Tavis Smiley Versus Rev. Al Sharpton: Let's Get Ready to Rumble

TAVIS SMILEY VERSUS REV. AL SHARPTON: LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

This writer was listening to the Tom Joyner Morning Show (TJMS), which is a black syndicated radio program that he is geared toward black urban radio audiences. I was tuned in on Tuesday February 23, 2010, and Mr. Joyner had announced that Tavis Smiley was making a guest appearance on the show, and for those who do not know, Smiley is presently a television talk show host on PBS and prior to this assignment, he was a host on a Black Entertainment Television (BET) talk show. He also had been a radio commentator on the Tom Joyner Morning Show for a number of years and has made guest appearances on NPR as a political social critic.

So the morning, Joyner announced Smiley's appearance, I sat back, anticipating Smiley's commentary, this writer has always enjoyed Smiley's commentaries on the show and prior to his resignation from TJMS in 2008, he was one of the more serious voices on the show who was not always buffoning and clowning. He always appeared well prepared, organized and his commentaries were insightful and provocative. It was always evident that he had given his topics much thought and he stayed abreast of current events, as well as taking his assignment serious.

However, this writer did not always agree, with Smiley's political analysis, but often, his arguments were compelling and challenging. Thus, for close to ten years he made a bigger name for himself serving as the chief organizer and convener of the State of Black Union forums, that became an annual event in February, which was covered live on C-Span television. Smiley often assembled some of the most brilliant black intellectuals, academia, clergy, social scientist, legal professionals, educators, social activist, politicians, business personnel, writers, publishers, etc.

Tavis Smiley wrote in his book titled: "How to Make Black America Better": "A lot of our actions as Black people have been directed at trying to get white people to change. There are too many of us who allow our life decisions to be governed by the 'statement' we feel our actions might make to white people. The perceptions of white people even find their way into decisions we make about the clothes we buy or the hairstyles we wear. During the civil rights movement, we devoted a good bit of our energy and time to making it clear that we are equal, that our aspirations, concerns, and feelings about life are the same as those of white people, in the hope that the white community would come to understand and accept us as equals. Today, we can no longer afford to do this. It is time to give up on the idea of changing white people and seek change from within, among ourselves. For in the final analysis, it's not about their misbehavior but our behavior". (Reference: Tavis Smiley; "How to Make Black America Better"; p. 9).

Moreover, during the 2008 presidential elections Smiley ventured into uncharted waters by offering critical assessments of then Senator Barack Obama, the little known senator from the state of Illinois, an African American presidential candidate who shocked the nation by winning the Iowa Caucus, but he was still considered a long shot. However, after some of the early primaries Senator Obama was beginning to make serious political momentum (he immediately began to create enthusiasm amongst African Americans).

There were some blacks who believed, that any black criticism of Senator Obama would only hurt his chances of becoming America's first black president (black criticism of Obama was viewed internally within the race with suspicion and interpreted as betrayal). Smiley was being called everything but a child of God, for daring to raise questions, that you would have expected any intelligent group to make of a potential United States commander-in-chief. This writer applauded Smiley for not going soft on Obama and some of the TJMS listening audience accused Smiley of jealousy and player hating. This writer thinks that it was this opposition that left Smiley embattled and eventually ended his tenure as a member of TJMS.

Many African Americans began to back Obama and if nothing else they have had this historical longing of perhaps one day seeing and witnessing a black person becoming president of the United States of America (American style racism and white supremacy have left this longing for 4 centuries). Senator Obama's candidacy was symbolic of so many things to the African American and they began to embrace him in huge numbers and for many his candidacy represented a fulfillment of the Dream that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., had so eloquently articulated of hope, pluralism and equality.

His selection (or "election") was being viewed as the ultimate sign of social progress and that America had turned a page in its over 450 year history relative to granting African Americans complete social-equality (these sentiments were coded in how his election was being perceived, in particular by non-African Americans). President Barack Obama's election was being sensed as so-called leveling the historical playing field and it signified an end to American racism and discrimination.

The United States had elected its first black president and this alone denoted the epitome of social and political progress, at least in theory. I think many citizens both black and white, got caught up in the moment and truly desired to believe that President Barack Obama's election represented a new beginning in how the question of race would be perceived in present and future discussions within the United States.

President Obama's election brought into question, the continued relevance of the old guard black leadership and their necessity in 2008 and beyond. Dr. Cornel West in his book titled, "Race Matters" stated: "The time is past for black political and intellectual leaders to pose as the voice for black America. Gone are the days when black political leaders jockey for the label 'president of black America,' or when black intellectuals pose as the 'writers of black America.' The days of brokering for the black turf--of posing as the Head Negro in Charge (H.N.IC.)--are over. To be a serious black leader is to be a race-transcending prophet who critiques the powers that be (including the black component of the Establishment) and who puts forward a vision of fundamental social change for all who suffer from socially induced misery." (Reference: Cornel West; "Race Matters;" p. 70).

Some actually believed that President Obama's election ended African Americans quest for civil rights and also naively believed that racism was no longer a problem in our society because of the political status that President Obama had achieved (they had turned a blind-eye to the pervasiveness of American racism and was in denial that President Obama was only a black token).

Tavis Smiley as a commentator on the Tom Joyner Show often took black folk and Barack Obama to task (he also took the listening audience out of their comfort zone and exposed their failure to exercise critical thinking). Smiley would often remind us that Obama was not above critique and critical assessment (this writer agrees with this common sense approach) should be rendered and not allow ourselves to get caught up in his race and forget about the game he has chosen to play, which was politics.

Politics is more about positioning and leveraging in order to access the political, economic and social benefits that is shrouded in the power apparatus, as well as help shape and mold public policy which to reflect constituents aspirations. Smiley felt that the black community was given Obama a free pass and although, he was being sensitive to other interest groups other than African Americans and this was viewed by Smiley and others as an act of disrespect. But we were allowing him as the premier black politician to overlook his most loyal base which was the African American community (this writer sees critical evaluation as being a very healthy exercise).

President Obama has taken black folk and the black vote for granted and black leaders are just starting to take him to task (I read recently where Princeton University Professor Cornel West made some critical remarks of President Obama and the Congressional Black Caucus is starting to appear dismayed). What has taken black leadership so long to wake the hell up?

This writer has always believed it to be literally insane for over 93% of African Americans to be registered Democrats (we vote party and not issues) in which this party has treated black folk like a step child. The Democratic party historically has always taken the black vote for granted and President Obama has strategically and tactfully used this reality, to his political advantage. But when it comes to black political neglect, his most important hold card is race--he believes this is an unbreakable bond and it carries more political weight than anything his black critics, in particular and pundits in general, could ever use against him.

He has measured that if he doesn't meet any of the political planks of African Americans, they are too tied and too loyal to the Democratic party to send him packing and understands that more than likely, he would not suffer any real political consequences from the black electorate; even if, he betrays their interest and political aspirations. When will so-called black leadership come to their senses and advocate breaking this slave-master relationship and hold the Democratic party to a higher standard?

Politicians have to know and understand that they will suffer political backlash, if they fail to acquiesce to the wants and desires of those who put them in office. Smiley has been one of the few black leaders that have gone against the grain and has been thinking outside of race loyalty, but have chosen to examine the real deal, which is President Obama's policy positions. President Obama in reality, does not have any loyalty to blacks, in particular and Americans in general. He is a Rothschild, Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger agent in which all roads lead to their interest and banks and swore loyalty to keep them in power and to keep the masses powerless.

Our so-called black leadership is weak and compromising--Reverend Al Sharpton (Action Network), Benjamin Jealous, (NAACP), Marc Morial (National Urban League), etc., these are nothing but card carrying window dressing Uncle Tom Negroes who are probably government agents put in place to keep us docile and under control. Most of the organizations they represent receive grants and funding from the Rockefeller Foundations and from Carnegie Mellon Foundation, or some other governmental funding sources (has anyone ever asked the question, how do these Negroes get paid?).

These Negroes continue to convene conferences at white owned hotels and convention centers, which to talk about the problem and are constantly servicing everybody else economy but their own (we are meeting in white folk five star hotels and banquet halls which to analyze racism, if this isn't a contradiction, what else could it be?). Why do not these Negro leaders pool their resources and buy a five star hotel and convene at an establishment that they own and operate. Moreover, the corporate sponsorship of these Negro conventions are often alcohol, tobacco and food conglomerates that deals death and destruction to the black community (Budweiser the King of Beers and McDonald's, etc).

Tony Brown in his book titled: "Empower the People" stated: "Black Americans possesses great wealth, and has learned to use its wealth to buy its freedom! It is the quintessential example of a community of interest that could become empowered if it developed a 'root economy' and used its own money system. Numbers do not lie. As already noted, Black America's annual income of $500 billion is the equivalent to the GNP of the tenth richest nation in the world. . . However, Blacks were historically organized by their elitist, Socialist leaders, mostly white, to boycott themselves. Although, the income of Blacks is growing faster than that of any other group of Americans, they spend only 3 percent of their $500 billion income with one another. That is why the most successful economic boycott in history is the current one that Blacks wage against their own entrepreneurs. On average, other ethnic and racial groups recycle 80 percent of their income within their own community. In addition to recycle 3 percent of its income, the Black community turns a dollar over less than once. Conversely, a dollar turns over five to twelve times before it leaves a Jewish American, Chinese-American, Indian-American, or numerous other ethnic communities." (Reference: Tony Brown; "Empower the People"; pp. 306-307).

But most Negro leaders themselves are corporate pimps and sophisticated hustlers who plays on the ignorance and emotions of black people. I recently read an article where someone exposed the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) who raised 55 million dollars in foundation money air marked for black scholarships; moreover, after completing the article and analyzing the content, this writer came to the conclusion, that they should be investigated for possible misappropriation, fraud, embezzlement, etc., and their 501-C3 (R) nonprofit and tax exempt status should be revoked.

The CBC to date has only spent over a half million dollars on scholarships, but during the CBC annual gala weekend event they spent over a million dollars in parties, socializing and window dressing (where is the priority of our established black leadership?). Yet, black males have the highest high school dropout rate in the nation and often lack financial resources to pursue post secondary education and these Negroes are sitting on 55 million dollars and putting on extravagant parties and the black community is in crisis.

This writer has very little respect for Negro leaders and the organizations that they represent. We have forty black congress-persons and they lobby for everyone else causes accept the black community. It is inexcusable for Africa and the Caribbean to be in their present condition with the power and influence that black Americans have and it is a shame that these black lawmakers don't play a larger role in the foreign policy decision making which effects how international foreign aid is decided upon and dispensed (they should be front and center assuring when the back room deals are cut that we should get our fair share).

Many of these Negro leaders see themselves as elitist and part of the reactionary petit-bourgeoisie class and they constantly dupe the black masses into believing that they share a common cause and interest with the black have-nots. (Reference: E. Franklin Frazier; Black Bourgeoisie"). The black masses have brought into skin color, race and ethnicity as variables in determining allies and enemies; these artificial variables have led to many historical setbacks and acts of betrayal. (Reference: Frantz Fanon: "Black Skin White Mask).

I heard Minister Louis Farrakhan state years ago "politics without economics is just like symbol without substance," we have over 6000 black elected and appointed officials, yet we are still a powerless people in 2010 and we can not continue to blame white folk for our predicament. Why do not we place some of the blame on black leadership for their ineffective role as leaders and their failure to move us beyond consumers?

Let's try doing for self and work to create a new political and economic paradigm--this will allow us to foster a new relationship with all civilize people of the earth. Who elevated Reverend Al Sharpton to the status and spokesperson and black leader over the masses? Where is his following? Most black leaders are mere creations of the media and serve the interest of the status quo.

Dr. Michael Eric Dyson in his book titled: "Race Rules: Navigating the Color Line," stated: "Complicating matters further was the fact that the choice of spokespersons didn't always turn on issues that were of greatest interest or importance to blacks. Often a spokesperson was selected because his themes, style, and ideology were acceptable to the white majority. Many black leaders were viewed skeptically by their constituencies. Booker T. Washington is a prime example of this model of leadership. Naturally, these conditions introduced considerable tension into the relationship between those who did the speaking and those who were spoken for. Black spokespersons acquired influence because they were given legitimacy by the white majority, whose power to establish such legitimacy was far greater than that of the black minority. As a result, these spokespersons used their power in black communities to reward loyal blacks and to punish dissidents. This arrangement meant that patronage more than moral principle determined the allocation of the limited resources for which the spokesperson was a funnel. As a result, few blacks benefited from the leadership that was supposed to speak for them all." (Reference: Eric Dyson; "Race Rules: Navigating the Color Line;" p. 52).

Tavis Smiley called Reverend Sharpton out because he and Morial and Jealous had a closed meeting with President Obama relative to the president's jobs bill initiative (I called it a butter biscuit and chicken session). Smiley stated like any other president in office, our conversation with the president should be centered on putting forward a black agenda in which if he was a white president, it would have been top priority for Negro leadership to demand that the White House is sensitive to the political aspirations of African Americans (Sharpton, Smiley, Watkins ).

This has been standard political operational procedure and not to do this with President Obama would be a noticeable deviation from the norm. Sharpton reacted to Smiley, as though he had committed an unpardonable sin for daring to raise the question of the black agenda and went on an emotional tirade of accusing Smiley of misrepresenting his agenda. What is Al Sharpton's agenda? What is Tavis Smiley's agenda? Perhaps their squabble is more rooted in ego and an unwillingness to concede that the problems confronting black America is far beyond their grandiose and self-aggrandizing dispositions.

I think both of them acted very poorly in public and displayed a poor examples of what black leadership should be about and stand to be condemned. Yet, I see nothing fundamentally wrong with open debate, critique and disagreeing (we should be able to disagree without being disagreeable); I think Smiley had every right to challenge Reverend Al Sharpton and think Sharpton equally had the right to answer the criticism being spewed by Smiley. But where does this leaves black America, as far as direction and need for unapologetic black leadership? We have had enough grand standing and ego driven black leadership, which have never benefited the masses and unity is the only solution to the problems that are plaguing black America.

Lastly, Sharpton and Smiley owes the black community an apology. Yes, I will be tuned into Smiley's forum that will be taking place on March 20, 2010 at Chicago State University, which will be televised on C-Span and I believe Al Sharpton is conducting a forum from New York on April 17, 2010. Now, I am of the opinion, that we do not need any more BIG MEETINGS. Here is the solution, lets break this cycle of dependency and get up and do something for self.

How To Eat To Live And The Politics of Food

HOW TO EAT TO LIVE AND THE POLITICS OF FOOD

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

This article had been in the back of my mind for some time relative to food and health and the politics that surrounds food. Some years ago, I was invited to Muhammad's Temple Number 25 in Newark, New Jersey, this was in the 1970s where I heard Minister James Shabazz teach from a book written by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad (1897-1975) titled, "How to Eat to Live" first volume published in 1967; it eventually became a two volume book that laid out the Nation of Islam and Black Muslim dietary laws. I found Minister Shabazz message that day to be very intriguing and enlightened, thus I purchased the book "How to Eat to Live" in 1973 and began reading. I am now recommending that you read this eye awakened book and you will find out why it is dietary important to put down them yams and collard greens (these are vegetables that are prohibited). Messenger Muhammad wrote about Allah who came in the person of Master Fard Muhammad and the type of foods and diet that he prescribed and ordained for the Asiatic Black man.

The health of this nation or lack of has to be viewed, from the highest levels of government and we can somewhat, attributed our dismal health disposition to corporate greed and neglect by the United States Government in its failure to demonstrate a level of genuine sincerity towards the well being of the American people outside of corporate interest. America does not need a health care bill, and if we do get one, it would not be worth a damn because health is big business and any health care bill that is passed, it going to be in the interest of the powerful medical lobbies and medical associations that they represent (whether it is President Obama's Health Bill or a Republican sponsored bill).

It has been intentional neglect which has led to our entire food supply being placed in danger--from our agriculture crops to our poultry farms and cattle farms have all been compromised, therefore, because of this, the health of our entire nation has been compromised. The government sanctions the use of poison pesticides and fertilizers in the name of efficient productivity--growing bigger and harvesting more agriculture commodities in shorter planting time frames (they have truly disturbed the balance of nature and has disturbed the the most perfect system that has been in existence for perhaps trillions of years, which is the ecological system). Man is in deed at war with himself and the planet.

The Center For Disease Control (CDC), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as other regulatory agencies already know that these agriculture pesticides (subtle germ, chemical and biological warfare) will have short and long term adverse health ramifications on the American people and planet (but what they do not tell you is, that it has always been about profit over health). Our water supply have also been compromised by poisonous pesticides and fertilizers run-off into our rivers, lakes and oceans. This evidence is translated into seeing higher incidents of all types of various cancers and diseases that are plaguing our nation and if the truth be told, it can be traced back to our food sources. The chickens are being injected with various growth hormones and enzymes (which is dangerous to humans that eat this poisonous meat) in which these chickens are caged raise (confined to tiny square foot areas) they do not have free range ability to roam and interact in a more natural environment and is confined to filthy controlled assembly line like operations. (Reference: Karl Weber; "Food Inc.: A Participant Guide: How Industrial Food is Making Us Sicker, Fatter, and Poorer-And What You Can Do About It").

These chickens are being forced fed food with little to no nutritional value, the only objective is to fatten them up for the consumer market and also these same chickens (hens) are being artificially inseminated to create mass egg production in order to meet the food supply demands (the United States has 300 million people, but consumes a disproportional amount of the world's resources). The cattle (beef) ranches and farms are no different (cows on steroids). This also makes our dairy unsafe for human consumption. Thus, we are eating these hormonal injected birds and steroid beef (this includes Angus beef as well); and we wonder, why our little girls are having their menses at 6 and 7 years old and is growing breast at that same age, as well as developing physically like teenagers twice their age. Also, child obesity is running rampant throughout America.

Mad Cow disease, Bird Flu and the latest being Swine Flu (so-called H1N1) are clear examples, that our animal food supply is contaminated and the above animals have served as host to viruses that are making people sick and have even been responsible for killing thousands who have fell victims to coming in contact by consuming poisonous poultry and livestock. The media talking heads and the U.S. Government tried to quickly discredited the rumors and allegations that the Swine Flu virus could be transposed to humans by eating pork (swine meat) and although the CIA and CDC possessed medical evidence from Mexico that people had died from eating contaminated (H1N1) pig meat and others got sick from contracting this virus that United States Government calls H1N1 (Swine Flu). They have kept this information away from the public because of the interest of huge pork growers; they do not want to scare you away from continuing to buying swine, it is to lucrative of a business to be interrupted by human sicknesses and deaths.

Muhammad did not forbade the consumption of beef and/or chicken, but he said we would be better off by not consuming any animal flesh. Messenger Muhammad forbade certain seafoods such as crabs, shrimps, lobsters , scallops, etc., he referred to them as the scavengers or bugs of the sea and he prohibited the eating of fish that weighed of over ten pounds (this included large tuna). The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, we could cure ourselves by what we eat or not eat and he recommended that we eat one meal per day. He also recommended that we should fast at least three days at the end of each month. Moreover, Mr. Muhammad even went a step further, he stated that we should practice eating every three days because our stomachs and digestive tracks were not designed to constantly work trying to digest three meals per day and health wise this practice would keep us away from the doctor's office. (Reference: Norman W. Walker; "Colon Health: The Key to a Vibrant Life").

Many African American healers and holistic healers that came after the Honorable Elijah Muhammad such as Queen Afua who authored the book titled, "Heal Thyself: For Health and Longevity" and fail to mention "How to Eat to Live" by Elijah Muhammad, the man who was talking about health in the black community when it wasn't popular. Queen Afua has written an excellent book that supports vegan and vegetarian dieting, but it is remissly not to mention Elijah Muhammad as a forerunner in this discussion of health. I witness Mr. Muhammad clean-up and heal black people who became Muslims and followed his dietary plan and restriction. Some of these individuals came to Mr. Muhammad obese and ailing and within six months after following the program and the life giving teachings they became healed, it was though they appeared 10 years younger after practicing the dietary and Restrictive Laws of Islam. He taught us, of the value of the navy bean and the various use of this bean (get the book and read it for yourself).

There is another great book written by Dr. Llaila O. Afrika titled, "African Holistic Health" but, how can you write such an enlightened book and not mention messenger Muhammad and many of these individuals were directly and/or indirectly touched by his mission and work? I am on record of admitting that it was Mr. Muhammad's teachings that woke me up as a lost-found member and it was his teachings that gave me the intellect and wisdom to further connect the dots. The brothers in the Temple would often state "Make it plain Brother Minister" and that is exactly what I have tried to do in the writings of all my blogs.

This writer lives in the south and there is a huge hog farm in Virginia named Smithfield Farms (I often see their tractor trailers advertised with Smithfield Farms on I-40 East and West as I travel throughout North Carolina) and some of my readers may not know this, the hog selling business is over a billion dollar industry and it is vital to the U.S. economy. This is what Wikipedia stated about Smithfield farms: "Smithfield Foods, Inc. is the world’s largest pork producer and processor. Its headquarters are in Smithfield, Virginia, with operations in 26 states and 9 countries. The company raises 14 million hogs a year and processes 27 million. The company produced 5.9 billion pounds of pork and 1.4 billion pounds of fresh beef in 2006. Its plant in La Gloria, Mexico is suspected to be the source of the 2009 swine flu outbreak." (Reference: Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia; topic Smithfield Farms).

The United States Government consistently lies to the America people and they create medical epidemics and in some cases pandemics while simultaneously using fear and panic to enrich the pharmaceutical companies and medical profession by selling vaccines as so-called protection against viruses like H1N1 (this is a CIA initiated medical hoax). So like fools we run and get vaccinated and allow our children to be inoculated with experimental chemicals and drugs; thus, trusting the damn government and thirty years from now, they will come out and admit, that they injected us with a cancer containment. Perhaps you have never heard of the Tuskegee Experiment it is well documented in a book written by Harriet A. Washington titled: "Medical Apartheid: The Dark History of Medical Experimentation on Black Americans From Colonial Times to the Present). All this is about making money and nothing else. (Reference: Curtis Cost; "Vaccines Are Dangerous: A Warning to the Black Community").

The air we breathe have been compromised due government failure to regulate and impose meaningful OSHA and EPA standards in which to govern all the toxic waste, hazardous gases and fumes that are being released into the environment and is poisoning the oxygen that we are taking in and is is destroying the Ozone Layer (perhaps global warming will be the vehicle that destroys a rebellious humanity). But corporate interest gets a free pass to assist in killing the American people because we are viewed as being expendable and money making has been placed as a higher priority over the health and well being of the American people. When will we wake up from our slumber? Or will it be to late. I am willing to bet you, that the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will not give you this type of information.

This writer in the late 1980s met an interesting gentlemen named Michael Joseph, who stated his ethnicity and nationality as being Lebanese (he looked more Cauasian than an Arab Semite). Brother Joseph and I became friends, and every time that he would come town from Miami, he would always stop by my house and the black book store in Durham. He was a very intelligent man who probably at some point in his life had decided to quit corporate America and found peace with himself by coming in harmony with his spirit-self and the universe. He had chosen to live a meager and simple life and he use to self promote and distribute a book that he had written by given small talks at African Centered book stores throughout the southeast and appearing on black talk radio. I learned so much from him about Homeopathic medicine and holistic treatments, as well as nutrition (western medicine has become for the most part, a system of pawns for the powerful pharmaceutical companies; this is the master they serve and often will not entertain Eastern healing procedures). (Reference: Kahlil Gibran; "The Prophet").

