  1. Yonaguni
Hello, I had just commented on another post that I had read this article. I will post here what I wrote on the other post. I showed the link to Robert, because he has been writing little essays lately that I have for this mag and this article did not seem right….it was old, the ones I have are different, also I have all of the Yonaguni material, like the way they had Robert quoted did not sound like Robert, what he would say……. As I thought, the way this article is written it did not seem right, here is what I wrote and then Robert’s comments about what they wrote.
    Colette…

This is just for the record…..Well, because they kind of twist what Robert says….and that is not right.

QUOTE: From me from other post….
I just went to the PDF file Greg put up or someone on Yonaguni…..I have all of the info on that……I read that article, and it is very hyped up, I know those folks and the stories from the beginning…I have some links to articles on the site for Yonaguni and some old articles JAW and me wrote when they first came back from there…That article that is posted is a little hyped and very embellished. I know that Professor really wants something down under to be there, but, unless something has changed, I know the position on it with Robert has not, and I do not know if they reworded his words on an edit to read that way, I have never seen him write it as such, I have many many files from articles over the years…so, just making a comment is all, the page looks very commercial.

There is this man here in North Carolina that is marketing expeditions there , like it is Atlantis, and is ripping people off telling them they are seeing Atlantis and all. That is very bogus…

    QUOTE from Robert just now:

The Yonaguni stuff is nothing new. I have already seen it before – -yes, it is from the same little publication that I wrote those essays for, but this is not part of those essays. They are just recycling old material. You see I already have comments on it there, but I also notice that they introduced typos when they set it in their magazine.

  2. Interesting!
    Greg

The “Yoneguni ‘monuments'” was the most interesting article to me; but, “The Promise And Perils Of Synthetic Biology” was very intriguing!

    1. Scary
      Hey kennc,

I just read that now on the “The Promise And Perils Of Synthetic Biology” ………to me that was very scary……….very good article too, covered alot of ground, thanks Greg, that was a good one…..

I always wonder about cloning…what happens to a soul with clones?

      1. It Depends On Our View of Soul!
        Colette

If the Soul or Intelligent Self exists in Time and interacts with the clone in Space, it’s just another incarnation. From other perspectives, either all matter has a Spirit or Soul, thus the Clone would have a soul, or the Clone would not have a soul. From my perspective, an Intelligent Self that exists in time would interact with the Clone. As you probably know, Mary Shelly has a very good discussion of this topic in her book “Frankenstein”!

        1. I don’t know what to think
There are so many view points out there. Heck, Frankenstein , the original story was very sad in respects, the old black and white movie is what I am talking about, I have never read the book. It was not really a horror flick to me; I felt bad for the trapped person pieced together and “lost.” And then his love of the little child was brutally mistaken for harm…..

When I pass for real and not get jerked back I will hopefully have a moment of realization of “AH HA, this is what every one has been speculating about.” Other than that, I read and study and think.

I do not like all of the scary dna stuff and crossing of this and that…

Hey, Dr. Jekle (spelling?) and Mr. Hyde, that was a good one about the psyche and how it is spilt…..Clones, they scare me, DNA and all of that, well, it is good for some medical reasons I understand, but the researchers that play Dr. Frankenstein, they freak me out.

          I don’t know what I think , I know I think to much………

          Later,

          1. I Understand!
            Colette

Hollywood is no place to look for answers! They, with a very few exceptions, tend to corrupt things. There are many books and short stories that deal with the psyche one way or another. In this context, Brom Stoker’s “Dracula”, Robert Lewis Stevenson’s “Dr. Jekel and Mr. Hyde”, and Mary Shelly’s “Frankenstein” are three examples; but, there are many other examples including Issac Asimov’s “Bicentenial Man”. Two short stories are Lester Del Rey’s “Helen O’Loy” and Truman Capote’s “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” which does not resemble the movie. Why do you have to be biologically conceived by a union between two persons of opposite genders and/or of woman born to be a person?
