has also been doing yeoman's work with Hip-Hop artists as far encouraging them to work toward cleaning Hip-Hop music up. He has teamed up with Minister Benjamin F. Muhammad (formerly known as Reverend Benjamin Chavis) and has been engaged in positive dialog with Hip-Hop artists around the country.

My comrade brother Paul Scott, the moderator of NO WARNING SHOTS FIRED blog site http://nowarningshotsfired.blogspot.com/ is without doubt, a much more verse Hip-Hop historian and Rap musicologist than I.