Western doctors have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in acquring a medical education and has put a lot of time into becoming practitioners of their vocation and this alone makes them arrogant and unwilling to submit that in some instances Homeopathic medicine may be superior to western base medical treatment (well to be quite honest many of them get financial incentives from pharmaceutical companies to become your personal dope pusher). Natural healers go to the earth and uses herbs and roots for medicinal treatment and I can remember when segregation existed and African Americans could not seek treatment in a conventional hospital or clinic. Grandmother who were not medically trained at Stanford, Duke John Hopkins, and Harvard, but she could walk in the woods and retrieve a plant and administer treatment for what was ailing us. (Reference: Kevin Trudeau; "Natural Cures: They Don't Want You To Know About).

Michael Joseph wrote and published a book titled, "Animals in Digestive System: How to Avoid Disease Nutritionally" stated: "I blame the medical establishment for not being more forceful in their nutritional advice . Too many physicians themselves are addicted to meat to be entirely neutral in their recommending nutritional therapies when confronted by ailing trusting population. Physicians are not chemists or physiologists, and too influenced by salesmen from drug corporations, and by the American Medical Association, which is itself guided by drug manufacturers. The war on drugs is being fought against the wrong people. Isn't it paradoxical, that a government can be responsible for the drug addiction of its own people, then use the very excuse of that drug abuse to imprison thousands. The news media are understandably addicted to their sources of funds, which are the chemical and food producers, the drug and tobacco industries. To be truthful with the American people about the poisons being added to our foods, would seemingly put many of these producers out of business, or at least inspire them to change. Anyone who knows how the media is financed can easily understand this fact. Therefore, the media has been compromising itself when sharing information on health and nutrition, seemingly in the interest of earning a profit, rather than their real purpose of disseminating the truth. (Reference: Michael Joseph; "Animals in Digestive System: How to Avoid Disease Nutritionally"; pp. 120-121).

This alone makes the United States Government complicit by willfully and intentionally turning a blind eye while the health of the American people becomes compromised; this writer wonders if all of this is part of the grand conspiracy to commit control genocide with the objective of depopulating the earth. The Russian dissident Alexander Solzhenitsyn stated: "To do evil a human being must first of all believe that what he's doing is good. . .Ideology--that is what gives devildoing its long-sought justification and gives the evildoer the necessary steadfastness and determination. That is the social theory which helps to make his acts seem good instead of bad in his own and others' eyes, so that he won't hear reproaches and curses but will receive praise and honors." (Reference: Alexander Solzhenitsyn; quoted in the book "Emerging Viruses" by Leonard G. Horowitz).

Muhammad stated: "food keeps us here; it is essential that we eat food which gives and maintains life. That same food destroys life. Therefore, to keep this food from destroying our lives, we must protect our lives as well as we possibly can from the destruction of food. If we eat the proper food, and eat at the proper time, the food will keep us living a long, long time. Eating three and four times a day is to your stomach as dripping water is to a stone or iron. The dripping water will eventually wear the stone and iron away. But, just to look at the water, it does not appear powerful enough in its dripping to wear the stone and iron away. It is the same with food; we continuously put it into our stomachs to be digested and eventually it will destroy the stomach. If we let our
stomachs rest a while and gain strength, they will last longer in doing a job of digesting food for us."

C. Leonard Vories in his pamphlet titled, "The Hog: Should It Be Used For Food" stated: "During recent years discoveries by the medical profession have brought to light why reasons why God, thousands of years ago, could have condemned the hog as unfit for food. The microscope has revealed that the flesh of hogs is often infested with trichina worms, which when taken into the human body multiply and begin to work their way through the entire system, even into the brain and heart. This condition is known as trichinosis. Thus, far there is no known cure for the disease, since nothing has been discovered which will the trichina without killing the person when once the worms have started working into the flesh." (Reference: C. Leonard Vories; "The Hog: Should It Be Used For Food" ; p. 15-16).

This writer has been in various food markets and there is nothing more disturbing than to see a senior citizen who looked to be in poor physical health and yet in their shopping cart, it is filled with food that has no nutritional value such as processed foods, swine (pork chops, pig knuckles, pig ears, fatback, etc.) and foods that are high in sodium (dead food with no life). Elijah Muhammad taught how during slavery the slave masters fed the blacks slaves the worst type of food. For example, pork-swine, but even the slave diet, they were giving the worst of the swine, the hog guts and intestines (chitterlings), fatback, salt pork, ham hocks, etc. Many poor people buy cheap processed foods because they see it as stretching the dollar and in their minds this is smart shopping because they have achieved their goal of quantity purchasing and at the same time, perhaps negated the most important aspect of food consumption, which is, what are the health and nutritional value of the food? (Reference: Dick Gregory's Natural Diet For Folks Who Eat: Cookin' With Mother Nature").

Often in poor and oppressed communities (which are ordinarily blacks and Latinos), it is difficult to find an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, the food vendors (and the alcohol beverage companies operate off this same premise) systematically supply these communities with the worst types of foods, which contributes to these communities having high incidents of Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Colon Cancer, etc. It is a bit hypocritical for the United States Government to act like they are concern about the health and well being of our nation and yet the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) do very little to regulate the huge food conglomerates (they are off the chain). (Reference: Alfred Powell; "Message 'N' A Bottle").

Why don't U.S. Government take a proactive and preventive measures by outlawing foods that contributes to us having all types of chronic diseases? Not to consider doing this, will eventually further burden our health care system and cost the American taxpayers billions of dollars on the back-end (having to treat long term illnesses that with proper diet and nutrition could have been preventable). However, this writer is not oblivious to fact, that there is huge amounts of money to be made in dealing in death and destruction (sickness is a commodity)-- selling products that is sugar based (sugar is more addictive than cocaine and heroin); this keeps the dentist employed, and trans fats know wonder our children at five and six years of age are experiencing child obesity in which we are sentencing them to a life of potential heart disease and diabetes, as well as other health aliments. Just take a look around you in any urban cities across the United States and no doubt, you will see a number of fast food restaurants--McDonald's, Churches Chicken, Burger King, Wendys, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Bojangles, Chinese Restaurants, etc (they are dealing death over the lunch counters). Parents are serving their children fast foods two and three times per day and its these habits that are contributing to the poor health of our children. Their life expectancy will be even shorter than the prior five generations unless we change personal course and our government course.

My mother use to cook and I grew up eating home cook meals, but most younger mothers in America today do not know how to cook and rely on eating out and fail to realize all the negative benefits in putting your mouths in someone else kitchen. Autism, Down Syndrome and hyperactivity in children can be traced to diet and this is not meant to overlook some of the genetic factors. Fast foods factors into 90% of the health issues plaguing children. Think about this, just 35 years ago children under 10 having hypertension and Diabetes were unheard of and it is insane not look at what they are eating today in comparison to yesterday.

Muhammad further stated: " IF THE MEDICAL DOCTORS and the theologian teachers and scientists of chemicals, are indulging and are not successful expanding their own lives in what they are offering to us to eat and drink, then why should we follow their way of life? The chemical doctors go to the earth to get chemicals to heal themselves and us. These chemicals soon will destroy both. And, their bodies were not made to be supported by chemicals for health and longevity. The fact is the body of man was not to be drugged." (Reference: Elijah Muhammad; "How To Eat To Live" Book # 2 Chapter 47 online PDF version).

I am going to digress a bit by sharing some of my personal experiences, which in my opinion, will prove to be relevant to the overall objective and intent of this article. This writer got one of his first real lessons in the politics of food over fifteen years ago; I was once an international trader who was involved in importing and exporting various trade commodities, which included food. The company was named Progressive International Trading Company, Inc. and it was headed by a dear friend and CEO Daniel Brown out of Baltimore, Maryland. But who taught us the business was two con men out of Budapest, Hungry who owned a trading company in Budapest named East-West Channel.

These Hungarians understood the European import and export markets better than anyone that we had ever done business with. The first thing you learn in the food commodity business, is how political and competitive the food industry is and you also learn, who controls the markets; we learned very quickly that there were powerful trading companies who functioned as sovereign corporate governments that controlled all levels of the import/export international networks from finance too distribution--Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), ConAgra, and Cargill (they have a monopoly on the food industry) controls huge international markets and they determine who eats globally. No, small trader can penetrate the global food markets without brokering deals with these large powerful trading companies. They set the United States international trade policy and dictate to the U.S. food regulatory agencies of how stiff or how lax government intervention is going to be relative to our food sources.

These companies have controlling interest in banks (they controlled the issuing of financial instruments such as Letters of Credit), farms including coops, freight forwarding companies, freight insurance companies and they control embassies and trade ambassadors, etc. They also control many smaller food subsidiaries in the United States and around the world in which they will not even entertain an international trade proposal of huge tonnage without blocking you until they are able to steal your potential customer. Perhaps one of the most value lessons that I learned came by way of a commodity deal that we were trying close with selling some corn to one of the Eastern European nations and their government had strict stipulations that no genetically modified or genetic alter food was allowable into their country because they were unsure of how this genetic modified foods would impact the future health of their nation. Just look at the United States and there is plenty of proof of how genetic modified food is contributing to us having a wide range of health issues that are plaguing this nation. We are what we eat, and we can not trust anything that comes out of the laboratory of the wickedly wise. You must become the scientist in your kitchen. Thank you Mr. Muhammad for taking my wife through the Muslim Girl Training and General Civilization Class (MGT--GCC).

Barack Obama: Has the Luster Worn Off; I Wasn't Invited to the Tea Party

BARACK OBAMA: HAS THE LUSTER WORN OFF; I WASN'T INVITED TO THE TEA PARTY

by Fahim A. Knight-EL

President Barack Obama's 2008 presidential election over Senator John McCain, perhaps was met with the type of enthusiasm and political anticipation that was unmatched by most recent U.S. presidential elections. There were a sizable amount of variables, which contributed to these political emotions, but there was none more evident than the United States electing its first African American president in the 234 year history of our republic. This phenomena alone, created a sense of excitement and a political euphoria that reverberated throughout the world.

People were celebrating President Obama's election on all four corners of the globe (they were dancing in the streets and villages) you would have thought that a world revolution had taking place; they were anticipating a more rightly guided and moral leadership, a change from the old guard leadership of President George W. Bush, which had created eight years of political havoc around the globe.

Noam Chomsky in his book titled: "Hegemony or Survival: America's Quest for Global Dominance" stated: "One can discern two trajectories in current history: one aiming toward hegemony, acting rationally within a lunatic doctrinal framework as its threatens survival; the other dedicated to the belief that 'another world is possible,' in the words that animate the World Social Forum, challenging the reigning ideological system and seeking to create constructive alternatives of thought, action, and institutions. Which trajectory will dominate, no one can for tell. The pattern is familiar throughout history; a crucial difference today is that the stakes are far higher." (Reference: Noam Chomsky; "Hegemony of Survival"; p. 236).

President Obama had the whole world literally in his hand and he did not seize the moment; instead his concept of change was by surrounding himself with a cabinet of Washington, DC insiders and reactionary forces from President Bill Clinton's prior administration, which was a clear indication that he had ignored the voice of the electorate who pulled the lever for him as a protest vote against the establishment and he has either naively or arrogantly overlooked the reason that American voters took a chance on electing him as a novice to the most powerful office in the world and his reward to the electorate has been betrayal.

The people in 2008 had spoken and had voted for change, but his policies are only an extension of what the American people had detested for eight years and had come to dislike under President George W. Bush. This writer believes that the people deserve much more than lies and deception, how about for once, some genuine honesty, trust and integrity?, But only one hundred percent dissatisfaction can bring about one hundred percent change. The two political party system will never be the answer to the legitimate political aspirations of the masses because they are controlled by big business (and it is their interest being represented) and the money trail may take you to some strange places.

This writer thinks that even a viable alternative Third Party system would have a difficult time surviving under American style democracy because the threat always exist of becoming co-opted by the same forces who controls the two establishment political parties and to try give the appearance of being independent of the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and the Bilderbergers (this writer does not think that any person, theory or movement can escape their power and influence) will always be a stretch. These three groups decide what democracy should look like in the United States and what the global political course is going to be.

Your vote do not mean damn thing (there is no such thing within the United States policy formulation that is arrived by a democratic process, it is all contrived by the Invisible Forces and is spoon fed to the dumbfound masses). The agenda is set by them and all we are doing is following script; this is why President Barack Obama is continuing the "Bush Doctrine" because essentially he is powerless to alter our nation's direction and he does not have permission to deviate from the present course of action. There is no need to be dismayed with the puppet and not understand the power of puppeteer who is hidden behind the curtain, but is the one pulling the purse strings (this is the real power broker).

Obama early on was even being viewed and thought of by some as being a black Jesus, a savior of sought and perhaps others viewed him as being refreshing and had bought into his campaign slogan of change--lock, stock and barrel. Thus, and there were even others who believed that he had a magic wand, which to resolve all the social, political and economic problems facing America, in particular and the world in general, (how quickly have they become disappointed). The first initial mistake that the media, public and his handlers made was the lack of critical assessment (internal and external) given to President Obama during his campaign run and during his first year tenure as commander-in-chief in which he was given almost a free pass to function and operate with little opposition from the right and/or the left.

David Halberstam in his book titled: "The Next Century" stated: "Thanks to television, the national agenda becomes not what our long-range or our most pressing problems are, but those that produce the best film. This means that in a mass democratic society, the most critical part of communications circulatory system--network television--is essentially blocked. As the network news format trivializes political debate, the political system adapts to it. Serious discussion of serious issues is too complicated. Candidates and their advisers learn what the networks want: a telegenic background and a hyped-up attack or counterattack, the more simplistic the better. Television runs only ten-and fifteen-second sound bites from our leading politicians; soon the politicians begin to talk in such brief bites; finally they begin to think in them." (Reference: David Halberstam; "The Next Century;" p. 106).

It would ultimately be conservative talking heads such as Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Lou Dobbs, Bill O'Reilly and others who inspired radical conservative groups such as the Tea Party with the political momentum that appears to have formulated into a viable protest movement, which initially began organizing around the health care debate and made their political mark and voices heard at various town hall meetings this past summer 2009.

The Tea Party essentially represents a group of disgruntled Republicans and I do not know if they are to the right of the Republican Party or not, but if the truth be told it was not President Obama that gave the fuel to this political fire that is dividing the country, if you believed that scenario it would without doubt be the furthest thing from the truth; thus, these dissatisfied so-called patriots have risen as a backlash to the ineffectiveness of the Republican Party and President Bush to so-called articulate core Republican conservative values at the conclusion of his presidential term (it also exposed the weakness and divisiveness that exist under the leadership of RNC Chairman Michael Steele which to give the Republican Party any sustainable direction).

However, why didn't Tea Party take their signs and rhetoric to the Federal Reserve Building in Washington, DC and make a citizen arrest of Ben Bernanke (he is much more of a criminal and sinister than President Obama) for gross criminal misconduct, conspiracy, money laundering, felony thief, armed bank robbery and most of all violating the United States Constitution? When will the Tea Party demand that Merrill Lynch, AIG, Lehman Brothers, Bear-Stern, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Chase, etc., give the American taxpayers back their hard earned money and demand that they relinquish the mortgage held on our future unborn generations?

These are some criminals that are worthy of opposition in which this writer would have willingly stood shoulder to shoulder with Mark Meckler and Jenny Beth Martin (co-founders of the Tea Party), as well as the other patriots in their quest for some real freedom, justice and equality. But this writer saw virtually no rallies and/or protest movements who had organized in opposition to the 1.4 trillion dollars heist that was stolen from the American taxpayers, which was initiated by George W. Bush, confirmed by congress and sanctioned by President Barack Obama. This was a cause worthy of fighting for, if they truly were concern about taxpayers dollars being spent irresponsible and imprudently.

It was easy for these damnable hypocrites to blame the poor and growling at a defenseless sector who were being characterized as seeking government handouts relative to the Obama's health care bill, which just might have benefited the poor (many of themselves were part of the working poor, middle class poor and unemployed poor). They appeared on television as almost a nostalgic scene out of the 1950s and 1960s warning us that the Socialist and Communist once again were come to get us and that Obama was a Marxist (so-called left-wing bad guy); and yet in 2008, it was not a Marxist inspired government that brought us almost to the brink of economic destruction, but it was a democratic government that was capitalist inspired (yet their ignorance have blinded their ability to see the contradiction). Where was the anger and resentment at these capitalist who robbed the American people under the financial bailout terms and have devastated the social, political and economic lives of the American people?

It was even more alarming that dirt poor Appalachian, hillbilly, tobacco chewing, snuff dipping mountaineers, etc., who were illiterate (many could not read and write) and are victims of a health care system that can not be adequately accessed without money (let's be clear this writer fully understands that the U.S. health Care debate is being formed and shaped by the powerful American Medical Association). The poor whites of this nation have been duped into believing that blacks are the beneficiary of government handouts (this becomes an artificial point of contentious antagonism--divide and conquer scheme) and yet blacks and whites in this class may share similar social and economic conditions, it is they, who believe that their privileged skin color have giving them a stake in keeping the Haves and Have nots (they ultimately serve as gatekeepers of distraction) in their respective places. Those who control our existences do not give a damn about race; they only uses it when it is convenient to herd their sheep in a certain direction.

Yet, no one compared the Wall Street Bailout to being a form of corporate welfare and these criminals are truly the bloodsuckers of the poor. Many even at this late date still do not understand that real change is not determined by those who are appointed to oversee the White House and U. S. Congress because the agenda and political direction of the country is prior approved by the Invisible Rulers and President Obama is just following orders. These decisions do not factor into the electoral process or consider to be influenced by the powerful lobbies--public policy is ultimately at their discretion.

Gary Allen and Larry Abraham in their book titled, "None Dare Call it Conspiracy" stated: "Most intellectuals, pseudo or otherwise, deal with the conspiratorial theory of history simply by ignoring it. They never attempt to refute the evidence. It can't be refuted. If and when the silent treatment does work, these 'objective' scholars and mass media opinion molders resort to personal attacks, ridicule and satire. The personal attacks tend to divert attention from the facts which an author or speaker is trying to expose. The idea is to force the person exposing the conspiracy to stop the exposure and spend his time and effort defending himself. However, the most effective weapons used against the conspiratorial theory of history are ridicule and satire. These extremely potent weapons can be cleverly used to avoid any honest attempt at refuting facts. After all, nobody likes to be made fun of. Rather than be ridiculed most people will keep quite." (Reference: Gary Allen and Larry Abraham; "None Dare Call it Conspiracy" ; pp. 12-13).

The world wanted a change from the backwards and straitjacket policies of Obama's predecessor President George W. Bush--which was steeped in isolationism and unwarranted international antagonism and was guided by the politics of fear. Bush recklessly and systematically, reshaped United States foreign policy after the 9/11 incident or may I should just call it for what it was, a sophisticated hoax orchestrated to set the future course of international and domestic political action (or shifting the paradigm, which has swung the pendulum to the far right) to further the agenda of the Invisible Rulers.

Bush instigated two unnecessary wars (Iraq and Afghanistan), which has cost the United States taxpayers trillions of dollars (come on lets have some tea over these travesties of injustices). These two wars are unjust and this writer can not in good conscious support the murdering and mass slaughtering of innocent Iraqis and Afghans. Thus, creating this present paradigm of Islam versus western governmental ideology or better yet good (applied to the west) versus evil (applied to Islam and the Muslim World in the East) and yet, at the same time, luring the masses of the people to sleep, while the house was being robbed with us right inside.

President Obama has flat out lied to the American people and his policy positions does not reflect or resemble the humanity that he so eloquently articulated during the campaign which captivated the imagination of American people. His polices looks a lot like former President George W. Bush and this is only an indication that they both serve one master--the Invisible Shot Callers, if your were holding onto political optimism, well the evidence is clear that we were placed further into a trick bag by electing President Obama as the candidate of change.

This writer must admit 9/11 was a masterful job of deception, its objective was to forever change global politics and to render humanity existences of having no functionality, which this neo-global transition altered fundamentally the arrangement of wealth and labor, but most all this Cabal forever destroyed the fundamental principles of democracy in which the United States Constitution was overthrown by a silent coup. We have been stripped of our rights and civil liberties. You were led and is continued to be led into believing that the "terrorist" are coming to get us and we have foolishly chosen the United States Patriot Act over our most precious document the United States Constitution .

Alan Greenspan in his book titled, "The Age of Turbulence" stated, "The new world in which we now live is giving many citizens much to fear, including the uprooting of many stable sources of identity and security. Where change is most rapid, widening disparities in the distribution of income are a key concern. It is indeed an age of turbulence, and it would be imprudent and immoral to minimize the human cost of its disruptions. In the face of the increasing integration of the global economy, the world's citizen face a profound choice: to embrace the worldwide benefits of open markets and open societies that pull people out of poverty and up the ladder of skills to do better, more meaningful lives, while bearing in mind fundamental issues of justice; or to reject that opportunity and embrace nativism, tribalism, populism, indeed all the 'isms' into which communities retreat when their identities are under siege and they can not perceive options. There are enormous obstacles facing us in the decades ahead, and whether we surmount them is up to us." (Reference: Alan Greenspan; "The Age of Turbulence;" p. 18).

It was one of my ancestors who was a freed African slave named Crispus Attucks on March 5, 1770 that became the first "American" (unknown martyr) to die at the Boston Tea Party during the initial stages of the American Revolutionary War. Attucks was a black patriot who made the ultimate sacrifice for liberty and American sovereignty, but not many modern day patriot have never heard of this black American patriot.

President Obama's strategist and advisors have yet to continue to remind Americans that he inherited this political, economic, and social mess, but based on the criticism that he has received in one year of being in office, you would have thought that he created the present political predicament. But in all fairness, I do not believe any president that proceeded to be elected after George W. Bush would have been able to immediately render the type of political, economic and social results that would have satisfied the American people during these induced turbulent times. The international bankers and the Federal Reserve have literally bankrupted the United States and our nation was experiencing the second Great Depression, which was being disguised under the covert language of being deemed a recession (what is the differences when the global colateral damage is the same?).

The American people should have been outraged long before the Invisible Rulers placed their pawn Barack Obama at the helm of their ship, the handwriting had been on wall for a very long time. His State of the Union speech gave the appearance of a deflated and defeated president and many are starting to debate will he be just a one term president. Many of his pundits cite the recent elections in Virginia, New Jersey and Massachusetts as signifing President Obama's political demise and is even starting to view him as a political liability, as we draw closer to the congressional mid-term elections.

President Obama is starting to understand and come to grips with the political complexity of a beaurocracy that has always been much bigger than the political aspirations and/or optimism of U.S. Presidents. He has had to wrestle with processes and procedures. But I am somewhat dismayed at the Tea Party and these so-called patriotic liberty movements because of the obvious hypocrisy. The problems we are experiencing in 2010 within the United States did not necessarily originate with Preident Obama and the Democratic party. It was not Obama who worked to compromise the United States Constitution--this was in the making as early as 1967 (he was just a little boy) and came into complete fruition under the watchful eye of Bush II (2000-2008).

President Obama so-called represented change and people bought into the idea that he possibly had the ability to move the nation and world to greater heights; after all, he could not have been any worse than George W. Bush. President Obama appeared a lot more intelligent than his predecessor --good looking, charming, charismatic and believable. The United States who has one of the worst race relations history in the world relative to its significant role in Chattel Slavery (1555-1865); thus, even decided to give an African American the opportunity to become president of the United States. This writer never thought that he would see this in this in his life time because of the racial politics within the United States. Perhaps in the grand scheme of things President Obama was set up to fail even before he got started.

He was proceeding after President Bush who spearheaded (let may say frontman) this nation into one of the greatest economic depressions in the history of the United States, as well as was the chief architect of two major wars--Iraq and Afghanistan. President Obama inherited a formula for political disaster and his advisors had set the bar so high that he thought that in one or two years many of the issues plaguing America would be manageable and under control rather quickly. President Obama's lack of political experience would serve as double edge sword. His willingness to serve was out of a sheer innocent optimism (not really he was handpicked by the CFR, Bilderberger and Trilateral Commission) and he had no fear of what was around the corner.

