not creepy at all, i would actually like to see a movie about this guy (A.I. doesn't count)
...I forgot how I got here but everyone seems to be heading off in that direction. I hope someone brought food. I have a feeling this is going to be a long journey................

David's "I'm fully functional" line immediately reminded me of Data. Throw a Starfleet uniform on David, and Star Trek just got a whole lot more interesting. ;-)
Ridley's considering another movie in the Bladerunner universe, so David's definitely got him thinking about AI and where to go with it in film. Plus, he has plans for a second Prometheus (it'll be a more direct lead-in to Alien, more xenomorphs). Either way, the viral marketing for Prometheus is terrific; I hope the film can live up to the expectations.
