Aerial Spraying Of Vaccines In Australia

It has long been suspected that chemtrails could sometimes be used to aerially disseminate biologically active stuff. Here is a public admission of just such a project under way in Australia. Bo

"Aerial Spraying Of Vaccines In Australia

"Under the mandate for aerial spraying for specific vectors that pose a threat to human health, aerial vaccines known as DNA Vaccine Enhancements and Recombinant Vaccine against WNV may be tested or used to "protect" the people from vector infection exposures."

The Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) is on its way to approve a licence application from PaxVax Australia (PaxVax) for the intentional release of a GMO vaccine consisting of live bacteria into the environment in Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria

According to the regulator, it qualifies as a limited and controlled release under section 50A of the Gene Technology Act 2000 (the Act).

PaxVax is seeking approval to conduct the clinical trial of a genetically modified live bacterial vaccine against cholera. Once underway the trial is expected to be completed within one year, with trial sites selected from local government areas (LGAs) in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. PaxVax has proposed a number of control measures they say will restrict the spread and persistence of the GM vaccine and its introduced genetic material, however there is always a possiblity of these restrictions failing and infecting wildlife and ecosystems.

Aerial vaccines have used in the United States directed towards animals by the use of plastic packets dropped by planes or helicopters. Sanofi (who is one of the largest vaccine manufacturers in the world) has subsidiary companies such as Merial Limited who manufacture Raboral, an oral live-virus poisonous to humans yet distributed wildlife in the masses.

In 2006 Michael Greenwood wrote an article for the Yale School of Public Health entitled, "Aerial Spraying Effectively Reduces Incidence of West Nile Virus (WNV) in Humans." The article stated that the incidence of human West Nile virus cases can be significantly reduced through large scale aerial spraying that targets adult mosquitoes, according to research by the Yale School of Public Health and the California Department of Public Health.

Under the mandate for aerial spraying for specific vectors that pose a threat to human health, aerial vaccines known as DNA Vaccine Enhancements and Recombinant Vaccine against WNV may be tested or used to "protect" the people from vector infection exposures. DNA vaccine enhancements specifically use Epstein-Barr viral capside's with multi human complement class II activators to neutralize antibodies. The recombinant vaccines against WNV use Rabbit Beta-globulin or the poly (A) signal of the SV40 virus. In early studies of DNA vaccines it was found that the negative result studies would go into the category of future developmental research projects in gene therapy. During the studies of poly (A) signaling of the SV40 for WNV vaccines, it was observed that WNV will lie dormant in individuals who were exposed to chicken pox, thus upon exposure to WNV aerial vaccines the potential for the release of chicken pox virus would cause a greater risk to having adult onset Shingles.
In February 2009 to present date, aerial spraying for the WNV occurred in major cities within the State of California. During spraying of Anaheim, CA a Caucasian female (age 50) was exposed to heavy spraying, while doing her daily exercise of walking several miles. Heavy helicopter activity occurred for several days in this area. After spraying, she experienced light headedness, nausea, muscle aches and increased low back pain. She was evaluated for toxicological mechanisms that were associated with pesticide exposure due to aerial spraying utilizing advanced biological monitoring testing. The test results which included protein band testing utilizing Protein Coupled Response (PCR) methods were positive for KD-45. KD-45 is the protein band for SV-40 Simian Green Monkey virus. Additional tests were performed for Epstein-Barr virus capside and Cytomeglia virus which are used in bioengineering for gene delivery systems through viral protein envelope and adenoviral protein envelope technology. The individual was positive for both; indicating a highly probable exposure to a DNA vaccination delivery system through nasal inhalation.
Pentagon Document Revealed Aerial Vaccination Plans

In the Quarterly FunVax Review in June, 2007, the report lists the objective of a project listed as ID: 149AZ2 as a preparation of a viral vector that will inhibit/decrease the expression of a specific disruption gene (VMAT2) within a human population. It further indicates in the abstract that six method of virus dispersal were tested including high altitude release, water supply release, insect transmission, and various methods of diffusion.