Obama perhaps after one-year on the job as commander-in-chief, he was in for a rude awakening. His advisors allowed him to become to overly exposed and every damn issue that came about, they felt the urge to continually trot him out in public televised forums and they did not realize that this is why you have a presidential cabinet and political advisors/secretaries, a body of expertise and intelligentsia whom you have hired to articulate the president's political theories and philosophy. The office of president of the United States has always had this aura, and mystique perhaps sinced 1780s, which was steeped in the mystery of power and appeared beyond our abilty to having the president accessible in order to address every issue. This demystification has compromised the commander-in-chief's ability to be viewed as a strong and un-bowed leader. It has cheapened what it means to be the U.S. president.

If there were issues germane to Homeland Security; why did not they defer those concerns to the secretary of that department and not have the president responsible to appearing before the media and the American people on issues that could be handled by his advisors and cabinet secretaries?

Haiti: United States Foreign Policy Has Been More Devastating Than the EarthQuake

HAITI: UNITED STATES FOREIGN POLICY HAS BEEN MORE DEVASTATING THAN THE EARTHQUAKE

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

My prayers and thoughts go out to the people of the island nation of Haiti who were devastated by a massive earthquake that measured 7.0 on the rector scale, which has killed thousands of Haitian people (experts are predicting that as many as 200 thousand people are presumed dead) and destroyed huge amounts of property in and around the capital of Port-au-Prince. This writer has been offering up prayers for Haiti and its people for many years; long before this said natural disaster occurred. It has been deemed the poorest nation in the western hemisphere and has a long history of political, economic and social strife, as well as instability that for the most part, has been induced and instigated by the United States and other wealthy European nations.

The western world has neglected this poor island nation since its inception of becoming the first independent black nation in the western hemisphere in 1803. This writer respects the outpouring of love and generosity that Haiti is presently receiving and God knows they need it. But it is same damnable hypocrites who helped put Haiti in its present condition leading this so-called humanitarian charge and now desire to appear as goodwill ambassadors. Also, the international bankers, Bush 1& 2, Clinton, and a host of others are all criminal culprits in Haiti’s demise. Haiti has had what amounts to a blockade, sanctions, embargo, etc., around this island nation in the form of neglect, at least those nations that have imposed international sanctions on them are able to acquire the things they need to survive from other nations that might be in political disagreement with the sanctions. But it is difficult to combat intentional neglect—which has rendered the people of Haiti invisible and nonexistent unworthy of a helping hand from its most powerful neighbor, the United States of America.

Haiti has needed the world’s attention long before this devastating natural disaster in which United States only has committed a yearly amount of 300 million dollars of international foreign aid to this poor country and people. This is peanuts in comparison to what the U.S. taxpayers kick out to Egypt and Israel. However, this writer has placed some of the blame squarely on the shoulders of black electoral political leadership—there are 42 members in the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) and for the most part these Uncle Toms are reactionary sellouts who over the course of time have done very little to aid Haiti and their silence towards Haiti before the earthquake renders them as being complicit—

Sanford D. Bishop, Jr., Emanuel Cleaver, Donna Christensen, G.K. Butterfield, Yvette Clarke, Sanford D. Bishop, Jr., Corrine Brown, Roland W. Burris, André Carson, Wm. Lacy Clay, Jr., James E. Clyburn, John Conyers, Jr., Elijah E. Cummings, Artur Davis, Danny Davis, Donna Edwards, Keith Ellison, Chaka Fattah, Marcia Fudge, Al Green, Alcee L. Hastings, Jesse L. Jackson, Jr., Sheila Jackson Lee, Eddie Bernice Johnson, Hank Johnson, Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick, John Lewis, Kendrick Meek, Gregory W. Meeks, Gwen Moore, Eleanor Holmes Norton, Donald M. Payne, Charles B. Rangel, Laura Richardson, Bobby L. Rush, David Scott, Robert C. Scott, Bennie G. Thompson, Edolphus Towns, Maxine Waters, Diane E. Watson and Melvin L. Watt.

The above are the names of the African American Congressional culprits that have let Haiti down and this writer will continue to expose them long after the Haiti issue subsides. Many of the above politicians are not worthy of the black vote and in all reality, to have 95% of black folk voting the Democratic ticket is insane. This is truly another subject for another time. We love the devil because he gives us nothing.

There was no reason that Haiti should have been in its present day political, economic and social condition with that many black lawmakers and policy formulators on Capitol Hill. It is they, more than anyone else, who have neglected and let Haiti down; they do not lobby on behalf of Haiti and Africa—CBC should man-up and admit that they too have neglected the interest of Haiti and why shouldn’t world have taken an disengagement political course of action, if Black America themselves haven’t made Haiti a political priority.

Black America had a 900 billion dollar Gross National Product (GNP) last year and this alone renders us as having an economy larger than 12 European developed nations. Some would argue this nation is in crisis and it’s not the time for critical assessments and evaluations—my criticism at this time does not reflect a notion of me being insensitive or apathetic, but is more of an urgency to look beyond the cameras and the media hype to gather an understanding from whence we have come and whence we are headed relative to Haiti. This is perfect timing to call a spade a spade rather than sit quietly, as though we were unaware of Haiti’s crisis prior to January 12, 2010.

They did not care that children were dying in Haiti due to starvation and lack of nourishment, which has caused high incidents of infant mortality and no one shed a damn tear. The Haitians who sought to escape their oppression and built vulnerable man made rafts and traveled the violent Atlantic Ocean to the United States were only to be met with extreme hostility.

Many have argued for years that the Haitians were escaping political tyranny from Port-au-Prince, but they were met with hostility and political opposition from the United States Government and were denied the diplomatic status of political asylum which was often granted unconditionally to the so-called fleeing Cuban refugees. There were no goodwill ambassadors and/or open arms policy shown to the Haitian refugees. Many of the Haitian refugees were criminalized and placed in federal detention camps and were eventually deported back to Haiti. (Reference: Randall Robinson; "Quitting America: Departure of a Black Man From His Native Land").

Perhaps this was an example of the influence and the political power that the Cuban-Americans had in swaying the U.S. Judicial system and manipulating U.S. extradition laws and deportation policies to their benefit. This immediately put the Cuban refugees on track to become United States citizens and the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) granted them rights and privileges and resources. But others argued that the Haitians were black and African in which at the root of the Haitian refugee issue was American style racism and this was the driving force behind this political double standard. No doubt the Haitian community in the United States did not have the political clout and the financial wither all, which to influence United States foreign policy unlike their Caribbean counterparts the Cubans. (Reference: Carol Bohmer and Amy Shuman; "Rejecting Refugees: Political Asylum in the 21st Century").

Haiti is considered the poorest nation in the western hemisphere and essentially is a powerless people in comparison to the Cuban-Americans. This writer believes that the Europeans are still punishing Haiti for the historical events of 1803 where Haiti became the first independent black nation in the western hemisphere due to Toussaint L'Overture defeating the powerful French military that was led by Napoleon Bonaparte. These events have haunted the island nation of Haiti for over two hundred years. (Reference: Paul Farmer; "The Use of Haiti").

Dr. Randall Robinson former chairman of TransAfrica stated: “Why the crude, gratuitous hostility? When America supports abusive unelected governments all over the world, why the spec¬tacular meanness toward a poor, nascent democracy like Haiti's? With its rudimentary health system already compromised by an AIDS crisis precipitated by American and Canadian sex tourists, why would a colossus like the United States notice to trample unpro¬voked upon the new and unconsolidated freedoms of a people like Haiti's, a people from among whose ranks, a great general, Fran¬cois Dominique Toussaint L'Ouverture, had once emerged to fight at Savannah alongside George Washington when freedom's fate hung here in the American” balance? (Reference: Randall Robinson: “Quitting America” ; p. 188).

Haiti has been systematically neglected in which has condemned and subjugated the Haitian people to a level of suffering that is unmatched by any other nation within the region. God has not forsaking Haiti and the people of Haiti —it has been the United States Foreign Policy towards Haiti that is part responsible for the present condition of Haiti.

We know that Haiti is a black nation and perhaps it has been their marginalization which has made it easier to overlook this nation of 9 million people who have languished in political and economic obscurity for over 200 years. The United States, the most powerful nation in the world has never saw fit to truly assist Haiti and to help liberate them from oppression and repression.

Dr. Randall Robinson continued: “In general, one is to wonder what it is in the American bully's character that would have it ration the leaders of poorer, nonlethal countries so little space in which to stand erect, to effect even the pose of self-determination, to raise any but the most perfunctory of voices on behalf of theirs who dream much the same as Americans dream, of freedom and the richer life that only freedom affords?”

“But American hatred for Haiti goes well beyond its general arro¬gance toward third-world countries. Indeed, there is no rational reason to explain the deep-seated institutional enmity with which America has addressed Haiti during the two hundred years that have followed its successful military slave revolt against France and Napoleon Bonaparte. I expect that the real reason marks yet again the yawning divide between blacks and whites in America and else¬where. It is profoundly racial, with its own detailed annotated his¬tory, unlike the American full long experience with any other people of the Caribbean archipelago. What black Americans should love Haiti for, indeed what all blacks across the hemisphere owe Haiti for, official America {which is largely white America} subconsciously and sometimes not so subconsciously has hated Haiti for, time im¬memorial. The Haitians are different. They are just not like the rest of us black hemispheric locals-ambulatory bad replicas of our conquerors.” (Reference: Randall Robinson; “Quitting America”; p. 188-189).

However, during the Cold War the United States Government and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had propped up the Haitian dictator François ("Papa Doc") Duvalier (1907-1971) and in 1971 the CIA propped up “Papa Doc’s” son Jean-Claude Duvalier “Baby Doc” (1951-still alive) and used both of them and the nation of Haiti as reactionary foreign policy tools—U.S. arm forces had free reign to setup military bases (which the CIA spied and instigated coups and created political instability in the Caribbean, Central and South America) and had access to Haitian airspace which to further enforce the Monroe Doctrine, as well as monitoring the military activities of Fidel Castro and Cuban regime.

President George Herbert Walker Bush when he was the CIA director strategically used the services of Jean-Claude Duvalier as an agent provocateur who signed on as an international drug (dope) partner in which the CIA and the United States Government were granted access to Haitian ports for the smuggling of marijuana and cocaine from Colombia and Panama (and from all points south). In fact Bush 1 (President and CIA agent) was running dope in Central, and South America and throughout the Caribbean for over three decades.

Russell S. Bowens in most revealing book titled, “The Immaculate Deception: The Bush Crime Family Exposed” stated: “How about Bush's much-touted role as America 's chief drug cop in the Reagan Administration? He headed the South Florida Task Force and the National Narcotics Border Interdiction System in the mid-1980s that left every¬thing to be desired. A telling commentary was that his leadership of the task force was not renewed after he served one year on it. By the fall of 1986, soon after Bush had left his position there, Florida drug enforcement officials admitted that the amount of narcotics smuggled into the U. S. had skyrocketed. At the same time, the Government Accounting Office (GAO) reported that cocaine imports had doubled over the previous year”.

Bowen continued: “The Bush-controlled U. S. Justice Department is generally regarded as a national disgrace for its foot-dragging in the investigation and prosecution of virtually any cases involving drugs. As the former Commissioner of U.S. Customs, William von Rabb, declared in disgust when he resigned in the summer of 1989: "The war on drugs is a war of words." The only real battles, he said, are being fought against the minorities and downtrod¬den, while those in authority are protecting the government's monopoly in the trade”. (Reference: Russell S. Bowen; “The Immaculate Deception: The Bush Crime Family Exposed”; p. viii-ix).

Haiti has always served as a vital and strategic nation in moving this most profitable commodity from Bogotá, Colombia directly to the ports located at Port-au-Prince and served as a halfway point between Miami and the United States gulf ports. So to the pundits who argue that Haiti does not have exploitable resources, then they fail to understand how lucrative the dope trade is to United States interest within the region. Thus, this dope arrangement has always made Haiti a very valuable country to the United States and western interest. David Icke in his book titled, "The Biggest Secret" stated: "Without the drug trade, the world economy, would collapse, so dependent has it become on the income and investments produced by the destruction of human life." (Reference: David Icke: "Biggest Secret"; p. 291).

Yes, the United States has always had an imperialistic agenda relative to Haiti However, I do believe that if the Haitian people were white and was that close in geographical proximity to the borders of the United States, our political disposition would be different. But they are people of African descendent who arrived to Caribbean Island of Hispaniola as slaves; the Spanish and the Portuguese in 1494 had signed the Treaty of Tordesillas and in 1517 the Papal of Demarcation was signed in which Spain and Portugal drew an imaginary line dividing the entire world between these two European powers. It would be the Transatlantic Slave Trade and Middle Passage that brought captive Africans to Haiti and throughout the Americas. (Reference: Richard Roscoe Miller; “Slavery and Catholicism”).

Since this massive earthquake Haiti has received a tremendous outpouring of love and financial assistance from around the world, which has been coming in, to assist this ravish island nation that has lost so much at a blink of an eye. It also speaks volumes for the humanity that exist when other human beings on the globe are confronted with a crisis, catastrophes, disasters, etc., and need the assistance of all people of goodwill. Why did it take a natural disaster for a Haiti to gain the attention of the world?

Thus, viewing the images of men, women and children lying on the dusty streets of Port-au-Prince dead (many will not even receive a dignified burial ceremony, but will be dumped in mass unmarked graves), but it is the sight of the children—seeing their anguish, fear and hopelessness, as well as disillusionment in their eye, is very heartbreaking to me as a father. I am a father with four children and my youngest being my 11 year old daughter and as I watched Anderson Cooper and other CNN reporting staff. I could not help but to look into my daughter’s eyes and wondering how would I be reacting, if it was one of my children who were laying helpless without the proper medical care, no food and water and even dead—I immediately began to count my blessings, and as much as I have grumbled about many of the political, economic and social issues in America as it pertains to injustice, and fairness. I and millions of others live in a privileged country—we have access to clean water, medical care and abundance of food (although Hurricane Katrina exposed America’s own racial and class divide).

This is not to suggest that how we engage in our privilege status is not without challenges, it is in deed effected by the imperfect system of Capitalism; because Capitalism impacts the quality of life pursuant to our ability to access goods and services (amount of income and wages one have access to do impact quality of life) and is no different than the developing nations paradigm. Perhaps it is the western nations over consumption of the world’s resources that have created the likes of a Haiti and any other poor poverty stricken nation.

Haiti's condition was not created in a vacuum; it has been well orchestrated by the international bankers who in concert with the CIA destabilized Haiti's sovereignty by investing in corruption. The root of Haiti's problem is the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF)—this poor nation has received loans and has incurred massive debt (much more than this small nation can ever repay).

The United States Government has allowed Haiti's history of CIA backed ruthless dictators to accumulate millions of dollars of the people of Haiti’s money that has landed in American and European banks, which has afforded Haitian criminal leadership, both past and present to live lavish and Petit Bourgeoisie life styles at the expense of the masses of the people of Haiti who is forced to live off less than a dollar per day. Thus, for the United States to know this and then allow it occurs is an indictment of complicity and conspiracy.

Tracy Kidder of the Washington Post wrote on August 7, 2002: "Indeed the United States is actively impeding the flow of foreign aid to Haiti's government, a total of approximately five hundred million dollars, a sum roughly equal to the country's annual budget. We are even blocking illegally, a series of already-approved loans from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) totaling one hundred and forty-eight million, designated for improvements in Haiti's water resources, education and public health”.

This is what has supported the oppression and has contributed to political and economic destabilization of Haiti. Haiti has needed help and humanitarian assistance from the international community long before this massive earthquake. But the United States and the world turned a blind eye on this poor black nation. Why did not President Barack Obama take his aid relief initiatives to the next level by granting Haiti an international debt forgiveness and international debt amnesty pact? May be a decision like that is beyond his pay grade and he would have check with Dynastic Money Changers before engaging in a discussion on that level.

Former President Richard Nixon wrote in his book titled, “Seize the Moment: America’s Challenge in a One-Superpower World,” stated: “Facilitate debt relief. The ultimate answer to the debt crisis lies with the underdeveloped world. These countries must restore both domestic and foreign confidence in their econo¬mies before any long-term solution is possible. At the same time, Western governments must insist that the banks that recklessly lent billions to uncreditworthy states bear their share of the burden. Western leaders should do their part by not imposing draconian payback schemes that would crush the underdeveloped world's ability to finance its debt. Too much international pressure could create political instability, which would drive out responsible democratic leaders and drive in radicals who would rather cancel than carry their debt.” (Reference: Richard Nixon; “Seize the Moment: America’s Challenge in a One-Superpower World” ; p. 269).

This will not only assist Haiti today, but it will assist Haiti tomorrow, as it seeks to rebuild its nation from the ruins of devastation. My concerns is what happens to Haiti after the lights, camera and action cease to exist and world attention quite down; do the world go back to resuming their prior position of laissez-faire (hands off policy) when it comes to this poor and desperate nation or will this tragedy be awake up call. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., once stated: “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”.

This writer totally and categorically disagreed with the racist and insensitive comments made by the Reverend Pat Robertson of the 700 Club: See YouTube link Pat Robertson

. But the pact Haiti has had with devil, has been a sworn allegiance to Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, CIA, IMF and international drug lords that have always operated inside the White House. If we are serious, as an international community, than we can not resume business as usual. We all have a moral obligation to not only just help Haiti through this immediate crisis, but we must be committed to working, however long it takes to rebuild this poverty stricken and devastated nation. We must be in this for the long haul and after the cameras are cut off because the people of Haiti are a resilient people and with the proper help and resources, Haiti will rise again.

What Does Senator Harry Reid's Remarks Really Mean?

What Does Senator Harry Reid's Remarks Really Mean?

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

This writer initially wasn't going to dignify Senator Harry Reid's racist remarks relative to President Barack Obama and the African American race, but my primary audience is the African American community and I have since talked to many blacks who felt outright offended by Senator Reid’s comments (I was equally offended).

This writer had initially thought that may be the timing of the media to expose Senator Harry Reid’s remarks was a mere controversial ploy to entice hype which to promote the new book titled "Game Change," authored by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin in order to create excitement for the book and in the world of marketing there is nothing like creating controversy because controversy sells.

However, Senator Reid's racial comments and analogy, extended to a complex historical past that evolved out of a 450 year old social dilemma (Chattel Slavery) that is still very much unresolved and had left many scars on the victims of this human tragedy.

Senator Reid's words were divisive and inexcusable, but it left us with a teachable moment, as we work to understand America's controversial racial historical politics and in the larger debate Senator Reid can only be partially blamed for making his insensitive remarks towards President Obama (this is not meant to absolve him of personal responsibility), in particular and all black people in general, because even his thoughts were created by a system of injustice and inequality (he was perhaps socialized into those views by being a member of the dominant society).

However, the United States refusal to engage in the unresolved discussion of the history of American racism continues to haunt every generation that have preceded thereafter slavery and Jim Crow era. America has had this habit of sweeping the race debate under the rug, as though through osmosis it is going to go away and it never does (racial feelings and misconceptions for over 450 years have laid to fester in a cesspool of silence and denial). This writer studied under a great intellectual and professor named Dr. Earlie Thorpe, who would often espoused that you can not legislate attitudes and thinking—real change has to be internal and no laws can change the hearts and minds of humanity; they must be willing to do that themselves. No, doubt Dr. Thorpe's words looms high when you examine the social tension and racial climate inside of America—we have passed Brown versus Education of 1954, Civil Right Act 1964 and Voting Rights Act of 1965, but in reality it appears hasn't to much changed since these monumental pieces of legislation. (Reference: Al Jazeera television YouTube Link

I made the below comment on Kenny’s Sideshow Blog and it is fitting that I restate my position relative to the Al Jazeera piece. It appears this documentary was put together by Al-Jazeera television and I have tremendous respect for this network, but I am bit suspicious of this piece. Thus, I know the Middle East and Islamic nations are plagued with their own political, economic and social issues and as we saw in the video, the United States definitely has its share of problems and concerns relative to race relations. However, this writer is smart enough to know that the Arabs themselves have practiced systematic racism against darker skinned Africans and even against darker skinned Muslims. So they are not in a moral position to highlight racism.

Now, we have to be able to discern, how much of this is mere propaganda to further incite racial division, with a strategy and tactic to cause internal confusion by putting together this slick marketing video to flat-out heighten the racial contradictions in the United States. Much of this plays right in the hands of those who have a vested motive to divide and conquer. This is not to suggest that white neo-Nazi hate groups aren't real. I believe that race/racism within the United States is an unresolved issue after 450 years and the enemy plays on that reality. I have been engaged in civil rights and human rights struggle all of my adult life, in which I have determined that racism is a disease. This type propaganda supports the power apparatus—it ultimately keep the haves and the have nots in conflict.

Yet, we are stilling dealing with the question of equality and fairness in 2010. Senator Reid is an elected official and if he holds these types of negative cultural sentiments, than we can only imagine how many others might share these same views. The scope and intent, of this article is by no means, meant to overlook the social progress that African Americans have made since their sojourn in America and I definitely do not accept that every white person believes in the type of racist venom that the great Senator of Nevada made.

You would have thought that the U.S. Senate would offer some type diversity training to its member in order that Reid and Trent Lott and the boys would not become an embarrassment to this august body of public servants. But my contention is that racism is a disease.

Dr. Frances Cress Welsing in her book titled, “The Cress Theory of Color Confrontation and Racism” states: "Racism is viewed as a global behavior power system with a constant and specific set of power relationships. Racism evolved with the singular goal of white supremacy or white power domination by the global white minority over the vast non-white global majority. This 'colored global collective' has been forced into the position of relative powerlessness compared to the 'global white collective' establishing the power equation of white over non-white (W/N-W). Racism, whether consciously or unconsciously evolved as a survival necessity for the tiny global white minority, due to their genetic recessive status as albino variants (mutants) in a world of skin-color genetically dominant black, brown, red and yellow peoples”

Perhaps there is still a great necessity to have race leaders such as Reverend Al Sharpton, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Minister Louis Farrakhan, Benjamin Jealous, Marc H. Morial, etc., not that I have ever doubted their continued usefulness to the liberation struggle of the black downtrodden. Some have argued that we have entered into a new era of post racial politics in America; in particular since electing America's first African American president, which had rendered the above black leaders as being obsolete and outdated until an incident like Harry Reid pops up on the Civil Rights leaders radar screen.

This writer does believe that some of these so-called black leaders use the race issue to exploit and to financially enrich themselves in the name of promoting black causes.

The United States Government has to take full responsibility for its role in the process of institutionalized racism and do not think this half-hearted governmental apology, which lacked real moral conviction was sufficient for the wrongs of slavery and racial injustice—this so-called apology for the historical wrongs of slavery was viewed by most grassroots blacks as public mockery—symbol without real substance. If you had taken notice, no black people were out celebrating America's so-called official apology for the wrongs of slavery, that alone should have told us something.

The United States Congress on June 11, 2009 so-called publically apologized to the descendents of slaves; it was an apology that was a well crafted resolution which was equally protected by well crafted legal language (it wasn't a full admittance, but it served to protected the U.S. Government from future reparations debate).

The resolution in part stated: "African-Americans continue to suffer from the consequences of slavery and Jim Crow laws--long after both systems were formally abolished--through enormous damage and loss, both tangible and intangible, including the loss of human dignity and liberty; Whereas the story of the enslavement and de jure segregation of African-Americans and the dehumanizing atrocities committed against them should not be purged from or minimized in the telling of the history of the United States"

Thus, U.S. Government just should have come straight-out and admitted that it was an evil practice which stands to be condemned by all of humanity. The resolution continued: "Whereas an apology for centuries of brutal dehumanization and injustices cannot erase the past, but confession of the wrongs committed and a formal apology to African-Americans will help bind the wounds of the Nation that are rooted in slavery and can speed racial healing and reconciliation and help the people of the United States understand the past and honor the history of all people of the United States."

