TOOL

Hello,

On this site there has been some special interest in Tool , a great band though not very prolific. They do tour from time to time and in doing so leave some tracks of their concerts behind, tickets for which are hard to come by , if at all they'd play in your part of the world.

Thanks to the wonderfull world of music blogs i came across some links that offer a concert registration. Apart from the first, which was recorded for radio in 128 kb quality in paris 2001, i can't tell you anything about the other 3 links

Tool - Live In Dallas, 2006

Now then , i dont know what greg thinks about extending this blog to half a music blog, but i'd like to add something completely different, though in tune with daily grails subjects.

Mozart, a mason and to celebrate his 250 th birthyear, i'd like to point you to: Mozart l'egyptien, classical-trained musicians from Bulgaria, Arab musicians from Egypt and a French producer, Hugues de Courson. It’s a rather ambitious entreprise that unites Mozart and Egypt here, classical and arab music.

HUGUES DE COURSON - MOZART L'EGYPTIEN (1997)

Staying in the desert, this 1000 year old poetic recount of hashishseem and the assasins , sparcely put to music by bill lasswell, is well worth a download.

Hashisheen - The End of Law

You can buy it aswell at http://www.amazon.com/Hashisheen-End-Law... 50 dollars is a bit expensive but there's 7 reviews to read.

After this trip thru the desert its time to get down to earth, and back on the streets with charles bukowski, never mind the language the man is dead and never gave a sh!t anyway.

Charles Bukowski - Hostage