This is probably one of the most important articles ever to appear in The Daily Bell, or for that matter, anywhere else, but we’ll get to why I think this to be the case, after the article itself:
No, Economist (Magazine): The Real Problem of Big Science is Big Banking
The Daily Bell has put its finger on a central philosophical problem of modern “big science,” namely, the promotion and evolution of a kind of “public consumption” science in each of the scientific disciplines that have, as their underlying connective meme, the theme of scarcity and zero-sum games, with “winners and losers.” And this meme, in turn, has, as its underlying assumption, a commitment to philosophical materialism as the be-all and end-all explanatory paradigm into which all “science” must fit or conform. I think, as I compose this blog, specifically of the work of biologist, Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, and its simple posing of questions that challenge those exclusively materialist assumptions with his hypothesis of a “morphogenetic field.” Dr. Sheldrake asks a simple question: how is it that two groups of a species, completely isolated from each other, will transmit information to each other with no apparent means of physical contact? How does one group of a species on an isolated island transmit a solution or learned behavior, to a group of the same species on another island, and having no physical contact with it? This is not a merely hypothetical or rhetorical question on Dr. Sheldrake’s part. It is something that has been observed. For his part in forming the question and offering a tentative conclusion – a kind of immaterial biological version of photon or quantum entanglement, but on a much more macro-scale of entire population groups – he has been villified, attacked, spurned, and in general, treated less than courteously by many of his scientific colleagues.
He has, in short, challenged the materialist assumption reigning in much of biology. And so it goes across the board.
Indeed, as a general statement, it could be asked why non-materialist assumptions or approaches seem so often to be challenged by “big science” and hence, more importantly, by Big Bank Money? Is there a connection between the two? The behavior of major money interests in promoting such memes in science raises the question of whether they are interested in real science, or only that science that tends to support their own cosmology, a cosmology designed to reinforce their monopoly on the creation of monetized debt.
I would, indeed, suggest that this is the real and deeply hidden connection, and it is an historical one. I have written often about what I have called the “Topological Metaphor of the Medium” and more recently about its almost limitless creation of “debt-free” information. As I wrote recently in Financial Vipers of Venice, we find the financial elites of the day busily engaged in the suppression of this version of the metaphor, and the substitution, in its place, either of limitless creation of fiat monetized debt, with all the sacrificial systems and ideologies connected with it in the suppression of the individual person and his or her creativity(the thing of real value), or the substitution of systems of bullion-based finance, again in an effort to impose limits and zero-sum games.
I would respectfully suggest, then, that The Daily Bell is indeed on to something, but would suggest that the roots of it go much deeper. Not for nothing did medieval and Renaissance Venice become the home of the original Malthusianism, and the first (wildly inaccurate) estimates of the “maximum carrying capacity” of the population sustainable by planet Earth, but also this corrupt oligarchical republic was the home to the suppression of that Metaphor, and its advocates, by the most brutal of methods (like being burned alive). It was home, too, to the original “cult of materialism”, in its dogged defense and use of Aristotle. For those aware of the story the Daily Bell is so aptly exposing in this article, the story goes back, not just to JP Morgan’s suppression of Tesla, but at least as far as the Middle Ages, and to the life and death struggle that Venice waged against the re-emergence of that Metaphor. It won that battle, but only temporarily… but that’s another story.

The Haunting of Charles Schaughnessy

This is an outstanding revelation of how the spirit world dimension interacts with ours here among the living. Kim Russo is a fabulous medium proven reliable time and time again. Her show "The Haunting Of...." fill in the blank - usually some well known personality - has become my favorite paranormal reality show lately. Russo does not allow negative spirit situations to automatically be interpreted as being demonic. Instead, she confidently stands her ground and fleshes out why a spirit has become a problem haunter, and then gently ushers the spirit to the light. Her outcomes are nearly always positive in the end. In this case she is visiting a famously haunted ancient castle with actor Charles Schaughnessy who as a boy visited the castle once a year with his family. There was one large room that no one was allowed to go into it because of the violence of the spirit sequestered inside who as it turns out was a rapacious business man from the 17the century who had poisoned some of his competitors at his own dining table and done who knows what all else - a sort of 17th century mafioso. As Russo and Schaughnessy gradually tease out the spook was afflicted with fear of going to Hell for his deeds and therefore had never had the courage to "go to the light" which is a common situation with bad ghosts. After being urged to move on with the guarantee that love and forgiveness awaits even such dastardly people the spirit flies up and away and a centuries old haunting is brought to an end.

Equally fascinating is listening to Russo describe Schaughnessy's deceased relatives in startling detail as they flock around to be of service and give the exorcism courage. Schaughnessy was just blown away and brought to tears by the detail Russo came up with - it far exceeded anything she might have sleuthed out on her own beforehand, but just watching Russo as I have done for a couple of years now I cannot imagine she would commit such frauds anyway. She is a wonderful human being with an extraordinary gift and a huge heart, and this is one of the best episodes. Anyone claiming a right to an opinion about such matters needs to watch the pinnacle of modern investigations before passing judgement one way or another. This is not flaky Victorian parlor stuff.