When black people react to racist comments like the ones that Senator Reid made, it's partially out of their historical trauma in which the victims were never allowed to heal and the perpetrators were never mandated to take full responsibility for their criminal activity—it is this social polarity that undergirds the emotions and attitudes of two conflicting people and societies.

How many whites stood up and condemned and repudiated Senator Reid for spewing racism and hatred? If we are truly seeking better race relations within the United States then CNN, CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC, etc., should have had a slew of Caucasians publically lambasting Reid for having the audacity to make such outlandish remarks. This writer did not see a lot of white people publically condemning Senator Reid.

This writer constantly hear whites saying, why do blacks continually bring up slavery and the painful racial past of American history? (many ordinarily wrongfully characterize these type conversations as a dialog in victimization), but Senator Reid's remarks is a stalk reminder that as much as most Africans living in America can not consciously overlook their historical persecution past and in reality they should not be asked to do so (this history created a false system of inferiority). It is, perhaps equally true that most whites can not let go the past either because of the deep seated guilt of their ancestors and the false status of racial privilege that led to their social, political, and economic empowerment as well as present day status.

Dr. Naim Akbar in his book titled, "Visions for Black men," stated: Racism is a strange phenomenon that blocks human opportunity, that destroys human potential, that is predicat¬ed on the destruction of people on the basis of physical racial characteristics. That phenomenon is a Euro-American phe¬nomenon of the worst kind and what does it do? Even though it teaches the inferiority of non-Caucasian people, it has a much more important logical source. You must understand that the premise of racism is not Blacks' inferiority, but white superiority. Let us understand that white supremacy is not intended for the purpose of denigrating black folks. It is done on the basis of a group of insecure people trying to grab their own questionable self-esteem and raise it to a level at which they can begin to justify their own question¬able authenticity on the stage of human progress. It is neces¬sary for them to somehow define themselves as superior on the basis of somebody else's inferiority. In order to do it, they had to distort history, they had to distort records, they had to go out and wipe out the signs of the greatness of our history." (Reference: Naim Akbar; "Visions for Black men,"; p. 28).

This story was buzzing throughout black America and most black leaders and black talking heads were milking this incident for all that it was worth. Race in America is still one of those hypersensitive issues and by it remaining as one of those historical unresolved issues; it still carries a lot of emotions ranging from anger, fear, and suspicion.

Tim Wise in his book titled, "White Like Me: Reflections on Race From a Privileged Son" stated: I don't view it as my job to fight racism so as to save you from it. That would be paternalistic and would imply that you aren't-or that folks generally aren't—capable of liberating yourselves from white supremacy. I think you are, though I think it might be a bit easier if you have some internal resistance from whites like myself. But that's neither here nor there. I fight racism because racism is evil, and I don't want to contribute to, or collaborate with, evil. I fight it because it's a sickness in my community, and I'm trying to save myself from it."

Let's take a moment to revisited Senator Reid’s comments relative to President Obama being "light skinned and with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one." What does this mean? This comment to say the least, was loaded with all types of past stereotypes, racial indictments, bigotry, unapologetic racism, etc., which was perhaps rooted in a culture of racism that evolved out of Chattel Slavery (1555-1865) and it is quite difficult to detach the statement from the overall sociological and psychological time period, but nor can the statements be placed in a historical vacuum.

I am going to play a little devil's advocate here; supposed Senator Reid would have spewed this type of insensitive and derogatory remarks towards Jews and the Jewish community and, thus the Jews perceived his remarks as being anti-Semitic. The Anti Defamation League (ADL), chairman Abe Foxman would use all the weapons at his organizational disposal to punish Senator Reid and any other person who did not respect the sanctity of the Jewish heritage and Jewish cultural experience.

Moreover, every Jewish organization would be leveraging their power and influence towards working to curtail Senator Reid's political career. The Jews would demand that his constituents in the U.S. Congress repudiate him and it would not matter how many apologies Reid would make, they would never forgiving him for echoing the slightest words of anti-Semitism. If you do not believe me, just ask former president Jimmy Carter, Bishop Desmond Tutu, Patrick Buchanan, Jesse Jackson, Cynthia McKinney and a host of others.

But when you perceive a people (African Americans), as a powerless people in which you know that the political consequences of your actions and remarks would be minimum and insignificant to derail their political aspirations and/or impact their economic wither all; blacks becomes an easier target for these type of racist insults, a powerless people do not control the institutions that effects humanity's stations in life (as far as having the power to reward and punish). Senator Reid has no choice, but to respect the Jewish people because he respects their power (money) and influence to alter the political, economic and social paradigm including his own.

Slavery created the term "Negro" race (it was devised as a denigrated race classification which served as a final by-product of slavery and the slave making system), I did not say the African race because there was a distinct difference (African people had a glorious history and civilization prior to advent of slavery). But the evolution of the "Negro" race was a by-product of the evil and racist systemic practices of dehumanization, which was associated with Chattel slavery. (Reference: Nation of Islam minister YouTube link:

).

African slaves were robbed of their names, religion, folkways, mores, values, language, culture, traditions, etc., and most of all they were robbed of their humanity. The institution of slavery created what became known as the "Negro" this label signified and denoted that the slavery process was completed and they had created something entirely new, which would serve their agenda for generations to come. (Reference: Naim Akbar YouTube Link:

).

Blacks in America have been in search of a unified racial identity and a nationality for over four centuries. Africans in America have yet to agree unilaterally on how they want to be identified—Negro, Ethiopians, Asiatic, Nubians, colored, black, African, African American, Moorish American, Hebrew Israelite, etc., it was slavery that caused this disconnect from their original heritage. Some blacks would argue who gives two cents about how Senator Reid views them and for that matter, any other white person and would argue, why would I waste my energy and time trying to assess and analyze what white people thinks about black people? My response is very simple, I have always felt compelled to set the record straight in order to give the antithesis and lay an intellectual road map for my 11 year old daughter and others.

Senator Reid covertly appears partial to giving credibility and legitimacy to that everlasting personality that the sociologist John Blassingame in his book titled, "Slave Community" call the "Sambo" personality, which was a by-product of the slave plantation life (most slave masters preferred that personality). However, Senator Reid's comments could be viewed as being more rooted in ignorance and/or may be not, perhaps he totally understood the evil intent and the negative effect that Chattel slavery had on the social and psychological personality of the African race and sadly his comments was showing appreciation for the effect that process had on African people.

President Obama to him represented a past, present and future prototype and in the collective sense—these type African Americans who are light skinned and talked with good standard English would be considered more acceptable "Negroes" from the dominant culture standpoint. Let’s go even a little further the type of schooling and education will also factor into this "good "Negro" prototype profile; in particular Negroes who are graduates of Harvard, Yale, Cornel, Stanford, Duke, Princeton, Columbia, Georgetown, etc. (Reference: Dick Gregory YouTube link:

).

I am not surprise that Senator Reid's comments gives the inference and implication that whites find the "Negro” DNA relative to President Obama’s type and who shares close ethnic proximity to their own, as perhaps being less threaten and even better suited to be placed in leadership over the ex-slave master's White House (you can draw a direct parallel from Minister Malcolm X Speech dealing with the “House Negro” and “Field Negro”). (Reference: Minister Malcolm X speech see YouTube Link

).

Reid's comments even further implied that unless blacks have adopted white culture and have encultratated themselves into talking with an American European dialect and disowning their own culture and heritage only then, are they considered real "Americans".

This is how the preeminent historian/sociologist Dr. W.E.B Dubois describes this peculiar dilemma in his monumental book "Souls of Black Folk" he stated: "After the Egyptian and Indian, the Greek and Roman, the Teuton and Mongolian, the Negro is a sort of seventh son, born with a veil, and gifted with second-sight in this American world,--a world which yields him no true self-consciousness, but only lets him see himself through the revelation of the other world. It is a peculiar sensation, this double-consciousness, this sense of always looking at one's self through the eyes of others, of measuring one's soul by the tape of a world that looks on in amused contempt and pity. One ever feels his twoness,--an American, a Negro; two souls, two thoughts, two un-reconciled strivings; two warring ideals in one dark body, whose dogged strength alone keeps it from being torn asunder." (Reference: W.E.B Dubois; "The Souls of Black Folk")

The light skin that Reid was applauding represents the image of the former slave master half-black children and oftentimes even during slavery these racial mixed offspring received more privileges than darker skinned slaves. Perhaps, a society that has been structured on the premise of a pigmentocracy paradigm where rewards and privileges are bestowed based on skin color is still in effect in 2010.

Reid essentially was saying that President Obama's white blood lineage uniquely qualified him to be looked at different than blacks who did not share his light skinned pigmentation and may be Senator Reid understood the unnaturalness and brutality of those who survived this evil system and his statement reflected how reliable the end product (making of the “Negro”) would be toward self-hatred and loving those other than self. But the most alarming covert attack and assumption that Senator Reid's remark suggested was that Africans had no culture and tradition. His light skinned analysis subtlety implied and affirmed the acceptability of African women having been raped and sexually violated by white slave masters, which produced mulatto offsprings and from his worldview he sees nothing wrong with that historical picture.

We felt an obligation to weigh in on the racist comments made by Senator Harry Reid and we have a job, duty and responsibility to work from our moral compass and to be willing to fight injustice wherever we may find it. This writer view President Barack Obama as fair game, when it comes to criticizing his politics and critiquing his presidential decisions, but racism should not be one of those variables used in the assessment equation. Senator Reid’s comments were highly offensive and inappropriate and stood to be condemned.

He covertly indicted the African American race while at the same time defending the symbols of white supremacy and the system of institutionalize racism. Now, there are those who systematically instigate racial conflicts and are the true benefactors of divide and conquer. Some will argue that if I know this reality, why am I then participating and engaging in this hidden plot and scheme, which ultimately works against the good of all humanity? It is because I have a deep seated love for freedom, Justice, and equality.

The Federal Reserve: A Criminal Cartel In Which the World is Silent About

THE FEDERAL RESERVE: A CRIMINAL CARTEL IN WHICH THE WORLD IS SILENT ABOUT

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

No one wants to admit, especially not our elected politicians that the problem, which is destroying and ripping the United States and globe apart, is the Federal Reserve System, but this writer suspects that many of those who sit in congress and oversees the federal government has to know that the root of the economic and global woes are inextricably tied to how the Federal Reserve is allowed to function (the Fed functions with no rules and is all sovereign). However, to admit this fact and phenomena would automatically indict themselves and show forth their complicity in this criminal act. How about their oath of office in which they swore to uphold—defend and protect the United States Constitution against all foreign and domestic enemies, as well as observed the law. (Reference: YouTube Link Minister Louis Farrakhan:

All five hundred and thirty-four (534) congresspersons have violated their oath of office with the alone exception and dissenter being, the Republican Congressman Ron Paul (there might be a few others that have openly attested and protested the Federal Reserve). Some may agree with Paul in private, but lack the courage to stand front and center, to oppose by far, the most powerful entity in the world. Most politicians do what is considered politically expedient (it is not expedient to publically oppose Ben Bernanke—the godfather of banking and finance, if you desire to have a further political career) and are willing to be very opportunistic. If a politician can exploit a situation without bearing little to no negative personal consequences to extend their political life, then only is it worth the risk of venturing into certain waters. But to tackle the Federal Reserve could quickly short lease a politician who has aspirations of upward political mobility. (Reference: Congressman Ron Paul YouTube Link:

Some of my pundits and critics have deemed these type discussions as being old and/or obsolete because many have argued that the Internet has made this type information accessible and available to all. Moreover, in theory this might be true, but if you asked the average person of how the Federal Reserve and Central Banking systems functions; you might get a blank stare. I do agree that perhaps since the collapse of global economy many may have heard about these institutions from a surface perspective. But this writer is convince that 95% of the world's people still can not give you an intelligent response relative to understanding and knowing the inner workings of the Federal Reserve System.

Therefore, this writer does not view this topic as being exhaustive because of the many layers of deceptions which still begs to be decoded. We can not assume just because we may have come in contact with certain information and may have even internalized that information, but those that are in power, are often there, because of their ability to exploit the ignorance of the masses of the people (this is the formula to keeping them in power).

There is not a time that this writer does not pick up Eustace Mullins book titled "The Secret of the Federal Reserve" and or William Greider's book "Secrets of Temple" and walk away unchanged; each time this writer reads these timeless treatise more, and more are revealed, which I perhaps did not get in the first, second, third or even fourth time reading these treasured pieces. If it stands true that the masses have been exposed to this level of information and have failed to act on it, it then renders us latent and even active agents in our political, social, and economic demise. There is a war going on for the hearts and minds of humanity.

The greatest enemy to the freedoms of America and the international community is the Federal Reserve, it shrewdly connives and manipulate world events by manipulating the fluctuation of money; therefore constantly producing artificial crisis that is given life via the propaganda machines, which pit nations and people against each other, instigate racial and cultural differences amongst the people of the globe, antagonize religious differences—Muslims versus Christian, Jew versus Muslim, Catholic versus Protestant, Hindu versus Sikh, poor versus rich, black people versus white people, etc., this list by no means represents a complete list of the tricks and manipulation that the Federal Reserve and their arm of operatives play on humanity.

They are even behind sectarian conflicts of Sunni versus Shia and often it is their dirty invisible money that is backing both sides of these type internal conflicts. They truly do not give a damn about two religious peasants squabbling of religious dogma, as long as the ultimate objective still remains the same, divide and conquer. Their ultimate loyalty is to money and whichever side is propped up in power, it will be designed to serve their financial interest; winning is to be determined at any cost and does not matter which form of government is in power—all them will be subservient to the highest orders of the food chain. (Reference: YouTube Link Minister Louis Farrakhan:

Carroll Quigley in his book “Tragedy and Hope” stated: “It was this group of people, whose wealth and influence so exceeded their experience and understanding, who provided much of the framework of influence which the communist sympathizers and fellow travelers took over in the United States in the 1930s. It must be recognized that the power that these energetic left-wingers exercised was never their own power or communist power but was the ultimately the power of the international financial coterie.”
(Reference: Pat Roberson; “The New World Order;” p. 114. Quote lifted from Carroll Quigley; “Tragedy and Hope”).

The Federal Reserve always creates win--win situations for themselves and it is Ben Bernanke that's influencing the course of domestic and foreign policy (simply, he controls the money and the world's monetary reserve), it is not congress and it is not President Barack Obama—they are just visible pawns and low level operatives who are just following the script. This writer has said over and over again, that 9/11 was one of the most deceptive ploys and criminal acts ever to be recorded in human history—imagine the planning that went into staging an event like this and lining up all the players who would participate in the duping, as well as creating symbols of radical militant Islam and personalities such as Bin-Laden, et., and other pasties. The people are always left embracing the decoy, which leads them into senseless directions while the wickedly wise use their ignorance to further the global agenda and New World Order.

9/11 would be the event that the Federal Reserve would use to call the world's debt-in and justify their actions by imposing on the globe an economic induced artificial crisis (depression or recession) and us peasants are left squandering over a dead economic corpse/carcass and for good measure they threw in the likes of a Bernie Madoff to sooth our pain and misery. The ignorant found a sense of comfort by accepting Madoff as a scapegoat and in reality, you can line up a million Madoffs and their ponzi scams and they still will not factor into the level of thievery and criminal activity that those Invisible Forces who operate under the cloak of darkness and secrecy have committed against humanity.

Many even felt a sense of reprieved that some petty conman billionaire went to prison and do not realize that the Bernie Madoffs are just convenient fall guys, but the real criminals are faceless and nameless—they from time to time throw out the likes of Bernie Madoff as fresh meat in order to keep the masses pacified and content with their oppression. The Invisible Rulers crimes are protected under sovereign immunity and will never be brought into a so-called court of law. They used 9/11 to alter and change the world—led the people to believe that their national security was under attack—gave them government sanctioned terror alert color codes and every now and then, they manipulate these so-called various alerts by elevating the code to red and/or orange whether or not these threats are real or not the masses of people will never know. This writer believes that this is systematically done to send the masses of people into panic mode, it makes them more susceptible to being controlled.

For example, this is how the market is tied to their efforts to induce panic and fear; thus this writer witness last week, the former head of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, I believe it was on CNN and he was talking about the so-called recent breach of airport security involving the allege terrorist suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. Chertoff was given some good information about what the United States needed to do to improve airport security and the reporter said in all fairness Chertoff is a consultant for one of the hardware companies that makes the full body scanners. So immediately, I asked myself, was he really interested in providing homeland security and after the reporter revealed his hold card could I believe that he was being objective or was he just a low level operative that was hustling panic and fear to make money.

They had already after 9/11 used the U.S. Patriot Act and other executive orders to strip the American people of almost all their civil liberties and this recent event involving this young Nigerian is giving them more cause to eradicate some more civil liberties and guess what we will applaud their actions and view them as working in the interest of keeping us safe. They also are now revisiting the 9/11 Commission report in which they have already constructed the language in the Military Commission Act, Anti-Terrorism Bill, U.S. Patriot Act, etc., ridding us of the freedoms guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution.

The real terrorist sits in the office of the Federal Reserve and he is the most dangerous entity on the planet—he rules the world with the stroke of a fountain pen and with a money printing press, which is more lethal than all the world arm forces and military capabilities put together. Bernanke does not have to fire a shot; he just withhold currency, flood the market with to much money, impose unbearable interest rates, create inflation—overvalue precious metals such as gold and silver and most of all determine who eats and who starves. This is just too much power for one individual to have over humanity.

Thus, after reading this article you should stop looking for some Islamic Middle Eastern terrorist to wreck havoc on the American people and the western world, but since we are looking for such characters; thus, for good measures the Invisible Rulers will throw in the likes of the Fort Hood Attack and Nidal Hasan and the so-called Nigerian born terrorist Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab (who I believe is an innocent young pasty) and even have the ability to create a new Osama Bin Laden in Anwar al-Awlaki. May be after these recent events the State Department will put Nigeria on the terrorist nations watch list and upgrade them from 419 scam country of the world. This writer doesn’t know how committed they are to radical militant Islam, but they are masterful 419 scheme artists.

Most of this is orchestrated in part from the Federal Reserve because they are masters at fear baiting in which each crisis is calculated in terms of dollars and cents—they set the global stock markets around war, which is one of their greatest assets and intangible commodities; next to stealing and exploiting people's natural resources and labor, war is highly profitable—this is why there is no sense of urgency to leave Iraq (still plenty of oil money to be made) and the U.S. is definitely not leaving Afghanistan (huge opium and poppy plants markets; to much dope to be sold and to much money to be made in the western governments economies) no time soon and now they are creating this public perception that Yemen is the new hub for terrorist activity (if I did not know any better these wars, Islamic nations versus Christian western nations resembles the Crusade Wars of the 11th Century).

Most Americans are so ignorant they can not locate Yemen on the world map, but you will find many echoing the sentiments of their invisible masters—death to the people Yemen. This is the same cry that they are echoing against the nation of Iran and even the present internal conflicts in Iran is being exasperated by money changers and the international bankers, which brings us right back to the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve since its inception in 1913 was created by the international bankers to be impenetrable insulated by law and the world's treasures; this agency is more secret than the Central Intelligence Agency and unlike the CIA; it has no legal obligation to be transparent or answerable to the American people.

The United States Congress nor does the President of United States has the authority to intervene in the affairs of the Federal Reserve. This writer will not accept that this august body is oblivious and/or ignorant to the type of leverage and unconstitutional powers that the Federal Reserve possess. Thus, this writer is confident in making this statement because most of your congresspersons have often acquired a first class legal education from some of the top universities and colleges in America in which most of them are lawyers by training.

At the basis of our jurisprudence system lies the United States Constitution and having some understanding of the constitution is a perquisite to being an effective legal advocator and having the legal intellectual ability to interpreted the law and engage case law and legal precedents in order sway a jury or judge to consider the validity of an argument based on having the ability to meet certain standard of proof. Now, surely these legal counselors (U.S. Congresspersons) have read the U.S. Constitution where it plainly stated: "To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures". The U.S. Constitution pursuant to the above legal language did not grant congress a provision which to delegate our money system to any other agency or entity This writer took a course entitled, Constitutional law, but the professors never delved into the question of the legality of the Federal Reserve, but looking back this writer wonders why. (Reference: Congressman Ron Paul YouTube Link:

Andrew Gause stated "My contention is that the Federal Reserve Act was put into place in order for the wealth of the United States to be stripped and transferred to Britain so that she would be able to win World War 1 . . .behind the scenes, the banking powers in the U.S. wanted to help the British all they could, so they created this wonderful Federal Reserve System with its private notes, calling it the money of the United States, then loaning it to Great Britain, while at the same time circulating it here at home. Then on through the Twenties, when the war was over all the money created by the Fed came home to roost.” (Reference: Andrew Gause; "The Secret World of Money”; p. 90.).

Gause continued: “If you question whether the real purpose of the Federal Reserve was, initially, to provide England with funds to fight World War One, ask this question: Hadn't the English banking interests been to institute the Federal Reserve System for the previous 100 years? Clearly they had control of U.S. monetary policy. The Rothschilds had control of the United States' monetary system through the House of Morgan" (Reference: Andrew Gause; "Secret World of Money”; p. 90.).

I am quite sure they have heard the sentiments of Congressman Dr. Ron Paul on Capitol Hill relative to the Federal Reserve. So this writer believes that the problem has been well defined, but no ones seems to be anxious or even willing to offer a solution to reeling this out of control monster in and it is even sadder that our elected officials will not even engage in a debate relative to evaluating and assessing the present day necessity and relativity of such an agency called the Federal Reserve system that was empowered by the Federal Reserve Act.

The manner in which the Federal Reserve system functions make the Italian Mafia appear as child's play because in many instances the Mafia and their bosses have been reeled into Federal Courts where many throughout American history have stood trial and were convicted of violating U.S. law (some of the Mob bosses appeared to be untouchable). However, the U.S. legal system for the most part, did not allow the Mafia criminals that went afoul of the law to appear beyond criminal prosecution and often the long arm of the U.S. jurisprudence system eventually caught up with them. We were told early on that there was no one above the law, but this writer would later find out that this axiom was not true and there existed a sector of Elitist individuals that were above the law and functioned outside of all nations jurisprudence systems (even on a lower level, money determines how justice is dispensed, in particular in the United States and believe me justice is not blind).

Ben Bernanke, the Federal Reserve Chairman is willfully and intentionally breaking U.S. law every time he gives the Federal Reserve consent to create money out of thin air and flood the domestic market and the global market knowingly with worthless paper that in of itself has no value, it is an act of conspiracy against the American people and most of all it violates the United States Constitution.

This writer witness 60 Minutes CBS television news show this past summer, which was
allowed to take their cameras into the chambers of the Federal Reserve board meeting room and the public for perhaps the first time got a look at the architecture style and decorum of this solemn edifice. But after the interview with Bernanke, it was clear to me that the seat of power was there and not the oval office in the White House; However, Bernanke did not agree to allowing 60 Minutes to shoot a clip of its board meetings or allow these investigative reporters access to the minutes from the Federal Reserve Board meetings. If President Obama was really trying to solve America’s problems he would start with the ending the Federal Reserve and 50% of world’s problems also would be solved overnight

No system should be allowed to function inside America, a so-called Democratic society without any checks and balances. The Federal Reserve is perhaps the only system that possesses this type of unmitigated latitude, which makes it undemocratic and fundamentally wrong. If the Federal Reserve was not over and responsible for the overall management of the U.S. currency system, which ties it directly to the heart and soul of our society, it would be more acceptable and perhaps even viewed with less suspicion. If it was a government agency, at least it would be mandated to have some level of transparency. But it has the highest level of federal responsibility, although it is a private entity that is not bound or binding by the United States governmental processes. (Reference: Minister Louis Farrakhan YouTube Link:

The Federal Reserve does not have to seek executive, legislative, or judicial consent to determine U.S. and global monetary policy. It just says, be and it is. Ben Bernanke does not have to telephone the president of the United States in which to prior inform him that he has decided to raise or lower interest rates. The president like all other Americans receives the daily Federal Reserve monetary decisions from the mass medium outlets—he may have to even read about it in the Washington Post, Washington Times or hear about it on CNN or Internet.

