The established power structures lack the incentives to respond quickly enough to deal with the challenges that face our world. They would rather exploit the coming changes and tighten their grip of control. The existing political parties are too entwined with the status quo to make the necessary progressive reforms. We are left with no real alternatives at the polling station. Our civil liberties are disappearing at an alarming rate. Unless we pull together now we may not have another opportunity. Fortunately, at the moment, we are not powerless. We are prisoners of disorganisation rather than circumstance. Internet campaigns are free and guerrilla marketing is extremely effective. The parasitic elite are laughing at our inability to use the pile of weapons in front of us while they quietly steal them away.

Below is a few suggestions for a radical progressive manifesto. Feel free to change it in any way before you forward it on. By doing this you will ensure that your suggestions for the manifesto will be recorded before they are changed by somebody else and everybody who gets this email will have access to it. Once we have everybody's suggestions we can collate them and produce a detailed poll to establish what will and won't be included. Then the real fun will begin..

These are some suggestions for points to consider for the manifesto (feel free to change/add to them before emailing on)

Removing the right for banks to create money from thin air - the government will be given this right.

Enormous investment in renewable energy and sustainable farming - getting ahead of the curve

End to artificial scarcity - sharing legal - no such thing as intellectual property - rewarded through charity and future government investment.

A switch from an economics predicated on our inate greed and self-interest to one where charity and cooperation is assumed. It's a self fulfilling prophecy.

Predominantly non-interventionist foreign policy - conquer others through aid - be so helpful to others that people will emulate us rather than seek to destroy us - residual army for defensive purposes only

Referendum must be called before any aggressive move

A hierarchy of currencies from local towns to national

Work less community/family more
4 day week - with the 5th day being a designated community day (work would be done but for free and for the benefit of the community)

Massive disincentives for large families / incentives for fostering or not having children - encouragement of education for women around the world

Reestablishment of civil liberties

Decriminalisation of psychoactives

Mass-deprogramming
This would be achieved by teaching propaganda techniques, comparative mythology, depth psychology, alternative economics to children at school

Absolute transparency of government- and increased interaction with the populace through technology - perhaps even to the point where the whole government is open source and there are no full time politicians

Discouragement of corruption and encouragement of the selfless to enter politics -
Every politician should be paid at the average wage of their constituency.
They must give up all ownership of any income generating organisations or assets.
They will never be allowed to own more than the average wealth of their constituents.

Every moment information streams in from the dimension above. It affects this dimension at a subatomic level when a quantum wave collapses. Most of the time the information is either cancelled out by the stability of inert matter or the chaos of high energy matter. The human brain, being poised upon the edge of chaos, has the potential to amplify this information and raise the level of influence it has on the universe.

Certain individuals of particular disposition, genetics and training have a heightened ability to feel this influx of spirit. In the past they were the sooth sayers, the prophets, wise men, shamans and mystics. Then religions codified the practices and set up social structures designed to assist in the amplification of the spirit. Unfortunately the political power of the social structures was hijacked and people lost faith.

At this point a group of people came up with an idea. They would close all off all paths for the spirit to express itself through humanity apart from through them. They did so by discrediting the idea of the spirit itself and all religious thinking. They then worked on instilling as much base emotions in the masses as possible. The fear, greed, hate and ignorance generated was then a further barrier to the spirit. To add irony to insult they then proceeded to use myths and metaphor, the techniques of religion, to suppress the population with propaganda and advertising. They also use rituals through out their secret societies. Is it just a coincidence that those with the most power are the ones most interested in magic and ritual?

If you imagine a dam with a powerful river behind it. The situation before they seized control was similar to a dam with lots of different holes. The holes are the people connected to the spirit and the water trickling through them the spirit. By closing up all the other holes around them the secret societies forced the water to flow through their own holes far more powerfully than before.

With a monopoly on communication with the dimension above they proceeded to hold it to ransom. They made society do the higher dimension's bidding only if they were rewarded royally. Where as before the gifts of the spirit were spread amongst everybody; now only they would benefit. They kidnapped the holy spirit. With out the spirit flowing through them the masses had even less reason to believe in its existence. These elite felt secure in their position and proceeded with their plans for world and then dimensional domination. This is where we are now.

Whether you believe that the higher dimension is the domain of God, Gods, Aliens, spirits or simply the will of the universe we all have the potential to connect with it. It is our birthright.

These people are playing a dangerous game. As we get ever closer towards 2012 the rate of the water hitting the dam increases. The dimension above is not happy with the status quo. Small coincidence after small coincidence the spirit is engineering a coup. When the time is right an explosion will rip across the dam and our connections with the fate of the universe will be renewed. We must assist in setting up the small fault lines and be ready to play our part in the revolution.

