    Go out and learn how to carve your own wands out of driftwood kids. It’s more satisfying to make your own and feel more connected to it than something purchased. A wand doesn’t make this wizard, it’s the other way around.

      Here again we have an attempt to debunk the chemtrail op via a sort of ruse. It’s an appeal based on “academic literature” that is almost entirely theoretical and emanating from perhaps the single most “paranoid” source of information – academia. I live in a college town and know many tenured or hoping to be tenured professors. The “hoping-to-be’s” are humorously known as “expectant mothers.” If you want to see them get that deer in the headlights look bring up anything like 9/11, chemtrails, ancient Welsh presence and Ogham inscriptions in America, or anything else that steps outside the “accepted mainstream.” 99.9 percent of them would rather fart in church than challenge academic canon of the day, and since the chemtrail op is tagged with the “national security” exclusion it is a very, very hot potato with the penalties for intellectually tampering with it similar to say what the consequences would have been for publicly revealing or hinting about the Manhattan Project in its day. Some brave souls “talk” anyway as seen below.

      I first became aware of chemtrail-y looking things in the sky in 1999 when there first appeared the relatively small, patchy “tic-tac-toe” figures in the sky. They were being laid often southeast of my farmette and would only take up, say, 5 percent of the visible sky. I looked up online what was going on and was led to the reasonable assumption that these were military experiments with bouncing radar “over the horizon” by way of ducting and reflectance. That sounded reasonable enough, and I didn’t think much more about it. However, in 2000 after Bush assumed office the tic-tac-toe figures went from small to filling up the entire sky, and you began to see real weather modification happening on a large scale. That’s when the sh*t hit the sky so to speak.

      “According to New Scientist, the plan would involve increasing the density of the ionosphere, the layer of the Earth’s atmosphere that reflects radio waves and allows for long-distance communications. This would be achieved through launching scores of tiny satellites known as Cubesats, which would carry cutting-edge plasma bombs that release vaporized metals into the atmosphere when detonated. The resulting clouds of metallic vapor would then be able to better reflect radio waves and deflect solar radiation, improving the communications abilities of armed forces.”

      Notice the “deflect solar radiation” sandwiched in to the explanation in such a way as to imply that the deflecting of solar radiation is for the sole purpose of “improving communications” instead of combating global warming. It demonstrates just how ticklish the subject of aerosol geoengineering in the atmosphere has become and how public awareness of the chemtrail op has forced a slow and deceptive conditioning process that comes from several different angles.

      It would now appear that the conditioning process is going to be “top down” starting with the trial balloon of releasing metalized aerosols into the ionosphere where the public perception is that things up there are almost in “outer space” where all sorts of hellacious conditions begin to rule anyway, so what’s the harm. The information managers will then gradually work the story down to where it takes place in the habitable zone where we all carry on with living or try to and where the operation has already been going on for 16 years.