Thus, often what the Federal Reserve does effects the political course of foreign policy—war and peace is at their disposal. The biggest deception, is that even in 2010 most Americans still think and believe that the Federal Reserve is “federal” agency, which is ran and operated by the U.S. Government. This is the furthest thing from the truth; this all powerful agency from its inception in 1913 has been a private corporation; in fact the Federal Reserve is a government that functions inside a government, it is a supreme government, but functions very separate and apart from the United States sovereignty. But its power and authority is recognized on a daily basis by all the nations on earth. (Reference: Congressman Ron Paul YouTube Link:

William Greider author of “Secrets of the Temple: How the Federal Reserve Runs the Country” stated: “Eventually, the political hegemony of money must end. As history had demonstrated again and again, the economic system could not forever endure stable money. Sooner or later, the pendulum must move back in the other direction, either gradually or violently, if people wished to restore a vigorously expanding economy. If financial speculation and the developing vulnerabilities did indeed reach a climactic point of collapse, the shift in political values might be quite sudden. The confident money orthodoxy that had dominated the decade would be smashed in a single illuminating moment, its illusion of stability finally exposed by the deeper fundamentals that had always been present.” (Reference: William Greider; “Secrets of the Temple: How the Federal Reserve Runs the Country;” p.715).

I am not Optimistic About 2010: A New Year Same Agenda

I AM NOT OPTIMISTIC ABOUT 2010: A NEW YEAR SAME AGENDA

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

This writer is not very optimistic about the future of America and the globe; thus, he predicts that 2010 will look just like 2009 because those who have led and caused the entire planet to become unbalance are still in power and they have set in motion systems that are running off automatic pilot destined to navigate with the highest level of precision and accuracy when it comes to deception and manipulation. It doesn't matter who is at the helm of national or international government(s) leadership because the projected course has already been pre-determined.

William Cooper author of the monumental book titled, "Behold a Pale Horse" stated: "I cannot and will not accept the theory that long sequences of unrelated accidents determine world events. It is inconceivable that those with power and wealth would not band together with a common bond, a common interest, and a long-range plan to decide and direct the future of the world. For those with the resources, to do otherwise would be totally irresponsible. I know that I would be the first to organize a conspiracy to control the outcome of the future, if I were such a person and a conspiracy did not yet exist. I would do it in an attempt to ensure the survival of the principles in which I believe, the survival of my family, my survival, and the survival of the human race, if for no other reason.”

Cooper continued: "I believe, therefore, that a grand game of chess is being played on a level that we can barely imagine, and we are the pawns. Pawns are valu¬able only under certain circumstances and are frequently sacrificed to gain an advantage. Anyone who has studied military strategy is familiar with the concept of sacrifice. Those who have seriously studied history have probably discovered the real reason we go to war on a regularly scheduled basis." (Reference: William Cooper: Behold a Pale Horse;" p. 2).

The United States Government is involved in two known wars in Iraq and Afghanistan where innocent people are being killed (but know telling how many covert wars that the CIA is involved)—United States veterans are returning home mentally and physically distraught and our own government has turned their backs relative to granting them the proper medical care and rewarding them with housing (in particular those with disabilities) and all the other necessary services they need to sustain a somewhat positive quality of life. It saddens this writer to see former U.S. servicemen return after fighting for the interest of the Super Elite and come back to America as throwaways in which many still do not realize that they were only foreign policy tools who bought into a false bill of goods—believing that their bravery, honor, valor, etc., and U.S. service uniform represented freedom and patriotism.

Cooper in "Behold of Pale Horse" makes another excellent point: “Before reading this book (Behold the Pale Horse) I advise you to play at least two complete games of chess. You must learn the rules THEY play by. You must realize objectively that some pieces are more valuable than others and that the king is the most valuable of all. You cannot learn reality if you get caught up in the fantasy that "it's not fair." You must come to know that the ultimate outcome of the game is the only thing that counts. You were lied to when you were told that "it does not matter whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game." Winning in the world of the elite is everything. Indeed, it is the only thing. The power elite intend to win.”

“My research has shown, at this point, that the future laid out for us may be just about impossible to change. I do not agree with the means by which the powerful few have chosen for us to reach the end. I do not agree that the end is where we should end at all. But unless we can wake the people from their sleep, nothing short of civil war will stop the planned outcome. I base that statement not on defeatism but on the apathy of the majority of the American people. Twenty-five years ago 1 would have believed otherwise - but twenty-five years ago I was also sound asleep. We have been taught lies. Reality is not at all what we perceive it to be.” (Reference: William Cooper: Behold a Pale Horse;" p. 2).

We are accustomed to at January 1 of each year to making various New Year's Resolutions and do not realize that for the most part all of them are superficial because our lives are already planned unknowing to us—as slaves we have very little autonomy to determine the next step in our lives. But this writer is here to warn you, that we are going to be in it for a rough ride, as we transition into 2010; they are going to first change the United States currency and the global currencies—the U.S. Dollar has continue to sink to all time lows in which this writer is projecting that Ben Bernanke Chairman of Federal Reserve is going to rollout the Amero in 2010

and replace the U.S. Dollar; in particular after they have induced the present crisis in order to justify a new global monetary strategy and direction that will allow the Dynastic families to totally break ties with the old medium of exchange, as well as bearing no legal responsibility to redeem and/or compensate a valueless paper money currency held in trust by the ignorant masses (U.S. Dollar has become a liability).

The Central Banks and the international bankers have a master plan to make the new currency lead you into believing and to forgetting that there was ever such a thing called the Gold Standard—after the Money Changers collapse the global monetary systems—the global financial markets will be begging for economic relief and Rothschilds will introduce to them to a new currency. This time around it will bear the Rothschild Standard (I am god and you are my slave. Trust me). Who in hell you think that has been running the money game for centuries?

Alan Greenspan, former chairman of the Federal Reserve Board once stated: "Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the 'hidden confiscation' of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights. If one grasps this, one has no difficulty in understanding the statists' antagonism toward the gold standard."

The same players are still in charge and although they are better disguised and they keep the masses so confused and distracted, as well as dummied down that it is no concern to them of who is truly ruling America, as long as they are allotted the crumbs that fall from the master’s table. John Maynard Keynes in his revealing piece titled: "The Economic Consequences of the Peace" stated: "By a continuing of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. By this method they not only confiscate, but they confiscate arbitrarily, and while the process impoverishes many, it actually enriches some. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner not one man in a million is able to diagnose." (Reference: John Maynard Keynes; "The Economic Consequences of the Peace”; quoted in Ralph Epperson, Unseen Hand, p, 57.).

They are motivated by the lust of power and greed—they have disrupted the balance of nature and the universal order will eventually turn on them. President Barack Obama goes to Oslo to receive a Nobel Peace Prize as a recipient of one of the most prestigious awards to be granted to a human being for their outstanding contribution towards the advancement of humanity. Thus, demonstrating exceptional and outstanding work in the fields of the arts, sciences, human rights, civic affairs, business, intellectual advancements, politics, religion, etc., which expands and advances humanity’s quality of life by impacting civilization beyond the realm self and ordinarily the recipient’s work has to be seen as possessing global significances and implications.

Sorry, President Obama hasn’t done anything that would measure up to having achieved a Nobel Peace Prize and this is not to say that he might not live up to such a lofty award in his relatively young political career. He has not done anything in the area of civil rights and/or human rights which at least could have made the award justifiable (who was behind him receiving the Nobel Peace Prize?). If President Obama had any character and/or conscious he would have humbly turned down the award. I know he is the first African American commander-in-chief of the United States of America and to many, if nothing else this was a noteworthy historical moment worthy of international recognition (it appears on the surface that the Nobel Peace Prize selection committee and the African American community both perhaps saw it that way).

However, if the Nobel Peace Prize committee selected him because of his racial and ethnic status vis-à-vis becoming the first African American United States president, then this prestigious award has been cheapen and lessen to an insignificant popularity contest based on the perception of political correctness, as opposed to granting it to individuals who have made solid contributions towards human progress. Perhaps just before receiving the Nobel Peace prize President Obama announced that he was committing an additional thirty (30) thousand troops to Afghanistan—this military step was a further affirmation towards war and in no way differed from the previous administration of President George W. Bush who many viewed as a warmonger. The timing of the Nobel Peace Prize and the announcement of additional troops being sent to Afghanistan appeared to be an oxymoron and contradiction. (Reference: Council on Foreign Relations web site link: http://www.cfr.org/).

Many in the African American community have this unconditional support for President Barack Obama and we have placed him above offering a critical analysis. This writer had a discussion with his father-in-law who is close to seventy (70) years old and he doesn't think that African Americans should criticize America's first black president. Perhaps my father-in-law's loyalty to President Obama is a fair representation sample of black Americans sentiments. My father-in-law’s position conceivably has more to do with America’s history of racism and segregation in which he himself was a by-product of the Civil Rights movement and vicious the Jim Crow era.

President Obama to them symbolizes the hard fought struggles against racial injustices and his presidency represents the aspirations of the social progress that the United States has made in the last forty-five (45) years. It is not that this writer does not share their passion and understand their loyalty because he shares the African American experience with them—which encompasses the pain, suffering and success of a historical marginalized people. Many of the African American community has little understanding of American Foreign Policy and will never believe and accept that their vote and the electoral process had very little to do with President Obama becoming the first African American president.

Their thinking is a mere product of western corporate media (controlled propaganda) and many have failed to see and accept that President Obama's policies are as reactionary as was President George W. Bush in which most African Americans were extremely critical of Obama's Republican counterpart, but I am dismayed how they have turned a blind eye to the policies of this present presidential pawn.

He signed on to stealing the taxpayer’s money and rewarded the visible corporate elite for failing in a capitalist free enterprise system whereas prior to that time they had made trillions upon trillions of dollars (who were the true forces behind this conspiracy?)—Obama and the United States Congress rubber stamped this den of thieves being gift wrapped over a trillion dollars in U.S. Government bailout tax money. Yet, the American people aren't worthy of having socialized medicine and true universal health care coverage for all citizens (President Barack Obama’s health care reform is a joke and perhaps when he leaves presidential office, American Medical Association will hire him as chief consultant and handsomely reward one of their most loyal and faithful servants).

This writer would have rather seen our taxpayer’s money being allocated to benefit the American people, as opposed to greasing the palms of Lehman Brothers, AIG, Bear-Stern, Chase, Merrill Lynch, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc. The corporate bailout was a criminal act of unprecedented proportion within American history. Black leadership has also been reluctant to challenge him and take him to task—I do not agree with a lot that Fox News report, but Glen Beck, Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh have consistently challenged President Obama’s policies and in many regards, this is good for the country, it creates the anti-thesis (but even these pawns have already been factored into the other side of the duping equation).

This writer does not believe that President Obama should be giving a free pass to operate without a critical political assessment from his loyal black constituents (Many African Americans have never heard of the CFR, Bilderberger and Trilateral Commission these are the entities that Obama is loyal to; not to African Americans). If he is advocating a Foreign Policy of warmongering and has shied away from talk diplomacy and is not willing to concede that by overstaying in Afghanistan, it will continue to create a huge tax burden on the American people, he stands to be condemned and in reality just as the prior administration; there is no clear military strategies and objectives to this war. But many do not understand that the same driving forces who were behind all wars, are the one's who decided that President Obama should continue the course of action. Why do not we just take the time to look around us and just view the present day political, economic and social condition of America?

They perhaps could never grasp and accept that their is an all formidable shadow government existing of powerful and invisible men that decides who will sit as president of the United States and the appointment is made in closed quarters prior to the citizens casting a vote; moreover, they even give an appearance that democratic elections were held, but it is their money and power that influence the ballot. Democracy is a forest, but it allows the people to think and believe that they are part of a participatory governmental process. This makes the ignorant feel good and they will unconditionally fight to secure and protect the interest of the Invisible Rulers.

The Hapsburgs, Rockefellers, Harriman, Morgans, Oppenhimers, Kissingers, Rothschilds, DeBeers, etc., are the ones who function without borders and have no rules—they are the modern Sovereign Dynastic Emperors that’s responsible for choking the globe to death.

The first thing one should notice is that we produce very little in this country and we have become an import nation and simultaneously have transferred American jobs overseas; it has been sheer greed which has led to an economic decay of one of the greatest free market systems in the history of the world. The American people have become expendable and no longer will factor into the new economic paradigm; thus these vipers has found that they can maximize profits and exploit Developing Nations labor and natural resources (and make them believe that the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund is working in their interest enslave them on their own lands), as well as human resources while at same time duping the American people into believing that there is going to be an American economic resurgence (the days of booming America is long gone and is never to return).

They foolishly trust the government and think that our economic collapse is temporary—the front men politicians and media personalities constantly assure the American people that a brighter future is on the horizon. This is done to curb apathy and silence any level of resistance. We will just accept this new form of slavery without opposition. The United States Government is bankrupt and more of the financial burden is being shifted to the American people (they have passed the debt on to the poor); yet the people are victims of corporate downsizing, employment layoffs, high unemployment rates, underemployment and the subsistence economy just doesn't have the earned revenue power to sustained the economic burden that is increasingly becoming their responsibility. They have replaced corporate America with Wal-Mart industry and private ran prison industry—they continue to score high on the public stock markets.

Why would the American people allow TARP (Troubled Asset Relief Program) money or better yet bailout money (some of it unearned taxpayers money) to be used to further enrich private capitalist empires and at the same time has wrecked the standard of living and quality of life for the every day citizens?

Tony Brown in book titled, "Empower the People: A 7-Step Plan to Overthrow the Conspiracy that is Stealing Your Money and Freedom" stated: "Most Americans sense a danger--a loss of control, an erosion of their standard of living, a social drift. The rich are getting richer, the poor are getting poorer, special interest groups are at each other's throats for ever more scarce resources, and power continues to be consolidated in the hands of a small ruling class. Things have gotten so bad, in fact, that a majority of Americans--74 percent, according to a poll conducted by George magazine--believes that the government is involved in a large scale conspiracy." (Reference: Tony Brown; "Empower the People: A 7-Step Plan to Overthrow the Conspiracy that is Stealing Your Money and Freedom”; p. xiii).

The New Year 2010 is going to reveal which ultimate direction America and globe will be headed and our expectations should reflect a sense of urgency because the Federal Reserve is going to continually flood the market with valueless money. Bernanke is going to print so much worthless paper money in 2010 that gullible Americans will be enticed and lured into stockpiling this worthless paper, which to later find out it was a hoax and many are already being tricked into selling their valued precious gold and silver for the paper currency. If you had any sense you would hold onto your precious metals, it will serve you good in the very near future. But most have no idea that a new money revolution is on the horizon and the new currency is ready to be put into monetary circulation and at same time heighten inflation—give the appearance of prosperity and hopelessness—two different realities. The final objective is that ball and chain—slavery.

The Thieves in the Temple: The Robber Barons

THE THIEVES IN THE TEMPLE: THE ROBBER BARONS

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

The arch deceivers of humanity have brought civilization to the brink of political, economic and social destruction. They are well disguised, insulated and masters of the art of distraction (the latest being placing Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban back on the radar screen) as well having the ability to move humanity in various directions for their financial benefit and working pleasure. Many of my fellow Americans do not have a clue about what’s going on around them (but this holds true for the entire globe); although they are the unfortunate recipients of the Elitist gamers who have worked piece by piece to dismantle our economic system and has created global economic disillusionment and has wrought the environment for anarchy, which will eventually lead to mass desperation—the masterminds behinds these ploys have many objectives. (Reference Texe Marrs; “Circle of Intrigue: The Hidden Inner Circle of the Global Illuminati).

The Invisible Elitist are hidden and veiled, under many layers and tiers of covers and deceptions; they operate out of the Bilderberger Group, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, Club of Rome, House of Rothschild, Carlyle Group, Roundtable, etc., as well as many more secret societies. Its from these well selected federations that rest the seat of world power and influence in which most Americans know very little about these powerful front organizations (they ordinarily meet in secret and a few of these groups membership are concealed from the public). (Reference: Daniel Estulin: "The True Story of the Bilderberg Group).

It is their Machiavellian set of connections and intellectual minds that determine the economic markets, foreign policy, and international relations which effects all nations; they decide presidential elections (you did not think that President Barack Obama became the first African American president because of the United States electoral process and was not aware that he is an appointed pawn) and are the indisputable movers and shakers over the world’s systems that answers only to the Committee of 300, who ultimately answers to the Elitist twelve families (which are some of the most Invisible human beings on the planet and has enough wealth to choke a billion water buffalos). (Reference: John Coleman; The Story of the Committee of 300”).

There is not anything relative to an equation that occurs politically, socially and economically that their illuminated low-level operatives do not factor in. William Cooper, Carroll Quigley, William Guy, Eustace Mullins, Allen and Abraham, Texe Marrs, etc. Many committed a lifetime to investigating and researching their history and inner workings and decoding their vast networks of the Dynastic Families Empires—who established well thought out genetic and descendents bloodline organizations that would operate mainly from the banking and finance domain with the ultimate objective of controlling the world’s money systems. They accomplished this feat along time ago and this is why and how the global economy is in the condition it is in today. (Reference Carroll Quigley: “Anglo-American Establishment”).

However, since the 9/11 hoax, it has caused many people to revisited the theories of these above mentioned alternative writers which to seek a better understanding relative to deciphering some of these so-called unexplainable political and social trends that have impacted humanity in the last eight years. But still many believe that there are no Invisible Elitist Groups that functions outside of the established polity framework (their ignorance has made them prime candidates for cannon fodder) and as things in the social order continues to collapse around them, it is their denial that continues to cause them to view these induced phenomena as mere coincidental and will not entertain that perhaps someone has the power to bring about the instability of the global economic markets, as well as staged the American economic depression, which is making the Great Depression of 1929 look like child’s play because our suffering is disguised.(Reference: Daniel Estulin: "The True Story of the Bilderberg Group).

The ordinary working class people of the United States are tormented and anguished, but many do not know where to look which to gather some understanding of their circumstances and crisis (surely the corporate mainstream media will not tell thing and will continue to feed them hogwash). Our nation is utterly bankrupt the Federal Reserve and the Central Banks have the United States Government in a stranglehold while the politicians, intellectuals and talking heads continues to create this false image that we are in an economic recovery. What planet is they living on or is it that they are operating out of a bubble? Which makes them immune to the daily suffering of their constituents—useless eaters, but all the subordinate classes are deemed useless eaters other than those Dynastic Families that have the power to assign humanity their stations.

However, no politician is standing up saying lets reform the Federal Reserve System or lets restructure the Central Banking System in order to save the United States from further future economic meltdowns, but this would put them on a collision course with some of the most wealthiest and powerful entities the world-over. This is why you must admire the Republican Congressman Ron Paul from Texas because he has at least from time to time been critical of the Federal Reserve and very few politicians have stood with him to raise a dissenting voice against this un-police and unregulated agency that answers to no one and function with complete autonomy and sovereignty. The Federal Reserve is nothing but a criminal cartel which has a license to continually holdup the American people by selling our government bogus money and driving us into longstanding debt(Reference: Anthony Sutton; “America’s Secret Establishment”).
.
This writer has been sounding the alarm for a very long time because the handwriting is on the wall and it will not be long before Invisible Elitist call for the entire outstanding global debt—this will create unimaginable pandemonium and untold suffering (blood will be up to the horse bridle), but these induce crisis historically has been proven throughout their reins of power to create prosperity and untold wealth for the Invisible Rulers. They calculate human suffering and misery based on how much financial gratification and the positive monetary yields that will be ascertained from the crisis—human suffering is just one of the high stakes or from their vanish point perhaps a low-stakes played on the money market.

This writer has never doubted the credibility of the likes of a Carroll Quigley who authored the book titled, “Tragedy and Hope” who wrote the dossier on the inner workings of the Invisible Elitist. Quigley was a Georgetown professor who was permitted access for two years in the early 1960's to the private archives of the Committee on Foreign Relations, a Rockefeller internationalist organization that compliments the work of the Trilateral Commission and the Royal Institute of International Affairs. Former President Bill Clinton was mentored by Quigley who said in 1992: "...As a student at Georgetown, I heard that call clarified by a professor named Carroll Quigley, who said to us that America was the greatest country in the history of the world because our people have always believed in two things: that tomorrow can be better than today and that every one of us has a personal, moral responsibility to make it so." (Reference: Carroll Quigley; “Tragedy and Hope”).

The media is their most lethal weapon, serving at their disposal, as the mass propaganda machines (both electronic and print mediums) and like a musical composer these above mentioned Invisible powerful groups direct the affairs of all humanity to one tune—globalism and One World Government. They constantly give the masses a heavy dose of disinformation which to keep them disorientated and confused about the Invisible Rulers sinister agenda. They will become willing participants in their servitude by believing and trusting their governments who are serial liars, tricksters and pawns that work in the interest of the Invisible Elitist. (Reference: Gary Allen and Larry Abraham; "None Dare Call it Conspiracy").

The sad phenomenon is that humanity is so gullible and sheep like in spirit and are no match for the diabolical minds of Invisible Rulers. Very few modern analyst and researchers who understand the duping and hoodwinking has the ability offer analysis right down to the modern times. Many alternative researchers know that the Rothschilds and their bloodline descendents staged an international financial coup in 1913 by co-opting the world financial systems and the international markets. But we have had a difficult time trying to wake humanity up from its slumber. (Reference: John Reeves; “The Rothschilds: The Financial Rulers Of Nations”).

They have been bent on acquiring all the gold and silver (and the natural resources) on the earth for over 2,000 years—their god is money and their religion is usury. Thus, as we move closer to 2010 and the media is steadily sensitizing humanity into believing that the United States economy and the global economy are on a positive upswing and is recuperating from record market lows for the last three years (although the economic data does not reflect this optimism, but most of your top level economist are card carrying members of the CFR). The masses of the people in last twenty-years have been made poorer and more destitute and have lost most of what was once deemed disposable or discretionary income. The middle class has shrunk to almost nonexistent (there are really just two classes of people the Haves and the Have Nots). They should be able to see the visible economic collapses around them relative to high unemployment rates, high inflation, housing foreclosure, soaring fuel cost, and like never before in my lifetime you can actually feel the economic crunch. This writer like many countless others was raised in what appeared to be one of those most prospers nations in the history of humanity, but something has gone terribly wrong.

The United States is bankrupt and people seemed baffled that President Barack Obama, the Nobel Peace Prize recipient who just this past week announced to the American people and the world that he is committing an additional 30,000 United States Troops to the war in Afghanistan. People fail to understand that war is the only viable economic solution for the United States and it is the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that is keeping the United States economy afloat and without this option our government would have already been completely collapsed. War is extremely profitable, in particular if the poppy plant is the commodity or booty that is being sought after; there is no military objective to this war other than that President Obama was giving orders by the Rockefellers to secure the United States interest in the dope trade. Obama might be Commander-in-Chief, but he is just a window dressing servant and the Invisible Rulers are directing the affairs of government. Just take a good look at President Obama’s cabinet and top level advisors and that will give some indication of who is running our government.

The United States dollar has been systematically devalued and weaken—most foreign nations (China and Japan) who possess currency strength has already abandoned their U.S. trade ally—the United States has a foreign debt of close to 600 billion dollars owed to China and she is steadily mortgaging off our nation to foreign investors, but as the depreciation of the U.S. Dollar has dwindled to an all time low, it does not command the power and dominance over the world market it had twenty-five years ago. The United States Dollar has been dumped for more economically sustainable currencies such as the Yen, Euro, Renminbi (Chinese Yuan) and prior to September 11, 2001, it was unthinkable that other non-western nations currency would have more tangible significance and purchasing value than the most powerful nation in the world, but now the once economically powerful United States is being view as a weak nation and as a foreign investment liability. (Reference: Andrew Gause; “The Secret World of Money”).

