  1. CNN’s Crisis Actors
The shrill “Pete Santilli Show” is barely watchable, but this particular episode was a bit mind blowing. I bumped into this some months ago in the Youtube sidebar while watching a Chesky binaural audio.
You have to hang in there a bit and endure the noise and snark – the first woman in the dyed blond wig is too sketchy for comparison – but the other three women filmed and briefly interviewed hanging about the Boston Marathon bombing scene and Sandy Hook scene are the same women. Rather creepy I must say.
Now let’s all sit at the table like rational people and discuss the ramifications without calling each other nasty little names.

    1. Nope. Just Nope.
The idea of crisis actors is a fairy tale told to conspiracy theorists in order to curb a logical and sensible reaction to gun violence.

After the tragedies occur, people are immediately shouting “HOAX” before any information is available.

That is how I KNOW the hoax claims – every single one that I’ve heard so far – are just Hogwash Garbage theories made up by simple minded people.

Also – my first cousin’s roommate was killed by the Boston Bombers.
And people say he was a crisis actor. Other people say he was in on it.

All I know is, if you get 10 conspiracy theorists in the same room, they will eat each other alive trying to prove their unique version of events. Each one will hold onto their BS theories as sacrosanct.

Just like Christians – they all have their own version of their religion – and everyone else is wrong.

      Nope – you’re just simple.

  2. The Great Escape Plan
Wow, I can’t believe Newsweek published that article! It is a general rule of thumb though that the 1% that are capitalizing on the “pyramid scheme” is the same 1% that is able to start over again when the scam collapses. It’s called sustainability!

Kinda makes you wanna cuss don’t it? Swearing has been proven to help reduce physical and emotional pain. Not sure it’s a sign of intelligence though. I once made my son come up with 20 synonyms for the word ass. Surprisingly, it’s not that difficult:

bum, tush, tail, derriere, backside, behind, bottom, gluteus maximus, part-that-got-over-the-fence-last, …

    1. Mars Has No Bars
I can think of no more appropriate fate for a class of self-perceived elites than to consign them to a hell hole like Mars. Good luck “reconstructing an Earth” on Mars of all places. I’ll take a sinking ship over no ship at all any time.

  3. the news us strong with this one.
Laws: Actually, not riding a horse drunk is probably a good idea.

Trees: *wakes up* *walks to front door to get the morning paper* *opens door and sees a tree that wasn’t there last night* *closes door*

Sandy Hook: If you are the kind of disgusting person (Alex Jones) that harrasses these families and theorizes that it was an inside job our whatever, than you should be grateful a tragedy like this hasn’t befallen you because when it does you will change your attitude. I hope the shameless bastards who are continuing to abuse the families of this and any tragedy realize that the majority of the world hates you and that if I was your employer or future employer, not only would I fire you but I would make sure it was plastered all over the internet that you should never be hired again. Acting like a spoiled 12 year old is one thing, but this takes it too far. I think every one of the bastards who attack these families should be arrested. You pieces of grand shit!

North Carolina: Yes that us why Trump is winning, stupid small towns filled with Southern bumpkins. Although it’s not just in the South. I can’t pin the blame on all Republicans because many do not support Trump. This is the same crowd that once cheered on Sarah Palin. I bet the majority if this town’s population is over 60, and probably moist will be dead in a few years. Sorry but as someone who lives in a small town where most if the elderly are the foolish ones, I have seen some things. Only my town is smart enough to realize that solar isn’t deadly and even our local church has solar on its roof. Maybe that’s what they should do, stick solar on the church in this town. If they truly believe that solar is deadly then they will be afraid of entering the church, but will have to worship and you know they want to. A paradox.

Be strong RPJ you must. For comes out soon, the movie does.

    1. In agreeance
I just wanted to voice my support of your thoughts.

It seems like there are a lot of people calling everything that happens a “Hoax”.

But I’m convinced it is just like 5 dudes in the NRA – and everyone else are just a bunch of repeaters. A group of Sheeple.

  4. Gluten intolerance
“Gluten Free” is just another marketing tool to sell rubbish to people who can’t think for themselves and believe it has something to do with some natural organic BS.

    lol

    1. Uh, no – gluten intolerance
Uh, no – gluten intolerance is formally recognized by the medical profession now. “Leaky gut” syndrome is no joke if you happen to be susceptible. Ironically, old cranks are more susceptible.

      1. Copyright Insanity
The whole copyright insanity that has been formally codified into travesties such as the TPP is going to bite itself in the ass fairly quickly as many “owners” of the things imaged “want” their stuff displayed online with abandon – it’s free advertising. Can you imagine Pinterest having to obtain copyright privileges for everything posted on it? My products have been put up on Pinterest by my customers without my permission, and I would be nuts to demand such copyright – it’s free advertising. The online image copyright laws are just a stealth entree into more widespread censorship of the internet.

This is actually what they want:

        1. Copyright and the Twice Dead Child
And here is a curious example of the selective use of copyright and
an example of how the media recycles images for propagandistic purposes. Noah Pozner was said to have been one of the victims of Sandy Hook, but one of his Facebook photos has been recycled to be included in the victims photo collage mural of a Pakistan bombing. Same child, same jacket, same shirt, same everything. Curiously, the father of the child has issued copyright warnings against using the child Facebook image, but has made no claims against the same photo being used on a public mural commemorating bombing victims in Pakistan.

          Noah Pozner’s Facebook Photo:

Noah Pozner’s image used falsely in the Pakistan Bombing Memorial:
          https://fellowshipofminds.files.wordpress.com/2015/01/pakistan-taliban-noah.jpg

Some people’s copyright is other people’s “copy right.” It depends on context and what “interests” are being served.