Before the elite can seize control of the world they will use a period of chaos to prime us for it. They aim to create as much fear and panic as possible so that the populace welcomes them with open arms. The credit crunch and swine flu are nothing in comparison. This will be our moment of greatest danger but also our window of opportunity. Be prepared. We've got a dam to bust open.

As I grew up and I came to be aware of the world around me and history before me I felt repulsed by the suffering they contained. I surmised that there must be some sort of secret evil society running the world from behind the scenes who are responsible for it all. On reading a little conspiracy literature I found that I was not alone. This new world order is being blamed for every problem the world faces. Conspiracy theorists blame them for wars, diseases and famines. If they could they might even blame them for the existence of death itself and complete the foursome.

Let's assume that the conspiracy theorists are right and that there is a secret cabal orchestrating world affairs. Firstly, who am I to judge them? They have access to vastly more information than me and it is highly likely that they are misinforming me on key issues. With no reliable evidence to go on how can I make a meaningful judgement on their ethics? I have to at least admit the possibility that they are acting with our best interests at heart.

I mean, these guys, according to the conspiracies, have been running things for a long long time. Surely, they are then the best qualified people for the job. No other group of people has thousands of years of practice at maintaining control and order. There are many example through out history of the people uprising and over throwing corrupt evil tyrants but not so many of benevolent dictators. Their longevity suggests that they are at the very least parasitic rather than cancerous. If a small number of families have maintained their power base for thousands of years then I for one would be impressed.

Sure, there are wars, famine and diseases. However, that does not mean that there is more than there would be if we were left to run things ourselves. We are useless at organising ourselves and taking responsibility for our actions. As consumers, voters and donators we have an enormous amount of collective power yet we fail to utilise it. If there was an evil parasitic society behind the scenes I seriously doubt our ability to band together and defeat them despite the fact we would out number them massively. It's this inability to organise ourselves that I see all around me that makes me believe that we'd benefit from strong central control. I think true democracy would make long term planning very difficult. I'm not sure if I want to be governed by those that appeal to the lowest common denominator.

You've got to admire their brazenness. The Neo-cons spoke publicly about their belief in the idea of the noble lie. The idea being that it is OK to lie to the population because they are incapable of looking after themselves. So, a group of people that stated that they lie and will continue to do so were then elected in a democratic election. This act of stupidity of the populace only strengthened their belief in the noble lie. It's like they are so confident in their ability to manipulate us that they give us all the weapons with which to take them down and carry on about their day. We vote for their puppets, buy their products, focus on their distractions and accept their money. All the while confirming their belief that we are utterly incompetent. Well, I can see their point and their panache.

One often cited reason for demonising them is the idea that they have or will make decisions that do not value human life or suffering enough. Let's take population control as an example. A common idea is that these evil elite are going instigate some sort of mass genocide in order to bring the population down to a manageable level. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to notice that there are far too many of us on this planet yet we still continue to reproduce like rabbits. It's not inconceivable that there might come a point where controlled population reduction might be the lesser of two evils when compared to the chaos created by over population and diminishing resources. It's certainly not a decision that I would like to make but that is what leaders are for. If we all practised a little restraint we could prevent them from having to make the decision in the first place. In essence I am suggesting that is our misbehaviour that creates the need for them to make hard life or death decisions. Regardless of whether they exist or not we should try to avoid having to face those situations.

The story goes that we are distracted by a bombardment of material wealth, comfort and sensory stimulation from the true reality that we are slaves in a totalitarian state with only the illusion of freedom. So, let me get this straight, the idea is that there is a group of people that are working towards maximising our enjoyment of the world and make all of the major decisions for us. Not only that, but they will make (some of) us feel like we are actually in control by sitting back and pretending they don't even exist. Am I meant to think that this is a bad thing? I fail to see how this is a dytopian vision. All we have to is behave ourselves, chill out and wait for the goodies. Spoil me into submission baby.

OK, so is that a undignified way to live? It is if you imagine yourself coerced into it. However, it feels a lot different if you sign up for the program and embrace being a member of the new world order. At the moment we're getting close to a one world currency and behind it a world bank. A one world government if you like. It's not being done secretly. It's all been announced. If you can't beat 'em join them..

People are looking towards alternative financial systems and governmental systems as potential solutions to these problems. I think that it is not the systems that are at fault but our tendency to frame our decisions in terms of the system. Let me explain...