No, one wants to lend the U.S. money because our nation is being strangulated by both a national deficit and trade deficit of 400 trillion dollars; a trade deficit is a calculation of the difference between the goods and services Americans sell to foreigners and the goods and services that Americans purchase from foreigners. A trade deficit with one country or in one year is not necessarily worrisome, and according to standard economic theory, will correct itself over time. But the theory has been proved wrong over the last 30 years as the United States has run consistent and increasing trade deficits. The enormous size of the trade deficits over the last several years raises the possibility of a severe international economic crisis should foreigners begin to dump the dollars they hold in world currency markets.

In addition, the United States has a 13 trillion dollars national deficit, in which the Federal Reserve is steadily printing money as illusionary currency and creating interest rates and trying to dump this worthless paper on the global market (but there are very few takers) as real money and most foreign nations are rejecting the United States dollar because they do not want to be left holding the bag.

Eustace Mullins in his book titled, “The Secrets of the Federal Reserve” stated: "The Federal Reserve is a fount of credit, not of capital. This is one of the most revealing statements ever made about the Federal Reserve System. It says that the Federal Reserve System will never add anything to our capital structure, or to, or to the forma¬tion of capital, because it is organized to produce credit, to create money for credit money and speculations, instead of providing capital funds for improvement of commerce and industry. Simply stated, capitalization would mean the providing of notes backed by a precious metal or other commodity. Reserve notes are unbacked paper loaned at interest.” (Reference: Eustace Mullins; “The Secrets of the Federal Reserve”; pg. 119).

However, the U.S. Treasury Department and the dumbfound American people are the best market in town for dumping a deflated U.S. currency that on the surface has already led to the economic collapse of Wall Street and the primelending mortgage scandal. What happened in 2008 to our financial markets was much bigger than the failures of AIG, Lehman Brothers, Bear-Stern, Merrill Lynch, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, etc., their demised represented a shattering and snapping the elasticity of the U.S. dollar that for almost one hundred years had given the appearance of being resilient and permanent, but in reality, it never possessed any durability from its inception in 1913 (U.S. paper money was created only as an illusion), although it reined supreme because, it always gave the appearance to other global markets of being above reproach.

Yet, many never realized that the Rothschilds had set the standard for the U.S. currency and had insulated the U.S. dollar with mere economic prosperity propaganda which led others to engage in foreign trade and investments based on the U.S. dollar perception of sturdiness —this perception for almost a century lured global markets to sleep because the U.S. Dollar was being touted as invincible and many were led to believe that it would continue to standup against the test of time. They bought the worthless paper and filled their national treasures with the idea that this U.S. paper money (or Fiat Currency) was almost equivalent to gold and silver (hardcore tangible currency) of course this was the furthest thing from the truth and the global economy has suffered tremendous economic loses because traditionally they have been so tied to the U.S. dollar and they should have ran when the U.S. Government in the early 1930s abandoned the gold standard relative to its currency. (Reference: Edward Griffin; “The Creature from Jekyll Island”).

Robert Morley in an articled entitled, “World Prepares to Dump the Dollar" published on July 21, 2009 in online magazine called thetrumpet.com http://www.thetrumpet.com/index.php? Stated: “What do China, India, Brazil, Russia, France and Germany have in common? These countries most often can’t agree on anything. But they are united in one strange—and ominous—way. They blame the United States for wrecking the global economy. And they think the dollar is the wrecking ball.

One rock-solid, foundational belief underpins almost all economic theory in America: faith in the dollar’s unassailable status as the world’s reserve currency. Foreigners hold so many dollars that they can’t afford to stop buying them, the theory goes. Therefore the dollar’s status as the world’s reserve currency is sound. But the dollar is now coming under a concentrated attack. Are American economists about to get schooled?”

China and Japan although like the United States function off the Central Banking system (not to suggest that the Chinese and the Japanese Elite hasn’t been co-opted by the Elitist Rothschild Clan), but their cultures have insulated them from total domination of Rothschild Family money trust but this writer is no way suggesting that these ancient Asian nations haven’t been impacted by the Rothschilds Dynastic influence. Thus, to even to imply and/or give inference of such would be false and scholarly irresponsible because the Rothschilds control over the financial and money system stretches across all seven continents in which no one has been able to escape their dominance and influence.

However, the Chinese has always shown a resilience to sustain itself from the arena of vast international economic debt and this alone has kept the international bankers under control to a certain extent (they also have held on to their gold and silver). The Chinese are resourceful, inventive, discipline and the cultures has a built in instinct of fostering their people to live within their means (debt is minimized and goods and services aren’t completely tied to a credit base economy). They know how to stretch a dollar and have you noticed Asian businesses are steadily flourishing in the United States even in a so-called downward economy. (Reference: George Armstrong; “Rothschild Money Trust”).

President George W. Bush in 2008 at the behest of the Rothschilds banking family extraordinaire pulled the rug from beneath the feet of the national and global markets, but the United States dollar had been showing vulnerability as early as 1990 and was in a spiral decline—the Federal Reserve just kept on infusing worthless paper money into the U.S. economy as the solution to resolving our financial crisis—this wasn’t even a temporary fix and in fact it has helped to bring us to where we are in space and time today.

The wickedly wise knew and had anticipated that if the United States Government continued to borrow money from the Federal Reserve that it would be committing fiscal suicide because, it could never accumulate enough tax dollars to even service debt and it would eventually bring the U.S. Government to its knees. What manner of people would have that level of sophistication and possess that type of diabolic intent which to systematically deceive the whole of humanity? How much money for this den of thieves is enough money and will their propensity for greed eventually totally wreck the United States economy and the world economy. (Reference: William Greider; “Secrets of the Temple: How the Federal Reserve Runs the Country”).

No one has the courage and the moral vision to standup to these damnable thieves and perhaps we all are guilty of being derelict in our civic duty to evoke the words of Patrick Henry “give me liberty or give me death” and work to take our nation back from this Invisible Cartel. They have mastered the art of divide and conquer—create racial disharmony, political discord, religious animosity, agitate class wars, etc., in which these social variables will forever keep humanity preoccupied in useless squabbles and conflicts while they maneuver to keep all focus off themselves.

This strategy has been successful for generations and they have mastered the art of distraction, as a herding tool to lead us into sport and play, games of chance and keep us in an infantile mindset while they rule the world with an impenetrable iron claw. The Invisible Rulers are the true warmongers and they do not give a damn about human life—money and natural resources are their motivational factors.

The pawn Barack Obama campaigned on a slogan “Change You Can Believe In” and as you can tell hasn’t really much changed from President George W. Bush administration to his administration because neither he or the United States Congress has the power to alter the political and economic paradigm that has been established by a small, but powerful cabal, in which all United States presidents and all world presidents serve at their pleasure. This was not President Obama’s decision to commit 30,000 more U.S. soldier to Central Asian country of Afghanistan, but he like his predecessor is only following orders. The U.S. Foreign policy remain reactionary under President Obama and this liberal pawn is continuing the mission of military aggression and international instigation just as the prior administration under George Bush who should have been charged with war crimes against the innocent people of Iraq.

Now, once again the United States has been pushed further into the Afghanistan War under the false pretense of neutralizing Al Qaeda and the Taliban in this strategic region where India and Pakistan have nuclear weapons. The United States has spent over a trillion dollars in the Iraq War and close to five thousand (5,000) U.S. soldiers have lost their lives fighting for the interest of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, these are the true beneficiaries of U.S. soldiers valor and patriotism, which they care about neither. Their interest is to expand their dynastic family empires—President Obama has no choice but to aid his masters, it was they who appointed him president and he is obligated to follow the script. However, this war might be the mother of all wars because it will unite the Islamic world and intensify their hatred for the West. (Reference: Andrew Carrington Hitchcock: “The Synagogue of Satan”).

Is Islam A Terrorist Religion?

IS ISLAM A TERRORIST RELIGION?

By Fahim A. Knight-EL

The United States Government and the American media after the 9/11 crisis brought the religion of Islam front and center and subsequent to this incident, Islam as a religion would never be the same again. Islam prior to 9/11 had almost lingered in obscurity, in particular in the United States of America. Although, the religion of Islam claims about two billion adherents and is perhaps the fastest growing religion in the world, it’s projected in the very near future to surpassed Christianity as the number one faith tradition in the world.

Thus, Islam, Arabs and Muslims appeared front and center, as the number one topic of discussion within a nation that had become so ethnocentric and so culturally arrogant—no one outside our sovereign boarders mattered. 9/11 created a hostile, insensitive and intolerable environment mainly aimed at Arabs, in particular but all Muslims in general, they were being viewed with suspicion and Muslim discrimination was going unabated. The American people perhaps already had some preconceived prejudices against foreign Muslims; perhaps for no other reason than they were not Christians and some had followed the lopsided reporting of the Middle East conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians—and had accepted the propaganda that the Arab Muslims were bad people because they practiced a “strange” culture and prayed to a God other than Jesus Christ.

But let me clarify that statement; Islam, perhaps had arrived to the Americas when the first slave ship docked on the eastern seaboard in 1555. Some historians maintained that the Moors during the 8th Century had voyages to the Americas long before Christopher Columbus, Amerigo Vespucci, Ponce De Leon, Vaso Da Gama, Hernando de Soto, Ferdinand Magellan, etc., and had established diplomatic treaties with the Native Americans in the Western Hemisphere before the coming of the European explorers.

Most Americans were oblivious to Islam prior to 9/11 because of cultural ignorance and Eurocentrism. Although, Islam had formalized it-self in America in the 1800s and started to make inroads into African American community by 1913 under Noble Drew Ali and the establishment of the Moorish Science Temple of America. It later would make greater inroads into the black community under the leadership of Wallace Fard Muhammad (founder of the Nation of Islam) and Elijah Muhammad in the early 1930s. (Reference: Adib Rashad; “Elijah Muhammad and the Ideological Foundation of the Nation of Islam” article submitted by Sulayman S. Nyang; titled: “The Honorable Elijah Muhammad and the Black Quest for Identity in the U.S.”).

The Nation of Islam in the 1940s attracted an ex-convict named Malcolm X and he helped Elijah Muhammad build many Islamic Temples and somewhat brought Islam to mainstream America. Islam for over sixty years in the United States was ignored and seen as an insignificant religious cult and was deemed unworthy of scholarly attention. Thus, as the black Muslims (Nation of Islam) splintered after 1975, many Sunni, Shia, Sufi, etc., Islamic groups and Muslim associations began to rise, which led to the building of eastern traditional Mosque and Masjids, in which the Islamic teachings was strictly based on the Qur’an and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad of 1400 years ago. Some would argue that this religious thrust brought a more authentic version of Islam and would relegate the Nation of Islam teachings as being heretic and un-Islamic. (Reference: Clifton Marsh; “From Black Muslims to Muslims: The Transition from Separatism to Islam, 1930-1980).

Islam in the United States has been able to attract people of all races, ethnicity, nationality, class, etc., they can be found at the highest levels of white collar professionals and businessmen to janitors and street cleaners. There is no longer this idea that only “Black Muslims” in America are faces of Islam. But with the influx of Muslim immigrants from Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Pakistan, Yemen, Palestine, Somalia, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Iraq, Iran, etc., the demographics of how Islam in America use to look, thirty-years ago has changed.

The majority of Muslims are not terrorist and do not condone terrorism. But Islam’s theology has a covert duplicity in which no one has to openly advocate or even suggest Jihad (holy war) for some Muslims to be drawn to this ideological position—two Muslims sitting in Jummah prayer service could hear the same message being delivered by the Imam and both upon exiting the Masjid may have received two different and distinct interpretations of the message. One walk out of the Masjid and finds personal and spiritual content in Allah’s words, while the other thought he heard a more radical and militant espousing of the Qur’an and walkout with the objective of becoming a martyr.

Tariq Ali in his book titled: “The Clash of Fundamentalisms: Crusades, Jihads, and Modernity” Stated: “The necessity to explain these reactions does not mean justifying the atrocity of 11 September. It is an attempt to move beyond the simplistic argument that 'they hate us, because they're jealous of our freedoms and our wealth'. This is simply not the case.”

“We have to understand the despair, but also the lethal exaltation, that drives people to sacrifice their own lives. If Western politicians remain ignorant of the causes and carry on as before, there will be repetitions. Moral outrage has some therapeutic value, but as a political strategy it is useless. Lightly disguised wars of revenge waged in the heat of the moment are not much better. To fight tyranny and oppression by using tyrannical and oppressive means, to combat a single-minded and ruthless fanaticism by becoming equally fanatical and ruthless, will not further the cause of justice or bring about a meaningful democracy. It can only prolong the cycle of violence.” (Reference: Tariq Ali; “The Clash of Fundamentalisms: Crusades, Jihads, and Modernity”; pg. 3).

This is what the west does not understand about Islam; it does not take the teachings of a militant and radical cleric to inspire Muslims to become a “terrorist” or “Jihadist” these are mere relative terms; they only have to subconsciously visualize the enemies of Islam and this sentiment alone is enough to create a “Jihadist” or “terrorist”. Perhaps to ease the social and political tension inside of America, the United States propaganda machines often try to relegate Muslim rage to insanity, militancy and radicalism that without reason or cause are bent on destroying America.

Then they demonize the likes of a Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran and portray to the public that he is a Muslim madman bent on destroying Israel and America, and if he is allowed to pursue nuclear armament; he would be irresponsible with possessing weapons of mass destruction. The U.S. and the west are in denial when it comes to the Islamic problem and are too arrogant to admit that there is a problem. The genie is out the bottle and Islam is too entrenched and it’s to far reaching be isolated.

Congressman Curt Weldon of Pennsylvania in his book titled, “Countdown to Terror” stated: “Civilization is at a disadvantage in the war on terrorism, as it is always harder to build than to destroy. Sixteen centuries ago the Roman Empire fell to barbarian invasions. Rome, with its cities, aqueducts, roads, and far-flung commercial empire, became a victim of its greater economic and social sophistication. The barbarians could sack cities and pull down aqueducts more easily than the Romans could rebuild them.”

“Terrorists are the new barbarians. These new barbarians are far less numerous than the barbarians of old, but hold the possibility of far greater power in their hands because of the existence of WDM. America’s highest priority must be to defeat the new barbarians. If we want to avoid the same fate of the Romans, we must stop the next, possibly catastrophic terrorist attack against the United States”. (Reference: Curt Weldon; “Countdown to Terror”; pg. 157).

President Barack Obama is contemplating sending additional United States troops to Afghanistan, thus this is neither the long term and/or short term solution to resolving radical Islam. If you do not know this by now, the war in Afghanistan isn’t about the Taliban or Al-Qaeda insurgents nor is it about slowing down radical and militant Islam from making inroads into Pakistan and/or controlling Kabul.

This war is being motivated by dope—heroin (Opium poppy plant) and who will control the future heroin (Opium) trade and to ensure this Central Asian nation oil pipelines remain open to western exploitation. The Elite-superrich uses poor and middle class U.S. servicemen to fight and die on foreign battlefields in order that they might continue to steal other people’s wealth and natural resources. (Reference: Lyndon LaRouche; “Dope, Inc: The Book that Drove Henry Kissinger Crazy”).

Those who orchestrated to 9/11 hoax had a number of agendas, perhaps none more important and sinister than demonizing Islam and to further bring into question, a marginalized people; in particular in this instance this writer is referring to the Arabs. Although the largest segments of the Muslim population are not Arabs and do not reside in the Middle East. Asia, Africa and even in the former Soviet Union there are more Muslims in these non-Arabic speaking lands than perhaps the entire Arabic speaking Islamic nations combined.

Former President Richard Nixon perhaps authored a monumental book titled, “Seize The Moment: America’s Challenge In A One-Superpower World” which he dedicated a chapter to assessing and analyzing Islam; President Nixon stated: “Many mistakenly assume that the Muslim world is equivalent to the Middle East. But more than 850 million people-one-sixth of humanity-live in the thirty-seven countries of the Muslim world. These nations have 190 ethnic groups who speak hundreds of distinct languages and dialects and who belong to three main religious sects-the Sunnis, the Shias, and the Sufis-and dozens of minor ones. They cover a 10,000-mile-long swath of territory extending from Morocco to Yugoslavia, from Turkey to Pakistan, from the Central Asian republics of the Soviet Union to the tropics of Indonesia. More Muslims live China than on the Arabian peninsula, and more live in Indonesia than in the entire Middle East. The former Soviet Union, with over 50 million Muslims, has more than any Middle Eastern country except Turkey. At current birth rates, there will be more Muslims than Russians in the former Soviet Union in the next century. (Reference: Richard Nixon; “Seize The Moment: America’s Challenge In A One-Superpower World”; pg. 195-196).

This ethnic, cultural, and racial diversity that exist in Islam is also a reflection of the mosaic of ideological differences in which all the Muslims subscribe to one holy book and that is the Qur’an. But it is there, from which the radical and militant Islamic worldviews are formulated and it’s also from there, you will find human beings who possess a deep sense of love and a relentless concern for all of humanity. The religion of Islam represents submission and calls for the highest expression of peace whereby the faithful submit their will in order to do the will of Allah (God).

Islam is an Arabic word which means peace, purity, acceptance and commitment. As a religion, Islam calls for complete acceptance of the teachings and guidance of God. A Muslim is one who freely and willingly accepts the supreme power of God and strives to organize his life in total accord with the teachings of God. He also works for building social institutions which reflect the guidance of God.

However, Allah’s will can be interpreted in many different ways by the Muslim clerics and the adherents of Islam and this is what has brought us to a crossroads in time and history. The United States in many ways has instigated this conflict between Islam and the west in which the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with some long term planning had masterminded (let me stated it this way, they as well as others played a role in the hoax) the so-called bombing of the World Trade Center Towers on September 11, 2001.

Noam Chomsky in his book titled, “Hegemony or Survival; America’s Quest for Global Dominance” stated: “Important questions should have risen at once: what constitute terrorism? How does it differs from aggression or resistance? The operative answers are revealing, but the questions never entered the arena of public discussion. A convenient definition was adopted: terrorism is what our leaders declare it to be. Period. The practice continues as war is redeclared”. (Reference: Noam Chomsky; “Hegemony or Survival; America’s Quest for Global Dominance”; pg. 109-110).

They strategically needed a new make believed enemy after the 1989 collapse of the former Soviet Union in which Islam became the choice. This decision would allow the United States Government to justify its aggressive Middle East foreign policy and eventual military decision to invade Iraq under the guise of toppling a military dictator in Saddam Hussein who was allegedly involved in state sponsored terrorism. The ignorant applauded the United States military assault while very few saw the real Bush objective, which was stealing Iraqi oil.

The U.S. Government rolled the dice by feeding the people a heavy dose of propaganda and decoys—demonizing Iraq and Saddam Hussein, but simultaneously blaming Al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden as the masterminds behind 9/11 hoax. Osama bin Laden who was in hiding in the rugged mountainous terrain of Afghanistan, but he was being made public enemy number one and become the poster boy for terrorism. General Colin Powell and President George W. Bush used the most powerful bully pulpit, the United Nations to make their case in 2003 against the innocent nation of Iraq. Now, reason with me; sixteen of the allege hijackers were from the Kingdom, Saudi Arabia which is a puppet Islamic regime and a staunch ally of the United States and yet it was the United States ally Saudi nationals who were active participants in one of the most horrific crimes to ever take place on the shores of America.

The United States Government following 9/11 found it easy to rationalize this type of Saudi Islamic militant fundamentalism and continued diplomatic international relations with the perceived 9/11 culprits (this writer is quite aware that all the external 9/11 players were only pasties); moreover U.S. Foreign Policy towards Saudi Arabia never blinked an eye, before or after 9/11. The Saudis represented a vital and strategic interest to the United States national security, which is our government dependency on Middle Eastern oil. The oil dependency has allowed the CIA and the United States State Department to overlook the Saudis spreading and funding a radical and militant Wahhabist Islamic philosophy throughout the Islamic world. It would be acts of terrorism that would heighten these types of political contradictions. (Reference: Richard A. Clarke; “Against All Enemies: Inside America’s War on Terror”).

Michael T. Klare in his book titled, “Blood and Oil” stated: “The most significant of these is our unseemly alliance with Saudi Arabia, which, from the very beginning, has rested on the understanding that the United States would defend the House of Saud against both foreign and domestic enemies in return for privileged access to Saudi Oil. This arrangement must now be terminated. We can not and should not bear the ultimate responsibility for the royal family’s survival”. (Reference: Michael T. Klare; (Reference: Michael T. Klare; “Blood and Oil: The Dangers and Consequences of America’s Dependency on Imported Petroleum”; pg. 189-190).

Thus, in many ways, the United States Foreign Policy instigated this antagonistic relationship between themselves and Islam. If Al- Al-Qaeda and Bin Laden had so-called spearheaded the 9/11 terrorist attack on the United States according to the 9/11 commission report, then logically speaking, it never made military sense to attack Iraq and Saddam Hussein, if Iraq had no political affiliations with Al-Qaeda and possessed no Weapons of Mass Destruction. (Reference: George Tenet; “At the Center of the Storm: My Years at the CIA).

President Bush was obsessed about launching a military attack against the innocent people of Iraq—let me get this right for you because even in 2009 many still have not gotten it, if sixteen of the nineteen the so-called 9/11 terrorist hijackers originated out of Saudi Arabia, why wasn’t there military strikes against the nation who committed this horrid crime of blowing up the World Trade Center? (Reference: Scott McClellan; “What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington’s Culture of Deception”).

Surely, you would have thought that the United States must have learned something from the former Soviet Union who had fought and lost an over ten year war in Afghanistan against the Taliban (remember in this conflict the Taliban and Al-Qaeda were the good guys, which was financed by the CIA) and left as a shamelessly and defeated military superpower.

Islam and Muslims became expendable because the United States Government had its eyes on the prize, which was gaining control over the Ramallah Oil fields and stealing the nation of Iraq’s oil and the consequences to do so, will continue to reverberate throughout western society in what is deemed terrorist attacks. The American people seemed shocked every time an incident like the one that took place recently at Fort Hood Texas, in which a United States Major Nidal Malik Hasan allegedly turned on his fellow soldiers—killing thirteen innocent soldiers and wounding dozens of others. The Holy Qur’an forbad the innocent killing of fellow Muslims and many Muslims throughout the western world and the Islamic world view the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan as wrong and unjustifiable. (Reference: Andy Stern: “Oil: From Rockefeller to Iraq and Beyond”).

The United States Arm Forces will continue to have incidents of mutiny and what amounts to treason, if they do not reassess their position relative to Islam and Muslims. Islam is different than Christianity in many ways—many Muslims will not publically say this, but Muslims have a greater patriotism and loyalty to Islam than to any national or sovereign government. Muslims recognizes Allah (God) as their protector and redeemer and he Allah (God) is one and there is none like him. (Reference: Qadi ‘Iyad Ibn Musa al-Yahsubi’; “Muhammad Messenger of Allah”).

The Qur’an stated, "Say: We believe in Allah and that which was revealed to us, and that which was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the tribes and that which was given to Moses and Jesus and to the Prophets from their Lord; we make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we submit". Qur'an 3:83

Islam is a religion of peace and is not a religion of violence, but the Qur’an admonishes that Muslims have the right to fight with those who fight with them. President Bush declared war against Islam and Muslims after 9/11 and he tried to disguise the war under the guise of being a war against terrorism. Noam Chomsky further stated: “After eight years, more reactionary sectors of the Reagan-Bush 1 administrations regained political power in the contested 2000 election. They recognized that the 9-11 atrocities provided them with an opportunity to pursue long-standing goals with even greater intensity, closely following the script of their earlier tenure in office”. (Reference: Noam Chomsky; “Hegemony or Survival; America’s Quest for Global Dominance”; pg. 109). Here is clip of Bill O’ Reilly and a guest this is the type of ignorance that will keep the conflict between Muslims and the west hot: http://newsone.com/nation/oreilly-we-can...

