Déjà Vu and Parallel Universes

Dr Michio Kaku explores the question of whether the experience of déjà vu could possibly be related to parallel universes...

If time is an illusion then the universes are not "parallel" so much as they are simultaneous. As Mike Meyers' mother used to say, "discuss."

We should probably name them 'overlapping' universes rather than 'parallel'. I guess physicists prefer the latter because parallel lines are safe and friendly: they never intersect with one another. But the UFO phenomenon and other branches of Forteana --lake monsters, Alien Big Cats, Bigfoot-- seem to indicate these lines do intersect from time to time.

I always enjoy the Michio Man's comments, but in this case he's coming from the supposition that consciousness and the mind are confined within the boundaries of our skulls. Whereas other scientists are exploring other possibilities that might enable us to interact with these other realms, be they parallel, concentric or convergent ;)

I am inclined to think it is more an affair of "channels" as in radio channels. The bleed throughs aren't intersections so much as they are frequency shifts. Of course, frequency can interfere and create nodes which are intersections, so maybe we need to further qualify what we mean by some of our words.

I got a strange experience, i have a metal conical shaped pepper and salt set these were always placed next to my cooker on the kitchen-blade, then one morning these were gone, i searched everywhere it was bizar around the same time i managed to loose 5 of the six forks in a cutleryset, ok i assumed i must have thrown out some accidentally into the bin but 5?. But here comes the real mystery, about a year later the pepper and salt set reappeared at the same place where i previously kept them, bizarre ! No such luck with the forks though.

Anyway, anyone care to explain ? Did my set shift into another dimension for a moment only time here passes much more quickly.

Have you had any so called "spirit activity" in the house other than this? Ghosts are infamous for heisting stuff and returning it later, but it might just as well have been a shift without intelligent or sentient guidance like a "residual" haunting which is like an echo that never fades.
Sometimes material objects that have a "history" of onwnership previous to you will come charged up with strange energies and behaviors.

Here is one of the better TV series that focuses exclusively on material objects that come preloaded with wayward energies:

Ghosts ,not really and the set was bought new, so just laden with my energy, i think the issue here is these were metal-conductive as for the forks disappearing, whilst the same material spoons remained, again more receptive to specific vibrations. Obviously it's possible these items were consciously retrieved but to what end ? Unfortunately i'm not sure of the exact timeline here, i did have some 'otherworldly' experiences 6-5 years ago but not much since (sadly), enough to realize there is intent at some of the other sides (i believe there are several).

In this case i tend to believe in a random dimensional leak.

There is a more and more common class of phenomena that have to do with unfortunate alignments of EMF's. Between all the EMF's of the electronic age and the increasing proliferation of powerful cell phone transmitters pockets of weirdness develop here and there as waves interfere with each other.
It is often noted that haunted locations are near big electrical transmission lines - especially homes made of stone with limestone being a particularly active ingredient. The most haunted part of my father's ranch house was an area between a limestone chimney and the electrical fuse panel for the house. The poltergeist activity tended to center around both chimneys in the house actually. The night two years ago when I awakened with a black skinned man "spooning" me in bed (probably a black man who had been hanged in nearby tree many years ago) I was sleeping next to a wall that had on its other side the ranch house fuse panel. About 10 feet away was the limestone chimney.

Pretty interesting observation, there.

Has this been referenced or mentioned in the literature?