        2. pinterest
The problem I have found with Pinterest is people who take people’s photos and then use said photos to sell their products online. Even if their image is low res, if it doesn’t have a watermark it’s fair game. On another blog I belong too, someone posted about a seller on Amazon selling light switch covers, mouse pads, and posters of all photos they stole off Pinterest. The photographers never gave them permission to do it and were getting no royalties. That isn’t right. As long as it’s posted on Pinterest, Facebook or Twitter it becomes fair game for thieves. So I understand why some people get upset.

This being said I think the copyright issue with videos on YouTube has gone out of hand. That’s why many people are moving to Vimeo, Dailymotion, and Facebook to post videos because it’s harder to track. If a youtuber posts a video and a song happens to be playing the background by a famous artists, suddenly it gets flagged for copyright infringement. That’s ridiculous, the artist should be flattered and it may result in someone buying the song. Plus half the time the artist who sung the song isn’t the person who reports the video. It’s some no name loser who has nothing better to do with life than report videos.

        1. I haven’t the slightest idea.
I haven’t the slightest idea. What concern is that of mine? Most of the people I know who avoid gluten are pre-diabetic or diabetic – half the US population is at least pre-diabetic now. It is no big deal to cut gluten out of the diet if you want to as a precaution. There is nothing in the Constitution demanding that red blooded American eat grains. Pre-diabetics cut way back on grain carbs as a matter of course anyway.

          http://www.diabetes.org/food-and-fitness/food/planning-meals/gluten-free-diets/

        2. gluten
Yes and you can actually develop Celiac’s disease if you continue to cut them out but have no medical reason to do it. People are convinced that cutting it out will cause them to loose weight but that’s not the case. A friend of mine has a no gluten diet and her kids do too. However the children never needed to stop eating gluten medically. Now they have trouble digesting basic foods. So it’s not a wise decision to cut out glutens when you don’t need to. If I recall, this all started years ago when glutens found in dog food from China were causing dogs to get sick and die. Then fools like Dr. Oz convinced everyone they were bad instead of listening to their own doctors. People seem to forget we have lived on this planet for thousands of years without issue and now all of a sudden in this century we are destroying our evolution with nonsense. The rampent corn and wheat allergies caused by Monsanto, suddenly every other child has autism or ADHD, and Celiac’s disease. What the serious fuck?!

          1. I am not about to nanny
I am not about to nanny people about what they put into their bodies and why. People experiment and figure out what works for them. They should most definitely be aware of the potential problems involved in putting gene spliced foods into their bodies though.
As for carbs, I was having blood sugar issues that were remedied by kicking refined sugar and greatly reducing my consumption of carbs. I also sometimes buy gluten free carbs but am not sure that has any extra effect.
There are heritage cultures in the tropics who have existed for many thousands of years without eating grains, so generalizing about “evolution” is not necessarily insightful.

            *******************************

            http://www.care2.com/greenliving/gmos-make-cows-pigs-sick-what-about-humans.html#ixzz3umn4WtNe

“During the film, the crew interviews several farmers, including many cattle farmers and even pig farmers. This group described how their animals were getting sick. Many mother cows were having miscarriages, calves were not growing properly and one farmer simply stated that his cows were agitated. All of this behavior became a pattern after the farmers switched to GMO feed

  5. Speaking of conspiracy theorists
I don’t claim to side with or against anyone on the Sandy Hook or any other theories (mostly because I don’t care), but I want to ask: why does the paranormal community align with and embrace conspiracy theorists? They share little in common, other than that both are dismissed as crazy people by the mainstream.

Conspiracy theorists almost never engage in the paranormal. For example, no Sandy Hook theorists claim that there are ghosts involved. 9/11 theorists never say that the government hired super-psychics to destroy the towers. And if we go with the more dictionary definition of “conspiracy theory”, skeptics sometimes come up with highly convoluted ideas to explain how a medium or a psychic could have cheated when more plausible explanations fail.

I think the paranormal community would gain a lot by distancing itself from conspiracy theorists. A lot of the parapsychologists would probably appreciate that, too.

    1. “why does the paranormal
“why does the paranormal community align with and embrace conspiracy theorists?”

Upon what do you base such an observation? And how can you come up with such crude generalizations as “the paranormal community” or “the conspiracy community?” You cannot just willy-nilly bunch people together like that. Folks do not necessarily run in herds like that.

    2. Intersection of outside topics
You make a fair argument. I think in many cases all these ‘fringe’ topics intersect because people who are interested in conspiracy stuff tend to also be highly receptive to the possibility of what we in our society call ‘paranormal’ phenomena.

Now, ironically, there’s also a lot of infighting and ‘clique’ attitudes in these demographic niches. For example, people who might be interested in cryptozoology might think UFOs are nonsense, and viceversa. Funny how that works…

And, let’s not forget the ‘paranormal’ also deals with a certain level of conspiracy-prone attitude. If you’re into UFOs is very likely you might think the US government is hiding some sensitive information re. the phenomenon. So, if you entertain one conspiracy, it’s very easy to use that as a starting point to entertain others.

BTW welcome to the Grail 🙂

  6. Hoaxers? SMH…
Hoaxers are the new Chicken Little.

When the sky comes down on us all – we have nobody but the Hoaxers to blame for nobody taking the claims seriously.

It is because of the Hoaxers that we won’t be able to have nice things.

    1. What some people call
What some people call conspiracy I call journalism – a now emasculated skill and ethic that has been co-opted by a few monolithic corporations. If you really want to see evidence of blind groupthink, look no further than this compromised and homogenized mechanism. The true “conspiracy” of our time is that crucial information is being repressed by mainstream media organs; and nearly everybody knows it by now. That is one “conspiracy” that nearly everyone I know endorses.