Thus, United States isn't in a moral position to determine who should be labeled a terrorist nation. And have we picked a fight that we can not win and ultimately incidents of so-called domestic terrorism will continue to haunt us as a nation. Islam’s theology similar to the other two major world religions—Judaism and Christianity teaches the principles of brotherhood, love, charity, morality, and it circumscribes what is deemed ethical under Qur’an and the Sunna relative to govern the Muslim as an individual and as a community and it stands as the foundation of Islam.

Muslims believe that the Qur'an is the last revealed word of God and the basic source of Islamic teachings and laws. It deals with a variety of subjects including the basic beliefs of Islam, morality, worship, knowledge, wisdom, God and-man relationship, and relations among human beings. Comprehensive teachings on which sound systems of social justice, politics, economics, legislation, jurisprudence, law and international relations can be built from an important part of the Holy Qur' an.

But since Prophet Muhammad Ibn Abdullah (Peace and Blessings of Allah Upon him) received his first so-called divine revelation from Allah (God) in 610 A.D. via the angel Gabriel (Jabril). Islam has had a controversial existence—most western scholars would argue that Islam spread by the sword and Muslims conquered many foreign nations based on violence and even in 2009 media continues to perpetuate that Islam is a violent religion and portray Muslims as being bent on Jihad (advocating holy war) against the west and the enemies of Islam.

Islam enjoins faith in the oneness and sovereignty of God, which creates an awareness of the unity and meaningfulness of the universe and of man's place in it. This belief frees him from all fears and superstitions by making him conscious of the presence of the Almighty God and of man's obligations to Him. But this realization must be expressed and tested in action. Faith alone is not enough. Belief in one God requires that we look upon all humanity as one family under the universal omnipotence of God—the Creator and Nourisher of all. Islam rejects the idea that there is a "chosen people" making pure intention, faith in God, and good deeds the only way to heaven. Thus a direct relationship is established with God, open to all alike, without any discrimination or intercession.

The Old Testament teachings of the Torah liken to the Qur’an does not condone certain behavior and there were penalties applied to those who violated or broke the law. But you rarely hear someone referring to the teaching of the Torah as having a propensity to advocate violence. Islam, based on western propaganda has in many ways been stigmatized and people view Muslims with much more suspicion since 9/11. Islam and Muslims have been unjustly discriminated against, which has had a political backlash in what the United States Government calls increasing incidents in homegrown terrorism.

Muslims and Mosques throughout America since 9/11 have been placed under Federal Bureau of Investigation surveillance and are being constantly monitored by various levels of Homeland Security agencies, which to counter any subversive plots that might lead to so-called acts of domestic terrorism. Islam as a religion and subculture has taken a firm root within American society in which immigrant Muslims and native born Black American Muslims share a religious allegiance and often this complex racial and cultural differences are interwoven into brotherhood that is built around the principles of Islam.

The homegrown so-called terrorist concern is centered on the U.S. Government failure to admit that Islam has developed and evolved as a major ideological religious school of thought in Christian America and has taking root throughout the United States, which is being disseminated pursuant to an enculturation process taking place amongst native born African American Muslims and their relationship with Middle Eastern Muslims. The religious bond they share transcends race and class (Islam as a religion seems to be the glue that holds these two distinct cultures together).

Black Americans represent one of the largest non-Middle Eastern Islamic blocs in the United States and many of them each year are making Hajj to Mecca, Saudi Arabia and starting to visit other Islamic nations and societies. In some instance, there has been a forged alliance between Middle Eastern Muslims and African American Muslims. The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Central Intelligence Agency after 9/11 started all types of covert and overt surveillance aimed at monitoring Islam and Masjids across America, in particular in cities like Newark, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Detroit, Michigan, New York City, San Francisco, California, Washington, D.C., etc., where there were large Middle Eastern and African American Muslims attending the same Masjids.

But it is the specific acts of worship termed the Five Pillars of Islam which provide the framework of Muslim spiritual life. These are given below:

1. The declaration of faith. "I bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship except God (Allah), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger." The Prophet-hood of Muhammad obliges Muslims to follow his exemplary life in every respect.

2. Prayers are prescribed five times a day as a duty towards God. Prayer strengthens and enlivens belief in God and inspires man to higher morality. It purifies the heart and controls temptation, wrong-doing, and evil.

3. Fasting during the month of Ramadan. This means abstention from food, beverages, and sex from dawn to sunset, and curbing evil intentions and desires. It teaches love, sincerity, and devotion. It develops patience, unselfishness, social conscience, and willpower to bear hardship.

4. Zakah is a proportionately fixed contribution collected from the wealth and earnings of the well to do and rich. It is spent on the poor and needy in particular and the welfare of the society in general. The payment of Zakah purifies ones income and wealth and helps to establish economic balance and social justice in society.

5. Hajj, or pilgrimage to the Ka'bah in Makkah, once in a lifetime, provided one has the means to undertake the journey. (Reference: The Islamic Affairs Department the Embassy of Saudi Arabia; pamphlet titled, “Understanding Islam and the Muslim”).

The United States Patriot Act had made it easy for the law enforcement community to violate the United States Constitution—illegally wiretapping, conducting seizure forfeiture proceedings, imprisoning and jailing Muslim defendants without the benefit of due process of the law, etc., all the government has to say is that you’re a potential threat to United States national security and they suspect that you’re conspiring against the United States Government—thus, this alone is enough to bring you before the U.S. Justice system and no tangible evidence is needed to apprehend and detain you indefinitely.

Muslims are frustrated and tension has steadily risen and the United States Government is somewhat in denial of the Muslim paradigm and in all reality, the U.S. Government does not know how to rectify the problem. Yes, the two wars—Iraq and Afghanistan is a point of contentious political discord between the United States and Muslims in America and Muslims outside of America. This will continue to be fuel to the fire along with the United States reactionary foreign policy; if we continue to allow it to go unchallenged by the citizens of this great nation.

Lets Talk About Race, History, and Social Politics: Question and Answer Session; Bring it On

By FAHIM A. KNIGHT-EL

This article/blog came about as a series of Internet conversations and debates that this writer has had with a number of Caucasians relative to ancient Kemet (Egypt), slavery, culture, reparations and the historical paradigm that evolves around the African/African American experience. The topic of race, just like the topic of religion, is one of those hypersensitive topics and often people become immediately defensive, aggressive, agitated, angered, closed minded, etc. When discussing such a topic, time and again, human beings seem to possess a need to secure their place in the discussion by consciously and/or subconsciously elevating their race, ethnic group, tribe, etc., into the best positive light possible (I think from time-to-time we all are guilty of this).

We have an even greater need to define the political, economic and social history of our clan at all cost, and often the first casualty of our misconstrued reality, is always truth. Perhaps this is a tragic human defect and it will continue to lead to social discord, if humanity fails to reckon with the planet and rapidly move away from injustice—and man’s inhumanity to man. (Reference: Joel Kotkin: “Tribes: How Race, Religion and Identity Determine Success in the New Global Economy”).

Thus, sometime even at the expense of truth, which becomes a compromise for accuracy, legitimacy and genuineness; this is often where humanity has found itself. Many cultures and races, and even us as individuals, are guilty of fallen into this trap of putting forth nationalism and obscuring the veracity of the historical evidence in order to make our case on the stage of human civilization, at any and all expense. (Reference: Cornel West; “Race Matters”).

This discussion pertaining to Kemet, in particular ignited a controversial debate between myself and approximately twenty or so Caucasians who were Internet Bloggers on the David Icke web site. My thesis centered on Kemet (Egypt) being a society that was originally inhabited and built by the Nubians 3,000 years before Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ben Yosef) and I came to this conclusion by reading the works of white scholars such as H.G. Wells, Will Durant, Gerald Massey, Godfrey Higgins, Albert Churchward, George Frazer, etc., which they either came directly out and stated that Kemet was Nubian or gave strong historical inference that indeed Kemet (Egypt) was perhaps Nubian (black African) land. (Reference:Ivan Van Sertima: Great African Thinkers: Cheikh Diop”).

This writer, equally understands that Kemet (Egypt) had been invaded by external forces and civilizations such as the Greeks, Romans, Turks, Phoenicians, Italians, Arabs, etc., and these invasions led to the history of racial miscegenation in which ‘genotypical’ and ‘phenotypical’ the racial identity and physical characteristics of the people of Kemet began to change from how the original people that once inhabited Kemet use to look. But we should not mistaken the light skinned and Caucasian features of the people today who presently occupy Kemet as the original people, because they are not, but these Semitic tribes are mere imposters and have usurped the history and culture of the original people who once occupied Kemet (Egypt). (Reference: George G.M. James; “Stolen Legacy).

The religion of Islam and Christianity are new religions to this region—the Nubians had mastered moral and ethical principles long before the arrival of so-called “Holy” books were to be introduced into Kemet (of course you must know that all spiritual schools thought had their origin in Kemet and Cush). They were in line with the universal order of things. This writer know and understand that racism is a disease and within the American context, it is incurable and will continue to serve as a divisive variable, until we overcome our denial relative to this race issue, which will continue to work towards impeding human social progress. Moreover, my citing that Kemet (Egypt) was Nubian (African and non-Semitic) stirred a hatred and racist frenzy that appeared to be much deeply rooted than our disagreements about the racial identity of the ancient Egyptians. But their disagreement went to the core of a racist mindset that for centuries have been conveyed in the popular political culture, in particular of the United States and Europe and it is still very much unresolved. (Reference: Yosef A.A. Jochannon; “African Origins of Major "Western Religions").

Many of them detest African people and how dare this so-called American “Negro” attribute the highest cultural civilization—Egypt to people of African descent; this by far is the greatest civilization on earth, which to ever be recorded by man. It was unthinkable that this writer would attribute such loftiness to the Nubian (African-Black) race; to them this was blasphemy of the highest order and absurd, because of the unjust perception and racial bias that some Caucasians hold against people of African descendent; thus, even within the intellectual arena. (Reference: John G. Jackson and Willis N. Huggins; “A Guide to Studies in African History”).

However, this writer does not object to their right to have an opinion on all matters including critiquing the African experience and even disagreeing with me and arguing from a basis of historical interpretation and demonstrating an intellectual dissenting conviction that is rooted in research and scholarly evaluation and assessment. This approach is acceptable and is deserving of intellectual consideration and any critique rendered under these premises would hold a lot more merit. We live in the United States of America where free speech is protected under the First Amendment right of the U.S. Constitution and it does not matter how distasteful or obnoxious the speech may be, it too is protected under the United States Constitution, just as any speech that you and I would find agreeable and therefore to censor one’s right to free speech violates one of the fundamental rights that undergirds our fragile democracy. (Reference: Chip Smith; “The Cost of Privilege: Taking on the System of White Supremacy”)

Many that participated in this dialog could not phantom African Nubians constructing the pyramids of ancient Kemet or at least their racial attitudes did not allow them—because in some instances, it was this experience from which their socialization process took shape and developed from which became their worldview. They do not see African people as being intellectually equal to Caucasian people and in most instances they view African people as being inferior, which is rooted in a social structure of white supremacy—this breeds a system of racism on every level—politically, socially and economically. It also feeds into old culture serotypes that Africa is the "Dark Continent" and black people gave nothing worthwhile to civilization. (Reference: Tim Wise; “White Like Me: Reflections on Race From a Privileged Son”).

Thus, as you read some of the responses in this article you will see the obvious and many of the questions and answers were ingrained in the socio-politics of racism and the 450 year old dilemma and the 6,000 year conflict that has existed since he has been on the planet, which still speaks to race and racism as being unresolved within the United States of America. This writer did minimum editing and for the most part, is presenting this dialog within the context, grammar and thoughts conveyed by these bloggers in order captivate the mindset and present this thinking to my reading audience of the Keeping Real Think Tank, in particular and the broader reading audience in general, for further investigation. (Reference: Michael Bradley; “Iceman Inheritance: Prehistoric Sources of Western Man's Racism, Sexism and Aggression”).

Bendoon stated: Africans hadn't invented the wheel in 1500AD, are you honestly saying that they had chariots in 2000BC? All this stuff is pure fantasy, Black Egyptians, right sure.

Fahim A. Knight-El: Yes, to a racist Eurocentric mindset, it might be considered fantasy, but the pyramids, science and architecture of Kemet stands as proof positive that the Nubians had a high civilization that is unmatched by any other civilization throughout the annals of time. Your comment is emotional and lacks any scholarly proof. This is the type of thinking that we must uproot because it’s this type of thinking that has helped to take humanity off its course; because it lacks respect for other cultures and civilizations and view western civilization as being superior. Please cite your proof and documentation that “All this stuff is pure fantasy, Black Egyptians".

Kingmob stated: Its a only a foolish statement to a fool. You are a racist, and unable to see beyound color unfortunately. Just remember, that adding a few accomplishments on the merit of color adds no value to the "black" race in the eyes of most objective people.

Fahim A. Knight-El: Cheik Anta Diop in his book titled, “The African Origin of Civilization: Myth or Reality” stated, “Ancient Egypt was a Negro civilization. The history of Black Africa will remain suspended in air and can not be written correctly until African historians dare to connect it with the history of Egypt. In particular, the study of languages, institutions, and so forth, can not be treated properly; in a word, it will be impossible to build African humanities, body African human sciences, so long as the relationship does not appear legitimate. The African historian who evades the problem of Egypt is neither modest nor objective, nor unruffled; he is ignorant, cowardly, and neurotic. Imagine, if you can, the uncomfortable position of a western historian who was to write the history of Europe without referring to Greco-Latin Antiquity and try that off as a scientific approach.” (Reference: Cheik Anta Diop; “The African Origin of Civilization: Myth or Reality”).

Zedd stated: That's probably because the people who espouse the ideas are militant in tone and deride white people at any opportunity. Like you just did in your above post about one white person not having their head up their ass, imply the rest (or mostly all) do. It is also because people like yourself ignore any questions and immediately play the race card on those who question you instead of answering legitimate questions, like the one previously posted about why the Egyptians portrayed themselves as being tan, and yet others as being black and white.

Fahim A. Knight-El: I do not think surveying the historical record and evaluating past evidence, is neither black supremacist nor white supremacist in scope, but if the evidence and the data draw us to a reasonable conclusion about certain aspect of history; how willing are we to accept certain outcomes, even if those finds go against the popular version of the truth? Or do we find comfort for the most part, based on our own cultural socialization process and relegate truth to cultural bias and stereotypes. For example, many Caucasians can not even phantom that the people of Kemet were Nubians and often this position is not based on any scholarly findings or intellectual outcomes, but their disposition is often driven by the raw emotions of racism, which is often rooted in a social structure. (Reference: Yosef A.A. Ben Jochannon; “The Black man of the Nile and Family”).

Rapunzel stated: You have never produced any evidence the ancient Egyptians were Nubians. The Egyptians didn't think they were Nubian since they portrayed Nubians very differently than they portrayed themselves.

This has been mentioned before but you fail to address it. Why? Can you explain why Egyptian women were painted yellow if they were jet black? And why Egyptian men were painted red if they were jet black?

Fahim A. Knight-El: The Caucasian history only goes back 6,000 years. Thus, that much is a fact; I have given many sources through out the thread; perhaps you need to re-read the thread. Who is the original man? (Reference: Elijah Muhammad; “Message to the Blackman of America).

Bendoon stated: As opposed to your racist Black supremacist mindset? Look its been proved already in this thread that the Egyptians weren't Black, just leave it out you are only making a fool out of yourself. They even left us some mummies with straight red and blonde hair as proof.

Fahim A. Knight-El: I noticed every time someone challenges you all on this forum relative to this topic; you are quick to use the term "Black supremacist" what ever that means, as to dismiss the facts and truth. This is not Black supremacist, the Caucasian history only goes back 6,000 years (that is a truth and fact) and ancient people that occupied Kemet goes back tens of thousands of years (classified as the lineage of the original man, which is also connected to Cush (Ethiopia)—this is where scientist keep on finding fragments of the original man). Now, you do the math and you review the record of the anthropologist and Egyptologist relative to when the external invaders ventured into Kemet. Moreover, and most of these conquering nations left their print relative to miscegenation on the people of Kemet (From the word Chem Land of the Blacks or burnt faces). All of the races you mentioned or colors are rooted in the fathers and mothers of civilization genealogy, which is the original man. (Reference: Paul Lawrence Guthrie; “Making of the Whiteman: History, Tradition and the Teachings of Elijah Muhammad).

Bill23 stated: you may well be right on alot of things but saying 'Remember the Caucasian history only goes back 6,000 years' is like me saying 'white people built the Great Pyramid of Giza'. dont let your hatred of white racists cloud your judgment.

Fahim A. Knight-El: I think my body of work on this forum speaks for it self. I do not have a hatred for whites. I side more with justice and my topic on Kemet was to correct some of the inaccurate historical information, which in many instances has been racist inspired and was designed to denigrate and minimize the African contribution towards world civilization. Moreover, for me to mention that the Caucasian's history only going back 6,000 years was to counter the claim that the people of Kemet was European as some ill-informed scholars and laymen alike have maintained. This article was not written to elevate the Nubian race over, lets say the Semitic race (or so-called mix racial-ethno who by western standards and racial classification is deemed white) but I was attempting to prove that these people were not the original inhabitants of ancient Kemet (Egypt). So I asked the gentleman, who is the original man? I do no think these questions and statements that I have posed can be considered that I have hatred towards whites. Perhaps that assumption is a bit unfair. (Reference: Ella J. Hughley; “The Truth About Black Biblical Hebrew-Israelites (Jews) ).

Blind_raven stated: You are the one putting words in peoples mouths. He was putting very reasonable proof with his source being the artwork that the ancient Egyptians themselves left behind. All he said is that if Egyptians were black, then why did they paint themselves so radically different from the Nubians as a standard? No where did he make any claim that they were Caucasian, only that there is a difference. In fact to quote his words: "that the ancient Egyptians were 100% black". The 100% black implies that he accepts there is some black in them.

Fahim A. Knight-El: Perhaps you do not understand what the word implied and inference mean. He did not have to come right out and say that Ancient Kemet was Caucasian in its ethnicity, but his various post gave an intellectual suggestion that they were. No. we do not have to put words in people's mouths. So, before the miscegenation of Kemet took place, what was the racial identity of the people who occupied what is presently called Egypt by the Greek invaders? Where is your proof that they where not Nubians? I have listed my sources in the above post or are you to hiding behind a Eurocentric frame of reference. (Reference: John G. Jackson: “Introduction to African Civilization).

Blind_raven: I know exactly the difference between the two words, and you make inferences all day that everyone on this forum is a white supremest trying to keep black people down. There are more races then the Whites and the Black, and you do not seem to realize this. You are once again throwing around white and no one said they were. You are the one confused if someone could imply that they believe the Egyptians have Nubian ancestry in them, and you infer that they are racist for not accepting that Egyptians were full blooded Nubians. Once again I ask you to explain why the Egyptians chose to paint themselves in a different tone then the Nubians.

Fahim A. Knight-El: Already answered this question; no need to re-entertain or revisit.

Kingmob stated: LOL, you are a racist, no matter how many quotes you try to bring up in order to defend your racist stands. It makes no difference if you are black or white if you make excuses for yourself in order to elevate one color over another.

Fahim A. Knight-El: Relaying historical facts is not based on racial superiority. You just do not have the intellectual tools to debate this topic, and it is a copout, to yell that I am racist and have nothing of substantial to offer to this discussion relative to Kemet. Thus, that is the easy way out; I cite sources and references as documentation and verification (third party independent) of myself. Perhaps you need to be schooled on research methods and what it means to present an empirical argument (based on what can be counted and measured). See you are blowing hot air and have no scholarly defense for your emotional position relative defending your anti-Nubian stance as it pertains to the people of Kemet. Perhaps you do not know that this debate is about whether Kemet was ethnically Nubian. I stand by the many scholars of various disciplines who maintain that historical contention. I asked the question, who is the original man?

This discussion is not about elevating one race of people over another, but it is a healthy conversation to hear what others have to say on this topic; although I might still disagree when it is all said and done. I believe based on my research that ancient Kemetic people where of a Nubian strain. Sir, that is not racist because other scholars have wrote and authored books and scholarly articles espousing the same. Your argument has been deduced to shallowness and it deconstructs itself because it is more rooted in ignorance and possess little to no content relative to the discussion about Kemet. There is no defense for ignorance. But I would like to have an intelligent conversation with you, if you are serious about debating the history and culture of Kemet. (Reference Anthony Browder: "African Contribution to Civilization").

Fahim A. Knight-El: You are trying to hide behind a non-question that has been answered by scholars over and over again. For example, the native Americans and other ethnic cultures painted their faces and bodies for ritualistic ceremonies and at other times for festive celebrations, i.e., they did this to admonish the Gods, war games, marriages, child birth, honoring the changing solstice, etc., They used elaborate symbols and rituals to honor Ra and Ptah—some of this is covered in the Book "Cometh forth by Day" (the Egyptian Book of the Dead). You are looking at the painting of images from the ethnic racial lens of Eurocentric and White Supremacy and really I should not be even be dignifying this type of racist nonsense. Kemet due to racial miscegenation by external nations and after many outside invasions from the Romans, Greeks, Turks, Arabs, Italians, and Phoenicians, etc. took on an entirely new racial identity and classification.

This phenomena came much later in the history of Kemet, which we witness Kemet ethnically transition from a Nubian society into a lighter skinned mulatto people that resembled the Arab imposters who occupies modern Egypt today (they are not the original people). But they the Arabs are new people along with the religion of Islam they brought to Kemet. Now, the Zionist Jews have even further confused the ethnicity of these people in this equation who presently live in North Africa and the so-called Middle East as being Semitic (a mix race of Mediterranean region people) and languages, but fail to tell you that these people are Johnny-come-lately inhabitants of that region and has little kinship with original Nubians who occupied Kemet of yesterday (refer to “Destruction of Black Civilization” by Dr. Chancellor Williams). Your argument has no validity. Once again the Caucasian history only goes back 6,000 years. (Reference: Chancellor Williams: “Destruction of Black Civilization).

Rapunzel stated: You haven't answered my questions at all except to assert, without any evidence that the colours the Egyptians painted on the walls was due to some ritual practice which you have not been able to identify.

I suppose this is a better excuse than the Afro-Centrist view I have heard which says that white archaeologists went round repainting all the figures on the tomb paintings!

I have never said or even inferred that the Egyptian civilisation was Caucasian. You are the one who seems to be obsessed with race not I. You seem to think that humanity is composed of only two types of people: African blacks and white Caucasians and if the Egyptians are not black then they must be Caucasian. I know of no-one else who views the history of the human race in the rather strange way.

My mindset is not shaped by a Euro centric ideology; it is shaped by what can be observed and proved. As for your authorities, apart from two amateurs from the 19th century, they appear to be Afro-centrists who parrot the same line. It may have become fashionable in some academic circles to pander to these views due to fear of being labelled a racist but in my opinion this is craven cowardice. Facts are facts no matter how much they upset some people.

The ancient Egyptians clearly distinguished Nubians in their art. Why do you think they did this? The ancient Egyptians appear to have been a Mediterranean type people with an admixture of black genes which is what would be expected. They were not racist and the colour of the skin was not important to them. The most important thing was to be Egyptian. What modern Egyptians are is not the issue and need not be discussed.

Fahim A. Knight-El: Racism is a mindset that considers black people as a group as being inferior to whites because of physical (‘genotypical’ and ‘phenotypical’) traits. The racist further believes that these physical traits are detriments of social behavior and moral or intellectual qualities, and ultimately presumes that this inferiority is a legitimate basis for inferior social treatment of black people in society.