This musical genre was somewhat unknown to me though it certainly owes a lot to Sun Ra, but the originality is impressive, and it sounds at times as if they might be on the cusp of a truly new popular music. New musics have their own unique psychology, and until that is worked out and agreed upon by a batch of listeners it doesn't take off. This could take off though. They feel close to a breakthrough.

The Dead Files

This has become my favorite paranormal TV show. Amy Allen is just a phenomenal ghost psychic who is really good at explaining the mechanics of haunting and motives of spirits. She does marvelous work explaining problematic hauntings and then coming up with techniques for rescuing the situation though there are some times when she just counsels the afflicted to get out of the house and don't look back. Allen is very practical and no nonsense. She "talks to the dead" as if it were not much different from talking to the living, and she is very irritated with ghost busting teams who repeatedly ransack famous "haunted homes" - a situation she likens to putting people in zoos - dead people that is, or rather people who have crossed over but not as far as they should have.

Did anyone here happen to catch some episodes of "Cursed" on The Biography Channel? (clips above)
I fancy myself somewhat hardened to paranormal reality shows, but this series got to me sometimes. I actually left in the middle of one of the episodes feeling like I was getting very suggestible which is partially how some curses work. The interviews with the unfortunates who had been cursed were quite creepy as they gave the impression of being lost in a hall of mirrors from which they might never escape, and I mean never. Some of these poor people were permanently caught in calamity and mishaps from which no one including accomplished healers could extricate them. I came away from this series with one overarching lesson - do not piss off anyone who really knows what they are doing with curses.

The Overview Effect

So, if NASA or someone could create a very realistic 3D immersive simulator of the Space Station circling the earth with very crisp surround graphics and very realistic motions mimicking those of the Space Station would the experiencer experience the "overview effect" or does the effect also require the sensation of weightlessness? Is the effect intellectual, or does it have as much to do with weightlessness as any philosophical epiphanies or intellectual vistas? Perhaps weightlessness itself gives a very, very unique intellectual and spirit detachment somewhta like that of the deprivation chamber but even more powerful.

The Cloud Shifters

I am not too keen on the sensationalistic "OVNI" media splash in Mexico of the last few years. Nearly everything I have seen so far looks like mylar balloons of one sort or another, birds flying in formation, etc., but this footage of a "cloud" UFO rings a bell with me since I had a mind blowing sighting of one of these some years back. My UFO was a tiny silver craft (at about the height of the one on the video) that could be seen generating a water vapor cloud. This sort of thing was explained very well in the Betty Andreeasson series of UFO books by Raymond Fowler. Betty described (and drew) in vivid detail being taken to a large mother ship that had huge nozzles for creating a cloaking water vapor cloud inside of which the craft would drift along in camouflage. I think these obvious lapses in camouflage are purposefully done to give us peeks and hints every now and again - a limited hangout so to speak.

Here is another Youtube similar to what I saw and what is seen in the above video. Unfortunately, the video resolution in both footages is too coarse to show the silver craft in the middle of it all. The unaided eye or the binocular augmented eye (in my sighting) sees the silver craft. That is the clincher that these are not just spontaneous and unusual meteorological events.

A Feast of Shills

"It is a massive operation jointly undertaken by many levels. They log into facebook or comment interfaces (i.e. disqus, livefyre, etc) with different names to help support their objective. You can also see many of these users making the same comments on other websites...always negative...and only on specific topics. Vaccines is a preferred subject of attack, for most of them, however GMO, organic foods, cannabis are also hot topics they piggy back on. Many of the terms and english used can also be sourced to the same users. One facebook user was caught with 52 different log-ins, fake pictures and bios before the user simultaneously deleted all 52 logins once exposed."

Kill Shot

"Referring to the Boston bombings, Todashev said his son believed it was a “set-up.” But Ibragim never sympathized with radical or terrorist ideas, and was not a follower of a radical Islam, he added.

Also, Ibragim was never a close friend of Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev – he and
Tamerlan only “went boxing at the same gym” and “exchanged phone numbers,” the father said.
So far, Todashev has received “no official explanation” of his son’s death from the US side. He said he was only told there is an ongoing investigation “inside the FBI.”

Todashev called the earlier claims that Ibragim was shot attempting to attack an FBI agent “absurd,” saying four or five police and FBI officers could have easily handled such an attack without needing to kill his son.
“Maybe my son knew something, some information the police did not want to be made public. Maybe they wanted to silence my son,” Todashev’s father said."