Dr. Asa Hilliard who authored book titled, “Reawakening of the African Mind” stated, “mental bondage is invisible violence. Formal physical slavery has ended in the United States. Mental slavery continues to this present day. This slavery affects the minds of all people and, in one way, it is worst than physical slavery alone. That is, the person who is in mental bondage will self-contained. Not only will that person fail to challenge beliefs and patterns of thought which control him, he will defend and protect those beliefs and patterns of thought virtually with his last dying effort.”

You keep mentioning a so-called Mediterranean type people; could you please give us the ethnic and racial classification of these people. When I last checked Kemet (Egypt) sits on the African continent only a small portion borders the Mediterranean Sea. There is no such thing or unless you are grouping the people of Greece, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Israel, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Lebanon, etc., under one ethnicity and one racial classification, which you call Mediterranean people. This assertion is ridiculous and has no bearing on how these people of these sovereign nations identify themselves. Egypt is in Africa and it has always been in Africa, what part of that geography that you do not understand. (Reference: Asa Hilliard; “Reawakening of the African Mind” ).

Rapunzel stated: There is evidence of very ancient man in Pakistan and Asia and there is no agreement between scientists as to where the original humans came from whether they arose in one place and spread out or whether they arose in several places at more or less the same time. Perhaps you should read more.

Even if mankind originated in Africa as you maintain how do we know that these humans had black skin? Chimpanzees live in Africa and have pale skin but are protected by their layers of hair. Early man also had layers of hair so it's not unreasonable to question the colour of skin that early man had.

It depends what you mean by "history" and what you mean by "Caucasian". Are you saying there were no humans at all in Europe until 6000 years ago?

You are trying to explain away the contradiction between the paintings the Egyptians made of themselves and your belief that the ancient Egyptians were black. I am quite aware that some cultures have painted colourful designs onto their bodies for various ritualistic reasons but I look forward to your explanation, using ancient sources only, that this is the reason high class Egyptian women were painted yellow/cream. It's noticeable in the paintings that working women were painted slightly darker. Obviously they were forced to be out in the sun a lot whereas wealthy women could stay inside or in the shade.

I'm very familiar with the Book of Coming Forth by Day. Nowhere does it say that whole body colours were changed for ritualistic reasons. You call what I am saying "racist nonsense" but you have provided no proof that the ancient Egyptians were 100% black. Nor have you given me an explanation as to why the Egyptians clearly painted themselves totally different to the way they painted the Nubians.

My argument has validity; yours comes from wishful thinking

Fahim A. Knight-El: Yes, I did reference the Torah and you have not giving anything to refute the testimony. Thus, I gave you the lineage and I am waiting for you to cite your sources and lay out the lineage of the people of Kemet. The Caucasian history only goes back 6000 years. So we do know this much the original people of Kemet were not Caucasians and we further know this much the Nubians have a much older civilization than western man. So what was the likelihood of the people of Kemet being Nubians, as opposed to Caucasians (I know historian Erik Von Daniken said the ancient pyramid builders dropped out of space). Second point: I can point to all the works of Dr. Cheik Anta Diop and Dr. John Jackson's works in which both of these scholars have done monumental work in anthropology, Egyptology, archeology, genetics, race, paleontology, etc. and have verified that Kemet was a Nubian culture. Here is another good source "Destruction of Black Civilization" by Dr. Chancellor Williams. He traced how in Kemet the darker skinned original people were pushed to the south. Now, we also know this much for a fact, the people that occupies Egypt today are Johnnie-come-late imposters along with their Semitic kith and kin those who called themselves Jews. You still did not answer the question, who is the original man? Please stop giving me these abstract—no answers. (Reference: Chancellor Williams: “Destruction of Black Civilization).

Thelonious stated: That book has been widely discredited. Here, for example, is one of many claims that G.M. James' book is fraudulent:

http://www.prometheism.net/euvolution/le...

James's 1954 book 'Stolen Legacy' is a deliberate perversion of history to support the false claim that black Egyptians were the true originators of Greek philosophy. James's unsupported theories have been taken as fact by many people unfamiliar with Greek history. - From the above link.

Fahim A. Knight-El: No. I disagree, there is no doubt that Plato, Socrates, Aristotle and many more Greek philosophers who originated Greek philosophy were influenced by the Sages of Kemet either directly or indirectly; there is proof positive that the Greeks stole (or may be the most proper way of saying it is that the Greeks borrowed) a sizable amount of its mythology from ancient Kemet; surely ancient Kemet predated Greek civilization by some thousands of years.

Some white and western academics took issue with the entire Afrocentric movement of the late 1980s and the 1990s. Many Afrocentric intellectuals and scholars used George G.M. James book as one source, which to disapprove an intellectual worldview that was rooted in white supremacy ideology and challenged old norms that advocated that the world evolved around Europe and western civilization.

However James' work predated the Afrocentric movement by 30-40 years and he had garnished a sizable amount of scholarly credibility prior the Afrocentric movement embracing his scholarship.

The Zionist Jews and Black Nationalist scholars were deeply at odds with each other in the early 1990s; in particular after Reverend Jesse Jackson presidential run in 1984, in which Zionist Jews and even Jackson eventually repudiated Minister Louis Farrakhan and falsely labeling him anti-Semitic, but black America who had been accustom to following the dictates of the Zionist Jew, bucked on the Zionist and continued to embrace Minister Farrakhan at the disapproval of Zionist forces (this position furthered the rift).

Also this position angered the Zionist Jews and created a further political, economic and social wedge between two people—Zionist Jews and Blacks who had been traditional allies. These disputes played themselves out on various fronts; in particular after the Nation of Islam Historical Research Department published the controversial book titled, "The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews" (which was adopted by the African centered movement) and right after that the Zionist attacked one of the big named Afrocentric professors from Wellesley College in the New England area named Dr. Tony Martin who dared to use the Nation of Islam book as supplemental reading inside his classroom.

But there were Zionist agents planted in Dr. Martin's classroom who had an objective to disrupt this peaceful academic setting. This event led to Dr. Martin publishing a book titled, "Jewish onslaught" and few a years later his colleague, the Zionist scholar Mary Lefkowitz wrote the book titled, "Not Out Of Africa" which she attacked professor James as a pseudo historian and accused him of fabricating the history of Kemet to favor the Nubians.

Lefkowitz made every attempt to construct Greek and Roman society as being almost independent of Egyptian (she tried to take Egypt out of Africa and place Kemet in the Middle East and ethnically labeled the people as Semites) influence and at best it was perhaps and equal cultural exchange between the two societies and the two European societies were not as interdependent upon Kemet as James maintained.

Mary Lefkowitz felt that James historical accounts were the basis and the premises from which the African-centered theories rested; thus, if she could discredit James this would dismantle the intellectual foundation of the entire African centered movement. James was just one scholar of this intellectual movement and all of his contentions were well cited. There is much more to this, but let me put a pin in this for now. (Reference: Tony Martin: “The Jewish Onslaught”).

RR X Stated: Scholarly? "I make no claims to being a scholar - only that I found it amusing that you would promote an Afrocentric theory by using authors who claimed Egypt for the white man, as your proof that Egypt was exclusively Nubian. I mentioned India and last time I checked that wasn't in Europe."

Fahim A Knight-El: If the Afrocentric is speaking the truth; then truth is the truth. It does not matter who the truth teller is, ethnic or racial factor or variable do not lend more credibility relative to a fact of truth. Thus, your above comment further predisposed your unwillingness to consider scholars and their scholarship just because you have placed the label "Afrocentric" subtly implying and with the inference that this is something negative and not worthy of intellectual consideration.

RR X Stated: "You claim to be a scholar yet you don't seem to be aware that Knight and Lomas were writing that Hiram Abiff was a real person in history because they claimed to have found his mummy - this does not support your Osiris analysis. Knight and Lomas also have a book out called 'Uriel's Machine' where they argue that all sciences had their root in Western Europe - a position which does not correspond to your Khemit hypotheses"

Fahim A Knight-El: Whether Knight and Lomas consider Hiram Abiff as a real person or not, it is inconsistent with the Masonic teachings of the majority Grand Masonic Lodges and their Jurisdictions within the United States, in particular within the Ancient Free and Accepted Masonic body and the Prince Hall (Free and Accepted Masons). Now! I have access to many official Masonic Monitors from both the Scottish Rite and the York Rite side and I have been involved in Masonic research for a very long time. Speculative Masonry and all Masonry teach and view the story of Hiram Abiff as a SYMBOLIC and MYTHOLOGICAL figure. Moreover, the character is inconsistent with the biblical interpretation and every Master Mason that is raised in the Masonic ritual is taught that fact. There is a biblical Hiram described as Hiram of Tyree, but this is not the Masonic Hiram; yet this Hiram is spoken about within mythical legend of the building of King Solomon Temple. All the major Masonic Historians ranging from Manly P. Hall, Albert Pike, Albert Mackey, etc., teaches that Hiram Abiff is a symbolic character. Where did they find the mummy in Kemet? Perhaps it is King Hiram of Tyree (to separate Masonic individuals). (JSM Ward; “Who is Hiram Abiff”).

RR X Stated: "YOU claimed that Blavatsky traced everything to Egypt in Isis Unveiled yet the passage YOU quoted if YOU bothered to read the rest of the page said that Egypt and Ethiopia were colonized from India. I'm not saying if that is true only highlighting how your scholarship decided to stop reading after you felt your point had been proven. If YOU bothered to check just the contents page of that book you could have verified everything I said (that is of course if you have the book and weren't just parroting someone else’s work). I read the Blavatsky passage that was provided and the following sentences contradicted what YOU claimed it said. That is poor scholarship if it can even be called that"

Fahim A Knight-El: Yes: I quoted Madam H.P. Blavatsky words accurately and precisely relative to her comment about Egypt (Kemet) feeding and enlighten the world in culture. The quote is not out of context nor have I added anything to Blavatsky words. However, if you wanted to make a different scholarly argument that is your right and prerogative. The original Dravidians inhabited India long before the imposters that occupy India to today. No, doubt India and China are ancient civilizations (I am surprised to hear a Eurocentric at least admonish that point). But Kemet (Egypt) has the oldest recorded civilization known to humanity. Yes, the Nubians. We reject the Greek names of Egypt and Ethiopian—these are the names giving by the colonizers. (Reference: Madam H.P. Blavatsky; “Isis Unveiled”).

RR X Stated: Nobody said Egypt was in the middle east. lol."

Your inferences were good enough for me because many of the Eurocentric scholars have suspended Kemet (Egypt) in the so-called Middle East and your argument defense resemble the mindset of your brothers.

"I never denied that. I only pointed out that the authors you cited (like Blavatsky) stated that Egypt also either borrowed or was influenced. Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva predates Osiris, Horus, Isis."

Fahim A Knight-El: REALLY!: You did not cite any proof of your claim; I have given you many references and sources for all of my contentions; on almost EVERY POINT I made there is a citation and scholarly documentation. You are writing just to sooth your large ego. WHAT IS YOUR ARGUMENT? PLEASE STATE YOUR POSITION, but right now you are just taking a reactionary position.

RR X Stated: "For a so called scholar her knowledge of ancient Greece was not of a particularly high standard and she should refrain from any Masonic comments in future as she clearly doesn't know what she's talking about. My argument is not the same as hers because I never stated my argument. I am not denying the Egyptian influences within Christianity, Ancient Greece or Rome only your statements of Egypt being the beginning point."

Fahim A Knight-El: You will not get an argument from me on that point. We are in agreement about Mary Leftkowitz inept and her poor Masonic worldview. Amen! (Reference: Mary Leftkowitz; “Not Out of Africa”).

"RR X Stated: "Let me now state the main problems with your research - it's nothing new. If you bothered to check this site before posting you will have already seen how citing Kersey Graves won't go far. The solar mythos has been argued a million times on this site (and I actually agree that Christ is a composite character). And the scholars you cited will hold no weight as they are theosophists and Freemasons who have always been using opposing arguments to Christians. It seems to me that you've only recently come across this information and field of research as your article is not very well thought out and the scholarship is poor. You probably recently came across Zeitgeist."

Fahim A Knight-El: This was the most laughable and ridiculous point you made. Let me start by saying this THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN. The majority of every thought, thread, idea, philosophy, etc., on the site is just recycled information, but that does not compromise intellectually credibility. For example, what might be old information to you could be new information to someone who has not heard or come in contact with a source of information. So, the terms "Old and "New" is RELATIVE. You are really funning; you stated: "You probably recently came across Zeitgeist." Really! Will not dignify the comment.

You got to come better than what you are presenting, which is nothing but a recycle Eurocentric argument

Bendoon stated: Germany pays around 1 million Euros a year to Israel 64 years after WW2, a child born today in Germany will be paying towards this compensation as soon as they start work in 16 to 20 years time.

How absurd is that, that people who weren't even alive when a crime was commited will have to pay compensation when all the victims will be dead.

Only Jews could dream up such a disgraceful scam.

Whats the difference between that and African Americans asking for compensation for slavery ? none except slavery was a lot longer in the past.

Fahim A. Knight-El: Reparations as a topic is very close to my heart as an African American and as a descendent of slaves. But here are a few brief thoughts that I have on the topic and perhaps someone on this enlightened forum need to write something in depth on the topic of Reparations. We will never back down from such a discussion. Chattel Slavery wasn’t anything created in Hollywood, it was the real deal and this movement isn’t based on a historical hoax nor is it an unjust financial shakedown.

We as Africans of the Diaspora and the descendants who survived the most brutal acts of man’s inhumanity to man, have been inspired by our ancestors to seek justice; moreover, our ancestors were kidnapped, raped, robbed, murdered, etc.—Chattel slavery endured from 1619-1865, (although the Transatlantic Slave trade was outlawed in 1807) for 310 years this was an accepted economic arrangement. It was slave labor that built the economic foundation of the United States and the present day white Americans and their European brethrens are the private and corporate beneficiaries of the legacy of slavery. The Reparations Movement is not anti-America, but the majority of Black Americans who are sane and in their right minds views it as a call toward achieving historical justice and righting a historical wrong.

Reparations; We as Africans of the Diaspora and the descendants indeed survived the most brutal acts of mans inhumanity to man, thus, there are many around the country that have been inspired by our ancestors to seek justice. Moreover, our African ancestors as I stated above were kidnapped, raped, robbed, murdered, etc., and it was slave labor that built the economic foundation of the United States and the present day Americans and their European counterparts such as: Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy, etc. All of these European nations were the beneficiaries of this forced labor arrangement and should be mandated by the United Nations to pay reparations to African-Americans based on their participation in the Transatlantic Slave Trade and the Middle Passage. All the said nations are the private and corporate beneficiaries of the legacy of slavery and this much is undeniable.

The reparations movement is based on a proposed solution of correcting a historical wrong and amending that wrong by compensating the descendants of this human tragedy. The majority of American scholars such as Kenneth Stamp, Stanley Elkins, Herbert Aptheker, John Hope Franklin, W.E.B. Dubois, etc., agree that blacks in this country (in the United States and the Americas) arrived as slaves and the present generation of blacks is here based on that historical tragedy. Yet, we are 150 years removed from slavery and although, the topic of Reparations has been echoed throughout American History and for the most part it has stalled because blacks lack the political lobby and the financial wither-all too seriously sway this racist nation to engage in a serious conversation relative to the Reparations debate.

President Bill Clinton was prepared to issue African Americans in this country an official United States Governmental apology for the wrongs of slavery in the 1990s, but it was later deemed politically expedient for the president to remain quiet on such topic and not issue Africans an official government apology. I assume his legal advisors, advised him not to do this because this admission of guilt perhaps could be used by Africans in their legal quest for Reparations and legally hold America liable to pay Africans living in America a 150 year old outstanding debt.

The Southern Baptist, a predominantly white Christian association, a few years ago had the humanity and the proper spirit of God to admit the wrongdoings of the Christian church in slavery. They did not go to the grave yard and issue this apology to the dead, which would have been partially suffice, but the church issued the apology to the living ancestors of those who lived and died under the evil institution of slavery.

U.S. Representative John Conyers, a Democrat of Michigan (presently chairman of the Judicial Committee) has introduced into Congress a Reparations Bill titled H.R. 40, which is in theory, is a fact finding committee offered to study the possibility of Reparations for the descendents of Africa. Chattel Slavery still remains the greatest crime that was ever committed against humanity. The United States Congress recently issued black descendents of slaves a weak official governmental apology, but made no offer to repair the historical damage.

In reality, we do not need a fact finding committee, here we are the sons and daughters of Africa who have been robbed of the knowledge of self, snatched from our native land, made inferior, unjustly persecuted, destroyed our family bonds, etc., in the name of greed and capitalism.

Throughout the history of black America there have been movements and leaders that took up the fight to advocate for Reparations. For example, Marcus Garvey, the black nationalist and founder of the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA), W.E.B. Dubois and his Pan-African Congress Movement, Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam, Paul Cuffee, a Boston ship builder who was one of the earliest exponents of the Back to Africa Movement, The Christian ministers Martin Delaney and Henry Highland Garnett, etc., also were early exponents of the Reparations Movement.

They all either in aggressive politics or passive politics did raise the question of Reparations for the African descendents of those who suffered under chattel slavery. Randall Robinson, the former Executive Director of TransAfrica, a political lobbyist group that advocates on behalf of the interest of Africa in Congress wrote perhaps one the most definitive books on the subject of Reparations titled, "The Debt: What America Owes to Blacks", which explores and names the public and private companies and their present day subsidiaries that were financially and corporately historically tied to Chattel Slavery.

For example, it was slave labor that brought untold wealth to Phillip Morris Brothers Tobacco, J.R. Reynolds Tobacco, Ligget and Myers Tobacco, American Tobacco, which allowed the Dukes to accumulate, as well as other private and corporate entities untold financial wealth. The United States Government and private U.S. corporations are guilty of being active participants and collaborators in the slave trade; moreover, no amount of money could ever repair the irreparable damage that was perpetrator against black humanity. Slavery was the greatest act of negligence ever committed on one race of people and all those who played a part are considered financially liable.

The only thing they initially said that we were legally entitled to was 40 Acres and a Mule. If our great, great, great grandparents did not receive this promise yesterday, then the debt still remains outstanding. It is then still owed by the federal government to the African descendants of America. There is a way to determine if your ancestor was a slave and if they ever received their land and a mule. If they did not, then that is a debt owed by the U.S. Government in 2009. Could you imagine the value of 40 acres of land and all monetary interest that has compounded.

I am a supporter of Reparations and view it as just cause, but not withstanding the reparations movement has had both its internal and external critics from both the white community and the black community and there appear not to be any happy medium. (Reference: Randal Robinson: “The Debt: What America Owes Blacks”).

Bendoon stated: What a load of ignorant self centered, self pitying crap. People have suffered just as much through all history, last century 70 million Chinese were killed by their own Government as were 30 million Russians. Why don't you just drop the self pity, like Bill Cosby said it just holds you back, blaming someonelse for all your problems.

Fahim A. Knight-El: The Russians and the Chinese (the Russians have Russia and Chinese has China) were not robbed from the base of their feet to crown of their head. They have a common culture, language, and land. You are truly missing the point and your argument is very emotional. We lost over 50 million Africans during the Transatlantic Slave Trade and the Middle Passage and there was no system of evil that was comparative to Chattel Slavery (1555-1865), which lasted for 310 years (three centuries). This was one of the greatest criminal acts ever recorded anywhere in human history. Thus, because of this tragedy hundreds of millions of African people have been scattered throughout the Diaspora and are lost to the knowledge of self. When you rob a people of their language and land, it is the basic ingredient for culture destruction and it cuts them off from a tradition that is rooted in the power of memory and which is design to give them a historical reference point that connects them to something much bigger than themselves.

Slavery emasculated that sovereign right to Africa and now people of African dissent are left scattered as vagabonds of France, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, United States, (alien nations and cultures), etc. Bill Cosby is one voice and he is entitled to his opinion, but our ancestors are crying out for justice and we have the job, duty and responsibility to never allow ourselves nor the historical perpetrators to overlook this human tragedy in name of trying to minimize the social, political and economic damage caused by Chattel Slavery; by espousing ignorance and using glossy diversionary tactics to confuse the issue. We must have an honest conversation about race and racism and allow the chips to fall as they may. I hope this response clarifies for you our position and we are not dealing from a basis of emotionalism. (Reference: Walter Rodney: “How Europe Under Developed Africa”).

Bendoon stated: Arabs took far more slaves from Africa than Europeans ever did, over a far longer period. They castrated the men and used the women as sex slaves. What about the Jewish slave ship owners ? When you start asking them for reparations you might get some respect. Till then you are just a working a scam on whitey, an easy target.

Fahim A. Knight-El: This is what you do not understand. You have to at first admit that Chattel Slavery did take place and once you can get out of this state of denial and admit we have problem; thus, only then can we pursue a possible course towards a solution. This much of your argument is valid, which is yes the Arabs under Islam in the 8th Century created the Trans-Sahara slave trade and they transported Africans across Africa into the Middle East as slaves and they are guilty and in complicit of slavery by also dispossessing Africa and its people of their humanity. But Islamic missionaries and Arab slave makers based on the principles of the Qur'an had a very different form and system of slavery (their slavery was not equivalent to Chattel Slavery) than the Christian missionaries.

For example, you might find a Senegalese Muslim from West Africa and although Islam is not the indigenous faith, however you can see that these people that accepted Islam did not lose their historical and cultural reference point. But the infusion of their African culture is well intact and interacts side by side with Islam. Islam did not destroy or wipeout many of the African customs and traditions. Thus, in many ways it complimented African folkways, mores', values, customs, traditions, etc. Yes, the Arabs are part of the reparations equations and they too are guilty of raping and robbing Africa in the name of Islam. Yes, the Jews were African slave merchants, brokers and financiers of the African Slave Trade and they too are part of the reparations equation. The Nation of Islam historical Research Department published one of the most definitive books on the Jewish involvement in the African Slave Trade titled, "The Secret Relationship between Blacks and Jews".

Last but not least, African nations themselves who worked in alliance with the Europeans who captured Africans from the Hinterlands and sold them to the slave merchants are also part of the reparations equation. I do not know where you are getting your information, but you are truly misinformed about what the reparation movement entails. It is not just an inclusive movement aimed at financially shaking down Europeans. Money is just a portion, but there is much more to this tragedy than just financial compensation. Black America had a Gross National Product (GNP) over 800 billion dollars last year, which would make us the 12th or 13th richest nation on earth, if we were a sovereign independent nation. So you are not talking about a people who do not have the ability to do for themselves. Sir, this is about legal justice and fostering this issue on the table of the United Nations as a human rights violation and eventually pushing it all the way to the world courts. Now! I am not in the business of continuing to argue with ignorance. (Reference: Edward W. Blyden; “Christianity, Islam and the Negro Race”).

Rapunzel stated: No you didn't. You gave me the mythical lineage from the Hebrew Bible. I don't know; neither do you nor do we know who the "original woman" was, if there was one. It has never been proved that mankind originated from just two people.

I am trying to say that the Egyptians were not exclusively Black, nor were they Caucasians, if by that you mean white. The world is not divided between black and white you know. Were the ancient African Libyans black? They were painted as paler skins than the Egyptians. The Egyptians did not represent themselves as black though some of them undoubtedly had some black blood in them. One of the Mentuhotep pharaohs was married to a Nubian princess. The Egyptians were not racist and married into numerous different peoples.

Around 730 BC Egypt was invaded by Nubia and a line of Nubian pharaohs took over for 75 years

Fahim A. Knight-El: I have answered your questions over and over again. I have deconstructed the first fallacy that you have implied relative to the inference that ancient Kemet was Caucasian, which is the covert root of your argument and you are attempting to use intellectual distractions to shield a mindset that has been shaped by Eurocentric ideology. I have given you facts, but you insist upon giving us undocumented rhetoric. Here are my sources.
